Trump Urges "End To The Destruction Of Our Country" After Biden Heckled, Booed By Republicans During SOTU
According to Biden:
Bad things: billionaires (tax them, shouldn't exist), buybacks (tax 'em too), balloons (Chinese ones!), big-oil (making too much money), big-tech (slam them unless they censor 'the other'), white men (where do we start?), guns (kill people), police (kill people), and Putin (well durr, he's Hitler).
Good things: inflation (coming down, right?), gas prices (coming down, right?), jobs (allowing people to work is good for employment), climate (The IRA will spend taxpayer money to save the world), COVID (crushed it... or was it just a bad cold?), immigration (not a crisis... and how else can we get so much fentanyl to calm the masses into the country), non-white men (or those that identify as non-white men), Zelensky (heroic spending of US taxpayer money), and Putin ('war is a racket' after all eh 'big guy'?)
[…]
Finally, in a response of his own, President Trump said: “I am running for president to end the destruction of our country and to complete the unfinished business of making America great again. We will make our country better than ever before, and we will always put America first,” — ZeroHedge
Our Take: “Biden’s State of the Union address was given before a U.S. Congress that is more embattled and more in the public spotlight than at any point in American history. He also spent the first half of his speech largely touting Trumpian policy and rhetoric, advancing America First talking points while extolling the virtues of nationalism.
Of course, such comments fly directly in the face of Biden’s accomplishments—or lack thereof—while in the highest office in the land, but the fact that Democratic Congress members were caught cheering for increasing oil production and national production deals shows how quickly the Overton Window can shift.
And the biggest takeaway of the night is that, while Biden mumbled his way through another fraudulent speech from his fraudulent office, the people’s POTUS, Donald Trump, presented himself as a strong, clever and even humorous alternative to the puppet show the American people are watching on a daily basis.” — Burning Bright
Kamala Harris Is Trying to Define Her Vice Presidency. Even Her Allies Are Tired of Waiting
Some Democratic Party officials have lost faith in Vice President Kamala Harris and believe she is in a lose-lose situation for the 2024 presidential election, according to The New York Times.
Harris’ critics claim that whether President Joe Biden decides to run again in 2024 or not, it’s a risk for a Democratic presidency. If Biden runs, opponents believe her name on the ballot could cost them the election, and if he doesn’t run, they don’t believe she is not a strong enough candidate to win on her own, the NYT reported, citing anonymous Democrats from the White House, Capitol Hill and across the country.
“That will be in my opinion one of the most hard-hitting arguments against Biden,” John Morgan, a Democratic Party donor, told the NYT. — The New York Times
Our Take: “But how could they part with Kamala's razor-sharp wit and boundless charisma? Not to mention all the top-tier diplomatic skills that she brings to the table?
These Democrats are clearly racist and sexist, and they obviously have no idea how tirelessly Kamala has worked for this country throughout her career.
Whether it was riding the coattails of Bay Area political boss Willie Brown or covering up criminal activity as State Attorney General (including crimes against children by the Catholic Church), Kamala's career has been a masterclass in how to serve the best interests of the American people. Sad!” — Ryan DeLarme
+++
Another Take: “In the source article for this, there is a Clinton cronie who says that Harris "So far... has not distinguished herself... “I can’t think of one thing she’s done except stay out of the way and stand beside him at certain ceremonies...”
Two unnamed Democrats are said to have, "recalled private conversations in which former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton lamented that Ms. Harris could not win because she does not have the political instincts to clear a primary field."
However, a spokesperson for Mrs Clinton is also quoted, saying that Hillary and Kamala, “They have built and maintained a strong bond. Any other characterization is patently false.”
So, three Clinton cronies throwing shade at VP Harris, two of them behind the scenes, while her own spox is providing cover.
Hillary is running in 2024.” — Just Human
Kyrie Irving responds to questions about deletion of Instagram apology for sharing antisemitic documentary
When Kyrie Irving shared an antisemitic documentary on his social media platforms earlier in the season, he initially refused to apologize. After several media sessions in which he did not back down, he was eventually suspended by the Brooklyn Nets. At that point, he relented and shared an apology post on Instagram. He served his suspension, returned to the Nets, and with time, the ordeal fell out of the spotlight.
But Irving made news last week when he asked the Nets to trade him following a breakdown in contract extension talks. He was ultimately dealt to the Dallas Mavericks, and in the process, The Athletic's Sam Amick noticed something peculiar: Irving's apology post was no longer up on Instagram. It is not clear when Irving deleted the post, but as of this writing, it is not available on his Instagram page.
Irving addressed the media Tuesday when he was introduced as a member of the Mavericks, and he was asked about deleting the post. "I delete a lot of things on my Instagram," Irving said. "I've had things that have happened before in my life, probably not as drastic as that moment, which led to a lot of confusion and uncertainty I felt like about what I meant and what I stand for. I had to sit up with these mics and explain to the world who I am, and I know who I am. I delete things all the time, and it's no disrespect to anyone within the community. Just living my life." — CBS News
Our Take: “After being traded from Brooklyn to Dallas earlier in the week, Kyrie felt compelled to delete his apology post, signaling that it is within the realm of possibility to believe that Kyrie was forced to make that apology in order to get back on the court.
This further displays to fans how the NBA further seeks to control players and their right to free speech.” — AbsoluteTruth1776
Fire At New Zealand’s Largest Egg Farm Kills 75,000 Hens Amid National Shortage
The latest major food supplier to go up in flames, after decades of food suppliers not going up in flames, is New Zealand’s largest egg producer – after a blaze broke out on Monday, killing around 75,000 hens.
The fire at Zeagold farm had “taken the better part of the day to contain,” according to the company, adding that twelve workers on the site were “unharmed but very distressed.”
Prior to the fire, New Zealand farmers estimated that the country needed another 300,000 hens to deal with a national egg shortage, The Guardian reports. — Summit News, sourcing The Guardian
Our Take: “To normies, NPCs or the thoroughly mind controlled masses, it doesn't seem obvious that a coordinated destabilization and controlled implosion of the economy is taking place. But it most certainly is.
According to Martin Armstrong of Armstrong Economics, credited as the most successful economic and market forecasters in history, the true source of hyperinflation and economic collapse is not money printing in and of itself; it's lack of confidence. Armstrong further predicts that 2023 will be the year the economy begins to rapidly decline. We ain't seen nothing yet.
Confidence, within the economic space, is a higher order categorical term referring to the impression of stability. In simple terms, confidence acts on the economy from the bottom up. Whether it's confidence in supply chains, confidence in stable prices for commodities, or confidence that the consumer-base has enough money to buy goods and services produced by businesses, confidence affects everything. But when confidence breaks down, due to instability, inflation, war, or destruction of manufacturing infrastructure, it ripples through the economy like a tidal wave—moving slowly to affect everything.
The question on everyone's mind: are these issues affecting the chicken industry intentional? Of course, we can't know for sure. But the fact that the Fed raised rates while confidence is being crushed due the housing collapse, supply chain, the threat of WWIII, and more, suggests this is a coordinated effort.
Raising chickens seems like a really good idea right about now.” — Justin Deschamps
Kevin McCarthy’s newly appointed sergeant at arms opposed installing security fencing around the Capitol for Joe Biden’s State of the Union address
The Capitol Police Board, a three-member body that makes security decisions for the Capitol complex, split 2-1 last week in favor of erecting a temporary security fence ahead of President Joe Biden’s State of the Union address, according to two people familiar with the decision.
The lone vote against the plan: William McFarland, the House’s newly minted sergeant at arms.
The security fencing has already been installed ahead of Biden’s address — but the split among the three board members marks a notable shift. Capitol Police and House Sergeant at Arms officials declined to comment.
One of the two people familiar with the vote, asked about the rationale for McFarland’s vote, said there was "no actionable intelligence to necessitate putting up a fence," noting that State of the Union speeches prior to the Jan. 6, 2021 attack on the Capitol didn’t require one. (Capitol Police reinstalled the fencing around last year’s speech.) — Politico
Our Take: “There's been quite a bit of discussion about the fencing going back up and people wondering why? Some politicians and media outlets have made it a news story, either highlighting it as needed or decrying it has unnecessary.
It's notable to me that Speaker McCarthy's Sergeant at Arms voted against it.” — Just Human
Rothschild Family Offers To Take Flagship Bank Private In $4 Billion Deal
The iconic Rothschild family, whose accumulated if mostly hidden wealth is according to some among the world's greatest fortunes, is planning to take its flagship investment bank, Rothschild & Co, private. The bank, whose predecessors helped finance the Duke of Wellington’s victory over Napoleon in 1815 at the battle of Waterloo, announced Monday that its main shareholder plans a tender offer valuing the firm at about €3.7 billion, or $4 billion.
The move, which comes at a time when many of its peers are going the opposite route and seeking public capital, would end public ownership of a firm that in one form or another has been listed since 1838, according to a spokeswoman. As Bloomberg notes, the private buyout will mark the latest step in the family’s efforts to cement control, after a 2012 reorganization effectively brought the French and British businesses under one roof and simplified the organization structure. — ZeroHedge
Our Take: “The fathers of the modern financial system, which works hand-in-glove with the 19th century modernized legal system, are taking one of their flagship banks private.
This is the same bank that participated in the infamous Napoleon-era transaction that saw an explosion of wealth for the banking family. While it isn't clear as of yet what this means for the world, there is good reason to believe the Rothschild (red-shield) family, which has quietly developed the super-organism that is the global financial system, is not sitting back while the World Economic Forum globalists push the Great Reset.
The world uses Rothschilds' methods. They are the architects of bank, trade, and finance. They formulated the asset management systems used by Blackrock and Vanguard. Unfortunately, there is little to nothing to chew on as to what this move means. But, warnings were issued that "2023 was likely to be a more challenging year given the macroeconomic and geopolitical environment."
Time will tell.” — Justin Deschamps
Associate Of Sanctioned Oligarch Indicted For Sanctions Evasion And Money Laundering
Damian Williams, the United States Attorney for the Southern District of New York, Andrew C. Adams, the Director of Task Force KleptoCapture, Ivan J. Arvelo, the Special Agent in Charge of the New York Field Office of Homeland Security Investigations (“HSI”), and Maged Behnam, Acting Special Agent in Charge of the Miami Field Office of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (“FBI”), announced today the unsealing of an Indictment charging VLADIMIR VORONCHENKO, a/k/a “Vladimir Vorontchenko,” a citizen of the Russian Federation and legal permanent resident of the United States, with participating in a scheme to make over $4 million in U.S. dollar payments to maintain four real properties in the United States that were owned by Viktor Vekselberg, a sanctioned oligarch, as well as to attempt to sell two of those properties. The Indictment also charged VORONCHENKO with contempt of court in connection with his flight from the United States following receipt of a Grand Jury subpoena requiring his personal appearance and testimony. — United States Department of Justice
Our Take: “Vekselberg was a big donor to the Clinton Foundation.
Bill Clinton met with him on that famous (infamous?) trip to Russia to give a speech for $500k. He is also a key figure in the Uranium One scandal. Vekselberg was questioned by the Mueller Special Counsel team in 2018 and later sanctioned by the Trump Admin. Then again by Biden Admin, and his properties were search in September of 2022.
Indicting his associate who was laundering money for him, while seemingly perfunctory since the guy has fled the US, indicates DOJ are following the money from Vekselberg and on down the line.

I’m a chicken tender; I have hens and I’m getting more.
I'm appreciating this new format of the news from you guys. I limit my sources, - no TV, not even old fashioned radio where I was a loyal Rush listener. So of course, I have not heard one word of the SOTU yet, and will only listen to other's recaps, to avoid needless emotional distress, lol.
Substack articles, and associated podcasts, like Chris Paul's, are my main go-to for clear thinking. Thanks.
