Join me, if you will, on a thrilling ride through the corruption of election fraud in the great state of Arizona.
But strap yourself in first!
The Arizona general election was officially certified by the current ‘Secretary of State’ on Monday, December 5, 2022.
Yes, Katie Hobbs certified her own election. It’s a total clown show over here in the wild, wild West.
Candidates had five days after the election certification to contest the results. And Friday the 9th was BUSY!
On Friday afternoon, Arizona gubernatorial candidate, Kari Lake dropped a fiery lawsuit claiming election fraud in the 2022 midterm election.
The sole Contestant/Plaintiff is Kari Lake.
The defendants are:
Katie Hobbs, personally as Contestee and in her official capacity as Secretary of State;
Stephen Richer in his official capacity as Maricopa County Recorder;
Bill Gates, Clint Hickman, Jack Sellers, Thomas Galvin, and Steve Gallardo, in their official capacities as members of the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors;
Scott Jarrett, in his official capacity as Maricopa County Director of Elections;
and the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors.
I’m getting that giddy feeling again!
Friday night after the lawsuit was filed, the incredible Liz Harrington took to Twitter to tear the lawsuit apart. Here are some highlights:
The number of illegal votes cast in Arizona’s general election on November 8, 2022 far exceeds the 17,117 vote margin.
Witnesses who were present show hundreds of thousands of illegal ballots infected the election in Maricopa County.
This case is about restoring trust in the election process—a trust that Maricopa County election officials and Hobbs have shattered.
According to a Cyber expert who worked for 9 years for same lab that certified Maricopa machines: “Machine failures Arizona voters experienced on Election Day could not have occurred absent intentional misconduct.”
Conservatively, between 15,603 and 29,257 Republican voters were disenfranchised because of the machines.
Whistleblowers: Over 300,000 mail-in ballots had no chain of custody, with no way of telling if they are legal ballots.
From the lawsuit regarding signature match:
"Signature matching" is a joke; The 2020 review of 230,339 envelopes showed:
18,000 "egregious" mismatches, more than the entire 10,457 margin
19,631 failed standards
And in 2022:
4,328 same names of the egregious mismatches "voted" again
5,289 same names of bad standards voted again
Regarding whistleblower testimony:
Managers were "reversing and approving signatures" that were rejected.
"Most of the work of these level 2 managers was not subject to the accountability of observers."
Rejected ballots were sent through processing again because managers wanted them approved.
Witness: "There was no way to know who placed 'verified' stickers on ballots. The system was wide open to abuse."
Third-party contractor Star Center cured ballots with no observers present "completely off site." And they "were not able to see the actual ballot with the signature on it." Sounds legit!
59% of Maricopa County's 223 Vote Centers had printer and tabulator failures. This disproportionally affected Election Day voters who went for Kari Lake 3:1.
Texts from techs hired by Maricopa County:
"I'm having a 911"
"Tabulators aren't reading ballots. It's maybe 50/50."
" ... line around building all day."
Maricopa Board of Supervisors claimed the tabulation issues were fixed by mid-afternoon. Wrong. No fewer than 34 vote centers had tabulator breakdowns after 3 p.m. and throughout the day.
Poll worker testified approximately 175 at his vote center gave up because of the long lines and did not vote.
68-year-old woman unable to vote for the first time since 1981 due to inability to stand in 2-3 hour line on Election Day.
Uncounted ‘door 3’ ballots co-mingled with already tabulated ballots.
“... there is good reason to believe that the number of Door 3 ballots is far greater than the 16,724 that Maricopa County claims.”
Maricopa County Board of Supervisors tried to cover up how many vote centers had lines of over 90 minutes long.
@Peoples_Pundit found Republicans had issues trying to cast a ballot compared to Democrats at a margin of 58.6% to 15.5%.
A conservative estimate shows the tabulator breakdowns suppressed Kari Lake's Election Day vote between 15,603 and 29,257 votes.
Wow! Katie Hobbs and Stephen Richer colluded with the federal government to censor Americans and infringe on their First Amendment rights. Katie even complained about a "private" Facebook post stating Trump won.
Highly qualified cyber expert who performed security tests for 9 years for EAC says voting machine failures can only be categorized as “intentional.” “An unintentional widespread failure of this magnitude occurring could not arise absent intentional misconduct.”
“The required chain of custody for these ballots does not exist.”
Runbeck whistleblower says 298,942 early ballots had no chain of custody and Maricopa County did not know how many ballots Runbeck received on election night. This is against the law.
Observer witnessed maladministration by election workers:
“The ballots inside the containers were not counted.”
“Ballots delivered without any required documentation.”
“Temporary employees moving unsecured metal carts full of ballots without any security or monitoring.”
“The entire ballot transfer process provides opportunities for legal ballots to be lost or illegal ballots to be added.” A feature, not a bug!
Runbeck employee said employees were unlawfully allowed to add ‘family members’ ballots into batches with ZERO chain of custody. “There is no way to tell the number of ballots illegally injected into 2022 election.”
Runbeck can print duplicate ballots at will and nobody can tell where they come from.
Maricopa County added 25,000 ballots to their totals AFTER Election Day. Gee, I wonder why it took them so long to count—it’s easy when you know how many you need!
To top off all of this damning evidence, Katie Hobbs was overseeing an election where she was down by 10 points, being run by a County Recorder who started a PAC with the sole mission to stop Kari Lake and Mark Finchem.
“…the maladminstration and illegal votes in Maricopa County caused the State of Arizona to wrongfully name Hobbs as the candidate who received the most votes in the election of Governor of Arizona.” In sum: KARI WON
Do you need a shower yet?
Michael Patrick Leahy, CEO & Editor-in-Chief of Star News Digital Media, which includes The Arizona Sun Times gave an overview of Kari’s suit as well as his thoughts about the judge who will hear the suit in Maricopa County Superior Court on Steve Bannon's Warroom:
Watch the Interview Here (Rumble VIDEO)
Ahhhhhhh …. The judge.
If there’s one thing in America that is more evil than most of the politicians, it’s most of the judiciary. And Arizona’s judiciary is definitely not exempt.
Let’s move along to the amazing Abe Hamedeh.
In an act of “premature litigation,” Attorney General candidate Abe Hamedeh and the RNC filed a lawsuit soon after the general election contesting the results, but the judge ruled that the suit was filed prematurely. In Arizona, election results cannot be contested until the results are certified. That happened on Monday, December 5, 2022, and candidates had five days to file suits after that certification.
Abe filed his lawsuit challenging the general election results, but his race is also in an automatic recount of votes because the results are too close to call.
“At 511 votes out of 2.5 million, our race is the closest statewide race in Arizona history, it is currently undergoing a recount. Every legal vote deserves to be counted,” Hamadeh said in a statement on Friday.
The Hill reports:
Democrat Kris Mayes led Hamadeh by 511 votes as of the certification, but that race is undergoing a recount, as Mayes leads by less than 0.1 points. Arizona law requires any race to automatically go to a recount if the margin is within 0.5 points.
Recounts for the attorney general race, the state superintendent race and a state House race began on Wednesday.
And finally, America First Arizona Secretary of State candidate Mark Finchem joined America First Arizona Congressional District 3 candidate Jeff Zink to file their own suit on Friday afternoon.
From Arizona’s Family:
Not to be left out of the Friday afternoon election lawsuit filings from GOP candidates, Secretary of State candidate Mark Finchem and Congressional candidate Jeff Zink filed their own lawsuit to overturn the results of the November election. Their lawsuit is against Finchem’s Democratic Secretary of State opponent Adrian Fontes, Zink’s opponent in Congressional District 3, Rep. Ruben Gallego, and current Secretary of State Katie Hobbs. The lawsuit claims Hobbs abused her power by failing to have the tabulation machines properly certified and threatening the Boards of Supervisors in Mohave and Cochise counties with criminal charges if they didn’t certify the election. Zink and Finchem also said Hobbs should have recused herself from her position as Secretary of State since she was running for Governor. The lawsuit alleges Hobbs abused her power when her office flagged misinformation on a Twitter account in January 2021.
One interesting observation: At this writing, I could not find ANY indication that Blake Masters—the America First, Trump-endorsed candidate for US Senate from Arizona—filed a lawsuit by the deadline to contest his election. That’s interesting, isn’t it?
Did “someone” tell him not to file? Or was he just worn out by the vitriol that accompanied his year of campaigning? I can’t find that Masters made a peep about anything this past week, even when all the lawsuits dropped.
Interesting.
So where do we go now, friends?
First, the AG race.
My gut tells me that Abe is going to win the recount vote, but that’s pure spitballing. My God-given intuition tells me that having an America First ‘infiltrator’—especially as the state’s top law enforcement official—INSIDE the Hobbs Communist administration will create some thrilling drama in the next act of this movie we’ve been watching.
Mark Finchem is a committed America First patriot, who has a deep conviction to oversee and administer secure and accurate elections in Arizona. His frustration with the election process over the last several years has been palpable. Eventually, I believe Mark will take his rightful place as Secretary of State, first in the line of succession to the governorship of Kari Lake. But that can’t happen unless Kari wins her suit and is sworn in as Arizona’s Governor.
So what about Kari? How might this play out?
My guess?
I think the corrupt judiciary strikes it down at every turn and that the case will land with SCOTUS. Then, and only then will precedent be set to overturn 2020 AND 2022 results, up and down every ballot race, from every county position and every state position, from state court judges to the President of the United States.
Will Arizona be the state that turns everything around? Methinks it might be!
(After all, Taiwan just announced it’s bringing $40.3 BILLION to Arizona to make chips—NOT tortilla chips! I guarantee you THAT deal wasn’t made by the Ds!)
You might want to get a popcorn maker for Christmas, Patriot.
GIDDY UP!

What a zoo!! Wow there is a lot of good information in this piece Kitty. Anyone reading can see this election in AZ was, I want to call it a joke, however, it isn’t funny. Somewhere today I read Kari Lake believes Elon Musk is about to drop some more Twitter files on the subject of the AZ election.
Holy buckets! We have to use a dang crowbar to open up this chest of deep dark secrets having to do with election fraud. Let’s hope Elon is that crowbar!!
Thank you for this article. I’m going to share it!!
Many citizens hope your intuitions are correct, as we prepare for the also quite likely alternative.
