Trump, Giuliani, Powell, Meadows & 15 Others Indicted On 13 Counts By Atlanta Grand Jury
It's been quite a day in Atlanta (and for scrambling Democrats) as former President Trump was indicted for the 4th time.
The events (detailed below) are summarized here in chronological order:
Before the Grand Jury's verdict, Reuters reported that a document was leaked earlier in the day on the Fulton County, Georgia court's website showing former president Trump being indicted on RICO charges (among many others).
The Georgia DA released a statement calling the document "fictitious".
Trump's team (and the entire internet) mocked this farcical comment: "This was not a simple administrative mistake."
The Grand Jury then handed down a 98-page indictment, against the former president (the jurors' names were unredacted)...
...claiming that he - and 18 of his allies - orchestrated a sweeping criminal enterprise, committing more than a dozen felonies, as he tried and failed to overturn his defeat in Georgia’s 2020 election.
Defendants include Rudy Giuliani, Mark Leadows, Sidney Powell, and John Eastman.
The charging documents also list 30 unindicted co-conspirators. — ZeroHedge
Our Take: “Sunday night on DEFECTED,
said the following when asked how he's predicted some of the Actual in the ongoing Lawfare Narrative Layer so accurately:‘I noticed a pattern in the Information War: everything that happened to Trump was boomeranging back on Biden.’
Foreign Collusion. Quid Pro Quo. Election Fraud/Interference.
Now ... everyone you know is about to get an MSM blitzkrieg crash course on ... RICO.
Smiling yet?
Additionally, I'm far from the best legal sleuth in this community. (See the aforementioned
, and others.)But what stands out to me in the Trump Indictment is the list of co-conspirators.
That's QUITE a list.
When you reframe these co-conspirators as allies Trump gets to (scratch that, HAS to) bring with him into battle, comfiness ensues.
The Disclosure Defense strategy might not just expose election fraud; it could set the template for the exact RICO case that starts the Deep State dominoes falling.” —
Conservatives Alarmed After Report That Current Maui Police Chief Was Incident Commander During 2017 Las Vegas Massacre
This new revelation will certainly not give America confidence that the true cause behind the Maui fires will ever be known. Instead, we can count on a likely cover-up instead.
As Cristina Laila previously reported, devastating wildfires in Maui have left almost 100 people dead with approximately 1,000 people still unaccounted for.
People were reportedly jumping into the ocean and historic Lahania town was destroyed.
The news only gets worse, though. Reports reveal that current Maui Police Chief John Pelletier was the incident commander during the Las Vegas massacre in 2017, the worst mass shooting in American history. An incident commander is the top decision maker during a major incident. Their job is to delegate tasks and listen to input from subject matter experts to ultimately bring the incident to resolution. — The Gateway Pundit
Our Take: “If you’re not familiar with the Route 91 shooting — the real story — you need to get up to speed quick.
The Stephen Paddock loan shooter story is a cover up of epic proportions based on the 911 recordings from that night. There were shootings all over the Vegas strip, a helicopter hijacking, and dozens of other shocking evidence that was suppressed. Many investigating the incident turned up dead or went silent in the days following the tragedy.
Now we learn that the incident commander responsible for that response is now responsible for the Maui fire response.
As the truth from locals on the ground drips out, it appears there is more to this story as well. Are there 90 people dead, or 900? Why didn’t the emergency sirens go off? Was there pre-fire pressure on locals to sell their property to globalists? All valid questions based on the stories from locals.
Conspiracies, according to the narrative makers.
As residents of Maui navigate the wreckage and grieve their losses, the rest of us are left wondering if the truth will ever be revealed. With Police Chief John Pelletier at the helm, it’s not likely. He’s the chief of government coverups.” —
Tucker Ep. 16 RFK Jr. explains Ukraine, bio-labs, and who killed his uncle
(CLICK THE IMAGE BELOW TO WATCH ON ‘X’)
Our Take: “Many in the Truth Community have speculated that Donald Trump and RFK Jr. are effecting something of a pincer move against the Deep State’s Uniparty.
While it’s possible to read this pincer move as either witting on the part of both players or unwitting (I find the latter to be more difficult to map,) the Net Effects of RFK Jr. continue to paint the Establishment into a corner: by attacking Kennedy, the Uniparty is exposing themselves as exactly what both Trump and Kennedy—along with all of their combined supporters—say they are, thereby making each far more popular than they already were.
Theories about a dual Trump-Kennedy ticket abound, but even if that doesn’t happen, I do believe the Collective Mind is being set up for two major rug-pulls that mirror each other: Trump is going to be betrayed by the GOP in the public mind, while Kennedy is betrayed by the DNC.
What will the remedy be when the American public are shown that the only thing Republicans and Democrats can seem to agree on as being a prime threat to their system is questions themselves?” —
US to send Ukraine new security aid worth $200 million, State Dept says
The United States said on Monday it will send Ukraine new security assistance valued at $200 million, including air defense munitions, artillery rounds, and additional mine-clearing equipment.
The assistance will also include anti-armor capabilities, U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken said in a statement.
Two U.S. officials told Reuters last Monday that Washington would begin to dole out $6.2 billion of funds discovered after a Pentagon accounting error that overvalued billions of dollars of Ukraine aid.
In May, the Pentagon announced it had mistakenly assigned a higher-than-warranted value to the U.S. weaponry shipped to Kyiv when staff used "replacement value" instead of "depreciated value" to tabulate the billions' worth of ammunition, missiles and other equipment sent to Ukraine.
Ukraine needs weaponry that can be shipped from U.S. stocks in a matter of days or weeks so it can continue to repel Russia's invasion. The accounting error works to Kyiv's benefit because more equipment can be sent. — Reuters
Our Take: “This is getting ridiculous.
Yesterday, we reported that Ukraine was losing and that their counteroffensive failed to yield any significant gains. So, naturally, we are going to throw good money after bad. What’s a couple hundred million more at this point?
This black hole of money comes, of course, from taxes. The latest funding is being described as the first tranche of funds from the $6.2B that the Pentagon ‘found’ last month due to an accounting error. The tens of billions of dollars sent to Ukraine are coming from the Presidential Drawdown Authority, which means it’s being distributed without congressional approval.
In other words, it’s taxation without representation.” —

Niger junta says ‘high treason’ evidence gathered to prosecute ousted president Bazoum
Niger’s junta claimed Sunday it had gathered evidence to prosecute the country’s ousted President Mohamed Bazoum for “high treason,” upping the stakes in their brinkmanship against key neighbors in West Africa who have vowed to restore constitutional order in the coup-hit country.
“The Nigerien government has to date, gathered the necessary evidence to prosecute the deposed president and his local and foreign accomplices before the competent national and international authorities for high treason and undermining internal and external security of Niger,” said a statement by the National Council for the Safeguard of the Homeland (CNSP) of Niger, the military council that toppled the government in July.
Niger has been engulfed in political chaos since late last month, when Bazoum was ousted in a coup d’etat by the presidential guard. The July putsch sparked international condemnation and renewed uncertainty in a volatile part of Africa, beset by coups and militant extremism. — CNN
Hunter Biden Says Prosecutors Reneged on Major Part of Plea Deal
Hunter Biden told a federal judge late Sunday that the Justice Department was trying to renege on a major part of his deal with the government — his agreement to enroll in a diversion program for gun offenders — that he signed and granted him broad immunity from future federal prosecutions.
The move, included in court filing by Mr. Biden’s lawyer, Christopher Clark, is the latest salvo in the back and forth between Mr. Biden and David C. Weiss, a Trump appointee who is leading the long-running investigation into the president’s son’s conduct.
Shortly after Attorney General Merrick B. Garland elevated Mr. Weiss to special counsel, government lawyers said in court papers on Friday that they and Mr. Biden were at an impasse over plea negotiations and that no agreement had been reached. Under the deal, Mr. Biden would plead guilty to two tax misdemeanors and enroll in the diversion program, which would have allowed him to avert prosecution on a gun charge.
But in the filing late Sunday, Mr. Biden rebutted prosecutors’ claim, saying that he had signed the agreement in court last month and that he planned to abide by it.
The investigation appeared to be coming to a close in June, when both sides announced that they had reached a deal. But at a hearing before a federal judge in Delaware last month, where the agreement was supposed to be finalized, Mr. Biden’s lawyers and Mr. Weiss’s prosecutors indicated drastically different views of a provision that offered Mr. Biden some level of immunity. The judge put the matter on hold. — The New York Times

Tucker to RFK: “ Why do you think this is? (That mayorkis won’t provide secret service). Why?, because the mob never protects its enemies. RFK is finding out just how Marxists work. In real time.
"...that Donald Trump and RFK Jr. are *affecting* something of a pincer move..."
The word is "effecting", meaning "to bring about" or "cause to happen".
