Now, onto the news from Wednesday, November 15 …
Biden Calls Xi a Dictator, Risking China Backlash
Biden capped the event by taking extra questions on his way out, responding to one with the comment that Xi is a dictator, describing China’s communist system as “totally different than ours.” The remark is likely to dominate headlines and frustrate the administration’s Chinese counterparts
Up until then, Biden hailed the talks as some of the most productive he’s had with Xi, describing areas of progress including resuming military-to-military communications
The possibility of interference in Taiwan’s upcoming elections came up during Biden’s conversation with Xi. Biden said he made it clear to Xi he expects there to be no interference
Biden hailed an agreement with China to counter the flow of fentanyl, a drug manufactured and produced by Chinese chemical companies. China is taking actions to prevent raw materials of the drug, known as precursors, from being exported with controls
The president weighed in on the war in the Middle East, saying he is “mildly hopeful” about securing the release of hostages held by Hamas in Gaza. He also said a two-state solution between Israel and Palestine is “the only ultimate answer” to ending the war — Bloomberg
Our Take: “It’s getting kind of funny to watch the various ways in which the Media Industrial Complex attempts to simultaneously distance themselves from Joe Biden while also running defense for him.
In the case of his meeting with Xi Jinping, even Bloomberg acknowledges that his incendiary comments post-meeting—a norm for Biden going back a ways—are likely to dominate headlines, while also admitting that this is par for the course for this Deep State geriatric.
No matter what Actuals result from the meeting—I personally doubt there will be many—the stories will be all about Biden continuing to stick his foot in his mouth where it concerns the US on the world stage.

Denver judge hears closing arguments in lawsuit aimed at blocking Trump from Colorado’s 2024 GOP primary ballot
A Denver District Court judge on Wednesday heard closing arguments in a trial that will determine whether Donald Trump should be allowed to appear on Colorado’s Republican presidential primary ballot next year.
The case, stemming from a lawsuit filed by a liberal political nonprofit based in Washington, D.C., is likely to advance to the U.S. Supreme Court. Similar lawsuits have been brought in other states across the country. None has been successful so far.
The lawsuits allege that Trump’s role in the deadly Jan. 6, 2021, riot at the U.S. Capitol disqualifies him from running for president under the 14th Amendment, which bars people who took an “oath … to support the Constitution of the United States” and then “engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof” from holding federal or state office. — The Colorado Sun
Our Take: “Closing arguments in President Trump’s 14th Amendment case in Colorado took place, and the petitioner closing statements were an overt assault on the Bill of Rights. Assembly, association, and speech are all on trial, and the petitioners argued that President Trump’s thoughts — as if they could know such a thing — are akin to his participation in ‘insurrection.’
The majority of arguments in the closing rely on Professor Simi — the so-called far right extremism expert — and his ability to ‘decode’ Trump’s actual meaning from his “seemingly” innocuous statements. They also rely on the fear of inexperienced capitol police officer Daniel Hodges, who as we’ve discussed is selling books and profiting off his experiences on January 6.
The intervenors made a strong closing argument and pointed out the flaws in the petitioners’ case, the recent MN Supreme Court precedent, and rehashed their case for an hour. The judge’s body language was markedly different during their closing. During the petitioner close she was leaned in, attentive, and nodding along. During the intervenors’, she sat back, arms crossed, and was scowling nearly the entire time.
Unfortunately, sources close to the intervenors in this case have told me they believe President Trump will lose in the trial court and require appeal. Given what I witnessed today, I’m inclined to agree. She must rule by Friday, November 17.
Also of note, I have not received any response from the CO court system in regards to my bar complaint against Eric Olson for lying to the court and publicly doxxing me. I’m sure they’re just busy.” —
The WHO’s Monumental Power Grab is Still on the Table
The World Health Organization is still pushing the proposed “pandemic treaty” as well as the highly controversial amendments to the International Health Regulations (IHR).
Countless analysts have cautioned that the ratification of either, let alone both, would devastate or even completely strip away sovereignty from nation-states and place public health decision-making power in the hands of the WHO and its director-general.
According to author and researcher James Roguski, these two proposals would morph the WHO from an advisory organization to a defacto world government whose edicts would become legally binding.
They also would greatly expand the scope and reach of the IHR, institute a system of global health certificates and “passports” and allow the WHO to mandate medical examinations, quarantine, and treatment. — Vigilant News
Our Take: “The response to COVID-19 had some onlookers saying that we are living in a ‘medical dictatorship’, but if you think it was bad then, wait until this ‘treaty’ and these proposed amendments go through. What the WHO and the WHO's funders are trying to achieve here is creating a legal framework to elevate the WHO to a de facto world-governing body in the event of another pandemic.
That being said, I realize that this might all sound a lot more frightening than it really is. It is a pressing situation that deserves our attention, to be sure, but it is not a death sentence for the Constitution.
I’ve been trying to imagine how any of this would actually be enforced. The WHO is like a paper tiger; it doesn’t have its own policing force unless the federal government can convince state and local authorities to sell out the people in their communities, and given the current climate and the disillusionment that came after the response to COVID, I don’t know how that would play out. Maybe I’m too optimistic.” —
Actress Sues AstraZeneca After COVID-19 Jab Leaves Her With Brain Injuries
An Australian theatre star and vaccination advocate is suing pharmaceutical company AstraZeneca, claiming that a life-threatening stroke left her unable to work after taking the company’s vaccine.
Melle Stewart, 42, is known for her acting in both the UK and Australia, including playing the lead in the musical Mamma Mia! and Channel 7’s Home and Away.
Ms. Stewart received her first dose of the AstraZeneca COVID-19 vaccine on May 24, 2021.
Two weeks later, she began having seizures, lost her ability to speak, and lost all movement on the right-hand side of her body.
Brain surgeons diagnosed her with Vaccine-Induced Thrombocytopenic Thrombosis (VITT), a blood-clotting condition that the manufacturer and the regulators now acknowledge as a “very rare side effect” of this particular vaccine.
She underwent multiple procedures and rigorous therapy, including craniectomy, a three-hour operation to remove a portion of her skull to reduce the pressure in her brain and keep her alive.
Surgeons have since replaced that part of her skull with a titanium plate the size of her hand. — The Epoch Times
Our Take: “Vaccines and vaccine injuries are some of the most difficult subjects to broach both within and without the Truth Community, but there is little doubt that many people have suffered as a direct result of the severe, criminal overreach of Big Pharma during the COVID era.
With more of these ‘rare’ medical cases being revealed in the public spotlight, and coinciding with a rash of newly-developing class action lawsuits against vaccine manufacturers, it feels like something big is developing around the idea of COVID reparations … perhaps many somethings.” —
Secret Service’s FOIA Documents Reveal DNA was Found and Preserved in White House Cocaine Probe, Contrary to Prior Claims — Secret Service May End Up Destroying Evidence
During his show on Fox News, Jesse Watters revealed that the Secret Service has been misleading the public about a cocaine investigation at the White House.
According to over 100 pages of documents obtained through a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request, the narrative surrounding the discovery and handling of cocaine at the White House appears fraught with inconsistencies and cover-ups.
The Gateway Pundit reported in July that Hazmat crews were dispatched inside the entrance gate near the West Wing of the White House to investigate a suspicious white substance that tested positive for cocaine hydrochloride.
At first, it was reported that the cocaine was found in the library, which is located on the ground floor of the White House.
We are being told we may never know who actually brought the cocaine to the White House because the area “wasn’t necessarily covered by cameras all that well.”
On Monday, the Biden regime released the first photos of the 2 grams of cocaine found at the Biden White House over the summer were released in response to a FOIA request filed by The Daily Mail.
According to Watters, this shifting narrative raises questions about the accuracy and transparency of the Secret Service’s statements. — The Gateway Pundit
Our Take: “The Secret Service lied about the DNA on the cocaine? None of us are actually surprised about this, right? The Secret Service is notoriously lying to protect their targets, meaning transparency and accountability to the public is, in their worldview, a bad thing. This means Secret Service scandals are likely and should be expected. Let’s consider recent history.
There was, of course, the change narrative from the SS after Obama’s chef allegedly drowned earlier this year in Martha’s Vineyard. Last year, SS agents protecting Jill Biden were duped by fake feds in another national security risk. A wounded vet jumped the White House fence in 2014 and got unprecedentedly close to the residence. There was the case of SS agents soliciting prostitutes and getting intoxicated in Colombia in 2012.
And don’t forget the incident earlier this week when agents protecting Biden’s granddaughter had their car broken into and opened fire — and missed. This is supposed to be our most elite law enforcement agency. God help us.” —

Israel Demolishes Hamas Parliament Building
At the start of the week, IDF troops had photographed themselves inside the building and room which serves as "Hamas parliament". On Wednesday Israeli media has confirmed the entire building has been demolished, in what a appears a symbolic act wherein Israel is showing the world the terror group is 'finished' in the Gaza Strip.
"After troops photographed themselves inside Hamas’s parliament building in Gaza City several days ago, the military has demolished the site," Times of Israel (TOI) writes. "The building was captured by the 7th Armored Brigade and Golani Infantry Brigade."
But fierce fighting continues, and the IDF has reported at least 51 Israeli troops killed since the start of the ground invasion. — Zerohedge

Trump files motion for mistrial in NY fraud case
Former President Trump’s legal team requested a mistrial in his New York fraud case Wednesday, claiming the trial judge and his principal law clerk’s purported bias against Trump has “tainted” the case.
“This appearance of bias threatens both Defendants’ rights and the integrity of the judiciary as an institution,” Trump’s counsel wrote in the 30-page motion.
Trump’s counsel pointed to posts made by Judge Arthur Engoron to a Wheatley School alumni page, which the judge appears to run, referencing the case or individuals involved with it, including Trump, his son Eric Trump and Trump attorney Alina Habba.
The motion cited New York code reading that “a judge shall not make any public comment about a pending or impending proceeding in any court within the United States or its territories.” — The Hill

I cannot believe the Chief Potato Head was even allowed near Xi. Omg. WWIII here we go.
And I’m pretty sure most of us here in the USA would never bow down to the WHO and its ridiculous attempts to rule the world. They’re a bigger joke than Brandon. Although, I look forward to the opportunity to make fun of those leftards who can’t wait to be told what vaxx to get next.
As far as medical tyranny goes, after watching the last 3.5 years. There is nothing more the liberals would love than to have the WHO as their big excuse to really thrust us all into another fake pandemic. Since justice and accountability have been extremely slow, while many deaths and injured continue I would be extremely vigilant not to let the WHO get their ugly foot farther in the door.
Currently every agency is blaming the other passing the Buck.
