Did Deutsche Bank Just Destroy New York AG's Case Against Trump?
A Deutsche Bank executive may have just tanked New York Attorney General Letitia James' lawsuit against former President Donal Drump - which revolved around portraying the German lender as Trump's biggest victim in an alleged scheme to inflate his assets in order to obtain favorable terms from banks and insurers.
David Williams, who directly worked on at least one of several loans obtained by Trump over several decades, testified on Tuesday in Manhattan that it's "atypical, but not entirely unusual" for a bank to internally slash a client's stated asset values by 50% and approve a loan anyway, as they did with Trump, Bloomberg reports.
"It just depends on the circumstances," said Williams, a managing director at the bank.
Deutsche Bank, which loaned hundreds of millions of dollars to Trump for properties in Miami, Chicago and Washington, cut his stated net worth in 2011 and 2012 from about $4.2 billion to $2.3 billion, according to internal bank credit memos. The same documents indicated the bank approved the loans anyway because it expected them to generate a profit based on Trump’s history of successful developments and other criteria.
Trump, who denies wrongdoing and claims the case is politically motivated, is calling to the stand this week four current and former Deutsche Bank employees — including the family’s former private banker Rosemary Vrablic — as part of his defense case, seeking to flip the script on the state’s version of events. -Bloomberg
The testimony completely undermines AG James' premise, that Trump defrauded the German bank. — ZeroHedge
Ashe’s Take: “As my favorite bengal-themed editor says, ‘The trials ARE Trump’s campaign.’ And NY Attorney General Leticia James’ fever dream about inflated asset values — with the reality TV judge and a hilarious $18M valuation of Mar-a-Lago — is one of the best campaign stops around.
James is attempting to make Deutsch Bank an unwilling victim in the case, but this testimony is devastating to that premise. Still, James campaigned on prosecuting Trump, even if she had to fabricate a crime — which she most definitely has done.
The more they politicize the justice system for political ends, the faster the awakening. The coverup is worse than the crime, and this coverup involves all three branches of government at both the federal and state levels, across multiple states. The trials are making Trump strong but, more importantly, they are driving even greater awakening.

Hunter Biden tells Congress he’d testify publicly, but Republicans demand closed-door session
Hunter Biden offered Tuesday to testify publicly before Congress, striking a defiant note in response to a subpoena from Republicans and setting up a potential high-stakes faceoff even as a separate special counsel probe unfolds and his father, President Joe Biden, campaigns for reelection.
The Democratic president’s son slammed the subpoena’s request for closed-door testimony, saying it can be manipulated. But Rep. James Comer of Kentucky, the chairman of the House Oversight Committee, stood firm, saying Republicans expect “full cooperation” with their original demand for a deposition.
Hunter Biden’s lawyer called the inquiry a “fishing expedition,” a response in line with the more forceful legal approach he’s taken in recent months as congressional Republicans pursue an impeachment inquiry seeking to tie his father to his business dealings.
The early-November subpoenas to Hunter Biden and others from Comer were the inquiry’s most aggressive steps yet, testing the reach of congressional oversight powers.
Republicans have so far failed to uncover evidence directly implicating President Biden in any wrongdoing. But questions have arisen about the ethics surrounding the Biden family’s international business, and lawmakers insist their evidence paints a troubling picture of “influence peddling” in their business dealings, particularly with clients overseas.
Comer said Tuesday that the president’s son could testify publicly in the future, but he expects him to sit for a deposition on Dec. 13 as outlined in the subpoena.
“Hunter Biden is trying to play by his own rules instead of following the rules required of everyone else. That won’t stand with House Republicans,” he said. Rep. Jim Jordan, chair of the House Judiciary Committee, said Republicans will stick with a private deposition first and then a public hearing. “We’re happy he wants to talk,” he said. — The Orlando Sentinel
Bright’s Take: “Hunter reportedly wants to testify publicly vs. the planned closed-door hearings with the House Oversight Committee.
This does nothing to disabuse the 'Hunter is a Cooperating Human Source' crowd of the notion that the lawfare being waged both by and against Hunter is part of a mass disclosure operation on the Biden Crime Family and the American Deep State at large.
Even if Biden is NOT a CHS, this one has the feeling of Game Theory baiting all over it, with House Republicans and the DOJ basically having Hunter over a barrel; either he testifies behind closed doors to an unfriendly faction with America First leadership, or he exposes himself (not in THAT way,) and his crimes to an ever-growing portion of the Collective Mind.
Biden's demands re: public testimony are running in parallel with the escalation and acceleration of Trump's various Trials, especially the Jack Smith J6 trial, providing both legal and narrative precedent for 'show trials.'

'Journalist Of The Year' Tries To Publicly Shame Kid For Wearing Kansas City Chiefs Headdress
A journalist tried to publicly shame a Kansas City Chiefs child fan after the kid wore a native headdress and painted his face black and red for the game.
Carron J. Phillips wrote an entire article for Deadspin complaining about how the NFL needs to “speak out” against the boy, who looked to be about 9 or 10-years-old.
He falsely accused the child of displaying “black face,” using an image that hid the other side of the fan’s face, which was painted red.
When he was called out on it, Phillips doubled down, claiming that half his face being painted red “made it worse,” despite the fact that red and black are literally the colors of the Kansas City Chiefs.” — Modernity News
Ashe’s Take: “They accused this kid of wearing blackface for putting Kansas City Chiefs colors on his face at the game. Late Tuesday, the race-baiting narrative took a hilarious right turn as it was reported the kid in question is actually Native American, and his father is a tribal board member.
Regime journalists are so desperate for racism narratives that they are attacking children at football games. That’s bad enough, but the entirely fabricated narrative is peak privilege.
Last month I wrote a piece about how the left wing of the uniparty in Colorado is creating a double energy crisis for indigenous elders on the Navajo reservation in the four corners region. Now they’re attacking the cultural expression of indigenous children?
This hack should lose his job, and Deadspin should lose everyone’s eyeballs.” —
Green Energy Meltdown To Continue Next Year, Bloomberg Survey Finds
The latest Bloomberg MLIV Pulse survey of over 600 professional and retail investors revealed more than half of them anticipate that the downturn in 'green' energy stocks will persist into next year, posing challenges for some investors who have been trying to catch the 'falling knife.'
The survey, conducted Nov. 13-24 globally among Bloomberg News users on the Terminal, asked a series of questions about the green energy industry.
One of those questions asked Terminal users: With the iShares Global Clean Energy ETF down more than 30% this year and on track for its worst year since 2011. What do you think happens next?
Most respondents, 57% (or 353), expect the selloff to continue next year. And 43% (or 267) expect green stocks will find a near-term bottom, and now is the time to buy.
The ownership portfolio of the iShares Global Clean Energy ETF reveals that the fund is heavily invested in solar, wind, and hydrogen stocks, including SolarEdge, First Solar, Sunrun, Orsted, and Plug Power, which have been clubbed like a baby seal this year. — ZeroHedge
Bright’s Take: “'The Green Beast' is the term I use to refer to the communist, collectivist and Globalist push into ESG and other 'green,' renewable energy projects worldwide that most in this community know represent little more than opportunities for the collectivists to continue to leech tax funding out of the governments they prop up on marionette strings while robbing sovereign peoples of their means of production.
Lately, the Green Beast is having a hard time of things, with everything from Wind and Solar projects to ESG ETF stocks getting absolutely hammered due to an international economic environment defined by surging interest rates and persistent inflation, a paradoxical financial situation that has central bankers puckering their butts all over the world.
When you consider the possibility that Trump and his Treasury (and yes, the FED,) effectively triggered this financial Crisis Cascade with the COVID spending push of 2020, you begin to understand just how far Operation Warp Speed goes.” —
Keith Olbermann Has Glorious Meltdown, Leaving X Because of Elon 'Endorsement' of QAnon
I always think it's funny that leftists rant at X owner Elon Musk, yet they still post on X, ranting away.
If they think he's evil and X is a pit hole, why are they still here?

Because ultimately, they care about attention, and even if they get little of it on X, they still crave it. They need affirmation from whatever followers they may have.
But all the time, money, and effort that Elon has put into the platform might just be worth it, now that the execrable Keith Olbermann says that he's officially leaving. Musk posted a joke meme about Pizzagate that he later deleted, but it caused a meltdown on the left, including Olbermann.
To Olbermann, this was an "endorsement" of Pizzagate and QAnoon, so he was off to the races. — RedState.com
Bright’s Take: “Overton's Goalpost posits that the enemy backpedals along predetermined (and finite) lines when caught in a moral dilemma.
The logical endpoint of Overton's Goalpost is Narrative Convergence with the truth.
Eventually, the enemy is so embattled, so hemmed in, that they have no choice but to accurately describe their opposition.
What is the ultimate truth all their lies have sought to cover up, then?
The same one that brought many of us to the Info War dance in the first place, and that prompted the Great Awakening.
When the MSM begins to accurately describe Trumpism, the Q Op and Anons as (peaceful) crusaders against elites who engage in Crimes Against Children, don't hesitate with your plea.
Guilty. As. Charged.” —

Israeli troops in northern Gaza targeted with bombs, in apparent breach of truce
The Israel Defense Forces says a number of soldiers are lightly hurt after being attacked by Hamas in the northern Gaza Strip, in what appears to be the first serious violation of the ceasefire. Hamas accuses the IDF of violating the ceasefire first.
According to the IDF, three explosive devices were detonated near forces at two separate locations in the northern Gaza Strip, “in violation of the truce agreements.”
The army says that in one of the incidents, gunfire was also directed at troops, who returned fire.
“In both cases, the IDF forces were within the agreed-upon ceasefire lines,” it adds.
The spokesman for the military wing of Hamas says its fighters were responding to a “clear violation” of the ceasefire by the IDF in the northern Gaza Strip, which resulted in a clash. It offers no other details.
Hamas says it is “committed to the truce as long as the enemy adheres to it, and we call on the mediators to pressure the occupation to adhere to all the terms of the truce on the ground and in the air.” — Times of Israel
Ukraine Military Spy Chief's Wife Poisoned In Suspected Assassination Attempt
Ukraine has been shocked by an apparent assassination attempt against the wife of Ukraine's top intelligence official, who has fallen ill and was hospitalized after being poisoned. Marianna Budanova, the wife of Lt. Gen. Kyrylo Budanov, who is the head of the Main Directorate of Intelligence (DUI) of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, was sickened and heavy metals of an unknown origin were found in her system.
Ukrainian media says she sought treatment after a "prolonged" period of not feeling well and Ukrainska Pravda cited official sources who say Budanova was "most likely poisoned through food."
Multiple news agencies have picked up on the poisoning allegations, and have suggested it may be part of a larger poisoning plot:
"Yes, I can confirm the information, unfortunately, it is true," GUR spokesperson Andriy Yusov told Reuters, without clarifying when the poisoning took place.
The BBC's Ukrainian service cited Yusov as saying that several GUR officials had also experienced milder symptoms of poisoning.
There have long been prior reports claiming that Gen. Budanov himself has already survived some ten assassination attempts. As head of DUI of the defense ministry, he's played a leading role in carrying out major military operations against Russian forces.
Ukrainian media sources say that the heavy metal poisoning was confirmed after Marianna underwent tests, but they have not identified a specific poison or substance. — ZeroHedge
