Judge delays Trump sentencing in hush money case until after November election
A New York judge has delayed former President Donald Trump's sentencing on felony criminal charges until Nov. 26.
"This is not a decision this Court makes lightly but it is the decision which in this Court's view, best advances the interests of justice," Judge Juan Merchan wrote in the decision handed down Friday.
Merchan issued the ruling after Trump's attorneys had asked him to postpone the Sept. 18 sentencing until after the Nov. 5 election to allow them to appeal a pending ruling involving presidential immunity.
That ruling was expected by Sept. 16 — just two days before what would have been the first ever sentencing of a former president on criminal charges. Trump was convicted in May on 34 counts of falsifying business records related to a hush money payment to adult film star Stormy Daniels near the end of the 2016 presidential campaign.
“A single business day is an unreasonably short period of time” for such an appeal, Trump attorneys Todd Blanche and Emil Bove argued in an Aug. 14 filing. “There is no basis for continuing to rush.” — NBC News
Our Take: I guess it’s possible that, as many in our movement have posited, Trump will be sentenced to serve time, and maybe will actually even serve time... But there’s this though:
‘While Trump faced the possibility of four criminal trials this year, the New York case is the only one that has reached the trial phase.’
And that case, the only case to reach the trial phase, is on hold until after the election, as sentencing in the very silly ‘hush money’ case is postponed until November 26.
I don’t know, guys. I’m starting to think the hyper-politicized prosecutors aren’t actually in control of the game board.

Shock & Awe Dick Slithers Out Of His Neocon Lair To Endorse Kamala Over 'Depraved' Trump
Look who slithered out of his neocon lair of no regrets to publicly endorse Democrat Kamala Harris for president. Former Vice President and "lifelong Republican" Dick Cheney announced Friday that he will vote for Biden's VP over Republican candidate Donald Trump, issuing a stern warning to the public that the former president "can never be trusted with power again."
The blood-curdling pot meet kettle irony of that statement coming from Dick-shock-and awe-Cheny aside... it's entirely to be expected in a post-"Global War on Terror" world (apparently everyone conveniently forgot) where GW Bush regularly pals around with the likes of Ellen DeGeneres.
83-year old Cheney said in his statement: "In our nation’s 248-year history, there has never been an individual who is a greater threat to our republic than Donald Trump."
"He tried to steal the last election using lies and violence to keep himself in power after the voters had rejected him," old man Dick continued. "He can never be trusted with power again."
"As citizens, we each have a duty to put country above partisanship to defend our Constitution. That is why I will be casting my vote for Vice President Kamala Harris," he concluded.
And of course, the Harris campaign stated in response that she is "proud" to receive Republican Cheney's support and "deeply respects his courage to put country over party." — ZeroHedge
Our Take: Something about that headline is simultaneously perverse, hilarious, and devastatingly accurate.
Dick Cheney actually reminds me a lot of Winston Churchill. Both seem to view war as the most effective vehicle to achieve greatness, and reshape the world to their liking. Both are/were profiteering warmongers, who consider warfare to be just another sector of the industrialized economy, and therefore a cornerstone of modern capitalism. And both seemed willing to lie, cheat, and steal—among other things—in order to manipulate the conditions necessary to foment more war throughout the world.
Honestly, I'm just tickled pink that the Uniparty has decided to come out of the closet and reveal itself to the world. I expect to see some of the bigger pro-Trump/MAGA influencers suddenly have a change of heart, and decide that they cannot vote for Donald Trump in November. Pay close attention to who takes that path.

Grassley releases new details of Iran-backed assassination plots against Trump, Biden and others
Senator Chuck Grassley released FBI records on Thursday showing that Iranian-backed plotters sought to assassinate former President Donald Trump and other prominent American political figures in relation to the killing of Qasem Soleimani. Soleimani was the head of the Quds Force, part Iran's Revolutionary Guard Corp (IRGC).
The records, provided to Grassley through legally protected whistle blower disclosures, reveal that Iran potentially targeted "politicians, military people or bureaucrats" including President Joe Biden, former President Donald Trump, and former candidate Nikki Haley.
"Bad actors are determined to wreak havoc on our country, and American political leaders across both parties are sitting squarely in the crosshairs," said Senator Grassley in a statement. "In this extraordinarily heightened threat environment, federal agencies ought to be laser focused on building up public trust and reassuring the American people of their efforts to carry out their protective missions."
"I won’t stop pressing for answers until Congress and the American people are afforded the transparency they deserve," Grassley concluded. — FOX News
Our Take: When you look back on the Q Drops and analyze the references to Iran, then cross reference with US intel contractors and employees who were either born in, served in or contracted in Iran, and then consider the prospect that Iran has been a proxy state for Deep State intel for decades, you can take this sort of disclosure on a few levels that seem crazy to people who are always wrong about everything:
1) "Iran" is a corrupt regime that was installed specifically to destabilize the Middle East while acting as one of several boogeymen to give US regimes the legal & public mandate for escalation.
2) "Iran" is a catch-all term for hacks and other clandestine operations that can be rooted in or ROOTED THROUGH Iranian servers and, yes, operators in order to obscure clandestine criminal activities of the CIA, Mossad and other Deep State cells.
3) The fact that "Iran" supposedly wanted to kill not just Trump, but Joe Biden as well is a proof of both Devolution and #OurBoyBlue.

North Carolina and Michigan courts order removal of Robert F. Kennedy Jr. from state ballots
Appeals courts in North Carolina and Michigan ruled on Friday that Robert F. Kennedy Jr.'s name must be removed from state ballots for the upcoming presidential election, disrupting plans just as officials were preparing to mail the first absentee ballots for the Nov. 5 election.
The North Carolina Court of Appeals granted Kennedy’s request to halt the mailing of ballots with his name and ordered the State Board of Elections to issue new ballots without it. The decision did not provide a legal explanation.
Under state law, absentee ballots were required to be sent out by Friday, 60 days before the election. However, reprinting and assembling new ballots could take more than two weeks, according to state attorneys. The ruling may still face appeals.
Kennedy, the nominee of the We The People party, filed a lawsuit last week to remove his name from the ballot after suspending his campaign and endorsing Donald Trump. The Democratic-led State Board of Elections initially denied his request, citing the timing of ballot printing and tabulation machine coding. Kennedy responded by filing a lawsuit, but Wake County Superior Court Judge Rebecca Holt denied his effort on Thursday, leading to his appeal.
In light of the ruling, election officials were instructed to hold off on sending absentee ballots. Over 132,500 absentee ballot requests have already been made in North Carolina, and more than 2.9 million ballots, both absentee and in-person, have been printed. — Badlands News
Our Take: Jocelyn Benson is having a rough week. The Michigan Secretary of State was attempting to thread the needle of preventing Cornel West from appearing on the state’s ballot while simultaneously preventing Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. from removing his name.
Benson is zero for two. Last week, a judge ruled West could appear, and this week, the Michigan Court of Appeals ruled that Kennedy’s name must be removed. The election interference is not going the way Benson planned.
In case anyone thinks Benson is just trying to fight for ‘democracy,’ or whatever, don’t forget that she penned a December 2023 op-ed for the Daily Beast entitled, ‘I’m Michigan’s Chief Election Official. Trump’s Still a Threat to Democracy, So Let’s Be Prepared.’
During this very special write up, Benson demonizes the 2020 Wayne County Election Board and doubles down on the uncertifiable certification.
This is the same state Executive that is prosecuting retirees for what they call, without evidence, a ‘fake electors scheme.’ The all female Executive experiment is a master class in despotism.

Bolsonaro Leads Massive Free Speech Protest In Brazil After Supreme Court Bans X
Thousands of Brazilians flooded city streets on Saturday to protest against the government's censorship crusade against Elon Musk's 'free-speech' X platform.
The demonstration, held Saturday on Independence Day, was led by former Brazilian President Jair Bolsonaro - who said in response to Supreme Court Justice Alexandre de Moraes: "I hope that the Federal Senate puts the brakes on Alexandre de Moraes, this dictator who does more harm to Brazil than Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva himself."
Several notable X accounts, including journalist Michael Shellenberger, are reporting from Sao Paulo's main boulevard, where tens of thousands have gathered today in opposition to far-left Brazilian President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva and Supreme Court Justice Alexandre de Moraes that recently blocked X nationwide. — ZeroHedge
Our Take: The Uniparty is getting really sloppy; Like "Nancy Pelosi after a cross-country flight" sloppy.
The corporate media isn't even covering this development. They have simply omitted it from reported reality.

It's not really the media's fault. The masters they serve will not allow them to speak about subjects that threaten the fake reality they have constructed for all of us. These sociopaths see us as their cattle, grazing in a pasture. The media is their fencing, and we aren't allowed to go roam in the wild blue yonder. Because we are not free men. We are captives, living in an open-air prison that we cannot visibly see.
It's a difficult thing, peacefully overthrowing a violent cartel that controls nearly every aspect of our existence. And yet, here we are, doing just that: Winning.
It seems that Bolsonaro leaving office was every bit as strategic as President Trump leaving office. (Not to mention, Elon acquiring Twitter and becoming the figurehead of the free speech movement.) Now they get to play the part of the resistance leaders, leading humanity in a revolt against the malevolent established order.
And the Uniparty just keeps pissing into the wind, spraying themselves in the face.

US sees increasing risk of Russian ‘sabotage’ of key undersea cables by secretive military unit
The US has detected increased Russian military activity around key undersea cables, and believes Russia may now be more likely to carry out potential sabotage operations aimed at disabling a critical piece of the world’s communications infrastructure, two US officials told CNN.
Russia has put increasing emphasis on building up a dedicated military unit, which deploys a formidable fleet of surface ships, submarines and naval drones, according to one of the officials. The unit, the “General Staff Main Directorate for Deep Sea Research,” is known by its Russian acronym GUGI.
“We are concerned about heightened Russian naval activity worldwide and that Russia’s decision calculus for damaging US and allied undersea critical infrastructure may be changing,” a US official told CNN. “Russia is continuing to develop naval capabilities for undersea sabotage mainly thru GUGI, a closely guarded unit that operates surface vessels, submarines and naval drones.”
The US regularly tracks Russian ships that patrol close to critical maritime infrastructure and undersea cables often far from Russian shores, the official said. US concern about the secretive Russian unit’s undersea operations has not been previously reported. CNN has requested comment from the Russian Ministry of Defense. — CNN
Our Take: For months, we've been telling you that Muh Russia narratives were going to escalate like never before entering the final days of the election cycle, and we know this because if you track what Russia's actual plans are, as publicly stated, you already know what's coming, and how the Media Industrial Complex is going to spin it.
Russia's nuclear submarine drills (of which the new rerun of the Cuban Missile Crisis Lite was one) have been planned for over two years for October, and ALL world governments with naval power projection have been told when they are occurring and WHY.
We're told these are a mix of repositioning and tactical drills, and while it makes total sense for the US and allied militaries to keep an eye on things, even "drills," as they can be used to forward subterfuge, the fact remains ALL of this information has been known publicly by the MIL AND Media for months, at least.

Turkey's Erdogan: Islamic countries should form alliance against 'Israel's growing expansionism'
Turkish President Tayyip Erdogan said on Saturday Islamic countries should form an alliance against what he called "the growing threat of expansionism" from Israel.
He made the comment after describing what Palestinian and Turkish officials said was the killing by Israeli troops of a Turkish-American woman taking part in a protest on Friday against settlement expansion in the West Bank.
"The only step that will stop Israeli arrogance, Israeli banditry, and Israeli state terrorism is the alliance of Islamic countries," Erdogan said at an Islamic schools' association event near Istanbul. — Jerusalem Post
Our Take: Two years ago, on a Breaking History type show I used to co-host on the "Untold History" Rumble channel, I speculated that perhaps the Abraham Accords weren't necessarily designed to protect Israel from the rest of the Middle East, but actually to protect the rest of the Middle East from the expansionism of Israel.
The question that many have when it comes to the Abraham Accords is, "If it's such a positive thing, and was actually spearheaded by President Trump, why do so many deep state goons seem to support it?"
It's a great question, and one that is more than fair. How do we balance these conflicting dynamics?
The Deep State saw the Abraham Accords as an opportunity to unite the Sunni Islam world against the Shia Islam world, with the Persian Gulf serving as the geographic dividing axis.
Shia (also spelled "Shiite") Islam comprises only 10-15% of all Muslims worldwide, and they are heavily concentrated in Iran and the surrounding region—including half of Iraq, parts of Syria and Yemen, most of Lebanon, and pockets in both Turkey and Saudi Arabia.
From what I can discern from my research, the NeoCon/Globalist plan seemed to be to build up Iran as a legitimate military power—which occurred under the George W Bush regime, and was greatly expanded under Obama—and then start a massive war between the two main factions of Islam, allowing them to destroy each other.
Very similar to what was done to Christians in Europe for centuries.
The plan is simple: Get the Sunni Arab states—which have been infighting among themselves for generations, due to both longstanding tribal politics, and intervention by western intelligence agencies—to rally around Israel; Get Israel and Iran to escalate tensions into a kinetic conflict; Get the United States and NATO to intercede on the side of Israel/Sunni, knowing that it would provoke Russia and its allies to come in on Iran's side.
The recipe for World War 3.
Much of this can be found in Zbigniew Brzezinski's 1998 book, Grand Chess Board, which lays out the future of the Middle East, according to Brzezinski.
The person most responsible for thwarting this plan—aside from President Trump—has been Mohammed bin Salman, who was never suppose to be anybody of real consequence, let alone the Crown Prince of Saudi Arabia. His unanticipated rise to power has completely upended the plan. It's worth noting that neither MBS nor his father are even mentioned in Brzezinski's book. In fact, Saudi Arabia doesn't even seem to exist—or be much of a factor—in this hypothetical future.
MBS made peace with Iran, after decades of conflict between the two nations. He also brought Syria back into the Arab League, and rekindled relations between Turkey and the Gulf States. The Syria alliance is important, because Syria is the kinetic chessboard where the politics become actual warfare. Turkey is important because it is the key to subverting both NATO and Operation Gladio. (Colonel Towner Watkins has explained to us that Turkey is a central hub for those operations.)
Turkey is a critical player in this subversion of the Deep State. They are the key, I surmise, to turning NATO on itself.
So the Council on Foreign Relations will not be getting the war they were prognosticating in April of last year, between Sunni and Shia Islam.
Go read any globalist rag, and you will find these same musings. These psychopaths worship death, and the deity they serve demands non-stop warfare, preferably among those who still believe in God.
The globalists wanted to use the Abraham Accords to advance their own plan to destroy the world. They just didn't anticipate the Sovereign Alliance. What's funny is that, in his book, Brzezinski specifically says that the one and only thing that could possibly threaten their plans would be a triumvirate alliance between Iran, Russia, and China. He explicitly stated that this must be prevented, at all costs. —

US Intel Undercuts DOJ’s ‘Foreign Interference’ Claim Used to Smear Conservative Pundits
The Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) announced Friday that it has not “observed” any foreign interference in the 2024 election, seemingly undermining cynical remarks by Attorney General Merrick Garland.
The ODNI’s Foreign Malign Influence Center (FMIC) stated in a 2-page report that the intelligence community “has not observed any foreign actor seeking to interfere in the conduct of the 2024 elections.” Natalie Winters, a co-host of the Steve Bannon WarRoom podcast, first reported these findings.
While the report stipulated that Russia “poses the most active foreign influence threat” to the election, it found no evidence of meddling. The FMIC’s assertions come just days after Garland issued dire warnings about so-called foreign influence targeting the election. — HeadlineUSA
Biden Steals Trump's Idea To Launch Sovereign Wealth Fund
Two days ago when president Trump first floated the idea of a sovereign wealth fund...
... hard-core Democrats and/or socialist billionaires balked at the idea, mocking it as wannabe Saudi Arabia.
Trump, speaking to economic leaders on Thursday, said he envisioned the fund as a way to address persistent debt issues and said it would be funded through his plan to impose tariffs on all imports.
“We’ll be able to invest in state-of-the-art manufacturing hubs, advanced defense capabilities, cutting-edge medical research and help save billions of dollars in preventing disease in the first place,” Trump said. “And it is many of the people in this room who will be helping to advise and recommend investments for this fund.”
But expect all the leftist critics to positively love the idea now, just a few hours later, because late on Friday Bloomberg reported that the Kamala/Biden admin has stolen yet another idea from Trump (after eliminating tax on tips, and stimulating new business creation): aides to Joe Biden "have been crafting a proposal to create a sovereign wealth fund" that would allow the US to invest in national security interests including technology, energy, and critical links in the supply chain, a person familiar with the effort, told Bloomberg.
As Bloomberg admits, the "behind-the-scenes work" by NSA Jake Sullivan and his deputy, Daleep Singh, mirrors - at least in spirit - a proposal floated Thursday by Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump, who called for a government-owned investment fund to finance “great national endeavors” during a speech to the Economic Club of New York. Of course, it would look just a little suspicious if the admin of the president in absentia were to float a wealth fund idea just one day after Trump did the same, so Bloomberg had to make it seem that Biden had been working on their version of Trump's idea "for months" and that's precisely what it said. — ZeroHedge

I love the smack down on all these liars, especially bc I believed them until I partially woke up. GW bailed out the banks but not the people and the Bushes, Obamas and Clintons palled around together. Not a good look!
