Trump classified documents trial in Florida postponed indefinitely
A federal judge Tuesday indefinitely postponed the criminal classified documents trial of former President Donald Trump, a court filing shows.
The trial on charges that Trump willfully retained classified national security records after leaving the White House and then hid them from federal authorities was scheduled to start May 20.
But the new ruling from U.S. District Judge Aileen Cannon vacates that date and sets a new slate of pretrial proceedings, the latest of which is a hearing set for July 22.
The ruling casts more doubt on whether Trump, the presumptive Republican presidential nominee, will face trial on the federal criminal charges prior to the Nov. 5 election.
Lawyers for Trump have urged Cannon, whom Trump appointed to the federal bench in southern Florida, to set the trial after the election.
Cannon wrote in Tuesday’s court order that it “would be imprudent” to finalize a trial date “at this juncture” when various pretrial issues have yet to be resolved.
Cannon pointed to pending questions about how classified information will be handled in the high-profile trial of the former president, along with “additional pretrial and trial preparations necessary to present this case to a jury.” — NBC News

US concerns over Israel’s Gaza policy led to weapons holdup
The Biden administration is holding up shipments of two types of Boeing-made precision bombs to send a political message to Israel, according to a U.S. official and six other people with knowledge of the deliberations.
The U.S. has yet to sign off on a pending sale of Boeing’s Joint Direct Attack Munitions — both the munitions and kits that convert them to smart weapons — and Small Diameter Bombs, according to six industry and congressional sources with knowledge of the discussions.
While the Biden administration has not formally denied the potential sale, it is essentially taking action through inaction — holding off on approvals and other aspects of the weapons transfer process — to send a message to Israel, a U.S. administration official familiar with the process told POLITICO. The official, along with others, was granted anonymity to discuss sensitive internal deliberations. — Politico

US report on Israel’s wartime conduct in Gaza delayed, aides say
The Biden administration’s report on whether Israel has violated U.S. and international humanitarian law during the war in Gaza has been delayed and will no longer be released Wednesday as planned, three Senate aides and a House aide told POLITICO.
The State Department has been working for months on the report, which will issue a determination on whether Israel has violated international humanitarian law since the war in Gaza began. If so, the U.S. would be expected to stop sending Israel military assistance.
But the report won’t be finished by an initial Wednesday deadline, said the aides, granted anonymity to discuss internal communications. In an email, the Biden administration notified the Hill that it will miss the date — without providing a clear reason why.
The email said the report is “briefly delayed,” but doesn’t provide a specific timeline. — Politico

Our Take: “Ben Shapiro and the Daily Wire are seething through their teeth as they point out that President Donald Trump was impeached by the House for purportedly doing exactly what Biden is doing here (withholding aid). However, I think that's kind of a low-brow, lazy take. There is a lot more happening here; this could potentially be one of the few moments of wisdom to come out of this dumpster-fire of an administration.
However, I actually think this is a smokescreen to mask a much bigger story.
The real story is the highly anticipated report from the Biden administration on whether Israel has violated any international humanitarian laws during its siege on Gaza.
No matter what the report says, it will be a lose-lose for Biden and the Mafia he represents. Either they affirm the allegations, and leave Bibi Netanyahu to fend for himself against the sharks that are encircling him, or they exonerate Israel, and the Soros goons will burn down the country … again. (I think it'll be the latter, and the pretext for another summer of love...)
But what is actually happening is that Israeli settlers (citizens who venture into Palestine in order to ‘legally’ claim property for themselves, taking it by force) are now attacking humanitarian aid trucks dispatched by Jordan, and destroying the food bound for the camps in Rafah. Not only are their videos of these attacks circulating online, but the Saudi Foreign Ministry has also issued a rare public statement where it singles out a non-state actor (Israeli citizens) for engaging in irregular asymmetric warfare.
The optics surrounding the situation in Gaza right now should be giving the Biden goons heart pains, as they try to time the release of this report, and what it will say. They face nothing but bad choices, and we will possibly face another summer of unrest, as many have anticipated.” —
AstraZeneca withdrawing Covid vaccine, months after admitting rare side effect
The Oxford-AstraZeneca Covid vaccine is being withdrawn worldwide, months after the pharmaceutical giant admitted for the first time in court documents that it can cause a rare and dangerous side effect.
The vaccine can no longer be used in the European Union after the company voluntarily withdrew its “marketing authorisation”. The application to withdraw the vaccine was made on March 5 and came into effect on Tuesday.
Similar applications will be made in the coming months in the UK and in other countries that had approved the vaccine, known as Vaxzevria.
The decision to withdraw it brings to an end the use of the jab, which was heralded by Boris Johnson as a “triumph for British science” and credited with saving more than six million lives.
AstraZeneca said the vaccine was being removed from markets for commercial reasons. It said the vaccine was no longer being manufactured or supplied, having been superseded by updated vaccines that tackle new variants. — The Telegraph
Our Take: “The world is finally starting to get a sense of how badly the pharmaceutical companies and vaccine manufacturers defrauded the trusting masses, which includes the general population, biotech researchers, and, of course, medical professionals like doctors and nurses. This is a good first step.
We've got a lot more ammo now in the form of stories like this, slipping in a few red pills here and there. As much as I want to load them up into a wrist rocket and start unloading them in an I-told-you-so blaze of glory, I can't help but feel some compassion for those who were duped.
The weaponization of the medical system is one of the most effective population control schemes on earth. Mass Arrests In NYC As More Than 1,000 Pro-Palestine Protesters March To Met Gala
The NYPD has begun arresting people after more than 1,000 pro-Palestine demonstrators marched through upper Manhattan towards the Metropolitan Museum of Art, which is hosting the star-studded Met Gala.
As protesters marched down 5th Avenue towards the event, blocking traffic, cops stepped in at the East 79th Street Transverse at Central Park and started the arrests, the NY Post reports.
"This is an exercise in futility at this point. There’s nowhere for them to go," one cop attempting to control the crowd was heard telling his partner, according to the report.

Our Take: “It’s important to realize that there are, in fact, hard lines for the police.
Leftist protesters can harass regular Americans, take over buildings, establish autonomous zones, and vandalize anything they want — but if they dare engage the beautiful people and their decadence display, mass arrests will follow.
The painful irony is that these protestors were stopped from engaging their most vehement supporters.
Aren’t the Gala and Gaza crowds on the same team? Why do the cops need to be involved at all?

Russian plot to assassinate Zelensky foiled, Ukraine intelligence agents say
Ukrainian intelligence agents say they have foiled a Russian plot to assassinate Volodymyr Zelensky.
Ukraine’s SBU State Security Service said it had caught Russian agents within the Ukrainian state guard plotting the kidnap and assassination of the president and other senior governmental officials.
The head of the SBU, Vasyl Malyuk said the failed assassination was supposed to be a “gift” to Vladimir Putin ahead of his inauguration on Tuesday.
The force said they arrested the two suspected “moles” who they believe had been recruited by Russia before its invasion.
The SBU claimed on Telegram that a Russian secret agent had passed on coordinates of a safe house ahead of a planned rocket attack. The force added Russia had planned to destroy all traces of the drone used to target the president with another missile.

Our Take: “This is amazing—the hegemony's hubris.
This development makes sense, if you consider that the Ukrainian people have grown tired of the western hegemony's war. The fact that the hegemony is trying to spin this as yet another ‘Russia, Russia, Russia,’ scheme is not at all surprising, but the hubris to parade this story out as some sort of victory that they were able to catch these schemers.
You know behind closed doors the hegemony has to recognize that the dissent among the ranks is reaching untenable levels.
Last night on Badlands Story Hour, Chris Paul and Burning Bright discussed the history behind Gangs of New York, which takes place in 1863. As accurately depicted in the film, there were draft riots in New York City against the US government's efforts to conscript unwilling citizens to fight in a Civil War that they did not support. The government responded by gunning down American citizens in the streets, and firing artillery from warships at them.
Stories of similar dissent are coming out of Ukraine, as well as videos of the Ukrainian government/military dragging men out of their homes and forcing them to fight the Russians against their will.
How soon will we see a real mutiny materialize against Ukrainian leadership and their masters—NATO and the CIA?” —
Systematic Review Reveals Many COVID-19 Vaccine Recipients Experienced New-Onset Psychosis
Individuals who took COVID-19 vaccines were found to have later suffered from psychosis, with Pfizer and AstraZeneca shots linked to most of the cases.
The peer-reviewed systemic review, published in the Frontiers in Psychiatry journal on April 12, examined cases of new-onset psychosis among people who took the vaccines. Psychosis refers to symptoms that occur when an individual has difficulty differentiating between reality and fantasy, with hallucinations and delusions being two key types. The review looked at 21 articles describing 24 cases of psychosis symptoms following vaccination. The researchers concluded that “data suggest a potential link between young age, mRNA, and viral vector vaccines with new-onset psychosis within 7 days post-vaccination.”
“Collecting data on vaccine-related psychiatric effects is crucial for prevention, and an algorithm for monitoring and treating mental health reactions post-vaccination is necessary for comprehensive management.”
Out of the 24 cases, 13 were female. The median age of participants was 36 years. Twenty-two patients (91.2 percent) had no specific history of somatic illness and comorbidities.
In 33.3 percent of the cases, administration of the Pfizer mRNA vaccine “potentially induced adverse psychiatric events,” the study said. The viral vector AstraZeneca vaccine was linked to psychotic symptoms in 25 percent of cases.
In 45.8 percent of incidences, psychotic symptoms were reported after the first shot and in fifty percent after the second dose. — The Epoch Times
Our Take: “There is no greater crystallization of the mind war than the instances in which an enemy’s biological weaponry is literally overtaking the minds of citizens.
This is part of what makes it so painful that we are not in control of the awakening of others and can merely create the conditions to support awakening. We have the painful awareness that casualties of this war are very real as they fall around us. It’s a classic ‘ignorance is bliss’ scenario.
I have been a social worker and can say that the people in the studies on the effects of the covid shot only represent those who were fortunate enough to have a network around them that would eventually get their condition inputted into the system. If this is happening enough for people tracked by the medical system then what of the people who don’t have community or family? What of the people whose minds were broken by this vaccine who are not part of the system and will never have a record of the harm, anywhere?
What is perhaps most profound is that these cases in which the vaccine seems to be related to creating conditions of psychosis were only allowed to be considered because the Overton Window around COVID is expanding. This is the trickle before the downpour, because medical academics are now ALLOWED to think about the vaccine being something other than safe and effective.
What will happen as the group think expands to understand the true depths of this attack?
Right now, this is not a ubiquitous change. Some remain covid vaccine fanatics.
We all know there are plenty of people who have permanently embodied the ‘safe and effective’ dogma, many of them in positions of medical authority. How many people have suffered brain damage from the jab, but no one around them was even capable of cognizing the possible connection because it was wrong think?

Milwaukee’s election leader has been ousted by the mayor in a surprise move that comes just six months before Wisconsin’s largest city will be in the spotlight in the presidential swing state.
Milwaukee Mayor Cavalier Johnson announced Monday that he would be replacing Milwaukee Election Commission Executive Director Claire Woodall with her deputy, Paulina Gutierrez.
Milwaukee has been at the center of attention in Wisconsin, a state known for close elections and where four of the past six presidential contests have been decided by less than a percentage point. — AP News
Our Take: “Brian and I have been covering the ‘Vote at Home’ scandal in Wisconsin since before we started Why We Vote, and the remove of Woodall-Vogg is a reminder that the truth takes its time and the wheels of justice turn slowly.
The now former elections director in Milwaukee was recently on rerun as emails resurfaced showing members of Wisconsin’s election cabal — the shadowy network of public and private actors responsible for administering the state’s elections — joking about making margins for Biden. Nothing instills confidence in our elections like unelected bureaucrats laughing about their political biases while entrusted with ‘our democracy.’
Taking the ‘Vote at Home’ scam off the table in Wisconsin may have a profound impact on the official record of the will of the people, but the cabal is ever evolving, so the Badger State is not out of the woods yet. Soros-Linked Dems Pay Over $500K to Judge Merchan’s Daughter’s Firm.
Alex Soros, the son and chosen successor of billionaire plutocrat George Soros, met with Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer and various Arizona Democrats after Whitmer’s political action committee (PAC) and the Arizona Democratic Party contracted Authentic Campaigns as a vendor, according to investigative reporter Laura Loomer. Loren Merchan, the daughter of New York judge Juan Merchan, overseeing Donald Trump’s prosecution by Democrat District Attorney (DA) Alvin Bragg, is the president and a partner of Authentic Campaigns.
Alex Soros, who has visited Joe Biden’s White House at least 20 times, reportedly held the meetings amid Trump’s trial under Merchan. Loren Merchan’s firm has also worked for Vice President Kamala Harris and Russia hoaxer Adam Schiff. She is further linked to the Democrat Democrat Attorney’s General Association (DAGA).
Authentic Campaigns has been paid $412,000 by Whitmer PAC ‘Fight Like Hell’ and almost $160,000 by the Arizona Democratic Party.
Juan Merchan, a Biden donor, has faced calls to recuse himself over his familial links to the Democratic government. However, he has refused, and imposed a gag order banning Trump from discussing his family members. — National Pulse

What this dynamic represents is an organized crime syndicate—a MAFIA.
These gangsters have demonstrated their total lack of concern for human life, common decency, and the general welfare of civilization, in general. 'Clothes Off, Bra On, Missionary Position': Stormy Goes Into Specifics During Trump Trial Testimony
Daniels went into further detail about her alleged encounter with Trump, testifying that at one point she went to the bathroom in a hotel room and emerged to find Trump waiting for her in his underwear.
"He was just up on the bed like this," she said, pulling her leg up to her waist on the witness stand. She described the experience as feeling "like a fun house," and felt things moving in slow motion despite not being drunk or on drugs.
"I had my clothes and my shoes off. I believe my bra was still on. We were in missionary position," Stormy said of the alleged sexual encounter, to which Trump's attorneys objected, and Judge Merchant sustained. TikTok sues to challenge law forcing sale or ban
TikTok and its parent company ByteDance sued Tuesday to challenge a law President Joe Biden signed to force the sale or ban of the video sharing app.
The petition filed with the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit claims the law violates the First Amendment rights of its 170 million American users. It says the law shuts down the platform based on “speculative and analytically flawed concerns about data security and content manipulation.”
“For the first time in history, Congress has enacted a law that subjects a single, named speech platform to a permanent, nationwide ban,” the filing said.
The companies asked the court to declare the law unconstitutional, issue an order blocking Attorney General Merrick Garland from enforcing it, and grant “any further relief that may be appropriate.”
Biden signed the law that would force TikTok’s sale within a year, or face a ban in U.S. app stores, as part of foreign aid package passed in late April. — Politico

Ashe - I completely agree that the tide is turning. Last night I was talking to a friend of mine. I would describe her as awake, but she doesn't realize it yet, if that makes sense - meaning she sees the clues but hasn't tied them all together yet. We are in CA, and we were talking about the shit show of the California Dream. Out of the blue, she asks me, "Do you think Trump is going to win?" I simply responded."Yes." Her response was,"I think so too." She is not a big DJT fan. But definitely interested in results.
