Now, onto the news from Thursday, January 23 …
First on CNN: National Archives asks former presidents and vice presidents to check for classified and presidential documents
The National Archives is formally asking former presidents and vice presidents to re-check their personal records for any classified documents or other presidential records in the wake of classified documents discovered in the homes of former President Donald Trump, former Vice President Mike Pence and President Joe Biden over the last year.
The Archives sent a letter Thursday to representatives of former presidents and vice presidents from the last six presidential administrations covered by the Presidential Records Act (PRA) – from former President Ronald Reagan’s White House to the present.
The letter, which was reviewed by CNN, requests that they check their files to ensure that material thought to be personal does not “inadvertently” contain presidential records that are required by law to be turned over to the Archives.
[…]
Representatives for four former presidents have previously told CNN they do not have any classified records in their possession. The representatives for former Presidents Clinton, George W. Bush, Obama and the late George H.W. Bush all told CNN that all classified records had been turned over to the National Archives upon leaving office. — CNN
Our Take: “NARA sent this letter to every President and Vice President from Reagan through to Biden. Awesome! Now they are ALL on the record denying having any classified records. The way things are trending as of late, I think we will soon discover that such claims are erroneous at best. The hunt for classified docs, a long time method of hiding abuses and crimes by those in high office, is ON.” — Just Human
California judge issues preliminary injunction blocking COVID ‘misinformation’ law
A California judge issued a preliminary injunction against a state law that empowers the Medical Board of California to discipline physicians who support opinions about COVID-19 that are not in line with the "consensus," according to reports.
The law, known as Assembly Bill 2098, was set to take effect on Jan. 1, 2023. Under the law, the Medical Board of California and the Osteopathic Medical Board of California could discipline physicians who "disseminate" information about COVID that is not in line with the "contemporary scientific consensus." — FOX News
Our Take: “AB 2098 CA is a bill passed and signed into law by Gavin Newsom against "medical misinformation." It strictly forbids doctors to recommend against Covid vaccination. Furthermore, doctors must stick to treatment protocol guidelines. Doctors in violation could potentially lose their medical licenses. This violates patient-doctor confidentiality, right to try, and is a complete 1st Amendment violation. Again, California has turned into an Orwellian nightmare of continued forcible medical tyranny. A lawsuit obtained an injunction while being challenged in court. This is a must win, or a precedent could be set that will forever destroy the relationship between medical care providers and the people they serve. The ruling also establishes standing to challenge the law. This is important because a similar challenge filed against AB 2098 was dismissed based on a lack of standing.” — Johnny Q
Schiff launches campaign for Feinstein's California Senate seat, setting up epic Democrat primary
California Rep. Adam Schiff on Thursday launched his 2024 campaign for Senate, possibly setting up a Democratic primary challenge against incumbent Sen. Dianne Feinstein.
"When a dangerous demagogue tried to undermine our democracy, I wasn't about to let him," Schiff says in a voice-over in his first campaign ad as videos of former President Donald Trump play.
Schiff, who has served in Congress since 2001, was one of the lead investigators in Trump's first impeachment inquiry and a lead impeachment manager for the former president's second impeachment. — Just the News
Our Take: “Deep state shill and mouth-piece, Adam Schiff, who was one of the chief congressmen pushing the Russiagate hoax, is now going after a key seat for California representation in the US Senate. Considering that Marjorie Taylor Greene was prejudicially removed from committee positions merely for discussing MAGA and election fraud should show us how corrupt the establishment truly is. Schiff destroyed whatever good faith was placed in his hands when he violated the trust of the people by using his position on the US Intelligence Committee to push blatant falsehoods and lies about Trump. These same lies were used as a pretext to deprive J6' B of their fundamental right to due process, along with many other damaging developments Americans are still contending with. The fact that the American people did not demand that Schiff be barred from all future governmental positions is itself an indication of how much work is left to be done. And yet, the fact that McCarthy removed Schiff is a good sign. But eternal vigilance is the only lasting cure for corruption.” — Justin Deschamps
Feds adapting AI used to silence ISIS to combat American dissent on vaccines, elections
The government's campaign to fight "misinformation" has expanded to adapt military-grade artificial intelligence once used to silence the Islamic State (ISIS) to quickly identify and censor American dissent on issues like vaccine safety and election integrity, according to grant documents and cyber experts.
The National Science Foundation (NSF) has awarded several million dollars in grants recently to universities and private firms to develop tools eerily similar to those developed in 2011 by the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) in its Social Media in Strategic Communication (SMISC) program.
DARPA said those tools were used "to help identify misinformation or deception campaigns and counter them with truthful information," beginning with the Arab Spring uprisings in the the Middle East that spawned ISIS over a decade ago. — Just the News
Our Take: “Just another example of the Biden Regime weaponizing the government against patriots. Artificial Intelligence is being used in Fifth-Generation Warfare. The weapons that were once pointed at foreign enemies like ISIS are being swiveled around at our own citizens. There is a technological arms race going on with AI and other convergent technologies and we must engage quickly to save our republic to set up safeguards so that our own citizens won't be targets anymore. This article is a smoking gun, proving that our own government has been infiltrated by traitors. Note that the top two issues the deep state is afraid we will explore are vaccine safety and election integrity. When those narratives collapse, so will their power structure.” — Sean Morgan
Police Body Cam Video of Paul Pelosi Attack Will Be Released Friday Morning
The police body camera video showing the attack on former U.S. House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s husband at their San Francisco home last October will be released to the media on Friday morning, according to court officials.
A statement released by the San Francisco Superior Court said the video and audio in the case of the People vs. David DePape will be made “available to accredited media members” Friday morning at 9 a.m. in accordance with Judge Stephen M. Murphy’s order Wednesday.
Media representatives will be able to pick up the CD’s containing the footage and audio recordings from clerks at the Hall of Justice once the provide identification, a completed criminal records request form and a $25 payment. — CBS News
Our Take: “Many of us at Badlands have been calling for the release of the body cam footage of the first responder from the Paul Pelosi "attacker" fiasco. Now, it seems like we will be getting our wish today at 9 AM. Though this appears to be good news, I think it is wise for us to temper our expectations. These people, as arrogant as they are, have long been masters of covering up their crimes. Will the footage be doctored or authentic? They've certainly had plenty of time to determine whether or not the video is damning, and they likely wouldn't be releasing it if it was. I hope I am wrong.” — Ryan DeLarme
Vermont Supreme Court rules in favor of noncitizen voting
Noncitizen residents may continue to vote in municipal elections in Vermont’s capital city of Montpelier, the state Supreme Court ruled Friday, stating that such voting in local elections doesn’t violate the state constitution.
In its decision on an appeal the higher court upheld a lower court ruling, dismissing the claim.
“The statute allowing noncitizens to vote in local Montpelier elections does not violate Chapter II, § 42 because that constitutional provision does not apply to local elections,” the Supreme Court wrote. — Associated Press
Our Take: “The political, governmental and globalist machine designed to deprive free people of their fundamental rights, property, and capacity to govern their own lives is as old as civilization itself.
In modern times, the whip and club has been replaced with lying media, denatured educational institutions, and unceasing Hollywood distractions. The goal: to so thoroughly de-educate and dumb-down the masses that the forces of corruption can commit their acts of theft and corruption without the citizenry taking a stand against it—or even noticing it happened at all.
Case in point, the Vermont Supreme court chose to violate their fundamental duty as trustee of the people's rights and property, which is to uphold and defend the rights enumerated by the US Constitution.
A nation is formed by the legal persons (citizens) that have vested their rights into it as citizens. An illegal—one who is not a citizen has not vested their rights—and therefore, has no lawful right to participate in the governance of the nation. In short, it should be obvious that anyone who illegally enters the country should not be allowed to vote.
As an analogy, it's like giving the man who breaks into your house to rape your daughter a voice in deciding what security company to use to protect your home, if not giving him a key to the front door. Violating the laws of the land by definition is an indication the offending party will not act in good faith, which is vital to the rule of law and voting. Similarly, a husband who cheats on his wife has dishonored himself; he has violated the sacred trust of the marriage, making clear he is acting in bad faith. Until his honor has been restored, until he has proven he can honor the laws of marriage and respect the rules they formed together, his wife should not treat with him or engage in activity that requires good faith.
In this way, good faith is a cornerstone of a truly lawful and free society, where the Rule of Law governs the citizenry, not the law of the jungle. These signals of poor civic health are all but ignored by the rank and file masses. But there is a growing body of patriots rediscovering what the founders possessed masterful knowledge of.” — Justin Deschamps
Crushed Bug ‘Additive’ is Now Included in Pizza, Pasta & Cereals Across the EU
As of yesterday, a food additive made out of powdered crickets began appearing in foods from pizza, to pasta to cereals across the European Union.
Yes, really.
Defatted house crickets are on the menu for Europeans across the continent, without the vast majority of them knowing it is now in their food.
“This comes thanks to a European Commission ruling passed earlier this month,” reports RT.
“As per the decision, which cited the scientific opinion of the European Food Safety Authority, the additive is safe to use in a whole range of products, including but not limited to cereal bars, biscuits, pizza, pasta-based products, and whey powder.”
But don’t worry, because the crickets first have to be checked to make sure they “discard their bowel content” before being frozen. — Summit News
Our Take: “What sounds like a hip, progressive new trend that will surely deal a decisive blow against climate change might actually prove quite hazardous to our health. Several bacterial species have been associated with both farm-reared and wild-caught ‘edible’ insects. These include bacterial species from the genera Staphylococcus, Streptococcus, Bacillus, Pseudomonas, Micrococcus, Lactobacillus, Erwinia, Clostridium and Acinetobacter, as well as members of the family Enterobacteriaceae. Additionally, insects can potentially serve as replicative vectors for viruses that infect vertebrates. Can we at least get a third-party organization to make sure the contents of their bowels have been discarded first?” — Ryan DeLarme
The New York Times Reports … How Barr’s Quest to Find Flaws in the Russia Inquiry Unraveled
Our Take: “The New York Times has published a lengthy 'hit and spin' piece out against the Durham Special Counsel and his Office. The entire piece is based on the inputs of "current and former officials" who "spoke on the condition of anonymity because of the legal, political and intelligence sensitivities surrounding the topic." It also has some comments from defense lawyers who represented clients that Durham's SCO has interviewed.
It is a difficult read, as the entire thing is trying to program you into believing a few key things that the NYT wishes were true:
-The Trump-Russia collusion investigations had a basis whereas Durham's investigation does not.
-Barr and Durham are Trump's attack dogs.
-Durham used to be fair and respectable, but he drank the Trump Kool-Aid
-Durham has failed to find anything meaningful and ...
-Durham is done. It's over.
Anyone who has followed Durham's work closely KNOWS that none of that is true. It's 180 degrees out of sync.
Why is the New York Times now, in January 2023, trying to spin up and reframe these things? Why are they publishing this piece now—a piece that is desperately attempting to force the reader to believer that Durham is a politically-charged prosecutor looking for a basis for his SCO to exist?
I think they are trying to get ahead of something. Perhaps something huge.” — Just Human

Good job on the stories, they reek of communism no? An illegal voting must be the most absurd yet. How can anyone be comfortable with this?
WOW, pulverized insects in your favorite EU foods??
This is really going to bug the militant vegan communities.
