There is a saying, '“the truth is like a lion. It doesn’t need to be protected; just let it loose and it will protect itself.”
This can’t be said for lies and disinformation; they need constant nurturing. It requires many resources and much effort to make the masses believe a lie, and to continue believing it. The truth is inextinguishable. You can fan the truth or fuel it and it will grow to be accepted by the majority, but you can’t extinguish it, no matter how hard you try, no matter the efforts involved.
The truth can be minimized. You can cut the fuel that feeds it, or remove the oxygen it needs to grow, but you can’t kill it. Billions and trillions of dollars can go towards minimizing the truth, but it will always survive, in many cases just barely, but it will always find a way to persist.
Whether one believes the truth or not, still it remains. If you or I deny the truth, it still remains the truth. We can’t change the truth. We can reject it, ignore it, minimize it, or keep others from finding it, but the truth cannot be altered in any way. If you can alter the truth, then it never really was the truth to begin with.
Your truth can’t be different from my truth. There is only one truth.
The truth isn’t an ice cream flavor. It isn’t the way many people view religions, as multiple pathways to get to the same endpoint. There exists “right” and varying degrees of wrong. Some lies are more wrong and some less wrong, but anything that is not 100% the truth is a lie, at the end of the day.
How do we come to the truth, or rather accept the truth, then?
Is it intelligence?
I think smarter people have an easier time finding the truth, but there are plenty of smart people who live their lives believing lies.
Does psychology play a role?
We all have our unique personalities, and psychological damage that causes us to receive, reject or alter the truth. Some people can hear the truth and easily let go of the lies they once believed because it doesn’t affect their ego to do so. Some reject the truth because the idea of being wrong or being fooled is too much for their ego to handle. They would rather go on believing lies than accept a truth that forces them to admit they were wrong.
For some, accepting the truth is just too much work. It might mean spending five minutes Googling something and not settling on the first search result that they’re fed. It might mean reading several articles and trying to determine if the author of an article has an agenda, paid or ideological.
For example, it shouldn’t shock anyone to learn that Pfizer employees tend to be pro-vaccine. Then again, rummaging through garbage is a lot of work and is, quite frankly offensive to the senses. It’s no wonder people don’t do their homework. That said, if you do the work, you will eventually find your way to the truth.
Sometimes, accepting the truth means sacrifice.
If one accepts one truth, they might lose their job, or lose a relationship, lose their status in society, lose access to public events, such as sports, movies or restaurants.
In many cases, people weigh the pros and cons of accepting the truth and determine it is better for them to believe a lie. This is reminiscent of the psychology involved in the victims of cults, whose adherents weigh the pros and cons of leaving the cult rather than the arguments and philosophies being presented to them.
If I said that the world is run by Satanic pedophiles that want to create a one-world government to rule the world, how would people accept this?
While some might come aboard immediately, most need some time to process such as statement. More still will immediately reject it as crazy, or far too painful to acknowledge.
Some people are more easily manipulated and influenced by the media, and some are less so. Some people need to side with the majority and others are comfortable standing alone.
If I was to paint a picture of someone who is most likely to accept and understand truth, I would include the following qualities:
Innate intelligence and discernment as a foundation.
Self-confidence, which provides the ability to trust oneself. To stand alone.
Courage and the willingness to sacrifice for what you believe in.
Maturity, and allowing the belief in God to open your eyes to the truth.
When I was a boy, I had an uncle who was obsessed with JFK to the point of keeping a plaster bust of his head in his den. People can say what they want about me appreciating Trump, but I have exactly zero sculpted body parts of him in my home. Personally, I didn’t like JFK BECAUSE my uncle loved him so much.
What a strange thing, isn’t it?
This is probably one of the reasons so many despise Trump; they are mad that others find him so darn appealing and they can’t seem to share in that joy.
Not liking JFK as a boy because my uncle adored him shows, at least as a young boy, I was capable of having opinions based off of ridiculous reasoning. Was it immaturity that caused my illogical dislike for JFK?
As a young adult I thought Bill Clinton was an embarrassment to the office, so maybe being more mature does help. But later I fell for the 9-11 narrative hook, line and sinker. Like all of Congress and the Senate, I approved of going to war with countries who had nothing to do with the official narrative of 9-11. I was fine with giving up my personal rights to stay safe, so maybe maturity doesn’t have anything to do with understanding truth.
I didn’t like Obama, to the point of turning my back on politics because his policies were too frustrating for me to deal with. Was this rejection of him and his policies from my growing maturity? I voted for Romney and John “No Name” McCain. So much for maturity.
Apparently, a person can be smart and stupid at the same time, and age doesn’t always necessarily play a huge role in one’s understanding the truth.
Then came Donald J Trump, who kind of scared and excited me at the same time.
I was scared he would turn the world upside down, which at the time I didn’t see as a good thing, but now I see it as the only thing. When he became POTUS, I started to wake up a bit.
The Q drops were like a bucket of cold water being thrown on me. After they landed, I was awake, and there was no chance I could ever go back to sleep again.
My appetite to learn the truth became insatiable. I remember telling people about the Federal Reserve, the Illuminati Bloodlines and false flags. I overwhelmed people. Conversations quickly morphed from, “how are you doing?” to a range of what were considered conspiracy theories at the time.
People couldn’t figure out how I knew so much, and I would tell them that it was all out there, and that they just needed to look.
We are programed not to question the narratives. At the time, I thought I was waking people up, but in reality, they would go right back to sleep again after being overwhelmed by the media’s obfuscation.
How many people can you actually touch base with every day? I’m sure some people thought I was crazy, but I think most just didn’t want to hear what I had to say because it was too much to deal with.
Fewer and fewer people think I’m crazy today.
The truth is the truth.
You can’t alter it. You can’t change it.
You can accept it, reject it or deny it, but you can’t change it.
People come to the truth from different directions. I was woken up by the Q drops and then began to research fervently. Some have been woken up by independent research. Some consider Q followers crazy, but believe in and agree with everything they say. No matter how you go about finding it, no matter who is telling it, no matter how long it takes to find, no matter how difficult it is to accept, the truth always remains the truth.
Like a lion whose image often embodies it, the truth doesn’t need you to defend it.
If you don’t feed the truth, it will still survive. It is resilient.
The war we find ourselves in cannot be lost because the truth cannot be defeated.
Take solace in this when you feel discouraged.
This isn’t to take anything away from the courageous and talented people who fight and sacrifice in this war, but at the end of the day, we cannot lose.
We should not be passive, but rather seek the truth, spread the truth, expose the lies, hold the liars accountable, but with the understanding that, if our hearts and egos are in the right place, we can’t screw this up.
Be patient.
The war will be won in its own time. People will wake up at their own pace.
It can’t be forced; it can’t be sped up. Take time to enjoy the ride and enjoy the show. Challenge yourself to know more, to share more, but don’t think the burden sits on your shoulders alone.
Pray for strength. Pray for endurance. Pray for enlightenment.
Pray for your brothers and sisters and for those who oppose you or have wronged you. Give thanks, and understand that—God blessing—we will win.

Eric,
You are very correct with all you said. The only piece you might not know about or at least didn’t say is this: the acknowledgment and recognition and strength of truth comes with the quality of soul you are born with. A soul comes to this earth with certain qualities somewhat like physical DNA qualities. However the soul already comes equipped with certain qualities that it needs to fulfill its mission. Unlike DNA which has no experience yet at birth (you’re a blank page in your book of your life because of no life experience yet)
your soul has experience and qualities that your choices in life will be influenced by it. So for instance a soul quality to recognize TRUTH comes with higher level souls that will enable it to pursue TRUTH with gusto and therefore the soul will increase its light while in a body and pursue the TRUTH without fear allowing irs mission on earth to be fulfilled
So now you know about your quality of soul is learning to tell others and be successful at getting the TRUTH out there with the help of various doors that God opens for you in your lifetime. Your soul will benefit from this God given ability to recognize Truth.
Most is us already awake in the Substack platforms have similar souls because we have pursued Truth all our lives and have chosen to continue to follow truth hence we get better and better at recognizing it.
We will be winning this fight against pure evil whom we most probably been fighting since the Creation Story.
However since we are now awaiting the coming of a messiah figure end of times scenario that doesn’t mean end of the world. It means the end of evil as we know it. We will have the gift of seeing this happen in our lifetimes on earth.
So the very topic of TRUTH brings me to tell you this ancient knowledge that I was lucky enough to find in my pursuit of truth.
You are fulfilling a MOST IMPORTANT PLACE in this unfolding as are the others fighting the war between light and darkness.
God sees all. God knows knows all and He will allow us to continue our mission until we win.
May we all go from STRENGTH TO STRENGTH with Gods help indeed we will prevail
Excellent piece, Erik. You'll appreciate these three quotes that I keep framed on my wall:
“Rather than love, than money, than fame, give me truth.”
Henry David Thoreau
“Then you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free.”
Jesus (John 8:32)
“Unthinking respect for authority is the greatest enemy of truth.”
Albert Einstein
I also have this saying, author unknown: "The truth does not mind being questioned; a lie does not like being challenged." (My Corollary: the purpose of censorship is to protect a lie.)
