Now, onto the news from Thursday, June 6 …
Steve Bannon ordered to report to prison by July 1
A federal judge ordered Steve Bannon, the one-time adviser to former President Trump, to begin his four-month prison sentence in July as he appeals his contempt of Congress conviction.
U.S. District Judge Carl Nichols agreed with prosecutors at a Wednesday hearing, ordering Bannon must self-surrender by July 1 since his bid to overturn his conviction was rejected by a three-judge appeals panel last month.
“The government’s motion is granted,” said Nichols, a Trump appointee. Bannon had opposed the move, insisting he will appeal all the way to the Supreme Court, if necessary, and arguing he should remain free in the meantime.
Bannon was found guilty in 2022 of failing to appear for a deposition ordered by the now-disbanded House Jan. 6 committee and refusing to turn over documents it subpoenaed.
After the District of Columbia Circuit Court of Appeals panel rejected Bannon’s appeal last month, the Justice Department moved to immediately incarcerate Bannon, saying there was no longer a “substantial question of law that is likely to result in a reversal or an order for a new trial.”
“We believe it is the exact opposite. It is unlikely,” said prosecutor John Crabb. — The Hill

Donald Trump Prison Sentence Would Create Constitutional Chaos: Experts
Imprisoning Donald Trump would create a massive constitutional crisis, legal experts have said.
Trump is due to be sentenced on July 11 after he was convicted of all counts in his hush money trial in New York.
Greg Germain, a lawyer and law professor at Syracuse University in New York, told Newsweek that putting Trump in prison would lead to many legal challenges.
Trump, the presumptive Republican presidential nominee, faced trial in New York City on 34 counts of falsifying business records for hush money payments made to adult film actor Stormy Daniels.

Our Take: Are we about to get Bicameral Prison Sentences as the 2024 War of Stories nears its hot summer phase?
Leaving aside the obvious drama of seeing a former president jailed for the first time, something I've been focusing on of late in the Info War is the patterned rollout of information, which seems more akin to the story beats of a novel rather than the organic, non-linear and asymmetric chaos of real life.
While the Doomer's Refrain would have us look at such patterns (the Trump Witch Hunt, Bannon's jailing, followed by Trump's own jailing) as evidence of Deep State control, many of us who've been following the Q drops from the beginning and who subscribe to the Devolution theory find it unlikely that patriots do not have counters to everything the inert Deep State contingent is attempting.
Which means this is a narrative roll-out designed for mass awakening.
We're nearing the end of the second act, which is always the most tense ... and also the most exciting.

Russia deploying air and sea assets for military exercises in Caribbean, U.S. official says
Russia is preparing to deploy aircraft and combat naval vessels to the Caribbean to conduct military exercises in the coming weeks, its first exercises in the Western Hemisphere involving both air and sea activity in five years, a senior administration official told McClatchy and the Miami Herald.
The Biden administration is not expressing concern over the deployment, with the official stating it poses “no direct threat to the United States.” But the administration believes Moscow intends to use the exercises as a “messaging tactic” after President Joe Biden gave Ukraine permission last week to fire U.S.-made weapons across its border into Russia to defend its territory.
The official said the administration expects Moscow will “conduct heightened naval and air activity near the United States” that will likely include port calls by combat naval vessels in Cuba, and possibly Venezuela — two longstanding Russian allies that have seen occasional visits from Russian naval assets in the past two decades. The exercises may also include “aircraft deployments” and flights in the region, the official said.
Administration officials suspect that Cuba approved the Russian port call “at least in part” over an incident last year in which a U.S. nuclear submarine docked at Guantanamo Bay Naval Base, angering the Cubans, a second U.S. official said. — Miami Herald
Our Take: Putin is operating from a position of logic, reason, and accountability.
The Globalist Hegemony is behaving like the scorned ex-lover from a Lifetime movie who is descending into the throws of vengeful psychosis.
Simply put, the people running our society are lunatics who belong in an insane asylum, yet somehow they have ascended to the highest echelon of social, economic, and political power. (Probably because they work for ruthless killers who are willing to do anything to maintain their station in this depraved world they have made for all of us.)
Some people seem to still be humoring these sociopaths, as they stand up everyday preaching for death and violence against a population on the other side of the world. Personally, I don't think anybody in Washington should be taken seriously, on any matter whatsoever. They continue to fail us where it matters most, as they refuse to address any of the real problems plaguing us— such as election integrity, or the price of eggs—and therefore, I don't see any reason to continue to engage with them in any meaningful way, other than to simply express our disdain for their existence, and I wish Vladimir Putin the best of luck.
Frankly, there is nothing about this current government that is worthy of its existence. It is a festering boil; a parasite on humanity's backside. It has betrayed everything that it was meant to represent, and has killed more people—directly and indirectly—than we could possibly measure. It serves Satan, not the Creator.
So while I know Putin will do everything in his power to prevent a kinetic conflict with the West, I do believe he is the righteous actor in this predicament. These cowards demand loyalty from us, yet have already sold us like property to the highest bidder. —
Trump says he would have "every right to go after" political enemies if elected
Former President Trump said during an interview with Fox News on Wednesday that he'd have "every right to go after" his political opponents if he's elected in November.
Why it matters: It's the second time in as many days that the presumptive GOP presidential nominee has publicly suggested he would seek retribution against his political enemies.
The former president and his allies have ramped up their retribution rhetoric since Trump was convicted of 34 felony charges in his New York criminal trial last week.
Driving the news: "When this election is over, based on what they've done, I would have every right to go after them," Trump told Fox News' Sean Hannity, when asked if he would use the justice system to go after his enemies.
Trump said that the suggestion that he would go after his political allies if he wins in November is "wrong" and "it has to stop." — Axios
Our Take: This narrative deployment is backfiring so spectacularly that I actually popped some popcorn to watch Kaitlyn Collins and Andy McCabe panic on air about facing accountability.
‘I will be your retribution,’ they recalled Trump saying with furrowed brows and super serious faces. McCabe wants all of us to be terrified of 45 reforming the DOJ and FBI.
The problem they have is that at least 68% of Americans — of all stripes — are most concerned about government corruption as the greatest threat to democracy. And that was in October 2022. It’s definitely more now. Retribution for corrupted institutions is exactly what Americans want.
As a result, the social backlash is enjoyable to watch. Trump is absolutely correct: He has every right to hold people accountable. It’s a campaign promise, and the people will hold him to it.
As for Andy McCabe: No one is above the law. Preserve all records.

CHIPS Shenanigans …
Our Take: Macro pattern recognition can be a bitch.
These headers have ranged from hit pieces on Xi Jinping, with the media championing the Biden Admin for the very trade war Trump kicked off, along with the CHIPS Act Trump first proposed and that Biden signed into law (a Devolution proof, if ever there's been one,) interspersed with the revelation that said Biden Admin has no idea why billions allocated to the CHIPS act is going to the DoD ... to admissions that Apple's push into the AI realm has fallen flat on its face
At the same time ... Elon Musk just rug-pulled Nvidia by requesting a rash of chips he had originally earmarked for Tesla to be diverted to the fledgling xAI platform ... something that's irking globalists.
Musk is a Trump DoD contractor.
Did we just see a rug-pull, with patriots front-running and undercutting globalist AI ramping by diverting chips to national defense, with Musk as its front?
Yeah. I think so. —
Trump's Georgia election case halted by court until Willis appeal is resolved
Georgia's Court of Appeals paused court proceedings Wednesday in former President Trump's state 2020 election subversion case while it reviews appeals, including whether Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis can stay on the case.
Why it matters: Proceedings in the case are now likely paused until at least October, when the appeals court is set to hear oral arguments on Trump's bid to disqualify Willis.
The pause in proceedings makes it unlikely that the Georgia case goes to trial before the November election.
It's another win for Trump, who was convicted on 34 felony counts in New York last week, as he's aggressively tried to delay court proceedings across his criminal cases until after the 2024 election.
State of play: Last month, the Georgia appeals court agreed to review a lower court ruling that allowed Willis to stay on the case. — Axios
Our Take: Take a load off, Fani, your RICO trial is paused for now.
Earlier this year, Michael Roman’s motion to disqualify Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis captivated the nation.
The witnesses and document evidence confirmed that Willis secured funding from the GA legislature to reduce her case backlog — including to catch up on the processing of long delayed rape kits — and then she used that funding to both ‘get Trump’ and simultaneously elevate her standard of living.
Willis hired her boyfriend, who had no relevant experience, and she obstructed transparency into his contracts and fee arrangements. Nathan Wade, the boyfriend, allegedly hid the income — around $700K — from his wife, whom he was divorcing at the time. He is also accused of misusing client fee accounts to hide the money.
Willis and Wade took a LOT of vacations during their tryst, and they claim that nearly everything they did, from cruises to wine country excursions and more, was paid with cash. This is convenient because it allows them to claim they split all costs equally and used no state money to fund their romantic adventures.
After all that and more came out during the disqualification hearing, Judge McAfee inexplicably refused to DQ Fani — but he made her choose between herself and Wade, refusing to allow them both to continue on the case. Wade resigned shortly after the order, and the case’s pretrial motions process started up again. In the most recent hearing, we learned that Fulton County is still obstructing Discovery.
The defendants appealed McAfee’s ruling, and the appellate court took up the case. And, now, the appellate court has paused proceedings in the trial court to revisit the matter of Willis and Wade.
I’d be deceptive if I downplayed my excitement. Willis and Wade is the best show on TV, and we’re getting a new season in October when the appellate court is scheduled to hear oral arguments. I really hope it’s live-streamed. If it’s not, I may need to attend to live tweet, and possible produce a true-to-life reenactment for all the homies who love this case as much as I do.
Until then, there will be no further movement in McAfee’s courtroom. While
cautioned on X that this shouldn’t be taken as a win — because of all the evidence expected to come out at trial — RICO defendant Harrison Floyd immediately set him straight:As
has said for over a year now, Trump’s trials are the campaign. The October surprises are gonna be fire. —West seeks to exploit Africa for its own gain — Lavrov
The West is stuck in a neo-colonial mindset, thinking that it can dictate terms to African countries and exploit them as it pleases, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said.
"The West is still playing zero-sum games as it is unable to comprehend equal cooperation," the top diplomat stressed at a press conference following his visit to Burkina Faso. "It [the West] is still infected with the virus of colonialism and neo-colonialism, which is the driving force behind its relations with the global majority," Lavrov added.
According to him, Western countries see relations with African nations and other countries of the Global South solely "as an opportunity to live at the expense of others and make one-sided gains."
On Tuesday night, Lavrov arrived in Burkina Faso’s capital of Ouagadougou for his first ever visit to the West African nation. As part of his African tour, the top Russian diplomat earlier made trips to Guinea and the Republic of the Congo. — TASS

Russian defense delegation holds talks with African allies
A high-ranking delegation from the Russian Defense Ministry, led by Deputy Minister Yunus-Bek Yevkurov, has visited Niger and Mali, the West African countries announced in separate statements. Both former French colonies have severed military ties with France, accusing Paris of meddling.
Mali’s interim leader, Assimi Goita, hosted the officials at the presidential palace in the capital, Bamako, on Monday, the former French colony’s military government wrote on X (formerly Twitter).
According to local news agency aBamako, the parties discussed Mali-Russia defense and security cooperation, as well as the situation in the Sahel region, which has been plagued by jihadist violence for decades.
Prior to the meeting with the Goita, Yevkurov and his team held talks with Malian Defense Minister Sadio Camara and air force chief Alou Boi Diarra, the Sahel state’s armed forces said in a press release published on its website on Tuesday.
On Monday, Niger also announced that its transitional leader, Abdourahamane Tchiani, had met the Russian Defense Ministry representatives in Niamey the day before and discussed military, security, and economic cooperation. — RT
Our Take: It would appear that Africa is serving as the literal battlefield between the Sovereign Alliance and Globalist Empire.
Most of you are familiar with the 2012 Benghazi Incident, but did you know that the 2011 overthrow of Libyan President Mumbar Gaddafi was a NATO operation?
It was the first time that NATO—the Empire's military—had conducted an operation in Africa. The UN's authorization for NATO intervention was based entirely on false reporting from Qatari-based media outlet, Al Jazeera, which claimed that Gaddafi was giving his soldiers viagra and ordering them to rape women and children, which was all later shown to be part of the Muslim Brotherhood's Arab Spring psyop, where nearly every Arab nation faced an intense color revolution in the early months of 2011. (The Brotherhood operates out of Qatar, alongside CIA/MI6. Data shows that terrorist activities in Africa have increased since NATO's arrival.)
Then there's the child-rape scandals of the Central African Republic (CAR), where in 2015 a UN aid worker named Anders Kompass leaked a UN report to authorities and the press, after his bosses failed to take action. The report revealed that French peacekeeping troops deployed in CAR as part of the European Union Force were accused of sodomizing very young African boys and girls. (Kompass was placed under investigation by the UN, and resigned in protest.)
We also have the Tonga Tonga ambush scandal from October 2017, where a Green Beret unit was sent into a remote village in Niger to attend a tribal meeting, and were ambushed by ISIS forces, who killed four of the American soldiers, as well as a number of Nigerian soldiers traveling with them. It became a scandal when it was revealed that the American operators had expressed concern over the mission, but were ordered to press on despite the lack of air support, intel, or training for the specific mission. Several local leaders came forward, claiming that it was a set-up, and the village they had been sent to protect were complicit.
In hindsight it appears that this scandal was cooked up by the CIA, and designed to be Trump's "Benghazi," as CNN wasted no time in blaming both Trump and the Green Berets involved, covering for the Pentagon and State Department leadership who orchestrated it. (This cover-up extended to DoD investigators, who blamed the operators for the mission failure. It was revealed that several other Green Beret units in the area volunteered for a rescue operation, but were denied. One unit even defied the order and took off in a helicopter, but were diverted and grounded.)
The point is that there are traitors in our government and military, and they all must face justice. What Lavrov is saying here is completely warranted. The Globalist Empire hates all of humanity, including US soldiers, so the Wagner Group operation to drive the US and NATO off the continent is a morally righteous cause, as the people in charge of the US forces are/were criminal traitors.
NATO has expanded its operations in Africa since 2021, but the Russians have made recent in-roads with the African people, who openly call them their saviors. —

Biden in Normandy says he prays Americans don’t become isolationists
President Joe Biden on Thursday used the 80th anniversary of D-Day to warn against the spread of isolationism and to promise that the U.S. would “not walk away” from Ukraine.
Speaking before a crowd of aging WWII veterans, many over 100 years old and wheelchair bound, Biden pointed to the beaches of Normandy, where he spoke, as “a powerful illustration of how alliances make us stronger. It was, he remarked, “a lesson that I pray Americans never forget.”
Acknowledging that soon “the last living voices of those who fought and bled on D-Day will no longer be with us,” Biden urged America not to forget the lesson that the postwar democratic order was worth fighting for.
“We cannot let what happened here be lost in the silence of the years to come,” Biden said. “The fact that they were heroes here that day does not absolve us of what we have do today.” — Politico
Hunter Biden may be doomed to lose his trial. His best bet is appealing a 'vindictive prosecution.'
For all the drama, the trial against Hunter Biden is pretty simple.
When the president's son bought a .38 mm Colt Cobra handgun on October 12, 2018, he was required to fill out a government form that asked whether he was "an unlawful user of, or addicted to" a "controlled substance."
He marked "no" on the form and then paid $900 in cash.
Given the mountain of publicly known evidence that Biden did use cocaine in that time period, federal prosecutors brought an indictment against him. They accuse him of lying on the form and unlawfully owning a firearm.
In his opening statement at the trial this week, Biden's lawyer Abbe Lowell urged jurors in the Wilmington, Delaware, federal court to acquit his client. He argued that terms such as "user of" and "addicted to" were open to interpretation.
Prosecutors got straight to the point once opening arguments concluded. One of the first pieces of evidence they presented to the jury was a section of Biden's memoir. They played portions of the audiobook — narrated by Biden himself — where he described struggling with addiction over a four-year period that overlapped with the gun purchase. — Business Insider
Wall Street Admits The Biggest Economic Shocker: All Jobs In The Past Year Have Gone To Illegal Aliens
For much of the past year we had been pounding the table on two very simple facts: not only has the US labor market been appallingly weak, with most of the jobs "gained" in 2023 and meant to signal how strong the Biden "recovery" has been, about to be revised away (as first the Philly Fed and now Bloomberg both admit), but more shockingly, all the job growth in the past few years has gone to illegal aliens.
We first pointed this out more than a year ago, and since then we have routinely repeated - again, again, and again - yet even though we made it abundantly clear what was happening...
... going so far as to point out the specific immigration loophole illegals were using to work in the US for up to 5 years...
... and even fact-checking the senile, ballot-harvesting White House occupant on multiple occasions...
... we were shocked that the topic of most if not all US jobs going to illegals was still not "the biggest political talking point" of all. — ZeroHedge
