It is amazing to me how God has gifted so many with specific qualities to further the awakening! That is interesting, but the numbers are confusing if you believe what we talk about here. If we add up the German, Italian, and Chinese totals, it comes to about what America quotes for Ft. Knox alone. Of course we have no guarantees about that quantity, do we?
So, the scare tactics tend to get scared people to buy more personal Gold which creates the market we see today. Yesterday Gold jumped $360 after collapsing by over $700 on Friday. Does any of that really make any sense? One thing is for sure, our U.S. dollar didn’t fluctuate that much in under a week, so speculators are doing the manipulation.
My takeaway from all of this is we just need to “cool it”. A lot is happening quickly and almost no one is taking 650 cargo planes of Gold into consideration even in the slightest. But, again, we have no proof, do we? If that little factoid is correct, America holds four times more Gold than is reported and that changes everything in my book.
I truly believe the massive buying of Gold by major banks, entire country Treasuries, and individuals is happening because of our fiat currency. If the Federal Reserve stops generating more dollars because our Congress ends its deficit spending, who knows what will happen?
This is where I get out of my realm. But, if Trump announces the cargo planes and offers up an asset backed dollar to replace the FED’s notes, I think the asset dollar will soar in it’s buying power. It will take less of them to buy an ounce of Gold and that means Gold will drop in price. It will not drop in value. It will still be a precious metal and very rare. But, owning too much of it may become a mistake.
One last thought. The depression in 1929 was caused by the collapse of the stock market created by too many average citizens jumping into the market without understanding speculation. They had no clue about earnings and how the earnings of a business determine the underlying value. Today investors know the truth so another stock market crash is unlikely. Not that the market cannot correct for some reason, but the underlying value is backed up by the power of the earnings.
This is not true for Gold and Silver. They have zero earnings potential. So, speculation has no real point of measurement. That is why I am skeptical of buying anything that doesn’t make a profit.

I wish I knew the meaning of a Treasury holding Gold. I mean, is it a status symbol? It just sits in a vault gathering dust but it actually doesn’t seem to me to really add any value.
Back prior to 1933 in America you could hold coins on your pocket made of Gold. So, Gold had buying power. As an alternative, you could carry around pieces of our currency that could be exchanged for Gold at a bank. Most folks chose the paper because it was lighter weight and not bulky.
Once FDR outlawed the ownership of Gold coins and forced the Gold to be turned in to the government, it seems to me Gold became valueless. If you couldn’t spend it, what good was it? Obviously it had value because it is rare, but what good is owning it?
As I said, I am confused. I understand owning shares of Exxon-Mobil stock because XOM makes many dollars per share outstanding and it has been making more per share every year for over 50 years. It is a money making enterprise that has a track record you can bank on. But, our government loses Trillions per year every year! It has a track record you should run away from. It is a losing proposition, but it seems to be able to keep borrowing money from the sale of bonds.
But if we calculate the total value of all our Gold reserves, the government borrows more than that value every year! So, what good is all that Gold?
