I don't know how much I believe that and even the interviewer was a bit skeptical. (He apparently developed early - I would have to see pictures.) He was at boarding school and bak then, it wasn't like he was carrying a phone to track his whereabouts; I suppose it is possible. But I wonder if they are setting up something. His behavior does seem arrested though. The author claimed that the staff of his siblings had praise for the professionalism of the people they worked for - Andrew's staff seemed more fearful because he could be a dick.

Macgregor is critical of Trump rejecting Maduro’s great deal, but Trump has made it clear that he does not recognize Maduro as the legitimately elected President of Venezuela…why then would Trump make any deals with him?
Also…I didn’t like that Macgregor sees our drug problem as only an internal problem, blaming it on OUR “appetite” for drugs. There is a very big difference between “appetite” and “addiction”!! I’ve read that fentanyl is highly addictive. That’s creating a dependency not an appetite.
The cabal always pretends trends are driven organically by the demand of the people as opposed to the reality: opium/crack/fentanyl aren't the only addictions people are beset by, it's also music, news, movies, porn, and media at large. Most everyone's an addict at some level and the system preys on that to manipulate the direction of the masses.
I think it runs deeper. The word 'beset' is passive -- implying that addictions just happen somehow.

I will say that these vectors would be less potent tools of manipulation today but also that the study of celestial body positions is an interesting map of fixed cyclical energy.
