This piece is a thematic follow-up to last week’s ‘Inflection Point.’ Check out that feature for additional context on the chaotic start to 2023.
To say it has already been an eventful start to 2023 would make a mockery of understatement. In the last dozen-odd days, we have seen a blitzkrieg of Narrative Deployments from each and every side, faction and figure in the American and Global zeitgeist, the continued and escalating weaponization of the Globalist Media Industrial Complexes and fierce ideological and political intrafraction cognitive combat as immediate analysis of these converging, conflicting and cascading deployments spin out of instances of Narrative Whiplash as readily as cognitive dissonance.
In a word, the start to 2023 has been rather confusing.
Spectacularly so.
And I would put forth to you today that this is not only no reason to panic or devolve into mud-slinging, dooming, despair or frustration, but rather as a cautious cause for optimism and confidence in the overall lay of the land as the war between the Sovereign Alliance and the Globalist Deep State rages on in theaters often more unreal than real, and yet, which visit consequences onto the societies we wish to preserve, to save and to elevate all the same.
For any of you who’ve become familiar with my writing and my perspective either resulting from the Righteous Russia series (which turned one year old this week!) or in the many explorations of other aspects of the ongoing Information War since, you’ll know that I often argue that Potential Events—ie: those we may have relegated to the realm of the hypothetical, rhetorical or ‘media’ realms in the past—can not only provoke Actual Events on the Game Theory Game Board, but can retain real power all their own in the way they shape the directional thinking and therefore, the directional momentum of the Collective Mind of American—and world—society.
In recent weeks at Badlands Media, I have asserted that stories run much of the world—rather, world events—and that we are currently in a War of Stories that I would contend we are winning.
While Anons, analysts, citizen journalists and readers and thinkers like all of you are active minds in the Mind War, most of us also believe we have patriots operating both in and behind the public levers of political, administrative and even military power as they attempt to hem in the Deep State Globalist collective utilizing the tenets of Game Theory.
In Game Theory, one does not need to ‘win’ every political, administrative, rhetorical or even kinetic engagement to win the war, but rather to control more of the Game Board than their adversary. While it is virtually impossible for us to know how expansive the metaphorical ‘game board’ is in this regard—though we know it is vast, and encompasses virtually every political, military and media faction in the world—I have also argued that one can guess as to who is ‘winning’ the Information War by observing which sides, factions and public players seem to be reacting to Narrative Deployments, and which seem to be seeding them.
Therefore, as we begin not so much a steady march, but a blistering sprint into a new year that promises to put each before it to shame from an information overload perspective, I think it behooves us to center ourselves, reframe our perspectives and apply this Actual-Potential dichotomous paradigm to the ‘events’ we already have and will continue to observe playing out in various theaters—many that we can confidently predict, and many more besides them.
This statement was released by our chosen and acknowledged POTUS in the midst of last week’s firestorm Speaker of the House event that consumed a good portion of the Collective Mind both within the MAGA and America First ranks and without it.
I remarked at the time on several podcast appearances that the memetic, dramatic nature of the Speaker timeline—with dramatic, some would say kayfabian deployments by charismatic and memorable public figures, along with bombastic turns by every side ranging from the recognized Uniparty Establishment to the more ‘extreme’ wings within Congress getting their moments to shine—imprinted this sometimes-rote, boring political event into the public mind in a bipartisan, embarrassing and yet, highly effective and impactful manner.
While I will not pretend that I knew how the Speaker ‘event’ was going to play out, Trump’s statement referencing the entire charade as just that—an “event”—replete with the requisite quotation marks gave me all the confidence and assurance I needed in order to know that—no matter the Actual to emerge from the Potential—Trump and company were fully ‘in control’ of the play we were watching.
My own expertise and cognitive ability doesn’t tend to pull me in the direction of analyzing the fascinating and very real Micro/Actual events to spin out of the aforementioned ‘story,’ such as the many political and administrative moves America First and GOP House Committees are already beginning to put forth, but the Speaker Chapter was a needed reminder for many in this community that we are not only very much in a political, administrative and legal war—one that will continue to escalate publicly—but that a Narrative War is playing out both above and below that one.
Some find this prospect to be tired and reductive, while others find it to be frustrating. After all, why are patriots such as Donald Trump so concerned with the ‘story’ to come out of ‘events’ such as the Speaker fiasco, the percolating and surfacing Biden Documents scandal and virtually everything going on as it relates to the exposure and public sentiment toward the U.S. Administrative State and its proxy Administration?
The answer is as frustratingly simple as it should be encouraging:
Trump and his allies recognize that, in order to visit Justice onto the enemies of the American people—and the enemies of the world—those people must first recognize who their enemies are in the first place.
I know that those in this community are all too aware of that Deep State Collective I often refer to as the System of Systems, but the vast majority of the American public—yes, including GOP voters—are not. While they may have an inkling or even a strong conviction that the ‘Biden Administration’ and its handlers do not have their best interests in mind, this same conviction is reflected in a perverse and opposing mirror by the ideological opposition.
It may seem a simple enough solution to ignore what the ideological ‘Left’ thinks about the Actual regarding the U.S. Administrative Deep State, but I would argue that such a reductive viewpoint minimizes the prevalence of a concept I refer to as the Patriot Pendulum—an offshoot of the Hegelian Dialectic strategy that I believe the Deep State ‘Controllers’ have wielded against the American people for generations.
While the ideological ‘Left’ is most certainly currently inflicting significantly more damage onto the collective psyche of the American Mind than its counterpart on the ‘Right,’ I would posit to you that the opposite could have been argued just 20 years ago, when unthinking adherence to the ‘Right’ side of the aisle—along with its ensuing badges of patriotism, nationalism and ‘unity—was weaponized against that same Collective Mind in order to whip a majority of this nation into a bloodthirsty, disconcerting zeal that resulted in the public mandate the Deep Administrative State needed in order to lie their way into a bloody, costly—to us—and very lucrative—to [them]—Forever War in the Middle East that it took the beginnings of the Great Awakening, the Doha Agreement and the Abraham Accords—all signed by President Donald J. Trump—to begin to turn around.
None of this is meant as a condemnation of conservative values, which make up a good bit of the bedrock of American idealism—a strength at the heart of this nation that should not be easily relinquished—but rather to remind folks of the fragility of the Collective Mind of American society—of humanity—when it comes to emotional pushes, and the forbidding and often-costly power and momentum of that Collective when it is guided, pushed or aimed in the wrong direction.
Because of the collective discernment of this individualist, sovereign-minded community, we as a decentralized hivemind of citizen intelligence are less likely by the day to be swept up into such costly emotional narratives as our sleeping fellows, and yet, even this community is still susceptible to emotional manipulation by all sides on the Game Theory Game Board.
While it is, in my view a necessary evil that Trump and our chosen patriots are also using the weapons of the enemy against them—that is, the framing and deployment of stories and narratives in furtherance of an America First agenda built on the tenets of exposure, disclosure and eventually justice—the prospect that we can ourselves be swept up into the very Kabuki Theater we spend a good deal of our cognitive ability and energy attempting to educate each other on presents both a sobering reminder of the power and fragility of human psychology, and also an encouraging data point to suggest that this movement is in good hands.
Both because of the mastery of Narrative Warfare patriots such as Donald Trump and his chosen scions in the America First movement continue to action against the Deep State’s illusory and crumbling Systemic control over the American Mind, and because of our own ever-improving ability to see through it, we might not only protect ourselves from the psychological shrapnel such a Fifth-Generation War often witnesses, but we might also help push along their chosen deployments to the detriment of our enemies and in the service of the sleeping brothers and sisters we so desperately wish to wake, so that they might join our ranks.
So the next time you find yourself scratching your head at the latest Narrative Deployment to come out of either ‘our side’ or [theirs] as you attempt to parse a war defined by the difficulty inherent in doing just that, don’t take it as a sign of your failure or ours.
Take it as a sign that the Systemic paradigm of the Deep State is beginning to wobble and quake, and that the ensuing collapse of the illusion will usher in the beginnings of the sovereign world to come.
You’ve got front row seats to the Great Awakening, and you’ve got the eyes to see it.
Don’t take that for granted.
Until next time, stay Positive, stay Based and most importantly … stay Bright.

I agree the narrative is important, but it’s like the director’s cut of a movie- starting to seem too long and we begin too lose interest. (Thinking about going to the pantry for some snacks without pausing the film).
For those of us awake to the possibility of the great awakening from the beginning, the excitement is hard to maintain. Thanks for your efforts. Without them, I think many would drift away.
