Smoking gun email shows Burisma's 'ultimate purpose' of using Hunter's connections to 'close' pursuits against Zlochevsky in Ukraine

“I said, we will not recognize any nation having a sphere of influence. Sovereign states have the right to make their own decisions and choose their own alliances. Period.“

These powerful words were spoken during a speech given in Kyiv to the people of Ukraine. Looking back, this is truly one of the most monumental speeches of all time, because never has such hypocrisy been on display so brazenly.

This speech was given by Joe Biden during his visit to Ukraine on December 9th, 2015.

It was during this visit to Ukraine, when he gave this speech, in which Biden threatened to withhold $1 Billion in loan guarantees to Ukraine unless they fired the prosecutor looking into Burisma, which just so happened to be paying Hunter Biden astronomical sums of money to be a “board member.”

There is more to to that story.

The ‘Truman’ Show

It was recently reported that Hunter Biden served on a national security advisory board with Jake Sullivan.

What this reporting overlooked was another individual who served on the board of the Truman National Security Project alongside Hunter and Jake. This other individual further entangles the current Biden administration with the alleged Biden family corruption, and should draw more scrutiny onto Hunter Biden’s role on the Board of Directors at Burisma while his father Joe, our current ‘President,’ was the “face of Barack Obama’s policy to Ukraine.”

The individual I’m referring to is Sally Painter of Blue Star Strategies.

Sally and her co-founder, Karen Tramontano, can often be found in the emails pulled from Hunter Biden’s abandoned laptop.

A search for “Sally Painter” on Bidenlaptopemails.com shows she had been in contact with Hunter as far back as 03/04/2010. On 02/16/2011, Sally emailed Hunter, asking if he would consider a position on the board of the Truman National Security Project:

The following month, an email exchange titled “Truman Board” revealed Hunter thanking Sally saying he was “excited to get involved” with the Truman Center. Sally would respond that Hunter was a “big hit” and that Sally believed Hunter would “get the actual offer in the next three weeks.”

As stated previously, Jake Sullivan wouldn’t join the board with Sally and Hunter until sometime in 2017 when he was no longer serving a role in the State Department. Knowing that Biden, Painter, and Sullivan all served on the same board at Truman together led me to do a closer examination into Sally Painter’s role in Hunter Biden’s business dealings with Burisma and how they meshed with Joe Biden’s tenure as VP.

Burisma

While still searching for “Sally Painter” on Bidenlaptopemails.com, the first thing I could find connecting Sally to Hunter’s dealings with Burisma is an email dated 10/23/2015 titled “Schedule for Next week.” The email listed out Hunter Biden’s schedule for the week of October 26th, 2015. The email revealed that there was a meeting put on hold between Hunter, Devon Archer, and Vadym Pozharskyi, along with Sally Painter.

Understanding who Vadym Pozharskyi is important context for what we’ll be discussing in this article. An October 2020 New York Post article described Pozharskyi as “a ‘fixer’ for shady oligarchs.”

After Ukraine’s prosecutor general, Viktor Shokin, started to investigate Zlochevsky (sometimes referred to by Pozharskyi as ‘Nikolay’) for corruption, Pozharskyi appeared to begin leveraging Hunter’s position on the Board of Burisma.

Here is where Sally Painter and her Blue Star Strategies came into play, hence the beginning of their contact with the meeting referenced above. One week after that scheduled meeting, an email chain of ‘forwards’ and ‘replies’ titled “Revised Burisma Proposal, Contract and Invoice” began to be exchanged amongst Sally, Rosemont Seneca, and Vadym.

The first email in this thread revealed that Blue Star Strategies was providing a “revised proposal, contract and initial invoice for Burisma Holdings.”

The very next email was a response from Vadym Pozharskyi outlining his “observations” after reading the Blue Star Strategy Documents.

I’m going to break this email down into three parts because it is that important.

His initial concerns outline that the Blue Star Strategy proposal lacks “tangible results” that they set out to achieve and offered no “names of top US officials in Ukraine” as targets to improve Nikolay’s case.

He would go on to acknowledge that maybe those names were left off to be “on the safe and cautious side”—something he could “understand.” He would then say that if those names were left off to be safe and cautious, and everybody understood the “true purpose” of the “BS” (Blue Star) “engagement” that all was ok to move forward.

He then stressed that everybody be on the same page regarding their “final goals.” He wanted a list of deliverables which would include “concrete course of actions, incl. meetings/communications resulting in high-ranking US officials in Ukraine (US Ambassador) and in US publicly or in private communication/comment expressing their "positive opinion" and support of Nikolay/Burisma to the highest level of decision makers here in Ukraine: President of Ukraine, president Chief of staff, Prosecutor General, etc.”

The final part of this email specifically states what the “ultimate purpose” was in signing the contract with Blue Star. Vadym wanted the scope of work to “include organization of a visit of a number of widely recognized and influential current and/or former US policy-makers to Ukraine in November” to “conduct meetings” and show “support on Nikolay's issue to the Ukrainian top officials above with the ultimate purpose to close down for any cases/pursuits against Nikolay in Ukraine.”

Vadym revealed that the “ultimate purpose” of a contract with Blue Star was to get “widely recognized and influential current and/or former US policy-makers” to “close down for any cases/pursuits against Nikolay in Ukraine.”

The next email was one sent from Eric Schwerin sent to Devon and Hunter. It would confirm that the name of top US officials Vadym was referring to were “definitely done deliberately to the be on the safe and cautious side and that Sally and company understand the scope and deliverables.”

Devon would then ask Hunter to deliver that message:

Hunter sent an email to Vadym saying he would reach out for one more call with Blue Star, but he reassured Vadym, stating that “I trust Sally and Karen implicitly so I believe we are all aligned.”

Vadym responded that if Hunter and Devon were “comfortable that they will deliver what in real terms we are talking about, we should disregard the wording of the scope.”

Hunter would confirm that everybody was on the same page and that Vadym should “go ahead and sign.”

The contract would indeed end up being signed in the middle of November.

Deliverables

On 11/23/2015, a series of emails began to be exchanged regarding “Burisma/Blue Star” strategies and calls.

On 12/02/2015, an email revealed that Blue Star Strategies was on a conference call with “the White House.” The conference call was “regarding the Vice President’s upcoming trip to Ukraine.”

Joe Biden was set to visit Ukraine on December 7th & 8th. This particular Joe Biden Trip to Ukraine is by far the most infamous. His speech actually took place on December 9th, 2015 as shown at the beginning of this article.

In his own words:

Emails show that on December 7th, Devon requested a call between “the Blue Star and Burisma teams.”

To sum this up for you:

• Vadym revealed that the “ultimate purpose” of a contract with Blue Star Strategies was to get “widely recognized and influential current and/or former US policy-makers” to “close down for any cases/pursuits against Nikolay in Ukraine.”

• Hunter Biden revealed that everybody understood what the scope of the contract was asking for, even if names were left off to be “safe and cautious.”

• Hunter Biden encouraged Vadym to sign the contract.

• Within mere weeks of the contract signing, Blue Star Strategies was involved in a conference call with the White House regarding Joe’s upcoming trip to Ukraine.

• Joe Biden was set to discuss Ukraine’s economy while visiting. Joe “changed his mind en route to Kiev” and instead discussed anti-corruption efforts.

• While Joe was in Ukraine, Burisma and Blue Star Strategies were holding “strategy calls.”

• Joe Biden would later publicly state that he withheld $1 billion in loan guarantees unless Viktor Shokin was removed as prosecutor.

State Department

To top this all off, Jake Sullivan isn’t even the only current member of Joe Biden’s administration with connections to Sally Painter. In December of 2020, Antony Blinken sat down for a transcribed interview with the Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs and Finance committees.

In this interview, Blinken revealed some connections to Sally Painter.

I want to highlight one of them:

So a June 27th, 2016 email revealed that Sally spoke with Tony at a Truman event … The same Truman with Hunter, Sally, and Sullivan as board members. And Sally wanted to meet with Tony to discuss “troubling events we are seeing in Ukraine.”

What could those troubling events be?

The Hunter Biden emails reveal another interesting message that was sent from Blue Star to Rosemont Seneca on July 26th, 2017, roughly one month after Sally emailed Blinken:

“No help from our friend(s) however.”

What friends are they referring to? Is it just a coincidence that, a month prior , Sally was looking to speak with Blinken regarding “troubling events” in Ukraine?

Nothing To See Here

It was reported in June of 2021 that Blue Star Strategies was being investigated for illegal lobbying.

"Yuriy Lutsenko ... had been "pitched" by a Hunter Biden and Burisma-linked lobbying firm to give him "access" to "high levels" of the Clinton campaign in the weeks leading up to the 2016 presidential election."

It should come as no surprise to anybody that in May of 2022, it was reported that the Biden DOJ-led investigation into Blue Star Strategies had been closed with "no finding of wrongdoing."

Closing

This is the most damning evidence yet showing Burisma leveraged Hunter’s last name to close down investigations into Burisma. The timing of everything surrounding Blue Star Strategies getting involved is too perfect. What other conclusion could be drawn?

Of course our country’s law enforcement entities didn’t find the evidence of wrongdoing. They didn’t want to find it. And yet, drip by drip, the evidence comes out anyway.

What evidence will see the light of day next?
