U.S. Capitol Increasing Security in Preparation for Reported Trump Indictment
The U.S. Capitol will reportedly increase security levels in preparation for the reported indictment Tuesday of former President Donald Trump.
In a statement released Monday night, the Sergeant at Arms said the “United States Capitol Police (USCP) anticipate demonstration activity across the country, related to the possible indictment of former President Trump.”
“While law enforcement is not tracking any specific, credible threats against Capitol or state offices, there is potential for demonstration activity,” the statement said. “USCP is working with law enforcement partners, so you may observe a greater law enforcement presence on Capitol Hill.”
After listing various streets where bike racks will remain open “to allow for pedestrian transit,” the statement concluded by saying the “Senate Operations Center (SOC) and State Office Readiness Program (SORP) are monitoring the situation and are prepared to share important information with the Senate community as the situation warrants.” — Breitbart
Our Take: “Yesterday, there were videos circulating of the NYPD setting up barricades (or was it set design?); additionally, there were reports of police cars being set on fire in the lead up to the arrest of Donald Trump (and we know Trump supporters just love to burn police cars).
Everything about this stinks of the same type of Hollywood-esque production that we had for J6, and during the J6 Committee. We know that the MSM is much more talented at staging events rather than reporting on them, and this has all the hallmarks of a production.
That being said, they must really believe something is going to happen. All of this prep is a dead giveaway.
Whatever transpires regarding Trump's arrest between now and when this brief comes out, Badlands will be here to report on it.” — Ryan DeLarme
Another Take: "Suffice to say … Trump doesn’t do anything that is truly damaging to himself or the America First agenda, which can only mean one of two things:
1) An Actual Indictment of Donald Trump is unlikely, and Trump knows this.
2) An Actual Indictment of Donald Trump is likely, and beneficial to his 2024 campaign and overall political agenda." — Burning Bright
Trump Can Serve as President 'From Prison,' Alan Dershowitz Suggests
Alan Dershowitz, the one-time impeachment lawyer for Donald Trump, said on Sunday that the former president will be able to get reelected in 2024 and run the country "from prison" if he is convicted.
Trump announced via a Truth Social post on Saturday morning that he believes he will be arrested on Tuesday, in connection to an investigation led by Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg. Bragg's office has been investigating Trump's potential involvement in a 2016 scheme to pay adult film star Stormy Daniels $130,000 to not go public about an affair the two allegedly had. Recent moves by Bragg and his office have indicated to legal experts that he is nearing a historic criminal indictment for the former president. Trump, meanwhile, has denied the affair ever happened between him and Daniels, and has strongly criticized Bragg's investigation.
Dershowitz is a veteran attorney with a reputation for representing controversial clients. In addition to providing legal services in various capacities over the years for the likes of O.J. Simpson, Jim Bakker, and Jeffrey Epstein, he also served on the legal team for Trump during his first impeachment trial in 2020. Since then, Dershowitz has continued speaking out publicly in support of the former president.
During a Sunday interview with the conservative news channel, Newsmax, Dershowitz said he expects Trump will be indicted and convicted in New York City because of what he viewed as the city's unfair legal system. He also added that Trump can still run for president and even serve in office from prison if convicted. — Newsweek
Our Take: “The lying Deep State smear machine is in full force. As much as they would like to convince the American people that a POTUS can't govern from prison, that's not true. Trump could run the country from a 6 x 9 cell, although he'd probably never actually go to jail due to the security concerns.
Will Trump need to govern from jail? One hopes not. But, the fact Trump is continuing to fight for the freedoms of Americans and beyond despite the threat of losing his freedom, is itself a massive proof of concept for his superior character.
The bottom line, despite the endless spin, is that the causes of freedom, justice, and the rule of law, cannot be stopped by any tyrannical force, unless WE THE PEOPLE refuse to do what needs to be done.” — Justin Deschamps
Alleged Serial Pooper Defecates in Aisle Near Chelsea and Hillary Clinton at New York Theater
An alleged serial pooper reportedly dropped a fat, smelly turd in the aisle near where former presidential candidate Hillary Clinton was sitting alongside her daughter at the Shubert Theater in New York as they were watching a performance of Some Like it Hot.
The disgusting incident reportedly occurred prior to the show’s intermission, with sources telling Page Six it was either a one-off incident or a regular occurrence from a serial pooper.
“Last week when Hillary and Chelsea Clinton were in the audience,” said a source. “The lights came up for intermission and there were two human turds in the aisle just near the famous political duo. The house crew dealt with it very appropriately and quickly, and Hillary and Chelsea remained in the theater for the second act.”
“There was an incident when Hillary Clinton and Chelsea attended,” another source claimed. “It was an elderly person and it’s rather sad, but yes, the house staff worked quickly to help resolve the situation and act two started as scheduled.” — Breitbart
Our Take: “Headline of the week.
The real mystery that is plaguing everyone's minds here is whether or not the steamy deuce in question was dropped naturally inside the theater, or was it smuggled in stealthily and placed near to the even stankier pile of steamers that is Hillary and Chelsea Clinton.
This question will boggle minds for generations to come, unless we as a nation decide to relentlessly pressure the intelligence community to declassify everything they have on Turd Gate. Until that day, we can only hope and pray that someday the truth will come out.” — Ryan DeLarme
SVB's Loans To 'Insiders' Exploded Ahead Of Its Collapse
Courtesy of Bloomberg's reporting, it appears that not only were insiders dumping their shares faster than syphilitic hooker, there were loading up on loans from the bank at a scale that makes a mockery of any regulatory oversight...
Yes, that's real.
Loans to officers, directors and principal shareholders, and their related interests, more than tripled from the third quarter last year to $219 million in the final three months of 2022 - a record dollar amount of loans going back over 20 years.
Many questions come to mind - what were the terms, who were the recipients, what was the collateral?
But, sadly, we will likely never know.
However, we do note that the banking execs may be facing a serious shortfall (like their bank): if the loans were collateralized by SVB shares for example, those shares are now worthless, leaving the loan-heavy C-suite left to come up with the cash to repay the loans (and no, these loans don't disappear with the bank's liquidation). — ZeroHedge, citing Bloomberg
Judge OKs Lawsuits Against JPMorgan, Deutsche Bank For Epstein Connections
JPMorgan Chase & Co. and Deutsche Bank will face lawsuits over claims they enabled disgraced financier and convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein to traffic his victims, a New York federal judge ruled on March 20.
Two women referred to as “Jane Doe” filed federal class-action lawsuits against the banks in November last year, and the U.S. Virgin Islands filed its lawsuit against JPMorgan Chase & Co. in December.
In his four-page order (pdf), U.S. District Judge Jed Rakoff said the women can try to make a case on claims that the defendants “knowingly benefited from participating in a sex-trafficking venture,” “obstructed enforcement of the Trafficking Victims Protection Act,” and “negligently failed to exercise reasonable care to prevent physical harm.”
They can also pursue a claim that the banks “negligently failed to exercise reasonable care as a banking institution providing non-routine banking,” the judge said. However, all other claims are dismissed from the lawsuits.

Dave on X22Report suggested we fly our American flags, wear them, put them on our cars, etc. to show patriotism in the face of the left. I already have my Flag of the United States of America on a flagpole at the end of my long driveway. My "An Appeal to Heaven" flag was below it, but got too weathered to be there anymore.
This morning I am going down and add my Gadsden flag below Old Glory.
The turd was Hillary’s obviously.
Has everyone forgotten that infamous photo of Hillary (during the 2016 campaign) in a green overcoat and black trousers being helped up a short flight of stairs by no less than 3 strong men, after a huge shart accident?
