And why did it take a full year to impanel a FL Grand Jury.
I’m a retired lawyer. So I get it. Investigations take time. Impanelling a Grand Jury takes time. Presenting evidence takes time. Blah blah blah.
But let’s not pretend. There is a massive amount of low hanging fruit. It’s my contention that Norm Eisen could be indicted based solely on his public statements on various interview and vlogs, with superseding indictments to follow. It took me about 30 mi utes to find enough video evidence that he’s run afoul of any number of Federal Statutes and has admitted it on video.
To me it’s inexcusable that nothing has been done. Are they building a grand conspiracy case and invent to tip their hand? Fine.
The problem is, at this point it’s almost, or maybe is, too late. They lose the midterms and that’s it. Nothing happens from that point.
By my count, and it’s low, at least a dozen indictments should have been done. The FL GJ should have been impaneled last March. And should be well on our way to righting the ship.
Yeah I suppose that’s true. But there is no appetite in Congress to fix that. I practiced law in MI for 25 years, from 1989-2014. I was a volunteer election lawyer for the GOP in multiple elections, and a keen observer of what really happens.
In MI the plot has always been the same. For decades. The state GOP sabotages conservative candidates in safe districts in the primaries. And then they look the other way when the Dems cheat in swing districts in the general.

Here is a thought brewing in my mind. Haven't fully sussed it out yet.
Prison sentences -- these people are good at setting up power structures. In prison, they could do that again.
But to force them to live, in public, with their humiliation and being rejected by the "new" power people....that would be the ultimate sentence. Their handlers won't touch them - especially if they capitulate and tell all they know believing that it will help them. And the rest of the world will reject them for all that they have done. To have to live as an anonymous individual (hopefully having their wealth stripped away) living on the very system that they have enforced on us - that would crush them.
This will likely be how it turns out for many, however, it’s likely that this many (or more) will receive justice via tribunals. Treason and crimes against humanity are what must not be excused. This is necessary (in my opinion) as otherwise, it will be perceived as only a change of batter. God does the vengeance, but man is supposed to ensure justice here.
And He will enact vengeance. Jesus, the Messiah, the Son of the Living God Himself, some five times, declares that the "old covenant" (which the letter to the Hebrews affirms as including both that covenant which was made with Abram and confirmed with Isaac and Jacob but which was later offered to (Ex.19:3-6) and rejected by the people of Israel (see Ex.20:18-21ff) AND that which was given as the codicil, that which we know as either the Mosaic Covenant or the Law), the Law and Prophets and Psalms were fulfilled by Him. A covenant fulfilled cannot be broken: if you pay off your house because you have purchased another, the old contract (covenant) was not "broken" it was fulfilled! Jesus clearly inaugurated a New Covenant (after eating His last passover) - when He broke the loaf and shared it and the cup - the "blood of the New Covenant" - what we often refer to as the Lord's Supper - which we are to do in remembrance of this very fact (a New Covenant of God was made) when we have what we call "communion".
"But what about the "everlasting promises?" Amb Mike would say. First the term itself means a specified "long or enduring time" in the original. Second, the fulfilling of the old allowed for the redefining of terms which Paul does in definitive fashion in his letters (and which Peter eventual affirms - see Acts 15 and 2Peter), especially his earliest to the believers in Galatia. Third, we are told in Acts and in the letters Jesus dictated to John (see Rev. 2&3) that there were believers who were "zealous for the Law" - so this doctrine goes all the way back! It was rejected by Paul (Acts 21-24, Galatians) and should be rejected by all those who have put their faith in the finished work of Jesus the Messiah.

Where are the indictments?
And why did it take a full year to impanel a FL Grand Jury.
I’m a retired lawyer. So I get it. Investigations take time. Impanelling a Grand Jury takes time. Presenting evidence takes time. Blah blah blah.
But let’s not pretend. There is a massive amount of low hanging fruit. It’s my contention that Norm Eisen could be indicted based solely on his public statements on various interview and vlogs, with superseding indictments to follow. It took me about 30 mi utes to find enough video evidence that he’s run afoul of any number of Federal Statutes and has admitted it on video.
To me it’s inexcusable that nothing has been done. Are they building a grand conspiracy case and invent to tip their hand? Fine.
The problem is, at this point it’s almost, or maybe is, too late. They lose the midterms and that’s it. Nothing happens from that point.
By my count, and it’s low, at least a dozen indictments should have been done. The FL GJ should have been impaneled last March. And should be well on our way to righting the ship.

Yeah I suppose that’s true. But there is no appetite in Congress to fix that. I practiced law in MI for 25 years, from 1989-2014. I was a volunteer election lawyer for the GOP in multiple elections, and a keen observer of what really happens.
In MI the plot has always been the same. For decades. The state GOP sabotages conservative candidates in safe districts in the primaries. And then they look the other way when the Dems cheat in swing districts in the general.
That way, both parties are generally assured that neither can achieve control with a solid conservative or ultra liberal majority.
Exceptions do occur, like happened in 2022. But they are quickly rectified, as happened in 2024.

I agree totally! What is likely true is the folks calling the shots know the politics far better than we do. Timing is the key and manipulating the mind of the public (when it will affect the votes cast in November) is what is driving this.

Based upon what we’re seeing today, these grand juries and investigations have likely been happening for the last 6-8 years. Revealing them may be included in the (potential 🤞) RICO cases.

Here is a thought brewing in my mind. Haven't fully sussed it out yet.
Prison sentences -- these people are good at setting up power structures. In prison, they could do that again.
But to force them to live, in public, with their humiliation and being rejected by the "new" power people....that would be the ultimate sentence. Their handlers won't touch them - especially if they capitulate and tell all they know believing that it will help them. And the rest of the world will reject them for all that they have done. To have to live as an anonymous individual (hopefully having their wealth stripped away) living on the very system that they have enforced on us - that would crush them.
And I could be very wrong about all of this.
This will likely be how it turns out for many, however, it’s likely that this many (or more) will receive justice via tribunals. Treason and crimes against humanity are what must not be excused. This is necessary (in my opinion) as otherwise, it will be perceived as only a change of batter. God does the vengeance, but man is supposed to ensure justice here.
And He will enact vengeance. "But if anyone causes one of these little ones who believe in Me to stumble, it would be better for him to have a large millstone hung around his neck and to be drowned in the depths of the sea." How many have turned away from God because of these people. And His vengeance is pure and right.
