One side: Cynthia Chung with her presentation - an excellent, well thought out, logical stance. Convincing.
But, one side.
I am not smart enough to take on the other side to her level, far from it. That said, my general, more intuitive conclusion is that she has captured moves on the global chess board where the game hasn’t finished playing out to checkmate yet.
The biggest threat to our country in 2024 was open borders and drugs - like fentanyl ( all the precursors to fentanyl came from China). Drug money was essentially making the British Empire controlled big banks very wealthy. The move on the chessboard was about the British Financial Empire and protecting our borders and people - the focus became oil and tariffs and sanctions…a distraction on the multiple moves ahead, imo.
The biggest threat on the world stage is nuclear weapons in the hands of terrorists. Brings us to Iran. Chung makes it about oil and energy again. But the real move is taking out terrorists from having nuclear weapons (One could argue that Israel under Zionist - British - rule are “terrorists” with nuclear weapons?!)
Chung herself states that the sanctions and tariffs are not really hurting Russia or China. Someone smarter than I could argue that this whole game of energy economics and sanctions and tariffs are a distraction move on the chessboard.
Checkmate, in my 40,000 foot view, is not to make the US an Empire that replaces the British Empire but a strategic play to reset the balance of power in the world to be shared by Sovereign Nations.

I believe both Russia and China know this and thus would be clandestinely on board with sanctions and tariffs at this point in the game.

America's already split on these issues, so they're perfect fuel for manipulated stories.
The best way to counter this tactic is to stick to posting verified facts only.
