Judge sets March 2024 trial date in Trump's federal case related to 2020 election
A federal judge in Washington, D.C., has set a trial date for March 2024 in the case brought by the Justice Department against former President Donald Trump related to alleged efforts to thwart the transfer of presidential power after the 2020 presidential election.
U.S. District Judge Tanya Chutkan, who sits on the federal district court in Washington, said in a hearing Monday that the proposed trial date put forth by federal prosecutors — for the proceedings to begin in January 2024 — doesn't give Trump enough time to prepare.
But the schedule suggested by the former president for the trial to take place in April 2026, well past the next presidential election, is "far beyond what is necessary," and risks witnesses becoming unavailable or their memories fading, Chutkan said.
Instead, the judge said the trial will begin March 4, 2024. Chutkan's schedule means the proceeding, as it currently stands, will begin one day before Super Tuesday, a crucial date on the presidential election calendar when more than a dozen states will hold their presidential primaries. Our Take: “Trump’s election fraud trial is set just one day before Super Tuesday, in the heat of the most consequential election cycle ever.
Read that again.
Now, do you believe the Establishment, fresh off a weekend in which Trump’s mugshot became the most memetic image in American history, and which solidified him as the ultimate enemy to [them] and the ultimate ally to the American people, thought it was a GOOD idea to schedule his trial for maximum psychological impact on said electorate?

Trump raised $7.1 million after Georgia booking, mugshot
Donald Trump has turned his Georgia mugshot into a record-breaking fundraising haul.
The former president has raised $7.1 million since he was booked at an Atlanta jail Thursday evening, according to figures provided first to POLITICO by his campaign. On Friday alone, Trump raised $4.18 million, making it the single-highest 24-hour period of his campaign to date, according to a person familiar with the totals.
The campaign’s fundraising has been powered by merchandise it has been selling through his online store. After Trump was taken into custody, the campaign began selling shirts, posters, bumper stickers and beverage coolers bearing Trump’s scowling mugshot. The items bear the tagline “NEVER SURRENDER!” and range in price from $12 to $34. — Politico
Our Take: “Trump is now further capitalizing on his historic mugshot by selling posters signed in gold.
(Via Trump Email:)
‘It seems everybody is selling a poster of my mugshot – some of them are probably Biden cronies just trying to make money off of my sham arrest. So, I decided to do something to mark my posters in a way NO ONE ELSE CAN! My official posters come with MY SIGNATURE IN GOLD as proof that you truly own a poster signed by the ONLY U.S. President who was so committed to our cause that he was willing to get wrongfully ARRESTED to see our mission through.’
It’s a hilarious troll, but I also sort of want one. Damn, he really is the best marketer.” —
Republicans In Nine Florida Counties Adopt Resolution Calling For Ban Of COVID Vaccines
A movement is gaining momentum to pressure Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis, county sheriffs, and the Florida Legislature to ban COVID-19 vaccines and all other mRNA vaccines in the state.
Republican executive committees in nine Florida counties—the local arms of the Republican Party of Florida—have adopted a resolution asking Mr. DeSantis and lawmakers to prohibit the sale and distribution of the vaccines in Florida.
The 83-page resolution also asks state Attorney General Ashley Moody to immediately seize all remaining vaccine supplies and conduct a forensic analysis of them.
The so-called "Ban the Jab" resolution adopted by the local Republican executive committees was written by psychotherapist Joseph Sansone.
It was adopted first by local-level GOP officials in Lee County, which includes Ft. Myers. It was then adopted by the committees in Collier, Lake, Santa Rosa, Seminole, St. Johns Hillsborough, and Brevard Counties. Franklin County became the ninth county to pass it on Aug. 19.
"On behalf of the preservation of the human race, the Lee County Republican Party calls upon Gov. DeSantis and the state legislature to prohibit the sale and distribution of Covid injections and all mRNA injections in the state of Florida, and for the state Attorney General to immediately seize all Covid injections and mRNA injections in the state of Florida and have a forensic analysis conducted," the committee said in voting to adopt the resolution.
The resolution includes more than 140 exhibits of evidence that the authors say point to the independent findings of biomedical professionals and others concerned about vaccines.

Our Take: “This is the kind of action we need to take.
There’s no reason we can’t preempt these globalists by using our power as citizens to enact resolutions that prevent globalist measures from taking effect.
As much as the powers that be are criminals, they tend not to go directly against the will of the people because that would expose them. Instead, they will cower back into their dens of evil, waiting a generation to try again.
What this means is, if we can use our power with eternal vigilance, they can and will be defeated.
Since COVID is not deadly, has an extremely low mortality rate, and the health protocols pushed onto citizens are not scientific, valid, and were never debated in a legislature, they are based in fraud. As a result, by asking for key facts, you force the other side to either expose themselves as fraudsters or walk away, defeated.
If we all did this, it would shut down the machines of the globalists very quickly.” —
Fists Fly, Bodies Slammed As Antifa Crashes Anti-Migrant Protest At NYC Mayor's Mansion
Cops had their hands full at the New York City mayor's mansion on Sunday when black-clad antifa counterprotestors showed up at a demonstration against Mayor Eric Adams' handling of the 2023 migrant crisis.
More than 100,000 migrants have poured into New York City since April 2022, overwhelming the government's capacity to house and feed them. Many residents of the city and surrounding areas are growing increasingly resentful of the measures Adams has approved, from kicking wedding parties out of hotels to shipping migrants to suburban counties and even housing adult men in the gyms of actively-used elementary schools.
New Yorkers are also alarmed by scenes like these:
The latest flashpoint: The city's housing of 3,000 migrants in a tent city on Randall's Island, an expanse along the East River between Northern Manhattan and Queens dominated by parkland and recreational facilities. Taxpayers were already incensed over youth soccer fields and other leisure assets being converted to migrant housing -- and then came news that the city is spending $20 million per month on the migrant mini-city.
Sunday's protest was headlined by Guardian Angels founder Curtis Sliwa, who addressed the fed-up crowd with a microphone and PA system:
“These migrants have jumped the queue,” he said. “And by the way, if I were a migrant and you gave me an opportunity to jump the queue and stay in a hotel, give me three square meals … — basically give me more than homeless people born in America have or veterans who are down on their luck have — you’re damn right they’re gonna keep coming!”
Protesters held signs with slogans like "STOP REWARDING, START DEPORTING" and "AMERICANS OVER MIGRANTS." The New York Post quotes a Trump supporter as shouting "No migrants on Long Island! We pay a lot of property taxes!"
Counterprotestors held signs reading "NO ONE CHOOSES TO BE A REFUGEE" and "HUMANITY HAS NO BORDERS." Some yelled "F**k white supremacist NYPD!" — ZeroHedge
Our Take: “Just as every four-year cycle now brings an election variant of covid, it also apparently brings the social cause to ignite violence in the streets. We’ve all been speculating about the next George Floyd incident; this story gives us a teaser that it may be immigration related.
This protest against Mayor Adams’ immigration policies wasn’t counterprotested by migrants, but rather by Antifa agitators. They’re cheap and rumored to work for meth, so they’re easy to mobilize in a pinch. As a result, we have a suite of images and video clips reminiscent of ‘The Summer of Love.’
It’s hard to believe this is organic, especially since the non-Antifa side featured Curtis Sliwa, who I haven’t seen in the news since the last Summer of Love.
Regardless, this street fight is right on cue to lay the groundwork for social chaos next summer.
Hey, where should 2024 CHAZ be?” —
Inside Ukraine’s drone war against Putin
Early in the morning of August 25th, a group of drone developers headed to a launch point in southern Ukraine for one of the most daring aerial missions over Russian-controlled territory to date: an attack on a military base deep in Crimea. It was described as a test launch, with many of the prototypes in the drone swarm experimental. But some of them did the job.
There were explosions inside the base and several dead, with wounded soldiers seen streaming into the local hospital, according to local sources. That capped a miserable week for the Kremlin, already struggling to explain more than a dozen drones striking the heart of Moscow, repeated shutdowns of major airports and unexplained explosions at arms factories, airfields, fuel depots and railways.
A source close to the developers of Morok (“dark spirit”), one of the prototype drones used in the Crimean operation, says Ukraine’s new aerial strike capacity is the result of “seeds sown many months ago”. Morok’s development had been a “miraculous” journey: after one risky test launch a few kilometres from the Russian border, its developers escaped incoming Russian rockets by minutes. Now they aim to step up serial production.
Fast and capable of carrying a heavy payload over several hundred kilometres, Morok is among the more promising fixed-wing kamikaze designs being considered by Ukraine. It has come this far largely without government funding, relying on hard work and a few friendly benefactors. But like other developers, Morok’s team now faces a difficult task getting the resources to scale up.
Ukraine’s drone programme is driven by necessity. Russia, a missile superpower, began the war with a clear superiority in long-range strike capacity. It later began buying cheap, effective Shahed kamikaze drones from Iran. Ukraine, on the other hand, has not been allowed to use Western-donated weapons in Russia itself, and so has been looking for other ways to hit back. — The Economist
Our Take: “If you wait long enough, and bait out enough deployments (both Actual and Narrative,) the enemy will eventually reveal their positions.
This has been true in the realm of kinetic warfare since the dawn of time, and the tenet holds in the realm of Mass Psychological Warfare as well.
The Economist is a legacy media platform, and while this piece is full of the same Collectivist flag-waving as all the rest of that Systemic, bestial globalist apparatus, sometimes the mask slips; what I find most interesting in their latest is the admission that the Ukrainian side (read: the Globalist West) are utilizing what amounts to a psychological terror campaign against Russian citizens (NOT combatants,) in order to take ground lost during the recently-pushed, and recently-thwarted ‘counter-offensive.’
When someone shows you who they are … believe them.
The Globalists are showing the world who they are.” —
Weaponized Collusion? Jack Smith's Team Huddled With Biden White House Before Trump Indictment
While President Biden has repeatedly claimed that the Justice Department has full autonomy and isn't 'weaponized' against political opponents, a new report by the NY Post suggests otherwise.
Just weeks before Special Counsel Jack Smith brought charges against Donald Trump for allegedly mishandling classified documents, one of his top aides met with the White House counsel's office, raising serious concerns about coordinated legal efforts against Biden's top political opponent going into the 2024 election.
According to the report, Jay Bratt, one of Smith's minions since November 2022, took a meeting with the White House on March 31 of this year with deputy chief of staff for the WH counsel's office, Caroline Saba. The two were joined in the 10am meeting by FBI agent Danielle Ray.
Nine weeks later, Trump was indicted by Smith's office.
The 63-year-old Bratt also met with Saba at the White House in November 2021, when Trump's legal team was in discussions with the National Archives over the return of presidential records from his Mar-a-Lago estate prior to a formal investigation. — ZeroHedge, sourcing the NY Post
Our Take: “The Trump Muggy is the perfect Bicameral Deployment, in that it runs parallel Actual-Narrative tracks:
The Actual forwards the Disclosure Defense strategy advanced by
and others, not just allowing, but FORCING exposure of Election Fraud onto the national stage.Trump has the receipts. He's being compelled to show them. And he’s being compelled to show them by Jack Smith, who’s now being exposed by the NY Post and others for his role in the defense of ‘the system.’
The Narratives and the Actuals that Smith and his team have advanced have prompted Bipartisan agreement that the Mugshot proves Trump is anti-Establishment, anti-System.
How does said 'System' persist?
Election Fraud.” —
Government Overreach: Virginia Amish Farmer’s Livelihood on the Line Following Government Raid and Seizure of Property – Please Help and Donate
The Fisher family farm, a source of healthy food for local consumers in Virginia, was raided by the Virginia Department of Agriculture & Consumer Services (VDACS).
Samuel B. Fisher, who runs Golden Valley Farms, lost his livestock and meat-processing facility as the state condemned and seized his property. The act has resulted in not just loss of income but also a crisis of trust in a community that prides itself on independence and sustainable farming.
Golden Valley Farms has been serving around 500 consumers through its farm’s membership program.
The ordeal began on June 14 when a VDACS inspector made an unannounced visit to Fisher’s 100-acre farm. Fisher claims he had “no idea” what prompted the inspection.
“They came with a search warrant,” Fisher told Townhall, who later found himself embroiled in a legal battle for processing his meat onsite rather than using a USDA-inspected facility.
The next day, officials returned with a sheriff’s deputy to conduct a thorough search of the farm. Fisher’s meat was tagged under “administrative detention,” leaving him unable to sell or even consume his produce.
Fisher estimates that about $10,000 worth of products were seized and dumped. — The Gateway Pundit
Our Take: “We have a secret weapon that almost no one uses; those who do often stop the police state in its tracks.
With this tool, you can silence debt collectors, stop foreclosures, combat totalitarian health inspectors, win court cases, and otherwise fight the globalists’ parasitic encroachment on our freedoms.
It’s called: Conditional Acceptance.
It is a tool used in contract law, which is at the heart of all other law.
First, recall that every relationship that exists operates within the laws of contracts.
The relationship between a citizen and its government is also contractual.
Second, the justice system uses honor and dishonor with the law as its primary tool for taking our rights away, whether in civil law or criminal law. When you drive through a traffic stop illegally, you’re violating a term and condition of a contract—a dishonor that generates a charge—a complaint in a legal jurisdiction. The court then charges you for violating the law—dishonoring the contract between you and the jurisdiction in question.
Whether it’s CPS, a health inspector, a school board, the IRS, the DoJ or any other entity empowered to take the rights away from citizens; the basis is that they can compel our behavior through the contractual duty that exists with our government and officials.
By using Conditional Acceptance, you remain in honor, effectively kicking the ball back in the government’s court. This forces them to prove aspects of their case—which, if it’s based in fraud, means the case will fall apart.
For example, if a health inspector comes to your restaurant demanding you let him in to evaluate your business, the reason he can do that is that, as a citizen, you are a party to the contracts (agreements, covenants, charters, articles of incorporation) that created the jurisdiction he operates in. In essence, the citizen created the office of health inspector through their legislative body, granting that office the right to take away other citizens' rights with regard to health, when citizens dishonor the contract by violating a health code. The health inspector agrees to follow the law when engaging in the office’s business—inspecting citizens. This means the health inspector has to follow the rules of contracts.
This is how it works.
A health inspector comes in and says, ‘you violated a COVID health code for seating too many customers, thereby violating social distancing. Sign this paper saying you agree and that you’ll pay the fine, and agree to further sanctions if you continue not to comply.’
What might not be obvious is that the health inspector is actually making you an offer to contract! And since no party to a contract can be coerced to accept it, you can use conditional acceptance to politely decline the offer.
You, the restaurant owner, say, ‘I’d be happy to agree to this and honor my duty as a citizen. Before I do that, I just need you to prove that COVID is as deadly as you say, citing epidemiological studies showing death or injury from COVID infection. I also need you to demonstrate that the incidence of COVID you purport are valid, and that a live COVID-19 virus was present within those infected who suffered death or sickness. Finally, I need you to show me where I agreed to honor these COVID protocols, either by my wet ink signature or via a duly elected representative in a valid legislative body, wherein the issues were debated, and the citizenry had ample time to evaluate the protocols to ensure they are valid, reasonable, and necessary.’
If you haven’t figured it out yet, you need to know what the highest standard of proof is and then ask for that before you agree.
It’s called conditional acceptance because you will accept their offer to contract UPON THE CONDITION that they prove the facts they are asserting.
For valid situations, where facts are real and no fraud is present, this won’t work. But it does work anytime fraud is present in an offer to contract.” —
