The Border Feud Will Be a Deciding Factor on the 2024 Ballot
The coils of barbed wire at the edge of Poncho Nevarez’s ranch on the Rio Grande were meant as a deterrent. Instead, they just tore at the bodies and clothes of desperate migrants who clambered through to Eagle Pass, Texas.
The fence installed by the National Guard was, in Nevarez’s view, both horribly barbaric and largely ineffective, like so much of the border-enforcement push that’s popped up around his 500 acres—the state police, the helicopters, the drones and river buoys.
“None of this stuff solves the problem,” said Nevarez, a former Democratic state lawmaker, as he stood next to a mound of discarded clothes, diapers and other detritus left behind by migrants on his land.
mmigration has erupted into a defining issue of the 2024 ballot, with a Bloomberg News/Morning Consult poll finding it second only to the economy as voters’ top concern. Courts are bogged down by unprecedented levels of cases—federal agents encountered 10,000 people a day crossing the southern border in December—and the tumult has exposed the US system as underfunded, opaque and bursting at the seams.
“This is gonna decide who becomes the president, how it’s handled,” Nevarez said. — Bloomberg
Our Take: “The situation at the border is one of the biggest signals that we’re not living in normal times with normal rules. If we were, Biden‘s reelection chances would be in such jeopardy that Democrats would be working to replace him, and border solutions would be prominent in scrotus’ platform.
But that’s not what’s happening at all. Instead, ‘After Biden invited a sea of immigrants to America - tearing up Trump's immigration Executive Orders on day one of his administration - more than 10 million of them did just that, quickly overloading border-state resources.’
And it’s not just border state resources. A representative from the Denver Mayor’s office was caught on camera over the weekend begging migrants to leave and promising them passage to anywhere they want to go. Not much of a sanctuary. But resources are finite, as the commies are now learning.
Biden and state officials blame Congress, even though everyone knows it was the 46’s reversal of 45’s border policies that created this crisis. Everyone knows.
So, we aren’t living in normal times. We’re living in an asylum run by inmates who have powerful weapons and a delusional god complex. Let’s see what happens. At least it won’t be boring.” —
Trump Spoke Recently With Saudi Leader
Former President Donald J. Trump spoke recently with Saudi Arabia’s de facto ruler, Prince Mohammed bin Salman, their first publicly disclosed conversation since Mr. Trump left office in January 2021, according to two people briefed on the discussion who were not authorized to speak publicly about it.
It was unclear what the two men discussed and whether it was their only conversation since Mr. Trump’s departure from the White House. Neither representatives for Mr. Trump nor an official of the Saudi government responded to requests for comment.
But news of their discussion comes at a time when the Biden administration is engaged in delicate negotiations with the Saudis aimed at establishing a lasting peace in the Middle East, building on diplomatic ties between Israel and a number of Arab states forged through the work of the Trump administration.
If President Biden manages to clinch a trilateral megadeal — which would probably include a Saudi-Israeli peace agreement, an Israeli commitment to a two-state solution, a U.S.-Saudi defense treaty and U.S.-Saudi understandings on a civilian nuclear program in Saudi Arabia — he will need support from two-thirds of senators to ratify the U.S.-Saudi treaty. Mr. Trump, as the presumptive Republican nominee in firm command of his party, could potentially either block any deal or greenlight it for congressional Republicans.
Mr. Trump has other reasons to maintain warm relations with Prince Mohammed. The former president and Jared Kushner, his son-in-law and former senior White House adviser, established close ties with the crown prince while in office and have capitalized on that good will in their private businesses since leaving government. — The NY Times
Our Take: “Everybody and their mother is talking about this story-- and why wouldn't they be? Is it evidence that Donald Trump is the real leader of the United States? Yes, it is. Is it a Devolution proof? I think so. Is Donald Trump the Peacemaker? Damn right he is.
Mohammed bin Salman is the most important leader in the Middle East, and arguably the most important leader in the world at this exact moment in time. So of course the world is talking about him.
But anybody who has been following my musings won't find this development particularly surprising, just vindicating. But vindication is not my interest, so I'm going to hone in on a different aspect of this story than everybody else:
Jamaal Khashoggi.
Maggie Haberman and Jonathan Swan of course took this opportunity to swipe at Trump over MBS's alleged murder of Khashoggi. They point out that Trump defended MBS against these allegations, which came solely from the CIA, without the presentation of any evidence, let alone a trial, or even an official statement—just the ‘anonymous comments’ from bloodsucking cravens who are too cowardly to stand out in the sunlight and speak their mind. (These same scumbags want us all to live in fear of them because they like to kill people in cold blood.)
Haberman and Swan also point out that in 2020 candidate Joe Biden vowed to treat MBS as a ‘pariah’ because of what he did to Khashoggi. Interesting, because that's exactly what the CIA and State Department demanded of all world leaders in the wake of that scandal, which really begs the question:
Did the Saudi's actually kill Jamaal Khashoggi?
I don't think they did. While Khashoggi was a prolific scumbag who is not mourned by anybody with any sense of decency, he was a relative nobody in the face of somebody like the Saudi Crown Prince. By the time Khashoggi was murdered, MBS had already ‘won’ his little war against his corrupt family members. He had already taken control of the Saudi government, and implemented his will. Killing Khashoggi—who in late 2018 was nothing more than a whinging dissident living in exile—makes very little sense for a young emerging world leader who was in the midst of ‘rebranding’ the Arab people in the eyes of the world.
MBS is all about showing everybody that there is more to Arabia than just orthodox Islam, so why would he waste his time fulfilling the stereotype of a ‘violent and vindictive Arab?’
The CIA desperately wants us to believe that MBS killed Khashoggi—believe me, I've read ALL of their propaganda on it—which is exactly why I am thoroughly convinced that it was the CIA who killed Jamaal Khashoggi, because his death has benefitted them and their objectives far more than it has benefitted the one guy who is actually trying to bring peace and prosperity to the Middle East.

Trudeau Admits That Canada Is Being Overwhelmed By Mass Immigration
In a rare admission that all is not well in the socialist paradise of the north, Canada's Prime Minister Justin Trudeau stated this week that the country has seen a 'massive spike in temporary immigrants' which is 'far beyond what Canada can absorb.' The nation's percentage of temporary migrants (illegals using asylum loopholes to dodge proper immigration standards) has jumped from 2% of the total population in 2017 to over 7.5% of the total population in 2024.
In 2023 Canada marked its most rapid population growth in 66 years, with migrants making up over 97% of all new residents. Only 2% came from a natural increase.
Though Trudeau continues his attempt to virtue signal by praising the general concept of mass immigration and lies about the supposed benefits that illegal immigrants bring to the economy, reality cannot be denied. It is proven time and time again that illegals represent a net drain on any economy they come into contact with - If they truly add value, then why don't they add value to the economies in their home countries?
The legal population of Canada is realizing this fact and is becoming increasingly hostile to Trudeau's open borders policies. Trudeau's national approval rating fell to all time lows of 30% in December 2023 and has hovered near that marker ever since. This may be why he has suddenly chosen (reluctantly) to acknowledge the immigration problem. — ZeroHedge
Our Take: “Trudeau’s desperate spin is intriguing to watch. At any other time in history, if his opponents had made similar claims, he would have immediately brought out the CRT propaganda to claim they were being racist for questioning mass immigration at all.
While I agree with the article’s take on Trudeau caving to pressure, I also hold this notion lightly. We should never forget that he is the epitome of a puppet. I assign almost no will of his own when I look at the overall changes his administration has made to Canada.
Canada is a controlled experiment on the global stage meant for the WEF & partners to test the transitionary phases towards a New World Order. This level of social engineering (definitely boosted and managed by AI) is not tripped up by this kind of loss.
Not to mention the fact that the conservative opposition has been supportive of mass immigration and has yet to take advantage of the utter destruction by simply pointing it out. Canada’s Uniparty problem is very real.
If there’s one patterned insight I have gathered from from listening to Trudeau and his propaganda arm over the years, it’s that he’s deeply afraid of the influence Trump has over Canadian politics. Rabid attempts to demonize any Canadian that aligns with Trump, his followers or his policies has been a strategically crucial talking point in Trudeau’s media PSYOPs.
That’s why if Trudeau’s acknowledgment of the mass immigration damage finds a home in the Overton window, it would harmonize very well with a Trump win and a major pushback against the same mass immigration operations in the US.” —
White House's Sullivan, recovering from cracked rib, postpones Saudi trip
White House national security adviser Jake Sullivan has postponed plans to travel to Saudi Arabia this week as he recovers from a cracked rib following a minor accident, the White House said on Wednesday.
Sullivan had been due to hold talks with Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman amid a U.S. push for progress toward normalizing relations between Israel and Saudi Arabia.
The injury "has affected his ability to travel," White House spokesperson John Kirby told reporters. "This was a minor accident of his own. It was not caused by anybody. It was not the result of a nefarious act."
Kirby said Sullivan looks forward to rescheduling the trip, but did not provide a date. — Reuters
Our Take: “So... Iran and Israel are about to go to war, and the National Security Advisor has to cancel a planned trip to Saudi Arabia to meet with the Crown Prince (the leader of the region) because he... broke some ribs? And this isn't a national news story? How does one randomly break some ribs? Was he cage-fighting with
?Broken ribs can't really be ‘treated.’ You just live with it until they heal. So why not just get on the damn plane and fly to Saudi in your first class accommodations so you can prevent World War III?
Clearly, Jake Sullivan doesn't want to go to Riyadh. The question is why? Is it because he doesn't want to help foster a two-state solution? Is it because he knows Netanyahu won't accept the terms, and Sullivan is afraid of all of these guys?
Jake Sullivan is a fallopian tube, and the fact that he is sitting in a chair in DC right now instead of sitting in an airplane seat flying to Riyadh is proof of that.” —
Lauren Boebert hospitalized, underwent surgery for blood clot, campaign says
Rep. Lauren Boebert was taken to a Colorado hospital after experiencing severe swelling in one of her legs on Monday, her campaign team said in a statement on Tuesday night. Doctors found a blood clot, and the congresswoman was diagnosed with May-Thurner Syndrome.
On Tuesday morning, Boebert underwent surgery to remove the clot and insert a stent. Her team says the surgery was successful. Doctors at UCHealth Medical Center in Loveland say she's expected to make a full recovery and don't expect any long-term health effects.
"I want to thank Dr. Rebecca Bade and the entire team at UCHealth Medical Center of the Rockies for their great care and providing helpful insight on my recent diagnosis," Boebert said in a statement on Tuesday. "I'm looking forward to making a full recovery and getting back to Congress to continue fighting for Colorado."
May-Thurner Syndrome is relatively rare and, in and of itself, is not particularly dangerous, according to the Cleveland Clinic. If a blood clot in your leg breaks off and travels to your lungs, you can experience a pulmonary embolism, which is life-threatening. — CBS News
Our Take: “Representative Lauren Boebert is the congresswoman from Colorado’s third Congressional district. For now.
Boebert is running to be the congresswoman from Colorado’s fourth Congressional district, which is my district, and word on the street is that she has the job locked up. Most people aren’t happy about it, but the overwhelming sentiment on the ground, as the Centennial State GOP heads into its State Assembly, is that Boebert will be the Republican candidate for CD4 after the primary.
A rare, potentially life threatening disease for the mother of four could change all that. I took heat earlier this year when I questioned why Steve Scalise (R-LA) was not voting. ‘You have one job?!’ I said, all dramatically. I was immediately informed that the congressman is fighting cancer — and I felt badly about my comment for about 3.5 seconds.
After 3.5 seconds, I realized that the question is valid.
We are at war. Around the world, sure, but here at home and, especially, in the Congress, we are at war. It is a war for the soul of our nation, and being able to show up is a non-negotiable part of the job. The Congress may embody clown world, but they have real power over our lives.
Scalise represents 775,766 Louisiana Americans. Boebert currently represents 731,516 Colorado Americans in CD3, and will represent 748,891 if elected to CD4 (2022 reported population numbers for all). Between the two of them, that’s ~1.5M Americans that are effectively without representation while their representatives fight illness.
Of course, I wish Representative Boebert (and Scalise) well and want them to heal and recover. But in no other forum would the job stop to accommodate illness. It’s obviously not new — from Feinstein and McConnell to Biden and even Fetterman, the American people are being asked to overlook a lot when it comes to the political talent pool.
What I have the hardest time with is the entitlement factor. We’ve entered a season where politicians are no longer hiding their disdain for the people or their perceived entitlement to rule over them. In fact, this is my biggest issue with Boebert as she seeks to be my congresswoman.
Boebert represents the people of CD3. After her tough 2022 contest, where she nearly lost, Boebert appears to believe herself unelectable by the people she is currently representing… but she feels entitled to a seat, so now she is running in CD4. There are almost three quarters of a million people in CD4. One of our own can’t represent us?
Back to the story, I’d like more information on how her diagnosis, treatment and recovery is going to impact her ability to show up for critical votes, craft legislation for her constituents’ interests, and otherwise represent the Colorado Americans of CD4.
I pray for healing and restoration for Representative Boebert, and Peace for her and her family.” —
Disney fends off boardroom blitz as shareholders vote to stay the course
Disney CEO Bob Iger on Wednesday fended off an aggressive challenge by activist investors seeking to take the company in a new direction, averting what would have been a stunning embarrassment for one of Hollywood’s leading executives.
The entertainment conglomerate’s corporate leadership was facing a bold attack from billionaire activist investor Nelson Peltz, who loudly pushed the company to come up with a concrete succession plan and derided efforts to make more diverse movies and shows.
But that crusade fell short, as Disney shareholders approved board members backed by the current company leadership, denying seats for Peltz and his ally Jay Rasulo, a former chief financial officer at Disney.
Iger’s victory comes at a key juncture for a company that has found itself at the center of wider American culture wars as it attempts to navigate dizzying changes in the media landscape, including the rise of streaming, the decline of traditional television and growing competition from social media. — NBC News
Our Take: “Disney Proxy War Update: ‘So you have chosen ... death.’
Recently, I've been speculating on the Net Effects a Nelson Peltz (Trump ally) addition to the Disney board would have, likening it to some theories we parse around these parts regarding the difference between the controlled demolition or resuscitation of corrupted American institutions, from the RNC to the largest entertainment company in the nation.
Today, reports claimed that Peltz' proxy bid has failed, leaving Disney in the hands of Bob Iger and a consortium of DEI special interests backed by "Vanguard Group, BlackRock Inc., T. Rowe Price, Norges Bank Investment Management and ValueAct Capital Management."
While that collection of corporate names alone is enough to send shivers down the spine of truthers, Disney's share price is crashing further on the news, which was buoyed by recent optimism of a common sense approach to the company's entertainment initiatives.
For now, the Controlled Demolition continues unabated.” —
"Backlash Is Real": DEI Exodus Gains Steam Across Corporate America
Have we reached peak DEI stupidity?
Yes, we are well past the peak. As we explained in early March, "Both the DEI and ESG gravy trains on Wall Street are finally coming to an unceremonious end."
The unraveling of "diversity, equity, and inclusion" initiatives was seen on the state level, as Red states rushed to ban DEI programs in 2023. Google, Facebook, and other tech companies slashed DEI staff by late last year. Early this year, universities began rolling back diversity programs, while Harvard President Claudine Gay was demoted.
DEI was doomed to fail, and corporations have been quickly scrambling to abandon mindless and profitless diversity programs with Marxist roots. The latest earnings call data shows that "DEI" mentions have collapsed from their peak in 2021, according to Axios, citing data from AlphaSense. — ZeroHedge
Our Take: “I wrote about this possibility a few weeks ago, reporting on Boeing CEO Dave Calhoun stepping down—that one of the best case scenarios in the corporate culture war would be companies going scorched earth on DEI policies in the workplace.
It is glorious to see some of this manifesting in the corporate world overall.
What we should be mindful of here is the long form statecraft at play, potentially pushing things to an extreme so that even when it rescinds, norms have been permanently changed in their favour. A little bit of DEI seems tame, and even relaxing, in comparison to how insane things have been post George-Floyd-color-revolution.
And so the battle continues. DEI and ESG scores are Neo-Marxist warfare, plain and simple.
These warfare operations need to be identified within the confines of the Overton Window for what they are, and should be permanently cast from corporate culture as a curse, never to be played with again.” —
US officials say strike on Iranian general ‘a blow’ to Tehran, risks inflaming region
The alleged Israeli strike that killed Iran’s top Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps commander in Syria was a strategic blow to Tehran and may risk an escalation of tensions in the region, current and former US officials told The New York Times Tuesday.
Though it was blamed by Iran and its allies, Israel has not officially commented on the attack on the building in Damascus, which killed Gen. Mohammad Reza Zahedi, the IRGC’s most senior official in Syria, along with his deputy Gen. Mohammad Hadi Hajriahimi, five other IRGC officers and at least one member of Hezbollah.
In the wake of the strike, US troops based in southeastern Syria intercepted an attack drone, marking the first such incident in two months, a Defense Department told The Times, speaking on condition of anonymity. Iran-backed militias had refrained from attacking US bases in an apparent attempt at deescalation after three US troops were killed in a drone strike in Jordan in January. — Times of Israel
Our Take: “Everybody is talking about how the CIA has warned Israel that Iran is about to attack—and everybody's takeaway is that it means that the CIA is about to attack Israel and blame it on Iran. (I am so proud of this community...)
I want to focus on another aspect of this, which is the analysis from the military perspective.
In this specific article, we hear from retired four-star general Kenneth F. McKenzie Jr speaking on the recent attack on an Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps building in Damascus that resulted in the death of an Iranian commander. The Pentagon has since said that the attack was conducted by Israel, but Iran is blaming both the US and Israel.
General McKenzie points out that Iran has been suffering from strategic defeats that have resulted in the loss of leadership, going back to the assassination of Soleimani by President Donald Trump in 2020. McKenzie says that these deficiencies leaves Iran likely incapable of coordinating a rapid response to this recent attack in Damascus.
From other analysis that I have read, this seems like a pretty realistic take. The question isn't whether Iran wants to attack Israel, the question is whether Iran is actually capable and has the military leadership necessary to carry it out with the precision needed for it to be a success.
It does feel like clandestine forces are moving the narrative in the public mind toward World War 3. Being that I predicted this exact situation (Israel vs. Iran) last June on DPH, I'm not at all surprised that we are where we are. (Accelerate.)” —

Exactly that.
In a long-game incursion - this one (the system of Babylon) has been running for 6000 years - knowledge of your opponents tendencies is your greatest weapon. Average citizens are too busy (by design - see Rev.18) to become SME's (subject matter experts) on each of the social/linguistic fronts of which DEI is just one: and I am told that the languages of these different "marxist" movements by themselves require that level of expertise. (Remember the high-pitched squeal from the body-snatched humans when a non-snatched human was seen...that is how the foot-soldiers act if you use the "wrong" words while trying to reason with them.)
I used to think that the self-consuming nature of the System would eventually reset the board and allow a return to normalcy. That was until I realized that the economic lever of the System was able to fund the "foot-soldier" efforts at a level that enabled replacement "troops" in numbers that out-distanced any attrition (i.e., think student loan "forgiveness" - or universities on the whole).
Please do not misunderstand me - I am far from discouraged! I have just turned my focus on the front of the battle that I know I can win - siding with God's advice and taking up my Spiritual weapons of prayer and His Word!
Thank you once again BNB team (both contributors and readers) for your diligence - I hope you are good with me praying for you all - but even if you are not...
