The Five Rules of Propaganda

1. The rule of simplification - reducing all data to a simple confrontation between 'Good and Bad', 'Friend and Foe'.

2. The rule of disfiguration - discrediting the opposition by crude smears and parodies.

3. The rule of transfusion - manipulating the consensus values of the target audience for one's own ends.

4. The rule of unanimity - presenting one's viewpoint as if it were unanimous opinion of all right-thinking people: draining the doubting individual into agreement by the appeal of star-performers, by social pressure , and by 'psychological contagion'.

5. The rule of orchestration - endlessly repeating the same messages in different variations and combinations.

"Given that Trump is essentially on trial for “lying” about the theft of the 2020 election, his defense rests upon proving that he was telling the truth."

This is overreach. First Trump does not need to prove anything; all he must do (these are criminal allegations with jail time attached) is create a reasonable doubt about the government's case against him. This is a far lighter burden, and it is even lighter than the 'preponderance of evidence' standard used in civil cases.

Secondly, the issue is not whether Trump was telling the truth, it is whether Trump believed he was telling the truth. You do hit on this fact elsewhere, but it is a very important distinction. It is this distinction which gives Trump the right to bring evidence forward regarding his state of mind. If the matter was simply about 'the truth,' Trump's state of mind would be irrelevant; the government would be free to present whatever evidence they deem relevant to establishing 'the truth.' Trump's beliefs would be irrelevant; but in reality they are the essence of the matter.

Trump's right to bring forth evidence supporting his belief that the election was stolen from him is key to his defense, and also key to the disclosure that he and the White Hats are planning. The government cannot deny him the right to present this evidence, though they may well try. Those decisions (which would be violations of due process) may be appealed and if there is a pattern of obstruction by the government, can be cause for recusal, change of venue, or even dismissal with prejudice.

My belief is that these indictments were a smoke screen, intended to draw attention away from something [they] did not want people to see -- evidence of the Biden crime family's nefarious acts. The government does not want these cases to be heard, instead they will likely end up dropped as quietly as they can manage.

My gut reaction is that they are trying to build future careers in politics, BUT that doesn't mean it is impossible to think that they are being guided down this path perhaps by a potential deep operative at the DOJ or elsewhere. Greedy and ambitious people are the easiest to maneuver.

Great article. I definitely believe Jack and Fani are in on the plan - this is the first time I've heard someone else say that.

The way Trump publicly insults them defies logic. Who, in their right mind, would repeatedly insult the people prosecuting them in court - unless they were part of the plan?

Thanks for a great, well-written article. God Bless!

"...butright now, I just want to point out the fact..."

I don't think that "butright" is a real word. Butifitis I'm gonna steal it! ;)

I don't think they are in it by their own volition, perhaps they are being gently 'encouraged' because they have secrets..🤫

IMHO Willis and Smith are not a part of any plan. They are just incompetent prosecutors at best. Willis may have been provoked into doing it, Smith...who knows? Garland had to bring him back to the States from Belgium. Maybe Garland chose him because of his past poor track record and could use him as a scapegoat when this whole thing goes South. Hopefully the evidence can be admitted. If not, certainly then there grounds for appeal. WWG1WGA

This is all a big show. Are they in on it? I don't think so. Simply two less than the sharpest knives in the drawer trying to get their BS over the finish line. Are juries that dumb? Not the ones I've seen. But you haven't asked the really big question, "What if Trump is found guilty?" Is the left that stupid?

I printed this out and took it to the cafeteria to read. Somebody saw me reading as asked "who is Fani Willis?" They must have seen the Title. I said "after reading this, I am not so sure anymore." :-) Thanks for another bang up job. I don't think it's a stretch to think "Smith" and "Willis" made a deal to save their hides either.

Enjoyed the article very much...I have the popcorn ready for the DS takedown...of course, I don't believe the DS will give up peacefully.

As for Big Fani and Jackass Smith, I have a hard time believing they would be helping willfully, and have no problem believing their egos would blind them of their stupidity.

Most unfortunate is the obvious upcoming attempt to create another PLANdemic, I will be following the lead of General Flynn: NO MASKS, NO TESTS, NO LOCKDOWNS, NO FxxKING JABS.

Smith and Willis are either playing their roles in the White Hat operation or they'e both so filled with hate for anything Trumpian that their critical thinking skills have atrophied, rendering them hopelessly imbecilic. The only middle ground I can envision is that they're both simply playing their assigned Deep State roles, throwing everything they can at him (AND his supporters - always a HUGE mistake!) in hopes of weakening him in any manner whatsoever. If that's the case, there doesn't appear to be any favorable path forward for them which will undermine the backing that Trump continues to cultivate from the awakening mass of disgruntled and dispirited Americans.

So, I'm feeling rather comfy, myself. But, the promised STORM is upon us and it will likely get worse before it gets better. I see it as a healing crisis, painful yet needed.

Many are forgetting that the required intelligence document that was supposed to be delivered 45 days after the election regarding election fraud, was late. The reason it was late is because the Director of National Intelligence (DNI) found evidence of election fraud. The argument was if the fraud was enough to change the election. Along with this we need to look at the EO 13848 which states any evidence of election interference by another country. Not significant enough interference to change the election. A very distinct difference. Are we living under the actions regarding EO 13848? Are we watching a movie? Clearly the masked person playing the Resident Let's Go Brandon FJB is not the same Joe as the VP. The pictures side by side tell the story... All of these questions go unanswered!! Do you see a pattern here??? Peace...

Wonderfully written as it made my day! The truth indeed needs to be heard, as the platform is now set for it to happen! Thank you American Hypnotist for this reminder that everything will go by the rule of law, and President Trump will have his day in court, and what a day that will be for him and us!
