Trump saves fireworks for outside court on first day of fraud trial
Not many defendants would dare to brand the judge overseeing their case “deranged”, call for them to be kicked out of office and dismiss the suit against them as a “witch-hunt”. Not many defendants are Donald Trump.
On the first day of a civil fraud case that could decide the future of his business career, Trump cut an angry, uncomfortable figure. “This is a judge that should be out of office,” he told reporters as the court broke for lunch. “This is a judge that some people say could be charged criminally for what he’s doing.”
In court, in a navy suit and light blue tie, Trump was a quieter presence. Hunched at times and conferring with his lawyers, he mostly listened quietly as lawyers for the New York attorney general outlined their case.
In a hushed courtroom with secret service agents posted on all sides of the room, Trump sat directly facing the New York judge Arthur Engoron. As the judge and the lawyers conferred, Trump gave the occasional scoff and eye roll but the fireworks were saved for outside the court. — The Guardian
Our Take: “Once again, Trump is brilliantly communicating with multiple audiences when he speaks, and as
often asserts, he's telling all of them the truth, even if that truth varies depending on the observer's level of discernment. In this clip, he's telling you that the 'Greatest Witch Hunt' of all time is still in progress, and that TRUMP is the one continuing it.
Many of us have claimed that Trump's Trial(s) are going to set both Actual and Mass Psychological precedent for the trials to come, as the Exposure & Disclosure Campaign shifts inexorably into the long-awaited Justice phase.
Trump told us in 2016 he was hunting a Witch, who's representative of the terrestrial Deep State.
He wasn't lying then. He's not lying now.
Try to enjoy the show.” —
U.S. Supreme Court Rejects Challenge to Remove Donald Trump from 2024 Presidential Ballot
In a landmark, the U.S. Supreme Court has rejected a challenge aimed at removing former President Donald Trump from the 2024 presidential ballot.
The case was brought forth by John Anthony Castro, a Republican presidential candidate and tax consultant who has unsuccessfully run for several political offices. He argued that Trump should be disqualified from running due to his alleged involvement in the riot at the U.S. Capitol on January 6, 2021.
“A primary candidate has judicial standing to bring a claim challenging the eligibility of a fellow primary candidate for competitive injury in the form of a diminution of votes and/or fundraising if the primary candidate believes that the fellow primary candidate is ineligible to hold public office and to prevent actions irreconcilable with the U.S. Constitution,” Castro wrote.
Castro’s legal argument hinged on Section 3 of the 14th Amendment, a Civil War-era provision initially used to bar former members of the Confederacy from holding office. — The Gateway Pundit
Our Take: “This one is particularly meaningful for me, as establishment forces in my state, Colorado, have filed a lawsuit using this fringe legal theory to keep Trump off the ballot in the Centennial State. The decision of the Supreme Court not to take up such a silly case should damn the Colorado case, though I’m not holding my breath that this will stop the commies from continuing their witch hunt against the greatest president in US history.
While President Trump faces ongoing political persecution from the people in power, the Supreme Court’s decision provides (a little) renewed hope in the idea of American justice. We still have a long way to go to restore trust, but we have a lot of constitutional court cases in the near- and medium-term future. Consider me cautiously optimistic.” —
As new term begins, Supreme Court faces fallout from its rightward shift
Paging the Supreme Court: Cleanup on aisle 3.
After two years of transformative decisions on abortion, gun rights and affirmative action, the Supreme Court is about to kick off a term where the justices are likely to spend much of their time resolving nagging questions created by their prior rulings.
Some of the legal fights now before the high court expose what critics view as the soft underbelly of recent conservative decisions — details glossed over as the court’s GOP-appointed, six-justice majority pushed American jurisprudence swiftly to the right on some of the nation’s most divisive issues.
In the coming months, the court will hear a case that will test the majority’s commitment to a robust, history-focused interpretation of the Second Amendment. It will hear two others that could radically reshape regulatory agencies. And it may soon need to revisit both abortion and racial diversity in education.
The full slate of cases the court will take up during the term that starts Monday remains uncertain. On Friday, the justices added 12 new cases to their docket, including a pair of First Amendment challenges to laws in red states that regulate how social media companies moderate users’ content.
The high court also faces difficult choices and divisions that go beyond its docket, as controversies swirl over unreported gifts to some justices and disagreements have spilled into public view about potential reforms. A recent POLITICO poll found a large majority of Americans favor subjecting the justices to an enforceable ethics code. — Politico
Our Take: “The Legacy Media seem to be kicking up a good bit of fuss over the Supreme Court lately.
Here, the screeching is based on the notion that the Supreme Court is collapsing since its ‘hard swing right.’ What they really mean to say is that the Supreme Court has, more often than not, crapped all over Deep State plans and agendas for the past 3+ years, and the Communists are getting a little frustrated by it.
They want nothing more than to stack the court, and/or institute term limits so they can gain back their control of SCOTUS and continue driving this country off the cliff. Perhaps now we are beginning to see the overall importance of President Trump’s SCOTUS appointments.” —
Starlink Now Operational Across Entire US As Elon Musk Becomes 'Uncancellable'
For those living off-the-grid or using Starlink as a network redundancy in case of a grid failure, the SpaceX-owned space internet company announced on X that the service is now available across the Lower 48 after deploying next-generation satellites.
"Deployment of our second generation Starlink satellites, which have 4x more capacity than the first gen, enable us to connect even more people no matter where they live," Starlink wrote in the post.
It added: "Starlink is now available across the United States."
Before this announcement, large swaths of the US were pending service, with notes on the map that read coverage would expand by late 2023 or early 2024.
Data from the website Starlink Satellite Tracker shows that 5,039 satellites have been launched into low Earth orbit over the last several years. — ZeroHedge
Our Take: “Internet censorship, in case you haven’t noticed, is a major vector for globalism.
As a matter of fact, in a grander sense, censorship is critical for successfully pulling off any con job or scam.
The truth of the scam has to be separated from the lie or misdirection that people need to believe in to not see the greater agenda at work.
When it comes to infrastructure, the internet might be the most critical piece of civilization infrastructure in history. Nearly every aspect of modern life is dependent on it.
When it comes to ‘the resistance’ to the globalists and grand con artists of our age—known as the Cabal, Oligarchs, and the Illuminati—the internet is even more critical.
If the globalists wanted to, they could totally cut off all dissenting voices from being heard by stopping alternative media internet traffic at the server level. This is what happened to Parler several years ago. They were deplatformed by Amazon—not for breaking the law, not for violating a term or condition of their service contract, but for the high crime of disagreeing with the establishment.
Now consider that the grandest and most sophisticated con job in history, the so-called 4th industrial revolution, aka the Great Reset, is slowly being orchestrated by numerous colluding entities of major importance across the globe.
Event 201 accurately stated that, in not so many words, censorship was critical to enforcing global health policies—the same policies that stripped citizens of unalienable rights and lined the pockets of the globalists. The same claim was made about climate change—the ultimate catch-all boogeyman that the globalists are using to push all of their machinations onto humanity.
Putting all the pieces together, is it reasonable to expect censorship will continue to ramp up?
The Online Safety Bill in the UK is a kind of beta test—if they can make the UK people accept it and conform to it, then they will roll it out to the rest of the world under the guise of stopping medical misinformation … for the next pandemic, coming this fall!
So when Elon Musk buys Twitter, disarming the globalists of the tip of their officialdom spear, and then Musk rolls out Starlink, the globalist rightfully mess their britches. Musk might be the only lifeline left to expose the Great Con of our age.
Starlink might be the only saving grace for internet freedom and alternative media’s stake in the information war.
With this, he can side step globalist information policy, and he can extend that benefit to those smart enough to see the writing on the wall. Musk might even play a roll in the long prophesied data dumps—where a litany of evidence exposing the cabal is shown to the general public.
Looking into my crystal ball … I see a cadre of old flings and former girlfriends of Musk suddenly realizing their previously consensual encounters are now—clutching my pearls—instances of abuse, rape, and emotional manipulation. I also see many of Musk's lucrative government contracts suddenly being canceled or rescinded based solely on the word of unvetted, disgruntled women.
But I also see that while all this is happening, the people will continue to rise from their slumber.” —
EU Pledges Lasting Support At 'Historic' Kiev Meeting As America Steps Back
After President Joe Biden over the weekend signed a stopgap funding bill that did not include aid for Ukraine, given Congressional Republicans are blocking it, European leaders have vowed Monday to commit to lasting support for Kiev.
EU foreign ministers are taking part in a "historic" meeting in the Ukrainian capital, even as the war grinds on into its 20th month. "We are convening in a historic meeting of the EU foreign ministers here in Ukraine, candidate country and future member of the EU," the bloc's foreign policy chief Josep Borrell announced. He said it is to "express our solidarity and support to the Ukrainian people," but also cautioned that the meeting "does not have the aim of reaching concrete conclusions and decisions."
Ukraine's Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba praised the EU at a moment of simultaneous disappointment with Washington as billions in US aid hangs in the balance. "For the first time ever the foreign affairs council is going to sit down outside of its current borders — outside the borders of the European Union — but within future borders of the European Union," Kuleba said in a press briefing alongside Borrell.
France's foreign minister Catherine Colonna framed the meeting as intending to signal Moscow that Europe is ready to stand by Ukraine for the long term, even as US support is set to wane or possibly be halted altogether for the first time. "It is a demonstration of our resolute and lasting support for Ukraine, until it can win," she said in a press statement. — ZeroHedge
Our Take: “Is it me, or does this seem like a Trump move?
The one silver lining of the stop gap bill is that there is no Ukraine funding included. Seriously, we’ve done enough.
Trump’s foreign policy approach focuses on elevating America’s interests and ensuring that other nations pay their fair share. We saw this with China, NATO, the WHO, Mexico, and more.
While McCarthy and Gaetz exchange barbs, as
pointed out in yesterday’s brief, they are both Trump’s picks — for House Speaker and for the opposition to that Speaker, respectively. Now it seems like their ‘fight’ delivered an outcome that seems designed by Trump himself. Fascinating, and I don’t believe in coincidences. While it was reported over the weekend that McCarthy struck a secret deal with Democrats on Ukraine funding, the current solution refocuses our priorities on America First. We will see what happens over the next 45 days — and I’m still on team shut it all down — but any day the EU pays in our stead is a good day. Seriously, we’ve done enough.” —

I have StarLink... it is the bomb even though I live in the middle of nowhere. StarLink and ROKU, great internet access and speed and free TV for all the streaming I like and NONE of the DS Rat Bastard MSM bullshit.
God Wins!
God Bless!!!
Excellent progress is happening on the side of good. Interesting that the Starlink announcement is one day before the US-wide test. Supreme Court just set the deep state’s plans for Trump back and the other attacks will also fail. Meanwhile, the EU has to step in to save their created money (et.,al) laundering operations as their influence decreases and their panic increases. (Taiwan likely on tap.). Meanwhile, the defense industrial complex desperately needs infusion of taxpayer dollars to replace all the “old stuff” the Bidan administration gave Ukraine...
You all are wonderful! God bless each one of you.🙏
