Trump Will Remain on Illinois Ballot Pending Appeal, Judge Clarifies in New Order

Former President Donald Trump will remain on the Illinois primary ballot pending an appeal after a judge issued a new order on Thursday clarifying the duration of a stay on her earlier decision to disqualify him.

On Thursday, Cook County Circuit Court Judge Tracie Porter clarified the duration of a stay she placed on her removal order on Wednesday when she ruled President Trump “disqualified” and that any votes for him would be void if the order went into effect.

Judge Porter had initially stayed that original removal order until March 1, anticipating an appeal to the Illinois Appellate Court, First District, or the Illinois Supreme Court, and/or pending a ruling by the U.S. Supreme Court in a case from Colorado.

However, the language in the stay was deemed vague, prompting President Trump’s attorneys to seek clarification on Thursday, and request a ruling by 12 p.m., or they would file an emergency motion in the appeals court to stay the ruling.

In response to the notice of appeal filed by President Trump’s attorneys, Judge Porter modified her original stay on Thursday.

The removal order was modified to state that it is stayed until the appeal is “finally resolved by the Illinois Appellate Court, First District, the Illinois Supreme Court, and/or the U.S. Supreme Court.” — The Epoch Times

Trump wins caucuses in Missouri and Idaho, sweeps Michigan GOP convention

Former President Donald Trump continued his march toward the GOP nomination on Saturday, winning caucuses in Idaho and Missouri and sweeping the delegate haul at a party convention in Michigan.

Trump earned every delegate at stake on Saturday, bringing his count to 244 compared to 24 for former U.N. Ambassador Nikki Haley. A candidate needs to secure 1,215 delegates to clinch the Republican nomination.

The next event on the Republican calendar is Sunday in the District of Columbia. Two days later is Super Tuesday, when 16 states will hold primaries on what will be the largest day of voting of the year outside of the November election. Trump is on track to lock up the nomination days later.

Our Take: “This is clearly election interference, despite the regime referring to claims of election interference as ‘right wing disinformation.’ I’ve already had this argument with a local leftist editor, who told me that all nine Supreme Court justices are misinterpreting the Constitution — because we’re all expecting a 9-0 decision — and that the critical legal theorists that brought this case actually have it correct. TDS is a debilitating mental disease.

There are many pending efforts to remove Trump from the ballot, but the Colorado challenge has gone farther than any other. The Colorado primary is tomorrow, March 5, though the CO RNC delegates won’t be awarded until the state assembly in April. SCOTUS will be releasing an order list today, including at least one opinion, and it is widely expected to provide closure on the matter before Coloradans and many other Super Tuesday states’ voters cast their ballots. The Illinois primary is later this month on March 19.

A decision for Trump in the Colorado case effectively renders the rest of these challenges moot.

While closure on the 14A matter would be ideal, voters don’t seem bothered by the so-called uncertainty. Over the weekend, Trump took all the delegates in Missouri and Idaho, while losing to Nikki Haley in DC as of press time. The Haley bros are desperate for her to have a win — any win — but this one puts a super fine point on the fact that Nikki Haley is a swamp creature. DC should never obtain statehood, change my mind.

President Trump may well be positioned to win the popular vote in November, which makes this season very interesting for the 16 states that have signed the National Popular Vote Compact. The NPVC is an agreement by several states to award their state’s electoral college votes to the candidate that wins the popular vote. I’m secretly hoping for this since Colorado ‘passed’ this legislation in 2020 via the same system that claims Joe Biden received 81 million real, lawful American votes, h/t

How glorious would it be for Colorado, Illinois, Massachusetts, Oregon, and all these other NPVC states — after fighting so hard to keep Trump off the ballot — to have to award the electoral votes to President Trump in their blue states? It would be pretty damn glorious, but my guess is they’ll try to legislate a way around it. Time will tell.

The stay in this Illinois case points to the writing on the wall: The removal efforts will fail, as we all knew they would and, by Nov 5, the electorate will fully realize the level of election interference in which the ‘trusted institutions’ have engaged.

Possibly The Most Overtly Racist Segment Ever On MSNBC

The voting public, and especially the rural voting public, should brace themselves for an avalanche of mainstream media and punditry hate directed toward them in the months leading into the November election.

A Thursday the below MSNBC segment was somewhat shocking even for the mainstream in terms of the extent a whole demographic of Americans was viciously attacked stereotyped and labeled as 'all the same'. One online commenter rightly pointed out: "This might be the most overtly racist thing I’ve seen people say on TV."

University of Maryland political science professor Thomas Schaller and op-ed writer Paul Waldman were in MSNBC's "Morning Joe" studio to promote their new book titled, "White Rural Rage: The Threat to American Democracy". They repeatedly called Whites in the countryside and across the land "racist" and "anti-democracy".

"They are the most racist, xenophobic, anti-immigrant, anti-gay, geodemographic group in the country," Schaller said. "Second, they're the most conspiracist group. QAnon support and subscribers, election denialism, COVID denialism instead of scientific skepticism, Obama birtherism." So all that... applied to an entire race of people living in rural areas.

The aforementioned commenter "Educated Hillbilly" further highlighted that this particular segment is notable for being "far more in your face and blatant". He complained, "I have not seen anyone on TV say all black city people are XYZ this blatantly racist way and be accepted on a mainstream so and get support from everyone while saying it."

The authors continued their rant, with Schaller saying further of White rural people, "They don’t believe in an independent press, free speech." — ZeroHedge

Our Take: “Here’s what’s sad about these operations at this point in the war:

The actual impact has become staggeringly minuscule in comparison to the effort being put in.

Firstly, if you go to the author’s X post and look at how harshly he’s being ratio’d on the release of his own book you’ll get an initial snapshot of how pathetic this operation is.

But what’s even more sad is that these propaganda books are produced in part because they provide fodder for these inane news clips as these racist, ideologues parade the main stream media circuit. They have to write long mental gymnastics diatribes just to get a single news cycle of interviews that are used against them anyway.

Watch how quickly this fades from the news cycle.

The clips only reaffirm how racist the intellectual left has become as the tip of the spear for the pre-2024 panic.

The only thing that is slightly clever about this operation is that, on the surface, it’s an attack on white people but the more subversive element is the redirection to spend more and more time thinking about race.

In the end, these intentionally vague racial categories are against the realization of the sovereign, free thinking individual. These campaigns will continue to fail because thinking about your racial identity all the time is a shitty form of anxiety that wastes precious energy needed to build a new society.” —

University of Florida fires all DEI employees in compliance with state law

The University of Florida is firing all employees in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) positions and administrative appointments, according to a memo the university sent on Friday.

"To comply with the Florida Board of Governor’s regulation 9.016 on prohibited expenditures, the University of Florida has closed the Office of the Chief Diversity Officer, eliminated DEI positions and administrative appointments, and halted DEI-focused contracts with outside vendors," the memo states.

"Under the direction of UF Human Resources, university employees whose positions were eliminated will receive UF’s standard twelve weeks of pay. These colleagues are allowed and encouraged to apply, between now and Friday, April 19, for expedited consideration for different positions currently posted with the university. UF HR will work to fast-track the interview process and provide an answer on all applications within the twelve-week window."

Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis, who has made halting DEI a cornerstone of his efforts to overhaul education in the state, wrote on X, "Florida is where DEI goes to die."

The memo added that the Office of the Chief Financial Officer would reallocate the approximately $5 million in funds previously reported to Tallahassee for DEI expense into a faculty recruitment fund. — FOX News

Our Take: “Ron DeSantis had about as much a chance of unseating Donald Trump as the nominee in 2024 as Joe Biden does of winning a (real) election.

While I've waffled back and forth on whether or not the Trump vs. DeSantis feud was organic or a bit of kayfabe injected in order to expose the Uniparty Establishment, the Net Effects remain in that said feud provided a control study to the Collective Mind not just of Trump's resurgence within the American sociopolitical zeitgeist, but more so to remind them that he never left, and that when you come at the king, you'd best not miss.

I don't know how much DeSantis has to do with DEI initiatives running into an America First, logic-based brick wall in Florida, but the State Legislature has been working to eliminate Marxist/communist programs in earnest for the better part of three years, and now, it looks like we're getting some well-timed Actuals injected into the news cycle.

Secret documents reveal Trudeau government virologists had “clandestine relationship” with Chinese agents

Documents authored by Canada’s top intelligence service reveal the long awaited explanation behind the abrupt departure of two virologists from Canada’s top biolaboratory.

The documents, which have been viewed by The Counter Signal and published here for our readers expose the Trudeau government for hiding the true reason for the departure of Dr. Xiangguo Qiu Canada’s Public Health agency. 

Despite the Liberals citing the departure as a private “personnel issue,” the Canadian Security Intelligence Service (CSIS) accuses Dr. Qiu of a long history of clandestine actions that put Canadians’ heath and security at risk, along with directly assisting military research in China.

Our Take: “To be honest, I don’t really care for the virus narrative that some of these documents supposedly back up. I think the viral theory functions on huge assumptions lacking empirical evidence.

However, I am not an expert in terrain theory, nor am I fully committed to it.

I only bring this up because there are more foundational revelations that have larger implications. The idea that Canada helped the CCP develop a virus and release it into the world doesn’t have much meaning when it looks like they switched the flu numbers for Covid numbers.

What really matters is the timeline of Justin Trudeau’s collaboration with the CCP and an honest look at what it really means. Some of the framing in the Canadian media, and even from the conservative opposition, is claiming that this was a ‘failure’ of Trudeau in the realm of national security and foreign policy.

It was not a failure. Canada has been handed over to the CCP on many different levels by Trudeau himself intentionally. He ‘admires’ their ‘basic dictatorship,’— his words.

The real issue is one of treason. Trudeau has been knowingly collaborating with the CCP to undermine Canada’s national sovereignty.

Transgenger Space Force Colonel Says Using Pronouns in Emails Will Help Win Wars

During a speech to the U.S. Air Force, transgender Space Force Col. Bree Fram demanded everyone use pronouns in their emails as a way to enhance “winning war fighting strategies”.

Yes, really.

“All too often, I hear leaders talk about providing everyone with dignity and respect like it’s an aspirational goal, that ‘s not good enough,” said Fram.

“Dignity and respect is the bare minimum, it’s the floor of where we can be, we must set our sights higher and focus on intentional inclusivity, because there are still far too many people out there, not just LGBTQ individuals, that feel marginalized, shut out or discriminated against,” he added.

“So for all of you out there, I ask you to set out your symbols of pride, share your pronouns in your email, particularly if you’re a person who doesn’t think they need to, initiate difficult conversations about racial and gender barriers, and share a bit of your vulnerability in a way that draws others in.”

Our Take: “I went to look up this Bible verse to include it, landed on the KJV translation, and was surprised at the entire verse.

In corporate America, 70 percent of transformation programs fail, according to McKinsey, and the leading reason for this is a lack of strategy — a lack of vision. The rainbow cult has vision. They want to trans the world through emotional blackmail and other behavioral tactics that wear people down and force compliance. This is, of course, meant to weaken our national resolve and force the rejection of natural law, God’s law.

In other words, they want to make the he’s into ‘happy’ she’s, rejecting the law and denying the truth. It’s worth noting that the ‘happy’ trans community has the highest suicide rate of any intersectional subclass, and this is true even post-op.

Nowhere is this sinister plot more evident than in the transing of the military, where refusal can lead to a Court Marshall or dishonorable discharge. Demanding everyone put pronouns in their bios and email footers to win wars sounds so silly, but it will drive compliance in an institution that forbids dissent.

So if the strategy isn’t inclusion, what is it? Why are they driving this internal transformation of the US Armed Forces?

I would argue it’s to weaken our military from the inside. By forcing soldiers to deny reality and participate in delusion, you are infecting the minds of American warriors with a false reality. Can anyone tell me one time in history where that has resulted in a net positive?

Weak men create hard times, but weak men that identify as women in positions of command are a grave threat to national security. The world is on fire, the military is engaged in multi-theater conflicts, on the brink of world war, and this dunce wants to force everyone to focus on his feelings. It would be hilarious if it didn’t profoundly threaten our young servicemen and women.

Scholz promises inquiry after Russia publishes tapped military discussions

German chancellor Olaf Scholz has promised a full investigation after Russia published a recording of a phone call between senior German air force officers in which they appeared to discuss supplying missiles to Ukraine. 

Speaking on the sidelines of a meeting with Pope Francis in Rome, Scholz described the incident as a “very serious affair”. “It will be investigated very carefully, intensively and quickly,” he said. “It is also necessary to do so.”

Politicians from parties in Scholz’s coalition expressed concern that Russia may have eavesdropped on other sensitive conversations, and that government communications may no longer be adequately protected. 

On Friday Margarita Simonyan, head of Russian state broadcaster RT, posted a recording on her Telegram channel in which the head of the Luftwaffe, Ingo Gerhartz, discussed the possibility of deploying German Taurus missiles in Ukraine with other senior officers. In the 30-minute conversation they also discussed whether Ukraine could attack Russian targets without the participation of German soldiers, and how many missiles could be delivered to Ukraine.

US blocks Security Council motion blaming Israel for deadly Gaza aid convoy incident

Amid American opposition, Arab nations failed Thursday overnight to get immediate support for a UN Security Council statement that would have blamed Israeli forces for the more than 100 reported deaths as Palestinians in northern Gaza swarmed an aid convoy.

Riyad Mansour, the Palestinian UN ambassador, told reporters after an emergency closed council meeting on the deaths, that 14 of the 15 council members supported the statement put forward by Algeria, the Arab representative on the body.

Algeria’s draft declaration expressed “deep concern,” and stated that the situation was “due to opening fire by Israel forces.”

The United States did not support the statement and US deputy ambassador Robert Wood told reporters: “The parties are working on some language to see if we can get to a statement.

“The problem is that we don’t have all the facts here,” he said, adding that he wanted the wording to reflect “the necessary due diligence with regards to culpability.” — The Times of Israel

Blaze Journalist Arrested On 4 Charges Over Jan. 6 Presence At Capitol

Steve Baker of The Blaze was arrested on Friday and charged with four misdemeanors related to his Jan. 6 coverage at the US Capital.

He turned himself over to the FBI in Dallas.

The charges are:

• Knowingly entering or remaining in any restricted building or grounds without lawful authority

• Disorderly and disruptive conduct in a restricted building or grounds

• Disorderly conduct in a capitol building

• Parading, demonstrating, or picketing in a capitol building
