Trump appeared to believe he still had ‘foreign policy powers’ after leaving White House: Author
Former President Trump appeared to believe he still had “foreign policy powers” after leaving the White House, according to author Ramin Setoodeh, who interviewed the former president at length for a new book.
Setoodeh described on CNN’s “The Source” what it was like sitting down with the former president to interview him, telling host Kaitlan Collins that Trump was the “happiest” when he was talking about “The Apprentice.” He said Trump’s mood would shift when he began talking about the White House.
“And then he would talk about what he did at the White House, and he would become gloomy, and resentful, and unhappy, and refer to Afghanistan and Joe Biden. But he also seemed to think that he still had some foreign policy powers,” he said Tuesday.
“And there was one day, where he told me he needed to go upstairs to deal with Afghanistan, even though he clearly didn’t,” he said.
The author also noted that Trump referred to it as “the Afghanistan.”
Setoodeh, the co-editor-in-chief for Variety, interviewed Trump six times for his book, “Apprentice in Wonderland: How Donald Trump and Mark Burnett Took America Through the Looking Glass,” which was released Tuesday.
Earlier in his CNN appearance, Setoodeh described Trump as appearing “deflated” and “conflicted” during the half-dozen interviews, which he said took place starting in May 2021. — The Hill
Our Take: In recent weeks, we've seen the media industrial complex tiptoe around what's been obvious to any who've read the research of
for years, now ... along with any who followed the Q drops and actually believed them, since they're mapping onto reality at an accelerating rate as the 2024 inflection point nears. What remains open to interpretation is whether or not these media dogs know the truth regarding Devolution/Continuity of Government, and are actively working to undermine it, or if they're wandering in the dark like the dwindling supply of standard issue villagers (h/t
) that still consume their content unironically, rather than using that content in order to gauge the direction of enemy narrative deployments, like we do.From where I'm sitting, I lean toward the latter:
The media shills didn't attain their positions by being movers in the System ... they did so by blindly defending that System at all times.
Let's see how that works out for them. —
Top Dems: Biden has losing strategy
Senior Democrats, including some of President Biden's aides, are increasingly dubious about his theory for victory in November, which relies on voter concerns about Jan. 6, political violence, democracy and Donald Trump's character.
Why it matters: Biden's core inner circle hasn't lost faith in that approach, the product of Biden and his longtime aide, Mike Donilon.
But that puts them on an island within much of the party about what will decide the election, as polls consistently have shown Biden tied or behind even after a slight bump following Trump's criminal conviction.
Several polls have indicated voters are deeply concerned about democracy but they are most worried about inflation and the economy. They've also shown Biden's support slipping among key Democratic voting groups: Blacks, Latinos, young adults and union members, but the Democracy message is resonating with older voters.
Biden's former chief of staff Ron Klain, who has known Donilon for decades, told Axios his view is: "In Mike I trust."
What they're saying: A Democratic strategist in touch with the campaign told Axios: "It is unclear to many of us watching from the outside whether the president and his core team realize how dire the situation is right now, and whether they even have a plan to fix it. That is scary." — Axios
Our Take: The most telling part of this absolute bloodbath of an article is that key Biden advisors believe the number one topic on voters’ minds in November will be January 6.
Since hearing arguments in Anderson v. Griswold, the Colorado 14A case to remove Trump from the ballot, I have been cautioning that ‘the insurrection is ongoing’ will be the summer 2024 narrative. It’s here now. It’s happening.
The Biden administration — likely via its captured Department of Justice — must have something planned to express such confidence in that message. Notably, the US Supreme Court is expected to release an opinion about the legality of J6 prosecutions, maybe as early as this morning. We’re also awaiting an opinion on Trump’s immunity.
Demonizing and criminalizing their political opponents is the only strategy the Biden administration has left. Unfortunately, it keeps backfiring, which means it needs to escalate if it has any chance of working in Biden’s favor.

Pact with North Korea will protect us both from aggression, says Putin
And that's a wrap. We are closing our live coverage of Vladimir Putin's visit to North Korea as he makes his way to Vietnam for more talks.
It's been a whirlwind trip for the Russian leader - full of fanfare and shows of friendship by the two leaders.
Putin was given a red-carpet welcome by Kim Jong Un when he touched down on the tarmac before dawn. And the North Korean leader was there to wave him off when he departed a short while ago.
The most significant development of the trip has been the signing of an accord in which Putin and Kim agreed to support each other if either country was dealing with "aggression".
Kim said he fully supports Russia's invasion of Ukraine, and also called Russia North Korea's “most honest friend”.
Putin described their meeting as a "breakthrough", and thanked Kim for his “consistent and unwavering support for Russian policy, including in the Ukrainian direction”.
During his visit Putin was treated to a lavish formal ceremony featuring singing children, military walks and a parade through the streets, with a state reception and gala concert later in the day.
The pair were also seen smiling and taking a ride in a luxury limo, with Putin taking the wheel. They exchanged gifts including a Russian-made Aurus car, a tea set, and artwork. — BBC
Our Take: What's truly incredible about the bromance between Vladimir Putin and Kim Jong Un that's been unfolding over the last couple days is the schizophrenic media meltdown it's provoking within the globalist protectorate.
The same corporate establishment that has been running headlines about Russia's nuclear submarine off the coast of Cuba that they claim is alternatively threatening the west with armageddon ... but also that it's totally "falling apart" ... is now doom-mongering about a mutual DEFENSE pact that only triggers if the west literally does what the west claims it would never do:
Attack the east.
Of course, this is a shot across the bow by Putin and Kim, and to a larger extent, by the Sovereign Alliance I've been writing about for a couple of years now, and which includes Saudi Arabia, China and, yes, Donald Trump's version of the United States.
Mutual defense pacts are another term for mutual peace pacts.
Peace needs to be enforced.
We got any peacemakers hanging around? —
After West Rejected Putin's Overture, Document Of Ukraine's Surrender To Be Next Proposal: Kremlin
The Kremlin has continued blasting the international Ukraine peace summit which was held in Burgenstock, Switzerland over the weekend, with spokeswoman Maria Zakharova highlighting that the Alpine "get-together" produced zero results.
Though there were almost 100 countries represented, Zakharova said that this attempt to involve as many countries of the Global South as possible "has failed". She further described that the whole effort at putting on a "universal event" while at the same time talking more weapons deliveries to Kiev behind the scenes was all about trying to "camouflage" the West's continued aggressive intentions.
Decrying the Zelensky peace formula, she added that "Its authors in the United States and on Bankovaya Street are trying to portray it as the only foundation for a peace settlement."
Notably Saudi Arabia, India, South Africa, Thailand, Indonesia, Mexico and the UAE did not sign the summit's final communique. Additionally, Brazil was present as an "observer" but also did not sign.
[…]
The Kremlin now says that the next formal proposal on the horizon will be a document of the Ukrainian government's surrender. This was stated by Russia’s chief delegate to the Vienna talks on military security and arms control, Konstantin Gavrilov, in a Rossiya-24 television interview.
"There are points of no return. The next thing that Russia will have to offer will be the document about [the Kiev government’s] surrender," he said. He called last week's proposals by Putin "realistic" and said they could end the war if they were embraced. — ZeroHedge
Our Take: The problem with celebrating mental illness—as Europe and the West have done now for many years—is that you eventually end up elevating imbeciles and the criminally insane into leadership positions.
Maria Zakharova is reiterating what I wrote on Monday's News Brief: The humiliating Swiss Peace Summit was not just a loss for Ukraine in its war against Russia, it was the first major geopolitical loss for the Globalist Empire in the War of Sovereignty.
For the Sovereign Alliance, the summit wasn't just about opposing the Hegemony's will, it was about organizing a meaningful resistance that was demonstrative through political action. Flexing sovereign autonomy is critical in the face of authoritarian sociopathy, and the Alliance just showed the world that the Globalist Empire is no god-king; it can bleed.
As the occult practitioners of the Empire retreat to their luxury compounds to lick their wounds, Putin has pivoted to expand the Alliance, bringing Kim Jong Un and North Korea into the fold. We must wonder whether Putin will ask Un to open up North Korea's markets to the Sovereign Alliance for investment and trade. Doing so would be a flagrant act of defiance to the UN (gasp!), who have imposed crippling trade sanctions against the reclusive nation for decades.
Do it, Vlad. Let's hear the Empire squeal. —
White House denies reports of cancelling meeting with Netanyahu
The White House has refuted claims circulating in US and Israeli media that high-level discussions between American and Israeli security officials in Washington, DC, have been called off.
Reports from Axios and various Hebrew sources suggested that the meeting was canceled following a social media video posted by Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, in which he criticized the Biden administration for alleged delays in arms deliveries to Israel.
During a briefing on Wednesday, Israeli government spokesman David Mencer acknowledged that the meeting had been canceled, but that U.S. Ambassador to Israel Jack Lew had reassured Netanyahu that the weapons in question were being delivered.
However, the White House issued a strong rebuttal, clarifying that the meeting, contrary to Axios's account, had only been rescheduled due to a timing issue.
Unconfirmed reports earlier this week suggested that the U.S. had assured the Israeli government that weapons deliveries would soon resume. These assurances reportedly came after the Biden administration had paused some arms shipments in early May.
On Tuesday, Prime Minister Netanyahu posted an online video claiming that the Biden administration had been withholding certain weapons and urging the White House to resume shipments. In response, White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre stated hours later that the administration was unaware of what Netanyahu was referring to. — Badlands News
Our Take: There is an old saying: "Don't negotiate with terrorists."
Well, I would add: "Don't collaborate with idiots."
I jest over the overt incompetence of the Biden administration, but I actually think there is more tact here than meets the eye.
The Deep State goons have painted themselves into a corner. They went so hard against Trump's "Islamophobia" in 2015 and 2016 that they succeeded in tapping into the existing sympathy of Muslims among Democrat voters, and cultivating it into a full-blown fervor. When you combine that with the Left's traditional anti-war position, as well as their anti-Israel position (the voters, I recognize that the Democrat establishment is fully pro-Israel; I assume Schumer and Schiff are dual citizens, among others), you have a perfect storm of political dissidence against a Democrat Establishment that is clearly just as compromised as the Republican Establishment, when it comes to Israel.
A perfect storm of Leftist contempt against the Democrat Establishment; almost like it was planned.
Biden is trapped. He can't openly support Netanyahu's warmongering, yet he—along with the rest of the federal government—appears completely beholden to the puppet strings that control DC, which seem to lead directly back to Tel Aviv.
So rather than engage directly with DC's puppet-masters, Biden just gives them the ole' rope-a-dope. I envision them hiding under the bed while Netanyahu's emissaries are banging on the door, like bookies coming to collect.
To be honest, this is probably some of the best political maneuvering I've seen out of the Biden regime. I mean, sure, it makes them look like absolute retards, but at least they've succeeded in evading the boss's henchmen, right? I'm sure they could stretch this game out for another week or two, except the boss is scheduled to come to town on Monday to address Congress. Based on past Netanyahu congressional addresses, I expect he will accuse a number of neighboring nations of illegally possessing nuclear weapons—ignoring Israel's own illegal possession of said weapons—and demand that American boys go die in the sands of Arabia for the glory of the Military Industrial Complex.
I hope to see Biden's slap-stick routine go to the next level when Netanyahu arrives in town. —
‘Cheap fake’ Biden videos burst into national spotlight
White House officials are aggressively pushing back against a wave of “cheap fake” videos that purportedly show President Biden being confused or meandering, and which question his mental and physical fitness ahead of the election.
The rise of the videos, which do not use artificial intelligence (AI) but are cropped or edited in a way that is misleading, marks the latest instance of how technology may be used deceptively during the 2024 campaign.
The use of “cheap fakes” burst into the national spotlight in recent days thanks to a trio of clips involving Biden that quickly went viral and painted him as confused or unaware of his surroundings.
One viral clip, which was first shared by a Republican National Committee (RNC) account, depicts Biden struggling to sit down at a D-Day ceremony in a chair that critics claimed didn’t exist. But the clip cuts off before Biden takes his seat.
Another clip came from Biden’s recent trip to Italy for the Group of Seven (G7) meeting, when he and other world leaders watched a skydiving demonstration. A cropped version of the video seemed to show Biden wandering off before the Italian prime minister nudges him back toward the group.
But the fuller angle makes clear Biden was gesturing toward a parachutist who had just landed. The New York Post made the incident the centerpiece of its front page the next day, with the headline, “Meander in Chief.” — The Hill
Our Take: Panicked Democrats are now making up new categories of misinformation. “Cheap fakes,” as described by the Hill refer to gotcha videos that have been used in politics since the beginning of videos.
What this outrage really tells us is, ‘We know this bumbling old fool looks fragile and incompetent, but don’t believe your eyes.’
I’m old enough to remember when Democrats edited President Trump’s Charlottesville remarks and birthed the ‘very fine people’ lie. They still repeat this lie. Biden said it last month.
These people are so deeply dishonest that they should retain zero credibility. As we discussed in yesterday’s Brief, the purge of mainstream newsrooms and editorial staff is an indication that they don’t have credibility. Still, the fact that journalists are carrying so much water for the dementia-ridden scrotus is notable.
They realize that every time Biden is in front of voters, his image gets worse. Everyone knows he’s an evil old man with a mashed potato brain. It’s why he’s shedding support like spike proteins.
Any effort to convince voters that Biden is a strong leader and a good statesmen is, actually, cheap and fake. —
Germany Moves Closer To AfD Ban, Green Claims Party Is "Security Risk For People & Democracy"
The Alternative for Germany (AfD) party, which is now the second most popular party in the country, is moving closer to being banned. Christian Democrat (CDU) MP Marco Wanderwitz says he has enough MPs in his corner to table a motion for an AfD ban in the Bundestag.
He noted that he has gathered 37 MPs who will support the ban while speaking with the far-left newspaper taz.
Wanderwitz is still waiting on the Münster Higher Administrative Court. That court has since agreed with the classification of the AfD as a “suspected right-wing extremist” organization in May; however, the court has not yet released a written justification behind its decision. Wanderwitz says he is waiting for the court to release its written report before moving forward with a ban proposal.
“Once the reasons for the ruling are available, we will take a close look at it and then submit our updated and well-founded application for a ban,” announced Wanderwitz. The court has at least five months from the date of its decision to release its written report, but it is unclear what the court will publish in its response.
If the Bundestag votes on a ban, the Constitutional Court, Germany’s highest court, would have the final decision on whether a ban is legal. In any case, an actual ban could throw the German political system into turmoil and raise questions about democratic legitimacy in Germany. — ReMix News
Our Take: So, the German legislature is about to ban the 2nd-most popular political party? I did Nazi see that coming.
(Sorry. Had to.)
This is a re-run of what happened in Germany 91 years ago, after the National Socialist (Na-Zi) party won the majority of seats, selected Hitler to be Chancellor (leader of legislature), and then staged the Reichstag Fire false flag, which they blamed on the Communist Party of Germany (KPD)—the second-most popular party in the legislature at the time. (They then held new elections, most of the seats went to the Nazis, and they used their supermajority to combine the office of the Chancellor with the office of the President—who had recently died—creating the new title of Fuhrer.) They even used a paramilitary group of troublemakers called Antifaschistische Aktion, better known as "Antifa," to intimidate and beat up political rivals. (Along with the Brown Shirts, the two groups comprised the controlled opposition dynamic.)
Aside from the fact that the banned party this time is "right wing," and the banned party from 91 years ago was left wing (communist), it's almost the exact same story. (Can't Hollywood come up with anything original??)
The breath-taking irony is no doubt lost on these feebleminded imbeciles, as the Social Democrat Party—a socialist faction that was literally part of the KPD that was banned in 1933—is accusing the conservative AfD of being... National Socialists?
In an article published in October 2022, covering similar calls to ban the AfD, Social Democrat Dorothea Marx (hahaha) said that the goal of the ban was so they could target the individual politicians and disarm them—because they knew they owned firearms. The article explained that this was known because the AfD was under intense surveillance by German intelligence agencies, to the extent that it was hindering the party's ability to operate.
I would say that these people are simply too stupid to even insult, let alone debate, but the fact remains that they are perfect little Nazis. The empire they have built with NATO and the EU surpasses Hitler's greatest vision, except for being completely dependent on Russia for all energy needs.
It begs the question: Does Putin need to "de-nazify" Germany? Russia does have a solid track record of kicking Germany's arsch in every war they have ever fought... (Seriously, Germany has never defeated Russia in any conflict ever. It's actually pretty pathetic, considering the historic superiority of German engineering. We should probably issue Germany a protective helmet and t-shirt that reads, "Please be patient, I am retarded.")
...and now the German-led NATO imperial army is knocking on Russia's door, again, begging for yet another rematch?
Sooner or later, somebody is going to have to do something about the Prussian Question. —

U.S. Pier for Gaza Aid Is Failing, and Could Be Dismantled Early
The $230 million temporary pier that the U.S. military built on short notice to rush humanitarian aid to Gaza has largely failed in its mission, aid organizations say, and will probably end operations weeks earlier than originally expected.
In the month since it was attached to the shoreline, the pier has been in service only about 10 days. The rest of the time, it was being repaired after rough seas broke it apart, detached to avoid further damage or paused because of security concerns.
The pier was never meant to be more than a stopgap measure while the Biden administration pushed Israel to allow more food and other supplies into Gaza through land routes, a far more efficient way to deliver relief. But even the modest goals for the pier are likely to fall short, some American military officials say.
When the pier was conceived, health authorities were warning that the territory was on the precipice of famine. In recent weeks, Israel has given relief organizations greater access, but the groups say the situation remains dire. — The New York Times
Another African state to apply for BRICS membership
Zimbabwe is ready to join the BRICS group of nations, the African nation’s defense minister, Oppah Muchinguri-Kashiri, announced on Monday.
Speaking during the BRICS international inter-party forum in the Russian city of Vladivostok, the minister claimed that joining the group will provide a more favorable environment for free trade with other member states, according to Zimbabwe’s state-owned daily, The Herald.
“Zimbabwe, like many of the other countries represented here, has strong conviction in BRICS’ potential to counterbalance Western powers’ dominance by challenging their unilateral decision-making and promoting a more balanced global landscape,” she was quoted as saying.
Muchinguri-Kashiri’s remarks come less than two weeks after Zimbabwean President Emmerson Mnangagwa announced his government’s intention to join BRICS in an interview with TASS, on the sidelines of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF).
President Mnangagwa said he had discussed the move with his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin during bilateral talks on June 7, when both leaders also agreed to intensify cooperation between Moscow and Harare. — RT
Before Transferring to DA Bragg’s Office, Biden DOJ Bad Actor Matthew Colangelo Shut Down All 2020 Election Investigations
Before Transferring to DA Bragg’s Office to Take Down President Trump, Corrupt DOJ Bad Actor Matthew Colangelo Shut Down All Investigations into the 2020 Election Steal.
Corrupt Matthew Colangelo recently made a name for himself after he transferred from a top job at Biden’s DOJ to a low level position at corrupt DA Alvin Bragg’s office in New York. Colangelo’s move was to resurrect and ensure Soros-backed Bragg moved forward with a garbage case against President Trump.
When President President Trump discussed the fact that Colangelo was part of the Biden gang, corrupt Judge Merchan overseeing the case, placed an unconstitutional gag order on the President. Eventually President Trump was indicted and found guilty in a case where no crimes were committed. — Gateway Pundit

Ghost, your take on the German debacle had me LOL.
No, Hollywood can’t come up with anything original. It is the same old playbook over and over. The DS is using the same tactics in Germany that they are using in the US. If you read any history it begins to repeat itself
