US supreme court ‘creeping dangerously towards authoritarianism’, AOC says
The conservative supreme court is “creeping dangerously towards authoritarianism”, the Democratic congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez said on Sunday, raising again the unlikely scenario of impeaching justices for recent actions.
Her comments came just days after the nation’s highest court released a batch of incendiary and far-reaching rulings striking down affirmative action in colleges, LBGTQ+ rights and Joe Biden’s student loan relief program.
“These are the types of rulings that signal a dangerous creep towards authoritarianism and centralization of power in the court,” she told CNN’s State of the Union.
“In fact, we have members of the court themselves, with justice Elena Kagan, saying that the court is beginning to assume the power of a legislature right now.
“They are expanding their role into acting as though they are Congress itself. And that, I believe, is an expansion of power that we really must be focusing on, the danger of this court and the abuse of power.”
Referring to ethics scandals that have involved two of the conservative justices, Samuel Alito and Clarence Thomas, Ocasio-Cortez repeated previous calls for Congress to look at removing them, a proposal that would be dead on arrival in the Republican-controlled House. — The Guardian
Our Take: “By now it should be no surprise to readers of this newsletter that I prefer to use some of the most authoritarian, Marxist sources when it comes to framing out brief discussions, because I believe you can learn more about the current lay of the land from a mass psychological perspective using their framing then using our own.
In this case, we have AOC breathlessly lamenting a series of Supreme Court wins for the sovereign American mindset, the MAGA and America First, Trumpian visions for this great land … while Joe Biden is ‘President.’
To recap, the American Marxist Deep State has suffered losses on the following grounds while they supposedly control the highest office in the land:
Roe v. Wade
Constitutional Carry
Affirmative Action in American Universities
Federal Government's ability to 'forgive' student loan debt
LGBT ideology forced into American businesses
And many more, all on the eve of Independence Day.
All while Trump continues to lay out an increasingly-bold Agenda 47 that takes aim at the System of Systems using truth & disclosure.
Look for Ashe’s take on one decision in particular below.” —
Supreme Court Sides With Christian Web Designer Vs. Same-Sex Couple
The Supreme Court on Friday sided with a Christian graphic web designer, Lorie Smith, who objected to designing wedding websites for same-sex couples.
The 6-3 decision, split among ideological lines, cam after Smith sued the state of Colorado over its anti-discrimination law prohibiting businesses from denying services based on a customer's sexual orientation.
In its ruling, the Court's conservative majority ruled that the First Amendment bars Colorado from forcing "an individual to speak in ways that align with its views but defy her conscience about a matter of major significance."
Smith, who owns design company 303 Creative - which has previously served gay customers - only wants to work with heterosexual couples for her wedding website business. She argued that Colorado's law would force her and other artists to offer customized messages which violate her beliefs and First Amendment rights. — ZeroHedge
Our Take: “Colorado courts are friendly to persecuting Christians for their wrong-think beliefs. Jack Phillips of the Masterpiece Bakeshop knows this well.
Phillips has been fighting for his religious freedom — the right to refuse to participate in a ceremony that violates his religious beliefs — since 2012. Despite winning his case at the Supreme Court, he continues to face legal action from the Colorado Civil Rights Commission, a government agency.
A second such case came before the Supreme Court last month, and the high court again upheld the First Amendment right of religious liberty. Christian graphic designer Lori Smith sued the state of Colorado after its anti-discrimination law forced her to design wedding websites for same-sex couples. She had no problem creating websites for same sex couples. She just didn’t want to participate in their wedding because it violated her religious beliefs. SCOTUS, again, upheld that the state cannot force you to violate your religious beliefs.
This is a win but, unfortunately for Smith, Colorado government and their captured courts have proven that unfavorable appellate outcomes have no impact on their ability to persecute dissenters. Christianity is wrong-think in Colorado, regardless of what the Supreme Court rules. Just ask Phillips.” —
France In Crisis For Fifth Night As Violence Spreads To Neighboring Countries
Former President Trump was correct about France many years ago. He said, "I wouldn't go to France. Because France is no longer France …This world better be very careful and they better get very tough and very smart."
As the unrest in France sparked by the police killing of a teenager of North African descent continued for the fifth day, Paul Joseph Watson offered his view of why social unrest has quickly spread nationwide. And spoiler alert, unlike French officials who blame "social media," PJW said, "This is what happens when you absorb millions of migrants into a European county at an accelerated rate pace -- with zero plan -- with zero prospects for ever integrating them."
Rioters burned vehicles and buildings and looted stores nationwide for the fifth consecutive night. Police arrested 719 people by the early hours of Sunday, according to the French interior ministry.
Reuters noted the chaos was "less intense overnight" compared with the 1,300 people arrested on Friday night, suggesting riots are dying down after more than 45,000 police officers, as well as dozens of military armored vehicles, were deployed across the country to squash the violence.
President Emmanuel Macron canceled his visit to Germany and met with officials Sunday to develop strategies to suppress some of the worst violence the country has seen since the 2018 "Yellow Vest" protests. — ZeroHedge
Our Take: “The enemy thrives on chaos, especially when that chaos is kinetic.
While I believe patriots have used Game Theory and Fifth-Gen Warfare tactics in order to take advantage of chaos within the context of Information Warfare, color revolutions are ALWAYS the work of Globalist power structures.
When viewing French riots through this lens, we see a mirror to similar attempts made in Israel a few months ago.
The enemy is desperate. One wonders how long the French people (and MIL) allow it to go on.” —
A 19-Point Time Line of Joe Biden’s Infamous Links to the Family Business
Although President Joe Biden has personally denied involvement in his family’s international business scheme nine times, a time line of events suggests Joe Biden not only is linked to the family’s affairs but is a key member of an “organized crime” operation, as House Oversight Committee Chair James Comer (R-KY) termed it.
Comer recently identified “six specific policy decisions” that Joe Biden made that indicate he could be “compromised.”
“Where is the money?” Biden responded in June when asked about his ties to the business. He later said he was joking. “It’s a bunch of malarkey.”
The following 19-point time line lays out the data points obtained from whistleblowers, the “Laptop from Hell,” James Comer, Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-IA), and the Senate 2020 report on the family. — Breitbart
Our Take: “I’m so tempted to say, ‘The walls are closing in.’
In any reality except this one, the overwhelming evidence against the Biden Crime Family would have the nation in outrage. Remember that, when campaigning for the Presidency, Biden repeatedly claimed that he had never spoken to son Hunter about his overseas business dealings. From the official timeline of events, we know for a fact that Biden not only spoke to son Hunter about his deals, but that the so-called president was at the center of those deals.
Access to Joe Biden is the product Hunter is selling. Why would foreign nations want access to Joe Biden? To influence the foreign policy, aid, and other actions of the US federal government. That should be illegal, and the DOJ appears to agree:
‘The filing of this suit … demonstrates the department’s commitment to ensuring transparency in our democratic system,’ said Assistant AG Matthew G. Olsen. ‘Where a foreign government uses an American as its agent to influence policy decisions in the United States, FARA gives the American people a right to know.’
Before you get too excited, Assistant AG Olsen made those remarks about a case against Steve Wynn for alleged FARA violations in May 2022. The basis of the case is that Wynn leveraged his relationship with President Trump to advocate for the CCP’s release of US asylum seeker Miles Guo. The case was ultimately dismissed by US District Court Judge James Boasberg, and it continues to serve as an example of our asymmetrical justice system. No such remarks have been made by the AG’s office or DOJ about the Biden Crime Family, despite well documented evidence of strategy, execution, and payment for services delivered, by Hunter and Joe, to foreign powers — most notably the Chinese Communist Party and the Ukraine.
The coverup is now staggeringly obvious to anyone with a functioning brain. Also — related — tomorrow is the Fourth of July, the day we celebrate rebuking long trains of abuses and throwing off the oppression of tyranny. In this age where every institution is corrupted, the train of abuses is long. It must be rebuked and, once again, the oppressive tyrants must be humbled and answer to the People.
It won’t be easy, but it will be worth it.
As Thomas Paine said in December of 1776: ‘Tyranny, like hell, is not easily conquered; yet we have this consolation with us, that the harder the conflict, the more glorious the triumph. What we obtain too cheap, we esteem too lightly: it is dearness only that gives every thing its value. Heaven knows how to put a proper price upon its goods; and it would be strange indeed if so celestial an article as FREEDOM should not be highly rated.’” —
CBDCs With Expiration Dates, Restrictions Could Target Social Policies, Economist Tells WEF
Expiry dates and restrictions on “less desirable” purchases are some of the key advantages behind central bank digital currencies (CBDCs), according to an economist at a World Economic Forum (WEF) event.
The WEF hosted the 14th annual Meeting of the New Champions in Tianjin, China, also known as Summer Davos. During one of the 30-minute panel discussions on June 28, Cornell University professor Eswar Prasad explained that the global economy is “at the cusp of physical currency essentially disappearing” and that programmable CBDCs and the technology behind these new forms of money could take the international economic landscape toward a dark path or a better place.
Prasad contended that one of the “huge potential gains” for the digitization of money is the programmability of CBDC units and attaching expiry dates. Governments can also utilize central bank money to socially engineer society. — The Activist Post
Our Take: “Just like your milk, CBDCs could come with an expiration date. As if the financial system we currently enjoy wasn't predatory enough, now you will be forced to spend whenever they want you to. Additionally, this opens the door for all kinds of twisted shenanigans, like adding restrictions to what an individual can and cannot buy.
Much like nuclear energy, digital currency itself isn't necessarily the problem, but rather how it is used. Some claim that this technology could make our financial system function more conveniently, but it could also lead us down a very dark road.
The Canadian government (surprise, surprise) has been flirting with the idea of expiry dates for CBDCs, as has China. These are two governments that don't exactly score very highly on the freedom scale. Could we see this in America? As much as I'd like to say, ‘No way, Jose’, after observing the Biden Administration's commitment to globalist initiatives over the last few years and watching Americans forfeit their freedoms during COVID, I'm not convinced that CBDCs won't be part of our immediate future. I hope I am wrong.” —

Putting expiration dates on your currency or restricting what you can buy will only lead people into creating black markets using a bartering system. They don’t call it “Yankee ingenuity” for nothing. 😏
