From the Declaration of Independence we derived our "unalienable" rights from our Creator. these include, but are not limited to "life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness."
Under the Organic (Original) Constitution of 1787 we were a "Republic" which is a nation with clearly defined rights for the people, strict limits on what government could do, and minority rights were protected just as carefully as majority rights.
After the Civil War, the USA was bankrupt. This bankruptcy was expected ahead of time by the global bankers headquartered in the City of London. So immediately after the Civil War their agents gained access to Congress and removed the original 13th amendment, replaced it with a new 13th amendment and engineered the 14th amendment which "removed" those Rights given by our Creator and replaced them, with the help of Congress changing one letter of one word in the Declaration of Independence, and placed us under a system where it is argued and enforced today as if our rights are granted by Government, not God.
The one letter of one word in the Declaration of Independence that was changed was the removal of a "u" and replaced by an "i" changing the word "unalienable" to "inalienable." A little change that made a tremendous difference. When our rights were "unalienable", root word "lien" and were given by our Creator, see the second paragraph of the Declaration of Independence, no entity or person could place a lien on our rights. No one entity or person was higher than the Creator who gave us those Rights.
When the "u" was replaced by an "i" it changed the meaning of everything related to our rights. Now the word was "inalienable", root word "alien". What is an "alien?" An alien in a foreigner, someone not a "natural citizen" by birth. To become a "citizen" the "alien" has to go through a process to obtain citizenship and as a result is granted "privileges and immunities" by the government and does not have a claim to "Rights granted by the Creator." (See the 14th amendment for verification).
Then came the Act of Feb. 21, 1871 where Congress created a Corporation, the UNITED STATES. A corporation has to own something so the corporation was given, by Congress, ownership of what we know as Washington D.C.
This owned area of land, being also the site of government that was no longer a Republic, but now a Corporation had the legal effect of changing the President, Vice President and Congress into what today we call the CEO, COO, and Shareholders of a Corporation.
Now the International Bankers of the City of London would loan money to the newly formed corporation the UNITED STATES.
As many of you well know and understand, a Corporation exists for one main purpose, to enrich the CEO, COO and shareholders of the corporation at the expense of those who "rely" upon the corporation for the "goods" the corporation sells-think "protection," policing of professions such as Medicine, Law, Drug companies, etc.
How is the funds borrowed from the International Bankers paid back? It is not all in monthly or yearly payments like we would have to make on a house or car loan. It is by a combination of "control," think passing laws pushed by the international Bankers who, if the laws are not passed will "call" the loans and by a system that is gradually phased in to vacuum all the money possible from the common people, think IRS.
Those of you were adults in the 1980s, do you remember getting the letter from your bank saying you needed to be sure the bank had your correct SSN by a certain date or the bank would have to close your accounts?
Then in the late 1990s the banks switched from returning your canceled checks each month to a system where you had a very small copy of your canceled checks included with your bank statement instead of the actual canceled checks. (Just a copy of the face of the check.)
Now you get a "line item" such as "Check 1224 (of) $345.95 (cleared by the bank on) 5/13/2022.
Did you notice the progression? First be sure the banks have the correct SSN (also needed on your income tax forms). Then you no longer get the canceled checks back, just a small copy of them-front page only. Now you just get a "line item," why?
If you were fortunate, some would say "enough of a pack rat" to save those checks that were canceled and returned to you some 40 years ago AND if you had to write a check to the IRS for taxes owed, you would be able to discover something very interesting.
Instead of the checks to the IRS being stamped on the back "Deposit into the US Treasury" so the tax funds collected could go for the operating expenses of the "US Government" you would find that every one of those checks were stamped on the back "Pay any Federal Reserve Bank."
I can just hear some saying "So what's the big deal? Isn't the Federal Reserve part of our government?" No it is not, it is a "central bank" that is in league with the International Bankers the UNITED STATES keeps borrowing money from.
The IRS is the collection agency for the Federal Reserve which is in league with the International Bankers! You've not been told the truth!
That is just scratching the surface of the deception the Corporate UNITED STATES is engaged in each and every day. You can thank the Politicians who many are Law School Graduates.
FYI, nationally one out of every three Law School Graduated can never pass a Bar Exam and practice Law. What do they do? Another very interesting part of this is the use of the birth certificate as a "securities trust" I'm still trying to get actual documentation on this. I have a copy of an SEC Form 10; this lists 4 types of securities to be "registered"
Birth Certificate Bond; Individual Surety Bond; International Bills of Exchange; and International Promissory Notes.
'Cestui Que Vie' birth certificate trust, seems to be a form of collateral for the Federal Reserve Inc, and is "held" by Cede & Co. (DTC) Owners of Cede somehow own your record of birth as this "security" through an Allodial instrument. When you get into securities and things like that, I'm lost - my mind does not do well at math at all. However, I did find this from 2013, which was when I began MY journey to knowledge - took me almost to retirement age! I have not vetted this and it is a new source for me but I was aware there is a difference between state and federal citizenship; I also read - can't find that reference at the moment - that there is a process to revert from federal citizen to state citizen only. The pain and all the drugs they had her on simply overwhelmed her, along with her other mental/emotional/alcohol issues. He never ONCE tested her alcohol level!
My 89 year old Mom, having long had COPD and high blood pressure, as well as clotting problems, got COVID in November 2019 and I went and stayed with her in her tiny 1 BR apartment to take care of her - getting up at midnight to set up her nebulizer, putting ointment on her shingles (which she never had until she got the vaccine), etc.. She ended up in the hospital 5 days later when she simply couldn't breath any more and was in and out of hospitals; the hospital here, where she was supposed to have 9 days of physical therapy to get her strength back, was horrendous! She arrived on a Thursday afternoon, had therapy on Friday - nothing Saturday or Sunday - Monday morning they "evaluated" her and sent her home. Turns out she had a blood clot in her leg and pneumonia by then. But we pulled her thru it and were able to celebrate her 90th that next July. And she's still kicking, believe it or not! We're some tough old broads!!! I only wore a mask when I was required to at medical facilities and/or pharmacies for her. I haven't had a vaccine in years, since my tetanus booster around 5 years ago, and will never have another one. I am fine, never had COVID - I had surgery for skin cancer removal and they tested me - no antibodies.

What you are seeing in that phrase is "legal double talk" meant to satisfy the masses.
In 1927 the United States was really a corporation known as the UNITED STATES (all caps to show it's corporation status) yet courts, politicians and many legal professionals hid that fact of corporation from the "masses" by subterfuge such as not spelling United States in all caps. since the US was a corporation at that time, it also meant that each Stae was a (sub) corporation of the Iparent) corporation the UNITED STATES.

After the allies gained a foothold on the Normandy beaches on June 6, 1944 it was apparent that Germany would not prevail in Europe. No one knew the time frame between June 6, 1944 and VE Day in Europe. Also, no one could have predicted that during the winter of 1944/45 the allies would encounter problems in the Ardennes Forest, i.e, The Battle of the Bulge which was the last German attempt to save the Fatherland.
Now apply that lesson from WWII to today's battle we've been talking about. Fun fact: CO2 not only helps plants grow, but it's also been shown that nose-breathing helps the body retain slightly more CO2 within itself, which enhances and sharpens the morphology of the body (for example, nose-breathing while working out will lead to a more "toned" look). I live up in Michigan and have been growing my own Cannabis for about 15 years now. It is well known that supplementing indoor grows with CO2 can increase yields by up to 20% and CO2 only constitutes .04% of what we know as air. When I ran for Congress (1996) I had 3 planks: Stop offshoring jobs/factories to China, a 20 year moratorium on both Legal/Illegal Immigration and legalizing adult Cannabis cultivation. Featherjourney, that’s an excellent article. Likely the people of Savannah clearly understand that back in the 1700s, hence the decision to ban them. Interesting that the vast majority of lawyers are always Dems. Explains a lot about the progressive corruption in the Democratic Party, and the Republican Party’s (finally 🤔) achieved the same level of corruption. It’s primarily the corruption of morals and ethics (foundation of the rule of law, right?). I considered law, so worked as a paralegal for 2 years for a district attorney. Abandoned the plan when I saw the corruption at the local level. This does clearly help us understand why we need to clean government and start over. There are many different types of "United States"—a corporation being one version of it. It's a bit like if you had 2 friends named Billy Bob. It's the same name but two different entities (as of yet I'm not sure how many "United States" there are... but I can point to at least two of them).
It says it right there in plain english that "United States" refers to a federal corporation.
As an aside, one thing I've noticed through studying hypnosis is that "hypnotic deletion" of sensory material can indeed take place when one is confronted with something that runs completely contrary to ones belief system. It may be the case that, due to his training, your husband is literally unable to see citation—as in, not even trying to be difficult, but literally can't see it. "Hypnotic blindness" is far more common than most realize.
In any event, a persuasive maneuver might be to say something like "I know the United States usually thought of as a country [this is known in the hypno-world as a "pacing" statement, which basically means your affirming a person's present experience], but what if that's not the whole picture? [non-committal language helps people ease into new ideas] All I'm saying is that it says right here that it's a corporation [now you've presented the fact to him, without any need for him to make anything in particular out of it, which also helps people begin to expand their belief systems to be able to cognize new information]"

It is my understanding that the US became a "corporation" with the signing of the Act of 1871, making DC the center of the federal government. A simple set of suggestions, if we can first manage to get rid of the '250 years of constitutional jurisprudence' starting with Marbury v Madison, and all subsequent laws:
1. No bill in Congress may be more than ten pages long, nor may it address more than one issue. (California has this sort of requirement for ballot referenda, presumably because the Populace cannot be expected to understand anything more complex. I posit to you, fair reader, that a similar observation may be made of legislators, since they are on average no more or less intelligent than the general population.)
2. No bill may give any non-elected person or persons the authority to write regulations with the power of law. All laws which may be enforced against any US Person (n.b. this includes corporations) must have been duly passed into law by Congress and the President per Article 1, Section 7 of the US Constitution. (Most of the regulatory morass we face these days is in fact written by agencies like the EPA and IRS.)
3. No budget shall be passed which does not balance. Any unintended deficit must be made up prior to any appropriation being made in the next fiscal period. Neither the United States, nor any State, shall have the power to borrow or encumber the Population with any sort of future obligations.
4. No tax may be laid on income of any sort, nor on wealth. The Federal Government may lay a sales tax on the final retail sale of all new goods and services, not to exceed 5% (see fairtax.org for how to do this -- no exemptions, which would require an 'exemption agency' with the resulting rent-seeking (i.e. corrupt) potential such power would inevitably entail).
5. Get rid of all executive departments, agencies etc. except for those existing initially: War (Defense), State, Treasury and Justice. (This is who George Washington had, just four members, in his Cabinet: Secretary of State Thomas Jefferson, Secretary of Treasury Alexander Hamilton, Secretary of War Henry Knox, and Attorney General Edmund Randolph.)
6. Feel free to add to this list, it is just a starting point.

This dual Language is the a very telling feature of the Dragon Bloodline Families or Bavarian Illuminati. Something does stand out to me when "Dual Language" is mentioned. The ruling structure of the Khazarian Khagnate was a dual structure; also, much of the "heraldry" found on various coats of arms through out Europe where the Order of the Garter have influence, always feature either a double eagle, or double dragon. With a dual control system there is a public "face" or Facade (what we normally think of as our 'Republic'), then there is the real controllers behind the curtain. The way I see the issue of the "legal system," is that it should be a structural set of "social agreements." These agreements should never be too arbitrary from what I call "Natural Law." Common Law could be considered one step down from natural law; the actual application of our "Constitution for these states united," (lower case intended) can be considered an enshrinement of natural law where all Individually Sovereign Beings are able to agree to interact, without the interference of Arbitrarily Superior Legal Structures. So, Laws are only "Social Agreements."

When we use language that addresses "I am" to (a subject) in this case, "citizenship" we are addressing ourselves within a linguistic constraint; tethering the infinite condition of a sovereign being directly to a conditional, legally defined fictional entity. Which is then controlled by the issuing entity; Depository Trust Corporation under the legal umbrella of the United States Incorporated. Through issuance and control of birth certificates, the citizen becomes legal collateral to the Bank of International Settlements, this creates ipso facto guarantorship for every living human being who holds a “citizenship.”

I've been looking through some old Westminster statutes and see that the grammar used to refer to the "United States" or "united states of America" and so on seems to change quite drastically from statute to statute to treaty, etc... These can't be the same entity. Indeed, I'm starting to think there are as many as 4 or 5 different versions of the "US", and each one operates in it's own unique jurisdiction, all of which pretend to be the same jurisdiction (more or less).
My current working hypothesis is that we made an attempt to free ourselves that never truly came to fruition—likely due to a combination of legal illiteracy (which is by design) combined with the presence of snakes and traitors amongst the founding fathers. I hesitate to give names only because I'm still piecing together the picture, however Jefferson noted many times in his private journals that the federalists entire goal was to "reunite our fate with that of Great Britain", which appears exactly to have been what occurred (assuming the countries ever split apart to begin with).
At most, we might have had a year or so of genuine independence—but probably not even that. The "freedom" we're told we have is nothing more than a propaganda set piece designed to thwart accurate perception of our true circumstances. The way I see it, the American Dream has yet to come to fruition at all.

From the Declaration of Independence we derived our "unalienable" rights from our Creator. these include, but are not limited to "life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness."
Under the Organic (Original) Constitution of 1787 we were a "Republic" which is a nation with clearly defined rights for the people, strict limits on what government could do, and minority rights were protected just as carefully as majority rights.
After the Civil War, the USA was bankrupt. This bankruptcy was expected ahead of time by the global bankers headquartered in the City of London. So immediately after the Civil War their agents gained access to Congress and removed the original 13th amendment, replaced it with a new 13th amendment and engineered the 14th amendment which "removed" those Rights given by our Creator and replaced them, with the help of Congress changing one letter of one word in the Declaration of Independence, and placed us under a system where it is argued and enforced today as if our rights are granted by Government, not God.
The one letter of one word in the Declaration of Independence that was changed was the removal of a "u" and replaced by an "i" changing the word "unalienable" to "inalienable." A little change that made a tremendous difference. When our rights were "unalienable", root word "lien" and were given by our Creator, see the second paragraph of the Declaration of Independence, no entity or person could place a lien on our rights. No one entity or person was higher than the Creator who gave us those Rights.
When the "u" was replaced by an "i" it changed the meaning of everything related to our rights. Now the word was "inalienable", root word "alien". What is an "alien?" An alien in a foreigner, someone not a "natural citizen" by birth. To become a "citizen" the "alien" has to go through a process to obtain citizenship and as a result is granted "privileges and immunities" by the government and does not have a claim to "Rights granted by the Creator." (See the 14th amendment for verification).
Then came the Act of Feb. 21, 1871 where Congress created a Corporation, the UNITED STATES. A corporation has to own something so the corporation was given, by Congress, ownership of what we know as Washington D.C.
This owned area of land, being also the site of government that was no longer a Republic, but now a Corporation had the legal effect of changing the President, Vice President and Congress into what today we call the CEO, COO, and Shareholders of a Corporation.
Now the International Bankers of the City of London would loan money to the newly formed corporation the UNITED STATES.
As many of you well know and understand, a Corporation exists for one main purpose, to enrich the CEO, COO and shareholders of the corporation at the expense of those who "rely" upon the corporation for the "goods" the corporation sells-think "protection," policing of professions such as Medicine, Law, Drug companies, etc.
How is the funds borrowed from the International Bankers paid back? It is not all in monthly or yearly payments like we would have to make on a house or car loan. It is by a combination of "control," think passing laws pushed by the international Bankers who, if the laws are not passed will "call" the loans and by a system that is gradually phased in to vacuum all the money possible from the common people, think IRS.
Those of you were adults in the 1980s, do you remember getting the letter from your bank saying you needed to be sure the bank had your correct SSN by a certain date or the bank would have to close your accounts?
Then in the late 1990s the banks switched from returning your canceled checks each month to a system where you had a very small copy of your canceled checks included with your bank statement instead of the actual canceled checks. (Just a copy of the face of the check.)
Now you get a "line item" such as "Check 1224 (of) $345.95 (cleared by the bank on) 5/13/2022.
Did you notice the progression? First be sure the banks have the correct SSN (also needed on your income tax forms). Then you no longer get the canceled checks back, just a small copy of them-front page only. Now you just get a "line item," why?
If you were fortunate, some would say "enough of a pack rat" to save those checks that were canceled and returned to you some 40 years ago AND if you had to write a check to the IRS for taxes owed, you would be able to discover something very interesting.
Instead of the checks to the IRS being stamped on the back "Deposit into the US Treasury" so the tax funds collected could go for the operating expenses of the "US Government" you would find that every one of those checks were stamped on the back "Pay any Federal Reserve Bank."
I can just hear some saying "So what's the big deal? Isn't the Federal Reserve part of our government?" No it is not, it is a "central bank" that is in league with the International Bankers the UNITED STATES keeps borrowing money from.
The IRS is the collection agency for the Federal Reserve which is in league with the International Bankers! You've not been told the truth!

The pain and all the drugs they had her on simply overwhelmed her, along with her other mental/emotional/alcohol issues. He never ONCE tested her alcohol level!
My 89 year old Mom, having long had COPD and high blood pressure, as well as clotting problems, got COVID in November 2019 and I went and stayed with her in her tiny 1 BR apartment to take care of her - getting up at midnight to set up her nebulizer, putting ointment on her shingles (which she never had until she got the vaccine), etc.. She ended up in the hospital 5 days later when she simply couldn't breath any more and was in and out of hospitals; the hospital here, where she was supposed to have 9 days of physical therapy to get her strength back, was horrendous! She arrived on a Thursday afternoon, had therapy on Friday - nothing Saturday or Sunday - Monday morning they "evaluated" her and sent her home. Turns out she had a blood clot in her leg and pneumonia by then. But we pulled her thru it and were able to celebrate her 90th that next July. And she's still kicking, believe it or not! We're some tough old broads!!! I only wore a mask when I was required to at medical facilities and/or pharmacies for her. I haven't had a vaccine in years, since my tetanus booster around 5 years ago, and will never have another one. I am fine, never had COVID - I had surgery for skin cancer removal and they tested me - no antibodies.

In 1927 the United States was really a corporation known as the UNITED STATES (all caps to show it's corporation status) yet courts, politicians and many legal professionals hid that fact of corporation from the "masses" by subterfuge such as not spelling United States in all caps. since the US was a corporation at that time, it also meant that each Stae was a (sub) corporation of the Iparent) corporation the UNITED STATES.

Fun fact: CO2 not only helps plants grow, but it's also been shown that nose-breathing helps the body retain slightly more CO2 within itself, which enhances and sharpens the morphology of the body (for example, nose-breathing while working out will lead to a more "toned" look). I live up in Michigan and have been growing my own Cannabis for about 15 years now. It is well known that supplementing indoor grows with CO2 can increase yields by up to 20% and CO2 only constitutes .04% of what we know as air. When I ran for Congress (1996) I had 3 planks: Stop offshoring jobs/factories to China, a 20 year moratorium on both Legal/Illegal Immigration and legalizing adult Cannabis cultivation. Featherjourney, that’s an excellent article. Likely the people of Savannah clearly understand that back in the 1700s, hence the decision to ban them. Interesting that the vast majority of lawyers are always Dems. Explains a lot about the progressive corruption in the Democratic Party, and the Republican Party’s (finally 🤔) achieved the same level of corruption. It’s primarily the corruption of morals and ethics (foundation of the rule of law, right?). I considered law, so worked as a paralegal for 2 years for a district attorney. Abandoned the plan when I saw the corruption at the local level. This does clearly help us understand why we need to clean government and start over. There are many different types of "United States"—a corporation being one version of it. It's a bit like if you had 2 friends named Billy Bob. It's the same name but two different entities (as of yet I'm not sure how many "United States" there are... but I can point to at least two of them).

It says it right there in plain english that "United States" refers to a federal corporation.
As an aside, one thing I've noticed through studying hypnosis is that "hypnotic deletion" of sensory material can indeed take place when one is confronted with something that runs completely contrary to ones belief system. It may be the case that, due to his training, your husband is literally unable to see citation—as in, not even trying to be difficult, but literally can't see it. "Hypnotic blindness" is far more common than most realize.
In any event, a persuasive maneuver might be to say something like "I know the United States usually thought of as a country [this is known in the hypno-world as a "pacing" statement, which basically means your affirming a person's present experience], but what if that's not the whole picture? [non-committal language helps people ease into new ideas] All I'm saying is that it says right here that it's a corporation [now you've presented the fact to him, without any need for him to make anything in particular out of it, which also helps people begin to expand their belief systems to be able to cognize new information]"

It is my understanding that the US became a "corporation" with the signing of the Act of 1871, making DC the center of the federal government. A simple set of suggestions, if we can first manage to get rid of the '250 years of constitutional jurisprudence' starting with Marbury v Madison, and all subsequent laws:
1. No bill in Congress may be more than ten pages long, nor may it address more than one issue. (California has this sort of requirement for ballot referenda, presumably because the Populace cannot be expected to understand anything more complex. I posit to you, fair reader, that a similar observation may be made of legislators, since they are on average no more or less intelligent than the general population.)
2. No bill may give any non-elected person or persons the authority to write regulations with the power of law. All laws which may be enforced against any US Person (n.b. this includes corporations) must have been duly passed into law by Congress and the President per Article 1, Section 7 of the US Constitution. (Most of the regulatory morass we face these days is in fact written by agencies like the EPA and IRS.)
3. No budget shall be passed which does not balance. Any unintended deficit must be made up prior to any appropriation being made in the next fiscal period. Neither the United States, nor any State, shall have the power to borrow or encumber the Population with any sort of future obligations.
4. No tax may be laid on income of any sort, nor on wealth. The Federal Government may lay a sales tax on the final retail sale of all new goods and services, not to exceed 5% (see fairtax.org for how to do this -- no exemptions, which would require an 'exemption agency' with the resulting rent-seeking (i.e. corrupt) potential such power would inevitably entail).
5. Get rid of all executive departments, agencies etc. except for those existing initially: War (Defense), State, Treasury and Justice. (This is who George Washington had, just four members, in his Cabinet: Secretary of State Thomas Jefferson, Secretary of Treasury Alexander Hamilton, Secretary of War Henry Knox, and Attorney General Edmund Randolph.)
6. Feel free to add to this list, it is just a starting point.

This dual Language is the a very telling feature of the Dragon Bloodline Families or Bavarian Illuminati. Some of the research I have done, points to the presence of very exclusive bloodline defined families that have been a the center of this "Corporatization," from before the colonies broke away from the British Empire. As with most of this stuff, it is very multilayered and by design, meant to be "Hidden."
Something does stand out to me when "Dual Language" is mentioned. The ruling structure of the Khazarian Khagnate was a dual structure; also, much of the "heraldry" found on various coats of arms through out Europe where the Order of the Garter have influence, always feature either a double eagle, or double dragon. With a dual control system there is a public "face" or Facade (what we normally think of as our 'Republic'), then there is the real controllers behind the curtain. [Double Eagle] Biden is DEFINITELY a puppet, but all the politicians are.

The way I see the issue of the "legal system," is that it should be a structural set of "social agreements." These agreements should never be too arbitrary from what I call "Natural Law." Common Law could be considered one step down from natural law; the actual application of our "Constitution for these states united," (lower case intended) can be considered an enshrinement of natural law where all Individually Sovereign Beings are able to agree to interact, without the interference of Arbitrarily Superior Legal Structures. So, Laws are only "Social Agreements."
There is one other aspect to view the of role Individual Sovereignty and this nullifies Arbitrary Hierarchy; each Individual is their own master. To expand on this concept I used an important linguistic connection to the Eternal Being within each of us:
Let's start with some linguistics used for declaration of being. The same expression can be found in every language in and from every age: This is the porthole of, "I am.” When viewed from other languages; especially some of the ancient ones, this is extremely profound.
Note: that “porthole” refers to a connection between physical and non-physical reality of being. A very significant portion of what we are is NOT physical, it is Energy.
In the Bible, God said through the burning bush: "I am that I am.”
Government attempts to restrict Sovereignty to gain control over Individuals by coercion of use of “I am.” Linguistic Manipulation becomes Psychological Entanglement and Obedience.
When we use language that addresses "I am" to (a subject) in this case, "citizenship" we are addressing ourselves within a linguistic constraint; tethering the infinite condition of a sovereign being directly to a conditional, legally defined fictional entity. Which is then controlled by the issuing entity; Depository Trust Corporation under the legal umbrella of the United States Incorporated. Through issuance and control of birth certificates, the citizen becomes legal collateral to the Bank of International Settlements, this creates ipso facto guarantorship for every living human being who holds a “citizenship.”

I've been looking through some old Westminster statutes and see that the grammar used to refer to the "United States" or "united states of America" and so on seems to change quite drastically from statute to statute to treaty, etc... These can't be the same entity. Indeed, I'm starting to think there are as many as 4 or 5 different versions of the "US", and each one operates in it's own unique jurisdiction, all of which pretend to be the same jurisdiction (more or less).
My current working hypothesis is that we made an attempt to free ourselves that never truly came to fruition—likely due to a combination of legal illiteracy (which is by design) combined with the presence of snakes and traitors amongst the founding fathers. I hesitate to give names only because I'm still piecing together the picture, however Jefferson noted many times in his private journals that the federalists entire goal was to "reunite our fate with that of Great Britain", which appears exactly to have been what occurred (assuming the countries ever split apart to begin with).
At most, we might have had a year or so of genuine independence—but probably not even that. The "freedom" we're told we have is nothing more than a propaganda set piece designed to thwart accurate perception of our true circumstances. The way I see it, the American Dream has yet to come to fruition at all.
I'm just happy to see that I'm not alone in this perspective. My research is dedicated to exposure of the International Criminal Cabal, you are showing part of what I refer to as the hard infiltration. The pseudo legal structures that most law is based on, is a self feeding and self maintaining system.
What really made me see it, is Kathrine Watt's research on the plandemic covid scam. Almost all law is linguistic sensitive.
