You may have noticed that a totalitarian dystopia is desperately trying to manifest itself in our reality, and while we all quarrel over the latest manufactured freakout, the ruling class is inching closer and closer to their goals.
Social credit scores, vaccine passports, CBDCs, mass surveillance, designer drugs, 15-minute cities, the metaverse—the globalists haven’t been stingy about unveiling their plans for our future. This post will explore these ideas, how they are being rolled out, and the latest news regarding each initiative.
Digital Identification
The push for digital identification is ramping up and gaining steam, as it is an essential component of this brave new world the elites are nudging us into. Most of the other dystopic initiatives we’ll discuss are likely going to utilize a digital ID of some kind, making it a requirement to even participate in their system.
Whether it’s storing your CBDCs, keeping track of your biometrics and vaccine status, or unlocking the door to your smart home, the digital ID is central to the future that the ruling class has in store for us.
Digital identification is not a new concept; it’s actually a multiple decades-old “conspiracy theory” turned reality.
Some of you might recall an interview filmmaker Aaron Russo gave shortly before his untimely death, where he claimed that Nicholas Rockefeller (Council on Foreign Relations, RAND, International Institute of Strategic Studies, etc.) of the prominent Rockefeller family told him as far back as the late 90s that the goal of the international elite was to get everybody “chipped” with an RFID-chip.
Russo was blowing the whistle on this almost twenty years ago, and anyone who brought this subject up to friends or family back then would be met with smirks and jeers and told that “it will never happen”. The idea that Americans would ever allow themselves to be chipped seemed preposterous in the early 2000s.
Then the pandemic happened, and suddenly everyone was ready to bend over for the health establishment, the Federal Government, the S&P 500, and pretty much any perceived authority figure. A new culture emerged, united in its hatred toward dissension, where unconstitutional overreach was not only tolerated, but it was actually considered “cool” to become a simp for the system you pretended to hate.
The below video emerged recently. It takes the Aaron Russo RFID conspiracy, adds a hip liberal arts sheen, and tries to present what was once decried as conspiratorial paranoia as a chic new trend.

So, what is the current state of the digital ID rollout? Well, Forbes is suggesting that it could become “mainstream” this year.
Starting in September, the globalist European Union will “mandate” that all member states offer a “digital identity wallet” to all of their citizens and businesses.
The European Union will mandate digital identity under eIDAS 2.0, which will go into effect in September 2023 and ensure all Member States offer a digital identity wallet (DIW) to citizens and businesses. According to the European Commission, “At least 80% of citizens should be able to use a digital ID solution to access key public services by 2030.” (#)
So the EU is pushing digital ID; that’s one globalist institution.
The United Nations is going a step further, suggesting in a recent policy brief the implementation of a global system of digital identification that is linked to our bank accounts.
Digital IDs linked with bank or mobile money accounts can improve the delivery of social protection coverage and serve to better reach eligible beneficiaries. Digital technologies may help to reduce leakage, errors and costs in the design of social protection programmes.
The UN is in lockstep with the EU; make that two globalist institutions.
Additionally, the World Health Organization has adopted “the European Union (EU) system of digital COVID-19 certification” and plans to transform it into a “global system.”
In June 2023, WHO will take up the European Union (EU) system of digital COVID-19 certification to establish a global system that will help facilitate global mobility and protect citizens across the world from on-going and future health threats, including pandemics. This is the first building block of the WHO Global Digital Health Certification Network (GDHCN) that will develop a wide range of digital products to deliver better health for all.
“Building on the EU’s highly successful digital certification network, WHO aims to offer all WHO Member States access to an open-source digital health tool, which is based on the principles of equity, innovation, transparency and data protection and privacy,” said Dr Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, WHO Director-General. “New digital health products in development aim to help people everywhere receive quality health services quickly and more effectively”. (#)
And now we have the trifecta of globalist institutions trying to foist their digital identification system on us, further tightening their grasp over our future.
Surveillance
One of the primary motivations for this high-tech societal overhaul is to take modern surveillance capabilities to the next level. The Western globalists, who seem to be inspired by China’s excessive surveillance state, are eager to create something similar for the rest of the world.
Federal agencies in the United States have been purchasing massive amounts of information about U.S. citizens from data brokers, information that could potentially be used for blackmail, stalking, harassment, and public shaming.
They are utilizing a new creed: ‘Those who have nothing to hide have nothing to fear.’
This information is considered “commercially available information” or “CAI”. This all comes from a new report by Bidens DNI Avril Haines.
As per the New York Post:
“CAI Increases the Power of the Government,” warns the Office of the Director of National Intelligence report. “The government would never have been permitted to compel billions of people to carry location tracking devices on their persons at all times, to log and track most of their social interactions, or to keep flawless records of all their reading habits.”
We learned as far back as the Church Committee of 1975 that the Government and its intelligence apparatus were taking excessive liberties when it came to keeping tabs on the citizenry. You can only Imagine the state of data collection today.

This type of mass surveillance ratcheted up significantly during the pandemic; the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention bought private data from tens of millions of cell phones to check obedience to COVID lockdown and curfew decrees.
Additionally, the Pentagon is now utilizing technology that can “covertly track, locate and identify anyone expressing dissent or even dissatisfaction with the actions of the U.S. military and its leadership.”
“In a shocking report published by The Intercept on June 17, details have emerged of a U.S. national security surveillance strategy to covertly track, locate and identify anyone expressing dissent or even dissatisfaction with the actions of the U.S. military and its leadership.
The measures, undertaken by the Army Protective Services Battalion, fall under their remit of safeguarding top generals from “assassination, kidnapping, injury or embarrassment.”
CBDC
During a recent conference in Morocco, the managing director of the International Monetary Fund (IMF), Kristalina Georgieva, announced that the global body is “working hard on the concept of a global CBDC platform.”
In case you’re not already aware, CBDC stands for Central Bank Digital Currency.
The Davos crowd, along with other globalist institutions like the UN and the EU, have been calling for the elimination of paper money to move toward a digital currency, or ‘cashless society,’ that will allow for the ability to track every transaction made.
Before we get into the controversy, let’s cover the basics:
A Central Bank Digital Currency is a digital central bank liability.
A Central Bank is a nominally private institution...
It is usually not directly a facet of the government—though still a national institution—and it controls a nation's currency.
The decisions made by central banks can fundamentally change the lives of many millions, and transform the political economy overnight.
They decide how much and when to print a currency as well as the rate at which the currency inflates or deflates by setting interest rates.
The central bank we currently enjoy here in America is known as the Federal Reserve Bank (FED), and it was inculcated on Jekyll Island in 1910, which I covered in detail in a previous SubStack for Badlands.

The Controversy
Controversy has surrounded the adoption of CBDCs, with House Republicans warning of the risk that they could amount to an “authoritarian-style” and “surveillance-style” digital dollar.
House Republicans recently introduced the CBDC Anti-Surveillance State Act that would restrict the “unelected bureaucrats” from establishing and issuing a CBDC that they say would threaten the financial privacy of the American people.
House Majority Whip Tom Emmer (R-Minn.) said in a statement:
“Any digital version of the dollar must uphold our American values of privacy, individual sovereignty, and free-market competitiveness,”
“Anything less opens the door to the development of a dangerous surveillance tool.”
Rep. Warren Davidson (R-Ohio) argued that the Fed must concentrate on its dual mandate—price stability and maximum employment—instead of “eradicating financial autonomy.”
Davidson said in a statement:
“A retail CBDC would essentially allow the government to mediate all transactions, which would mirror what we see in China. It’s vital to ensure this does not happen here,”
FedNow: A CBDC prototype or alternative?
On March 10th, 2023, the United States Federal Reserve announced the new stage of its FedNow instant payments system. First announced in 2019, FedNow will allow banks to instantly transfer payments across the financial system.
As banks and other financial institutions join the program, this will create a growing network with clearing and settlement features that let businesses and individuals send and receive instant payments at any time of day.
Fed governor Michelle Bowman said last year that FedNow could offer some of the same benefits as a central bank digital currency (CBDC), thus weakening the case for the adoption of a CBDC, which is, according to Jerome Powell, years away in the United States.
Back in March, Powell was asked by a lawmaker whether there’s an advantage to the FedNow payment system over a CBDC or stablecoin, to which he responded:
“A CBDC is going to be years in evaluation,”
“And I think we can get this into the hands of the public very quickly, and we’ll have real-time payments in this country very, very soon.”
This was met with mixed reactions.
Lawrence Lepard, investment manager at Equity Management Associates, stated in a tweet:
“Right on schedule. Here is your CBDC launch,”
Author Scott Santens has disputed this depiction, exclaiming over a series of tweets that FedNow doesn’t have any smart contract ability and is not equivalent to a digital dollar.
“FedNow implementation is one of the arguments against launching a CBDC. It’s so not a CBDC that it actually reduces the odds of starting a CBDC.”
If conspiracy theorists who are afraid of CBDC had any sense at all, they’d argue that FedNow obviates the need for a CBDC. They’d welcome FedNow as an alternative that already exists, so don’t do a CBDC. But they have no sense,”
But others remained skeptical.
Jordan Schachtel, who writes The Dossier on Substack, raised concerns about surveillance:
“FedNow appears to be a prototype CBDC… While instant, 24/7 payments seem good, there’s implications to leaning into a credit-based system. FedNow can quickly transform to a surveillance system.
Does FedNow have AI or human circuit breaker managing it? FedNow is a giant red flag,” (#)
These are the exact same fears we see associated with CBDCs.
Are CBDCs Inherently Evil?
The knee-jerk reaction for most would be to assume yes, particularly considering the “CB” in CBDCs, but central banks themselves might not be the problem, but rather how they’ve been used.
The medium of exchange isn’t what causes the suffering; it’s the rules of the game.
My fellow Badlands author, Joe Lang, recently published a real banger outlining his take on the whole “currency reset” situation. In the article, he suggests that the reason Donald Trump hasn’t openly bashed CBDCs is that they are an inevitable medium, and regardless of whether we have a Great Reset or a Great Awakening, CBDCs in some form or another will likely become the global currency.
Another Badlander, Gmoney of Rugpull Radio suggests that the perfect coin already exists. Look into his work and discover for yourself the wonders of Bitcoin.
I can’t say conclusively what way we should look at these CBDCs, only that they could end up polarizing very negatively if left unchecked.
There’s so much more I’d liked to have included in this article: Smart Cities, the Metaverse, 15-minute cities, cricket munching, etc., but that will all have to wait for another day.
The most important point in all of this is that they aren’t hiding their agendas anymore—the Dystopia has been televised. All this is out in the open now and some folks are actually in favor of this path for humanity. We need to stay vigilant and let people know what’s coming if they can’t already see it for themselves.

The bible warned us do not take the mark of the beast. I would think we have reached this with so called "digital ID" of all the goyim, or beasts. These mother WEF'ers must be crushed and stamped out of existence!!
