Trump charged with trying to delete Mar-a-Lago surveillance footage in new indictment
The Justice Department is accusing former President Trump of attempting to delete surveillance footage at his Mar-a-Lago property in a new superseding indictment filed in the classified records case Thursday.
The DOJ says Trump acted with a new co-conspirator to try to delete the footage and also charged him with an additional Espionage Act charge.
The superseding indictment brings the total number of counts facing the former president to 40 and adds a charge based on the military documents Trump boasted of having in a meeting — warning he couldn’t share them since he failed to declassify them.
It accuses Trump of acting with Carlos de Oliveira, the property manager of the hotel, and Trump’s other co-defendant Walt Nauta with trying to delete the footage. — The Hill
Our Take: “40 counts for the 45th President. How serendipitous would it be if we end up with a perfect 45 in the months ahead?
In all seriousness, we at Badlands and everyone reading these Briefs, watching the shows and engaging in your own research in this Info War that is also a Mind War and quite possibly the war for the future of sovereignty and freedom itself against globalist powers (you know, the little things,) are well aware of what’s at stake …
And yet, with each new indictment that is handed down against Donald Trump, this community doesn’t seem cowed, nor even incensed, but rather excited.
To me, that betrays a fundamental misunderstanding of what’s really going on here by the Media Industrial Complex—Ghosts in the Machine theories aside—while highlighting this community’s belief that we’re watching the biggest Disclosure campaign in American history, with Trump casting himself as the prime vector for that Narrative delivery to the American people.
Trump didn’t say he would gladly take all these slings and arrows because he wanted to, or even because he needed to. He’s taking them because he CHOSE to, and because he understands the power of a story.
So the more the ‘walls are closing in’ rhetoric ramps up against Trump with each new indictment, and potentially even conviction, keep in mind not only the fact that Trump himself is seeding them to the public BEFORE the media does, but also the fact that a very REAL RICO case seems to be unfolding (or being disclosed) before the eyes of the American people in the form of the Biden Crime Family, who Trump just so happened to bait into running for the office many of us believe he willingly abdicated as part of the Devolution Operation.
Patriots really are in control, and the more this story plays out, the more we can see the Actual mapping onto the Potential with increasing frequency.” —
MSNBC Leftist Calls For Post 9/11 Style Crackdown To Prevent Americans Becoming Too Patriotic
A talking head on MSNBC has called for a post 9/11 style government crackdown as a means of winning “a battle for hearts and minds” of Americans who might turn against the leftist mindset and become overly patriotic.
Paul Rieckhoff, founder of Iraq and Afghanistan Veterans of America and Righteous Media compared the “threat” of such a scenario to the “number one threat” after 9/11, effectively suggesting conservatives and Trump supporters are akin to terrorists.
“A lot of Americans are up for grabs. I wouldn’t dismiss it as just something only people on the right or watching Fox News latch on to. We are in a battle for hearts and minds and there people are on the fence,” Rieckhoff asserted.
“You got to have leaders and messages and messengers and programs to get to those people that bring them over into community organizing and into non-profit organizations and away from the Patriot Front and Oathkeepers,” he continued.
Rieckhoff further declared that “the same kind of tectonic shift” in culture is needed now as was experienced immediate aftermath of the 9/11 attacks, which ushered in draconian police state style crackdown on liberties.
Rieckhoff suggested that wasn’t enough back then and the authorities should go further this time. — Summit News
Our Take: “The establishment’s grip on the central narrative is slipping so badly that anti-America First actors are literally calling for another Patriot Act to prevent political speech with which they disagree.
Paul Rieckhoff, an MSNBC talking head and founder of Iraq and Afghanistan Veterans of America and Righteous Media, is calling for a whole of government effort to restrict the speech of his political opponents. You would think that someone who founded a veterans organization would understand the importance of the Bill of Rights, but apparently that’s an incorrect assumption.
From the Twitter Files to the Disinformation Board to the scandalous disclosures in Missouri et al v Biden, the establishment is desperate to stop you from speaking truth. Reickhoff positions this as an appropriate tactic in the battle for hearts and minds, but that’s only because the establishment has already lost that battle. The truth is much more powerful than fiction.” —
Watch: New York Post Editor Details Coordinated Social Media Censorship Of Biden Family Corruption
Emma-Jo Morris, editor at Breitbart and former editor at the New York Post, testified before the House Weaponization Committee about the censorship of the Hunter Biden laptop scandal, including the coordinated nature of the social media blackout as well as the potential collusion with federal agencies working with media outlets like Politico to derail the story as "Russian disinformation" right before the 2020 election.
It should not be easy to forget the level of mass censorship on display in 2020-2022, with widespread violations of free speech rights by government's using Big Tech as a corporate hitman. From the blatant spin in favor of BLM's "fiery but peaceful" riots, to the attempted deplatforming of websites like Zero Hedge in retaliation for coverage of covid's potential Wuhan Lab origins (In light of congressional investigations, we now know it was Anthony Fauci that organized the suppression of the lab leak theory), to the complete erasure of the Hunter Biden laptop from public view - Social media has been a tool for controlling public perception rather than a means of free communication.
However, the populace has been bombarded with so many crises and scandals in the past few years they may need reminding of the numerous trespasses that took place not long ago. — ZeroHedge
Our Take: “I’ve been framing the Deep State as the ‘System of Systems' for a while, now, so much so that the term holds more immediate meaning to me than the alternative.
The reason for that isn’t that I think it’s more clever or catchy than ‘Deep State,’ nor do I believe the original term is lacking, but I DO believe ‘System of Systems’ starts to hint at the core contradiction that is not a contradiction at the heart of the Deep State itself.
Essentially, I believe the System of Systems is a Paradoxical Machine—a machine that runs on perpetual motion, that motion being the corruption and shared leverage of this either wittingly or unwittingly caught in its greasy, sometimes-bloody gears. The core paradox at the heart of the Deep State’s System of Systems is the prospect to me that this infernal machine only appears to be impossibly complex on the outside, while on the inside, it’s nothing more than several pillars, from the Narrative (News & Entertainment Media) to the Financial, to the Clandestine supporting one another against sovereign attempts at discovery and reformation.
Perhaps nothing sums this concept up better than the rampant online censorship many of us have experienced firsthand over the last several years.
Lucky for us and unlucky for [them,] however, the Great Awakening can’t be stopped.” —
Bud Light Brewer Lays Off Hundreds of U.S. Workers
Anheuser-Busch InBev laid off hundreds of workers at its U.S. offices after months of slumping sales at Bud Light.
The world’s largest brewer, which also sells Stella Artois and Budweiser, on Wednesday said the cuts would affect less than 2% of its roughly 18,000 U.S. workforce. The layoffs won’t impact front-line workers such as brewery and warehouse staff, the company said.
“While we never take these decisions lightly, we want to ensure that our organization continues to be set for future long-term success,” Anheuser-Busch Chief Executive Brendan Whitworth said in a written statement. “These corporate structure changes will enable our teams to focus on what we do best—brewing great beer for everyone.”
The restructuring eliminated corporate and marketing roles at major U.S. offices, including St. Louis, New York and Los Angeles. — The Wall Street Journal
Our Take: “Actions have consequences, and the actions of Bud Light’s Harvard-educated former VP of Marketing have life changing consequences for 645 Bud Light employees. The celebration of Dylan Mulvaney’s attention-seeking grift was the worst party ever.
Bud Light is a reporting a permanent loss of 25% of their business as a result of the failed marketing campaign, but that is unlikely to impact executive compensation. Instead, the company is dealing with the loss by laying off hundreds of employees. Unless those hundreds of employees are in the marketing department, this is immoral. But it’s completely expected. The buck stops at the top when the bucks are free flowing. But when the bucks stop flowing because of decisions made at the top, the blame goes to the customers and the people, the employees, feel the impact.
I didn’t think it was possible to hate Bud Light more, but I was wrong. Every move they’ve made in the wake of their woke disaster has further deteriorated their brand, making Bud Light one of the most loathed corporations in America.” —
Wagner boss Prigozhin spotted at Russia-Africa summit
Wagner chief Yevgeny Prigozhin has been photographed at a Russia-Africa summit in St. Petersburg, appearing on the sidelines of the event hosted by President Vladimir Putin just a month after launching a failed mutiny.
In two pictures circulated on social media Thursday, Prigozhin is shown wearing casual jeans and a white shirt, smiling as he presses the flesh with visiting officials.
In the first picture, posted to Facebook by an Africa-based aide, Prigozhin shakes hands with a suited-up African delegate. According to the watchdog All Eyes on Wagner, the African official is chief of protocol to Faustin Touadera, the president of the Central African Republic.
Hundreds of Wagner mercenaries arrived in the Central African Republic last week, according to local reports. The country is holding a constitutional referendum on Sunday that may abolish presidential term limits, therefore allowing Touadera to run again.
In the second picture, Prigozhin is wearing the same outfit and shaking hands with the “director of Afrique media,” according to a Wagner-branded Telegram channel.
In a subsequent post, the Orchestra Wagner Telegram channel also claimed credit for a coup in Niger that took place on the eve of the St. Petersburg summit, although this claim could not be independently verified. — Politico
Our Take: “Read this subhead from the Politico piece:
Then read it again.
A LOT of Anons saw this coming, but if you were one of those who got whipped up into an MSM-induced frenzy about the walls closing in on Putin just like they've been closing in on Trump every other day for seven years, you might want to check your underlying premises.
Thing is, in the case of Prigozhin's 'mutiny,' the Wagner leader and Putin had publicly engaged in very obvious MILDEC just ONE MONTH prior during the defense of Bakhmut, which we were talking about in various corners of Badlands Media for weeks.
Miyamoto Musashi said that, ‘when you know the way broadly, you can see it in all things.’
We may not know the way completely in this awakening community, but we ARE beginning to see it in all things.
Maybe that’s why we’re all keeping our heads when those around us lose their own.” —

I am increasingly thankful for all involved in the great awakening because it has brought truth to the forefront where it belongs. Truth will always trump the lies woven through the ‘system of systems’ and this entire organized criminal enterprise will eventually face justice and destruction. Our fearless tiger has it right when he stated, ‘...it’s nothing more than several pillars, from the Narrative (News & Entertainment Media) to the Financial, to the Clandestine...’. The vast number of patriots around the world uniquely gifted by our Creator will persevere whether we know the entire truth ourselves. Thank God for the gift of truth to humanity and the gift of His Son. God bless each one of the participants.🙏
"It accuses Trump of acting with Carlos de Oliveira, the property manager of the hotel, and Trump’s other co-defendant Walt Nauta with trying to delete the footage". — The Hill I have 2 questions on this..1.) WHY would he do that and 2.) even if he did, this is his own surveillance equipment and he should be able to do with it as he pleases. Ok, I have 4 questions, If they wanted the tape, why didn't they take it the day of the raid?? What evidence do they have of this so called "classified" paper that he claims he was reading? Seems like they keep coming up with stuff to charge him with when they realize that the things they are charging him with are all pretty bogus.
