I want you to , notice the wording and capatilization within the quotes!!! That is the September 17, 1787 document written by our founding fathers. What exactly is that document??? As I read the above section I put in quotes, it appears that you are saying it was politicians who voted in the 16th Amendment. It was politicians, but to clarify "which" politicians ratified the 16th Amendment it was State Politicians, not Federal Politicians. (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sixteenth_Amendment_to_the_United_States_Constitution) Federal politicians can put forward what they would like to see in an Amendment to the Constitution but an Amendment can only be ratified by 3/4s of the States Legislators or 3/4s of the States citizens in a referendum vote. Either method of ratifying an Amendment must be done within a specified period of time, like 7 years from the proposal of the Amendment or the ratification fails.
Also, like most Americans, I used to hold the opinion that American's rights were "inalienable." That is until I had the privilege to read 3 old US History books written between 1880 and 1895. All 3 of those books, former College American History books, I ran across in the "Stacks" of a small College Library in a State east of the Mississippi River some years ago.
All 3 of those books said the 2nd paragraph of The Declaration of Independence said, "We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, That they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness..." Notice that the Rights were "unalienable" not "inalienable."
Here is how these books explained the difference: when the word was "unalienable" it was pronounced un-a-lien-able, with the root word being "lien", when someone has a higher claim to something, such as your home, that you consider is yours. (If you have a mortgage lien on your house, just miss 3 payments and see who really owns the house.) Since the original version of the Declaration of Independence had the word "un-a-lien-able in it it meant that no one, such as government had a higher claim to those rights than the American Citizen had. Government did not give those rights and government could not take away those rights!
That brings up the question of "where did the word "inalienable" (in-alien-able) come from? Well, are you ready for a short story similar to the one about the 16th Amendment?
First, when the word is "in-alien-able" the root word is "alien". what is an alien? A person who is not a natural born citizen of a country but who wants to become a citizen of that country. How does an "alien" become a "citizen"? By making application and going through a process set up for an "alien" to become a "citizen." At the alien's swearing in as a country's "citizen" that alien makes an Oath of Allegiance to the new country and in return that country's government grants that former "alien" "inalienable rights" given by government and what government gives, government can take away!
The above explanation, is what those 3 old US History books said.
A few years later, I was present at Mt. Rushmore at dusk when a video was shown on a large screen below the 4 faces. There were several hundred people also present. In the video the Declaration of Independence was read and guess what? The word read in the 2nd paragraph was not "in-alien-able" but "un-a-lien-able"! About 5 years later I had the privilege of visiting the "Declaration House" in Philadelphia. A reproduction of the house where Thomas Jefferson rented the upstairs and wrote The Declaration of Independence.

One of the US Park Service employees walked up to me and asked, "What do you mean, this is correct or this is incorrect?" I replied, "Do you have what you are sure is a true, correct and complete copy of the original, just as Thomas Jefferson wrote it?" I was assured they had a copy like that. I asked her to go look at it and come back and tell me "what this word right here was" pointing to "unalienable" on one copy and "inalienable" on another. A few minutes later she came back and said "the word starts with a "u". not an "i" and you (meaning me) are the first person in the 5 years I have worked here to point out that a lot of what we sell is incorrect."
I looked at her and said, "Well, in a sense they are both correct, but the one with the "i' was changed by the Act of February 21, 1871. I explained how I knew that it had been changed and told her that it was very hard to find that Act on the web, but if she could she would understand "why" the "u" was changed to an "i".

Then in 1870 the USA was bankrupt from the Civil War and the Grant Administration did not have the funds to Pay pensions to disabled Union Soldiers or pensions to the widows of Northern soldiers killed in the Civil War plus other debts from the war.
Where does a country go to borrow money when it is bankrupt? To the Rothschild Bankers in the City of London. (British Royal Bankers and lenders to the Countries of the World).
But these bankers want a lot of "security" for the loans they give. One form of security piggybacked on the 14th Amendment Section 1, passed a couple of years before with influence from British Agents, who likely knew it was just a matter of time until the USA needed a loan from the Bankers in the City of London!
Before obtaining the needed funds from the Rothschild Bankers, the requirements included Congress passing an Act, (The Act of February 21, 1871 was the act), which set up a Corporation called the United States. The Corporation had to have a territory that belonged to it and that territory, according to the Act was what was known as Washington D.C. Also included was the change of the "u" to an "i" making the word "un-a-lien-able" become "in-alien-able". Now the funds were loaned to the Grant Administration!
Now go and read the 14th Amendment, Section 1; "All persons born or naturalized in the United States, (notice that those born and those who were aliens and became "naturalized" are now equal status, where before those born had a higher claim to rights than those naturalized), and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, (again reiterating that both born and naturalized are now equal), are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside. Now, what is it that a naturalized citizen is given upon taking an oath to the US and becoming a "citizen"? He/she is given "privileges and immunities"!

As I read the above section I put in quotes, it appears that you are saying it was politicians who voted in the 16th Amendment. (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sixteenth_Amendment_to_the_United_States_Constitution) Federal politicians can put forward what they would like to see in an Amendment to the Constitution but an Amendment can only be ratified by 3/4s of the States Legislators or 3/4s of the States citizens in a referendum vote. Either method of ratifying an Amendment must be done within a specified period of time, like 7 years from the proposal of the Amendment or the ratification fails.
Also, like most Americans, I used to hold the opinion that American's rights were "inalienable." That is until I had the privilege to read 3 old US History books written between 1880 and 1895. All 3 of those books, former College American History books, I ran across in the "Stacks" of a small College Library in a State east of the Mississippi River some years ago.
All 3 of those books said the 2nd paragraph of The Declaration of Independence said, "We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, That they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness..." Notice that the Rights were "unalienable" not "inalienable."
Here is how these books explained the difference: when the word was "unalienable" it was pronounced un-a-lien-able, with the root word being "lien", when someone has a higher claim to something, such as your home, that you consider is yours. (If you have a mortgage lien on your house, just miss 3 payments and see who really owns the house.) Since the original version of the Declaration of Independence had the word "un-a-lien-able in it it meant that no one, such as government had a higher claim to those rights than the American Citizen had. Government did not give those rights and government could not take away those rights!
That brings up the question of "where did the word "inalienable" (in-alien-able) come from? Well, are you ready for a short story similar to the one about the 16th Amendment?
First, when the word is "in-alien-able" the root word is "alien". what is an alien? A person who is not a natural born citizen of a country but who wants to become a citizen of that country. How does an "alien" become a "citizen"? By making application and going through a process set up for an "alien" to become a "citizen." At the alien's swearing in as a country's "citizen" that alien makes an Oath of Allegiance to the new country and in return that country's government grants that former "alien" "inalienable rights" given by government and what government gives, government can take away!
The above explanation, is what those 3 old US History books said.
A few years later, I was present at Mt. Rushmore at dusk when a video was shown on a large screen below the 4 faces. There were several hundred people also present. In the video the Declaration of Independence was read and guess what? The word read in the 2nd paragraph was not "in-alien-able" but "un-a-lien-able"! About 5 years later I had the privilege of visiting the "Declaration House" in Philadelphia. A reproduction of the house where Thomas Jefferson rented the upstairs and wrote The Declaration of Independence.
The first floor of that house is a souvenir shop operated by the US Park Service and it had multiple copies of The Declaration of Independence for sale, in different sizes, different fonts and different colored paper. I had a friend with me and as we walked around I would point to a copy of the Declaration and say "this one is correct" or "this one is incorrect".
One of the US Park Service employees walked up to me and asked, "What do you mean, this is correct or this is incorrect?" I replied, "Do you have what you are sure is a true, correct and complete copy of the original, just as Thomas Jefferson wrote it?" I was assured they had a copy like that. I asked her to go look at it and come back and tell me "what this word right here was" pointing to "unalienable" on one copy and "inalienable" on another. A few minutes later she came back and said "the word starts with a "u". not an "i" and you (meaning me) are the first person in the 5 years I have worked here to point out that a lot of what we sell is incorrect."
I looked at her and said, "Well, in a sense they are both correct, but the one with the "i' was changed by the Act of February 21, 1871. I explained how I knew that it had been changed and told her that it was very hard to find that Act on the web, but if she could she would understand "why" the "u" was changed to an "i".
Are you ready for a story that rival's the one you told about the 16th Amendment?
Prior to the US Civil War, Great Britain was still smarting from the defeat of the Revolutionary War and not defeating the "Colonies' in the War of 1812, even though they had burned a lot of Washington DC. So British agents were doing their part to fan the flames that would burst into the Civil War. Once the Civil War broke out, the British recognized the South and Lincoln, fearing a British attack on the North by sea, arranged to have the Russian Navy help guard the US Coast!
After the Civil War ended, British Agents played a role in the ratification of the 14th Amendment in 1868.
Then in 1870 the USA was bankrupt from the Civil War and the Grant Administration did not have the funds to Pay pensions to disabled Union Soldiers or pensions to the widows of Northern soldiers killed in the Civil War plus other debts from the war.
Where does a country go to borrow money when it is bankrupt? To the Rothschild Bankers in the City of London. (British Royal Bankers and lenders to the Countries of the World).
But these bankers want a lot of "security" for the loans they give. One form of security piggybacked on the 14th Amendment Section 1, passed a couple of years before with influence from British Agents, who likely knew it was just a matter of time until the USA needed a loan from the Bankers in the City of London!
Before obtaining the needed funds from the Rothschild Bankers, the requirements included Congress passing an Act, (The Act of February 21, 1871 was the act), which set up a Corporation called the United States. The Corporation had to have a territory that belonged to it and that territory, according to the Act was what was known as Washington D.C. Also included was the change of the "u" to an "i" making the word "un-a-lien-able" become "in-alien-able". Now the funds were loaned to the Grant Administration!
Now go and read the 14th Amendment, Section 1; "All persons born or naturalized in the United States, (notice that those born and those who were aliens and became "naturalized" are now equal status, where before those born had a higher claim to rights than those naturalized), and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, (again reiterating that both born and naturalized are now equal), are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside. (No sole State Citizenship here, but a lower level, notice the lower case "c" in the word "citizen" whereas the word was "Citizen" in the Constitution, Article 1, Section 2, paragraph 2; Article 1, Section 3, paragraph 3; Article 11, Section 1, paragraph 5, twice here; Article iii, Section 2, paragraph 1, Citizens listed 5 times here; Article IV, Section 2, paragraph 1; Amendment 11, paragraph 1, Citizens, twice; The Declaration of Independence, paragraph 28 Citizens). Continuing with the 14th amendment; "No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges and immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws."
Now, what is it that a naturalized citizen is given upon taking an oath to the US and becoming a "citizen"? He/she is given "privileges and immunities"!
So, thanks to the British Agents both pre and post Civil War, The Rothschild Bankers of the City of London and the US Congress and President Grant in 1871 we, by fiat (fraud) lost out God given Rights, (From the Creator as stated in the Declaration of Independence) and now only have "rights" given by government!
And this process I learned from those 3 old US History books set America up for the 16th Amendment via Bankers, British Bankers!
