Tucker: America’s Principles Are at Stake
Tucker has delivered an epic tour de force condemning the Deep State, which over the past 6 years has been focused solely on one goal: to put away the one person who stands in its way, and in the way of countless neocons and war profiteers from attaining their trillions in deadly spoils: Donald Trump.
Despite a 'cease and desist' order from Fox News, Tucker Carlson is back tonight with the 3rd episode of his 'Tucker on Twitter' show. After over 115 million views on his first and almost 60 million on his second, tonight's discussion of the indictment of former president Trump is sure to be the most widely viewed news of the day (despite CNN/MSNBC's euphoria at the day's events).
Reflecting on the day's events in Miami, Carlson noted that "cable news carried every moment of it... but they weren't shocked... anybody who's been paying attention knew this was coming..."
But, as he continues, "what just happened was always going to happen, it has been inevitable since February 16, 2016... that's the day that Donald Trump may a blood enemy of the largest and most powerful organization in human history - the US federal government." — ZeroHedge summary

Our Take: “Tucker off the corporate media leash is a refreshing turn of events in our dystopian timeline. And in Ep. 3, he says what needs to be said.
Tucker is calling permanent Washington a ‘uniparty’ now. He is further normalizing the reality that R vs. D is a high budget psy-op. Knowing what we know now, stop for a moment and imagine how much money is laundered through campaign finance. Staggering.
Anyway, Tucker didn’t talk about campaign finance, but he did talk a lot about war, making the case that Trump’s arrest has been inevitable since February 16, 2016. That was the day, Tucker asserts, that Trump made an enemy of the US Federal Government.
‘After seven and a half years, we can point to the precise moment that permanent Washington decided to send Donald Trump to prison.’
Tucker played a clip of Trump passionately denying the existence of Weapons of Mass Destruction while framed next to a horrified Jeb Bush at the 2016 South Carolina Republican candidates debate. Bush’s face is classic.
‘By saying that, he sealed his fate. That was the one thing you weren’t allowed to say, because it implicated too many people on both sides which, on this topic is really just one side,’ Tucker said.
He goes on to lay out how Trump ended up with so many enemies around him, calling out Mike Pence and Nikki Haley before delivering a particularly scathing review of former Secretary of State (and CIA Director) Mike Pompeo.
‘In fact, he undermined Trump’s often-stated commitment to peace and non-intervention abroad, at every turn. His every waking hour was devoted to fomenting war in some far away foreign country or other.’ Tucker also talked about Pompeo’s relentless ‘cow-towing’ to 45, his voice full of disdain as he said, ‘It was indelibly repulsive. No one with self respect could do that, but Mike Pompeo did it effortlessly, with relish and verve.’
Now Pompeo is agreeing with the weaponized DOJ that Clinton’s sock drawer precedent doesn’t apply to Trump. When it comes to Trump, the uniparty establishment is blowing up every precedent.
Tucker rounds out Ep. 3 by calling out the dangerous territory we find ourselves in as Biden arrests his primary political opponent.
‘So, Joe Biden is doing what no US President has ever dared to do. He is using law enforcement to lock up his chief political rival. That’s happening right now. Anyone who denies it’s happening is lying to you.’
The cherry on top is when Tucker calls the US a caste system that only Donald Trump can set right.
‘Whatever else you say about him, Donald Trump is the one guy with an actual shot at becoming president, who dissents from Washington’s longstanding pointless war agenda. And for that — that one fact — they’re trying to take Trump out before you can vote for him. And that should upset you more than anything that’s happened in American politics in your lifetime.’
It’s not just the war machine, but also its secrets; still, Tucker’s point is well taken. For the truth community, he isn’t saying anything we don’t know. But the truth community has never been Tucker’s audience. Normies are Tucker’s audience. And this episode already has 5M views in just a couple hours. No wonder Fox is trying to prohibit Tucker from posting on Twitter. I hope they don’t succeed.” —
E. Jean Carroll can add Trump CNN town hall comments to lawsuit, judge rules
E. Jean Carroll can amend her initial defamation lawsuit filed against former President Trump to include additional comments he made about her during a CNN town hall, a judge ruled Tuesday.
Carroll was awarded $5 million last month after a Manhattan jury ruled in her favor and found Trump guilty of sexual abuse and defamation. The jury did not find him guilty of rape. Trump has denied the allegations and appealed the decision.
That case was separate from Carroll’s initial lawsuit in 2019, which accused Trump of defaming her when she first came forward with her allegations. He called her claims a “hoax” and a “con job” at the time.
That initial lawsuit, which has been stalled as courts consider whether Trump is immune from liability since he made the comments when he was president, is the lawsuit to which Carroll’s legal team won the right to amend.
At the CNN presidential town hall, which took place one day after Trump was found guilty of sexual abuse and defamation, Trump took aim at Carroll, calling the case “fake news” and claiming he did not know Carroll. — The Hill
Our Take: “Justice. A nice idea. Maybe we'll figure that out one day. Because what we have now is not justice.
In a truly lawful system, only those acts that violate rights, and therefore cause harm, can be adjudicated. Process crimes are morally repugnant in consideration of the true rule of law—used by tyrannical social systems to maintain order by violating the rights of member citizens. Mercy is also critical because, in a world where free-will beings can take actions absent perfect wisdom, chaos, and harm are inevitabilities. Furthermore, malice is not a valid intent to cause a legal action or proceeding—you can’t use the courts to reap vengeance.
In this case, E Jean Carroll has demonstrated that she is vexatious and malevolent, attempting to use the legal system itself to inflict harm on her enemy, Donald Trump. We have good reason to suspect her malevolence because, despite the fact she could not materially prove any harm, she is pursuing damages when no harm actually occurred. It’s either a grift, an attempt to harm Trump, or both, or she’s so mentally incompetent, she doesn’t really grasp what she’s doing. Frankly, all three options are on the table.
In a real justice system, her complaint would likely have no merit because no harm was done beyond what is normally present in a society where free speech is enshrined as a fundamental right. If Trump had used his free speech to slander or defame Carroll, he would be liable due to the fact he caused harm to her reputation. However, he used his free speech to make factually true statements, absent the intent to cause harm on Trump’s part, we can presume. Therefore, no harm has been done, save the harm to Carroll’s reputation that would have taken place because people were talking about her actions.
In other words, if a person’s reputation is damaged because the truth of their views or behavior came to light in a public setting, that harm is, as a matter of law, self-incurred. Using speech to share true information that materially damages the reputation of a person isn’t a crime, it’s a necessary part of a free and trust-based lawful society where we have the right to gain intelligence about the people we inhabit society with. Your behavior is public; by definition, if it occurs in a public venue, is in the public domain. Observers have the right to share the information they accumulate as a result of their relationship with reality itself.
Trump is likely well aware of all of this. He’s ‘taking slings and arrows’ to expose it. And, I would argue, our job is to do more than just eat popcorn. At the end of this Great Awakening, WE THE PEOPLE are going to have to redesign our society. Will we have learned all that we need to learn to ensure the new system is truly free and lawful?” —
Biden Admin Bans Transgender He's Photographed With After Activist's WH Stunt Goes Viral
Even some acts of disrespect at the White House are too much for President Joe Biden.
The White House released a statement confirming it had banned trans influencer Rose Montoya from the facility to the New York Post on Tuesday.
Montoya displayed his breasts in a TikTok video filmed at a White House LGBT “pride” event on Saturday.
“Are we topless at the White House?” A voice stated in the video, as Montoya covered his nipples with his hands.
Another individual appeared with scar marks from breast removal surgery in the display. — The Western Journal
Our Take: “Hath Hades frozen over?
Suddenly, the Biden administration enforces rules and they’re against one of their protected class.
Rose Montoya thought exposing his/her (apologies if incorrect pronouns) breasts would be a way to promote trans rights, sparking the White House to ‘do the right thing’ and ban Montoya.
Making the right decision here isn’t a reason to applaud Biden. Hypocrisy at its finest is what I would like to point out.
From the source: ‘This behavior is inappropriate and disrespectful for any event at the White House,’ a representative for the residence said of Montoya’s actions. ‘It is not reflective of the event we hosted to celebrate LGBTQI+ families or the other hundreds of guests who were in attendance.’
Joe Biden’s administration has pushed for CRT, defunding the police, woke military propaganda and abortion up to or beyond 9 months. Add to that, they have no qualms with members of the LGBTQIP+ (I can’t keep up with all of the letters any longer) hosting public events where kids are exposed to graphic sexuality.
So this is where the line in the sand is at Biden’s White House. Not only is President ‘Brandon’ out to lunch, he’s out of touch with reality. That’s the line in the sand: we can’t have bare transgender breasts on the White House lawn. That’s worse than the son of the President of the United States allegedly smoking crack and having relations with prostitutes?
Except … that actually took place.
The Biden camp has transgenders in the military and its administration. One was even fired for stealing women’s luggage and clothes. However, I will sleep in comfort tonight knowing that when bare transgender breasts are exposed on the White House lawn, Joe Biden will be there to say, ‘Hey, man. That’s crossing the line, pal!’
America, you can rest easy now. All is well.” — Johnny Q
Report: Cable Networks Spent Zero Time on Biden ‘Bribery’ Scandal, Compared to 291 Mins on Trump Indictment
Network news channels ABC, CBS, and NBC spent zero time on the alleged Biden “bribery” scandal, compared to 291 minutes on the Trump indictment, according to a media watchdog report.
On Thursday, the FBI provided Congress an FBI informant document that alleged President Joe Biden accepted a $5 million bribe from a Ukrainian oligarch. On the very same day, the Justice Department announced an indictment against former President Donald Trump.
“Have you heard about the Biden Burisma bribery scandal?” Media Research Center posted on Twitter.
“Probably not, since it’s received ZERO seconds of coverage from @ABC, @CBSNews and @NBCNews, compared to the 291 minutes they’ve spent on the Trump indictment,” the media watchdog found.
According to polling, 52 percent of voters believe the Biden family received payments from foreign nationals to influence policy, while just 31 percent said no. Another 15 percent were unsure. — Breitbart
Our Take: “File this headline under ‘things that surprise no one’.
ABC, CBS, NBC and even FOX prove yet again they are social conditioning outlets, not news organizations—you know, to whoever still needed further proof after decades of lies and propaganda. At this point, if you still trust the MSM, then I don't know what it'll take to salvage your mind.
The modus operandi has always been to control the media, shape the narrative, and thereby control the masses. Despite everything that has come to light over the last 7 years, we still have a huge swath of voters in this country who are woefully misinformed, and their trust in the legacy media institutions perpetuates this reality. Trump's ‘crime’ is nothing but the fever dream of a bunch of panicked uniparty jerkoffs, and if it were anyone else, this indictment and whatever comes of it would never have happened. On the other hand, Biden's crimes are easily proven and obvious to even the most law-illiterate individual; this is why the facts are being hidden by the MSM from Americans and why so much attention is being put on Donald Trump.
I'm not some great legal expert, but I've been observing this spook vs. spook information war for the better part of the last decade, and to me, it seems as though there really is no outcome here that the deep state is aiming for; they've already got what they need from all of this, and that is
A) something to keep the Biden bribery scandal out of the news cycle and therefore out of the mind or consciousness of anyone who is left of center (these people will never seek information from conservative media, independent or otherwise; it is anathema to them).
B) to create a talking point for the 2024 presidential race, i.e., ‘Oh, Trump's the only president in history to be charged, blah blah blah.’
So basically, if this whole thing leads nowhere and Trump is once again found innocent, the deep state has already gotten their immediate needs met. However, this sleight-of-news tactic they employ doesn't work on everyone, and each time they do it there are those who start to see the system of systems for what it is.
Fortunately, Badlands Media and other outlets like it are here to counteract mainstream propaganda.” —
House passes resolution to overturn new federal gun regulation; Biden vows veto
House Republicans passed a resolution that would repeal a Biden administration rule tightening federal regulations on stabilizing braces for firearms, an accessory that has been used in several mass shootings in the U.S. over the last decade.
The resolution passed 219-210 nearly on party lines and after a contentious floor debate where Republicans accused the administration of “executive overreach” and Democrats condemned a bill they said would “help kill people.” Two Democrats voted in support and two Republicans voted against it.
The resolution, which was introduced by Rep. Andrew Clyde, R-Ga., will now go to the Senate, which could take up the measure as soon as this week. Should it pass, President Joe Biden has promised a veto. Overriding a presidential veto would require two-thirds majorities in the House and Senate.
The new rule issued by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives in January treats guns with the accessories like short-barreled rifles, a weapon that is like a sawed-off shotgun and has been heavily regulated since the 1930s.
The regulation, which went into effect June 1, was one of several steps Biden announced in 2021 after a man using a stabilizing brace killed 10 people at a grocery store in Boulder, Colorado. A stabilizing brace was also used in a shooting in Dayton, Ohio, that left nine people dead in 2019 and most recently in a school shooting in Nashville, Tennessee. — AP News
Our Take: “Every gun law is an infringement. The Biden rule that this resolution addresses is also really stupid.
According to the Federal Register, ‘Under the Gun Control Act of 1968 and the National Firearms Act of 1934, a firearm equipped with a stabilizing brace or other rearward attachment is considered a ‘rifle’ or ‘short-barreled rifle’ if other factors indicate that the weapon is designed, made, and intended to be fired from the shoulder.’
Stabilizing braces are widely used by disabled veterans to increase accuracy and reduce recoil, but the modifier has been successfully demonized as ‘enabling mass shootings.’ The stupid part is that the rule targets mass shooters — a tiny psychopathic fringe — by negatively impacting the accuracy of a much larger population of firearm users. Government for the win.
A much better way to address mass shootings is to defund the FBI’s shooter-grooming program, but that’s a conversation for another day.
Biden has vowed to veto, and Republican legislators are largely feckless, so they won’t find two thirds of both chambers to override. But take heart and remember, ‘A Law repugnant to the Constitution is void.’ — Chief Justice Marshall, Marbury v Madison, 1803.” —
