“Drinking their own urine to stay alive?” Come on now.

Admit it GBPH, you really wanted to say......."piss off".

Lone Star exile's avatar

Now that's funny...

These Ukranian "soldiers" are the cleanest, pink-skinned healthy looking urine drinkers I've ever seen...somehow after 4 months in the field I expected a little more dirt and grit. I guess wars have become much less grimy in this modern era.

It's nice to see.

—-Perfect description of the communist goals, Ashe! “…weaponized empathy has led to a neutered population that embraces policies that encode inclusion and equity and emasculation and psychological reparations into law.”

—-You’re right, Ghost. Appears the timing of the charges/trial in Syria is the key. There must be so much more to this.

—-BB reveals the point of this particular situation, “You will know them by their fruit, yes ... but their words aren't too far away, now.” The narrowing of the gap might just reveal part of the timeline.

—-NYC has descended to a new low, and Ashe nails it, “All you’ve got left is rats.”

—-Oh, Ghost! The psyops continue…including here in the US, where people still think there’s a difference between the Republican and democrats in DC.

—-Thank you, BadLanders!!

All (NYC) has left is the rats. Even the snakes have left. Funny, isn't it?

@GBPH - if you have not found the time to read Flavius Josephus' account of the siege of Jerusalem (that began as an uprising primarily against the Roman-backed Syrian influences on "sacred Jewish culture", evolved into a clash of internal cliques and zealots, before finally resulting in the annihilation of the temple and city mostly by those factions - in God's timing - 40 years after they rejected their Messiah) you might find equally extreme tales recorded by him, from nearly 2,000 years ago!

Same strategy of the prince of the power of the air - whose house is divided and is in fact founded on division - same solution to strip him of his power!!!

DSA and Republicans -- none of them live in the real world. They live in their fantasy world where they are "important". The show just keeps going on and on and on........kind of like The View.

Apples and Trees -- seems that the more things change, the more they stay the same. I am generally amazed when people reveal themselves so fully. To assert that genocide of Russians is even something to talk about is insane. While I know that God is moving and working mightily in the world today, some of this just needs to be ended now. Ukraine needs to stop. Israel needs to stop. Iran needs to stop. Stop being jerks and become functioning citizens of the world. Rather, the leaders and media need to stop being jerks.....etc..... Most of the people are probably wonderful humans who would like the same thing as well.

Wild Bill's avatar

Problem is, their keepers in the City of London will have none of it! They want their forever wars. Surrender (or for that matter, even decisive victory) is not on the program.

Once you realize this, you understand why [they] hate Trump (and Putin) so much.

Ukraine, Israel and Iran are all under [their] control, though Iran has made significant progress in relations with China and Russia. Playing both sides, to get the best deal, I suppose.

Ashe: “But what if the middle isn’t filled with smart, sane people?”

Older Democrat Americans are perhaps drifting to the middle but I wonder if the middle even exists beyond them?

The younger generations don’t carry a memory of resistance to Marxist ideology if they have been on university campuses and classrooms…instead they have been inducted into the parasite class way of thinking, without perhaps ever stopping to question such thinking! They are convinced that true Marxism has never had a chance to make it and that challenge grabs hold of their idealism to see it through into reality without pausing to consider that the political leaders (advocating such a way of life) are all parasites of the very government handouts of a government they are against!!

Mindboggling theater of the absurd!

Jim Schout's avatar

Absurd? Why do you say that? Look where Marxism has flourished and succeeded beyond belief! No wonder our youth buy into it.

Please stop looking at where Communism has failed and honestly look to where it has succeeded. Get outside and look around! It is everywhere right in front of your eyes. Look at your pay check stub. You are paying for our Socialism but fail to see it. Look at our annual budget in Washington. The math is really quite simple. How much of our budget funds what is demanded by our Constitution versus the amount funding our Socialism?

The problem is Americans love our Socialism. Most of it is free! We borrow and increase the national debt to fund it and kick the can down the road to our kids and grandkids and our great grandkids. Our youth feel the pain and call it “affordability”. They see the problem up close and personal but believe the solution is even more Communism. Why not make everything free? Just print more money! Heck, it’s what America does!

I hate to agree with the Communists, but they are 100% correct. Please show me why they are wrong. I say they are just confused because they see the same system that I see daily.

Our government is broken by design. Since 1913 we have been placed on the road to serfdom. Luckily we can see where the road is leading and we have a President who is changing the path. Most Americans are still confused because we have all been on the same road our entire lives and do not know any other way.

Featherjourney's avatar

Well, since we still have private ownership of the means of production that alone refutes your claim, Jim.

True Marxist communism requires a stateless, classless, and moneyless society.

Jim Schout's avatar

The Communists take exception to private ownership. The answer is no one owns anything. We all just occupy a common commune. It actually sounds terrific.

Our real problem is Capitalism! It has funded our Communism for over a century but it is now failing to do its job. Can’t Capitalism keep pace? It appears to be losing the race with Marx.

Featherjourney's avatar

Brave AI:

“No country operates with capitalism explicitly funding communism as a primary economic engine, as communism theoretically aims to abolish private capital and profit-driven markets. However, several nations maintain communist political systems while utilizing capitalist economic mechanisms to generate state revenue and drive growth.

China is the most prominent example, operating a "socialist market economy"where the state retains political control and owns key sectors, but allows private enterprise, foreign investment, and market competition to fuel economic development. This model, sometimes described as "state capitalism" or "communism 2.0,"uses capitalist wealth generation to sustain the ruling Communist Party’s authority and fund public infrastructure without adopting liberal democratic governance.

Other nations like Vietnam, Laos, and Cubasimilarly blend authoritarian single-party rule with market-oriented reforms, allowing capitalist activities to support their officially communist states. In these contexts, capitalist profits are not "funding" communism in a charitable sense, but are instead harnessed by the state to maintain political power and develop productive forces under a transitional socialist framework.

Jim Schout's avatar

Exactly! But where is the profit being generated? America is their profit center. We are the consumers who pay for their Communism with a huge trade deficit. This is what Trump is reversing.

Featherjourney's avatar

God Bless Scott Bessent who is Trump “fiscal executioner” returning government to honest money

Featherjourney's avatar

“The answer is no one owns anything. We all just occupy a common commune. It actually sounds terrific.”

You are being facetious, right?

Jim Schout's avatar

No, I am merely stating what they claim to be their plan. The question is, “Do they believe their ideas are facetious?” Obviously not. And look how many of us Americans vote for their crazy ideas.

Somehow we must get our citizens to see how facetious these clowns are in reality. Saying Communism has always failed is a total waste of words. But, our Communists are trapped and have nowhere to go. We have them right where we want them because they created the catastrophe they claim they can fix! Stop arguing with them and let them collapse naturally. In fact let’s start agreeing with them to show where their free stuff can come from. Anyone with a brain will see it cannot work by just taking on even more debt.

Look at the youth with huge student loans, do they think they will solve that problem by taking on more debt? Logic wins the day.

Featherjourney's avatar

And “theater of the absurd” is in reference to a belief that Marxism/Communism would lead to any situation other than a dystopian nightmare.

Your complaint is more aligned with politics in government called theft - not actually communism.

Jim Schout's avatar

I agree 100% about our path to a dystopian nightmare. But my complaint is not with government theft, it is with our government embracing Communism intentionally and selling it to us claiming it will be paid for by taxing the rich.

My complaint is with stupid citizens failing to see the facts. How can our government take on more debt each and every year and an individual cannot? Does that make any sense? We the People are the government but we cannot live on debt.

As of today, every living soul in America is holding debt of $115,000 that they have no clue they owe. Instead, they plan to just leave it to future generations. Please explain how that is possible. But, it is the government’s plan and no one seems to care.

Wild Bill's avatar

I wonder how many countries have tried communism and had it fail. Russia, of course; China is following them... but I'm sure there must be others.

Compile the list and show it to these kids, and ask them to refute it.

If you can get them to think, there is hope.

Featherjourney's avatar

It’s an easy search on Brave.

In the 20th century, the agreed upon conservative estimate of deaths by communism (by executions, by forced labor, by economic collapse and famine) is 100 million.

All the political pundits favoring it will acknowledge that it has never worked because it was never done the right way - a lie of course.

The strategy was to get students to take on loans for a degree that will not make enough money to pay the loan off for years thus harder to afford buying a home and starting a family. While they are in college, they’re still mostly relying on their parents; after the degree, blame the capitalist system! They were actually victims of an educational system that convinced them that life in a capitalist economy isn’t fair.

We will never be rid of the “ideal” (illusion) of Marxism until we as a nation address the capture of all grades of education by the pushers of the illusion.

Mamdani for example was the son of a wealthy filmmaker mother and a Marxist professor father.

Jim Schout's avatar

Student loans have created a new class of indentured servants. This is how America was populated in 1607. The City of London shipped thousands of indentured servants here and put them to work on farms.

This plan is not new. Their play book is not being improved, it is being perfected. Debt is the key and always has been. How do we pay off $40 Trillion? How does a student get debt free?

Featherjourney's avatar

Good morning, Jim.

Here’s a substack post you will like.

“When the state taxes a thing, the state is declaring itself lord of that thing.

That’s not rhetoric. That’s the mechanism. Taxation is not a fee. Taxation is a claim of dominion. It is the government saying: this falls under my authority, therefore I take my portion off the top.”

It expands on what you were describing about socialism/communism already being part of the underlying fabric of our government.

It helped me understand your take on it better!

https://professortoto.substack.com/p/so-you-want-to-tax-the-church-how?

Jim Schout's avatar

The important thing to notice is how the logic changes over time. It is a very slow and deliberate process. This is how the Socialists work on us.

To them it is a training process. We learn to accept their control due to their solution to a perceived problem and after we learn to live with that imposition they add another level of control.

For instance, is global warming a genuine threat? The Socialists say it is and are teaching that “Fact” to our children. Those kids get college degrees in “Environmental Engineering” just to figure out that humans cannot control global warming even if it is happening. But, the students now are in debt to the government, so the government owns them!

Who is willing to pay a graduate of Environmental Engineering except the government? You see, Communism is a perpetual motion machine.

Wild Bill's avatar

Brave's 'Leo':

"According to historical records, 41 countries previously implemented communist or socialist governments that subsequently failed, collapsed, or abandoned the ideology. These nations, which include the Soviet Union, East Germany, Yugoslavia, and various Eastern European and African states, typically transitioned to democratic or market-based systems following the 1989 revolutions or the 1991 dissolution of the USSR.

In contrast, 5 countries currently maintain communist or Marxist-Leninist governments: China, Cuba, Laos, North Korea, and Vietnam. While some of these nations have adopted market reforms, they remain politically dominated by a single communist party, though critics argue their economic success stems from hybrid models rather than pure communist ideology."

Discrimination has always been a real problem in America. It has shown itself in many forms where one group chooses to vilify another for any number of reasons. Today there is one group being vilified that no one will defend and I find that to be sad and very telling about our country.

This is a relatively large group of American citizens who are singled out daily and persecuted for their very being. You would think rational, honest, and caring humans would recognize the discrimination and protest the inequity. But I hear nothing in defense of these great Americans. The group I am talking about is the Rich! “Tax the Rich”. You hear it daily from our Communists who are not discriminated against for their attacks against the Rich. Instead, that group is being praised for their biased attacks on the innocent wealthy who worked very hard to acquire their financial succcess.

Since when is success a reason for personal attack? Do you see the problem? Who are the “Rich”? Could you actually be one of them? I bet you are and don’t even know you are under attack and being discriminated against!

Look at the words the Leftist spew out. Believe them and take them at their own words. They make it very clear in the simplest of terms. “Tax the Rich!” There it is in black and white for you!

So, I ask you, “Do you pay taxes?” If so, by definition, you are among the rich, not the poor. Who pays no taxes? Even the Communists pay taxes in America but they want the rich to pay more. That is illegal because discriminating against one group over another is, by law, illegal.

I hope I have helped to bring some clarity onto this very grave problem. When did being rich become a fault? Who really wants to be poor? You are given two choices by the Communists. Poor versus Rich. That’s it, it’s your choice. The rich are taxed and the poor are not.

I just wish more Americans chose to be wealthy. I like that term better. “Tax the Wealthy” doesn’t sell! Please stop allowing our language from being used against us. Taxing the rich sold well in 1913 when the Communists sold America the Income Tax. The same line is still working after 113 years! I do not call that progress.

Just want to point out that before Bashar Assad went into hiding, and just weeks before he supposedly gassed his own people, the international political-media machine pumped out a dire warning to him about the consequences of him gassing his own people.

And after said warning he... gassed his own people.

This thereby justified the freshly published retaliatory response against him which ultimately necessitated his defection to Russia.

Russia... who has likely been the good guy this entire time.

Just sayin.

I knew for several years that the radical left Democrats and the neocons (not all RINOs are neocons, just like not all of the radical left are socialists) would end up joining and forming a real Uniparty, while the rather large middle would gradually over time drift away from their registered parties.

Everybody who is forced to do a radical change goes through a cognitive dissonance where their actions or behaviors are knee jerk rather than planned with forethought. It is the stage where the center left mostly establishment types reside now. We see people like James Carville and Mark Penn calling out people like Schumer, threatening a schism. They are admitting that the party has become unelectable, and what I expect over time is to see the schism become more obvious. The issue I see is many of these center left Democrats have grown up hating Republicans that they still won't vote for them. If this is a movie, as I suspect that the DSA is part of it (I don't believe it is organic), the pressure in the center left Democrats will build over time. By November, if there is an election, even a fake one, the center left Democrats will be at the precipice and many will do what they swore they'll never do: vote Republican. Not switch parties, tell themselves this is a one time thing (it's not) and vote R.

The visible joining of the two tails of the political spectrum will happen after that and people will see it by 2028 and it will affect the Presidential ticket. Not so much as a D against an R (the center left may still be registered as a D, but the Uniparty tail will have neutered them as a viable voting bloc despite the number of people in the group). Carville's threat of forming a political party may very well happen, and so will MTG and Carlson's threat of forming 'a real MAGA' party. The latter will be irrelevant by 2028 because it is based upon something that is just not true and the world can see that, but Carville's may not be. Meanwhile Trump's R Party assuming it stays that way, will adopt some of the more popular policies of the center left, posing a problem for Carville. I expect the 2028 election to be very different from the 2024 one, even if Trump manages to figure out a way to run in 2028. I personally think he's trolling, but who knows? He has a way of making very unlikely things happen.

Jim Schout's avatar

In my case the solution was to reject both parties and just register as “Unafiliated”. It is a logical step but doesn’t commit to voting either Democrat nor Republican. It commits to thinking logically instead of politically.

George Washington could already see the failure of the party idea in 1796! He warned of its negative effects and emphasized that we are all of one party, American citizens. But, Thomas Jefferson had already staked out his party against John Adams’ group. I think it makes sense for us to heed the advice of our first president. He watched two of our greatest patriots tear each other apart over political power instead of fighting to make decisions that benefit the citizenry.

Wild Bill's avatar

Jim, you can change your affiliation to 'none of the above,' but you still have to vote for one of the clowns.

We need to change the clowns. I don't care which 'party' they claim to 'affiliate' with.

Jim Schout's avatar

The point is we need to think logically about what is actually in the best interest of America. Years ago I was on the Board of a small corporation. I learned something there that George Washington understood. The one rule of that Board was, “On any subject we will not leave the room until we can agree on a mutually compatible solution”.

It always worked because we all loved and respected each other. Yes, we had huge disagreements but with enough logical discussion we found the correct path.

Our two parties have both lost that logic. Holding power is their only plan rather than helping guide America to success. Most of their arguments are about things that should not be discussed at all. I mean, is it logical to argue about increasing the national debt to $45 Trillion versus balancing the budget by eliminating deficit spending? Their answer is, “That’s what we always do”. Simple but totally wrong.

That was not what George Washington would agree to. In 1796 he took the time to address debt as evil. He explained that a dollar of debt requires two dollars to offset and have one dollar to spend. He was a simple man but understood reality. Our Congress is basically stupid people who like fairy tales.

Fred's avatar

The problem I see with the dems creating their own “MAGA” or “Tea party” is their focus is inward. How can they make things better, for themselves. Patriots ask how can we make things better for America and Americans. The left will always have the monsters they create end up turning on them. DSA is the recent example.
