Maybe America is being forced to actually read our founding documents to see how severely we have been corrupted by our political establishment “For our own good”.
Isn’t that the answer? What is actually for our own good? Wasn’t the original design that our freedom was the answer and the federal government was just there to defend our borders and provide defense against foreign aggression? We the People were responsible to do the rest and our states were supposed to help if needed.
The real problem is we are lazy and willing to give up our freedom for comfort. Politicians know this and use it to our detriment intentionally. Our job is to take back the responsibility we were given 250 years ago.

I love anything that raises insight into our situation. The article you posted is interesting but very, very complex in fitting the pieces together.
My preference is for rational and simple facts that are easy to understand. My wife calls them “Gobsmacks”. They tend to hit you between the eyes with irrefutable truths.
In my opinion our real problems are not difficult to understand if we just get to the bottom line and get our history right. For instance, the Marxists continually vilify business but business pays for everything in America. How many Americans would agree with that view? But, I can prove it is true beyond any doubt. The key is to actually follow the money.
This is why I say things like, “Federal employees should pay no income tax!” In fact, they do not pay any income tax to begin with. The private sector tax payers pay the federal salaries as well as their income taxes. So, why waste the time and effort playing games and moving all of our dollars around in circles?
Once we see that whole fiasco, why deduct private sector income taxes from our pay, send it to Washington, mail out annual reports, and then force us to reconcile our tax deductions? Why not just tax the business that pays us and cut out all of that stupid paperwork, wasted labor, and anguish about being audited?
The whole system is stupid! It is designed to fool and confuse us, but we stay fooled and confused because we never ask the right questions. Our system fails to teach us to think rationally…by design!
