Shadilay, Pepes!
How do you feel about the book of Revelation?
For some, this highly contested book of the Bible causes feelings of confusion, anxiety, and fear. For others, it causes feelings of certainty, peace, and hope. Let me assure you I reside in the second camp, regardless of how the events unfold.
Revelation is arguably one of the most debated books of the Bible due to its extensive use of symbolism, metaphor, apocalyptic language, complex themes, and prophecy. This is further complicated by historical distances separating what was written (i.e. vision of the future) from when it was written (i.e. 1st century A.D.), cultural differences, the inadequacy of human language, and millennia of interpretation. We won’t even discuss the infiltration, division, misleading, and pacification of the church that have invariably happened.
If Revelation had a social media profile, it’s relationship status with humanity would be set to, “it’s complicated.” Ultimately, I am confident in one conclusion:
WE ARE ALL WRONG!
Now, I am not saying we haven’t gotten some things right. Rather, I am saying it’s highly unlikely we have gotten all things right and there are no unknowns or alternative possibilities. Therefore, I believe it’s unwise to approach this topic from a position of all-knowing close-mindedness. Whether you agree with this hypothesis or not, I am confident there are elements of truth contained herein that everyone’s mental model would benefit from understanding and incorporating.
Now, before you call me blasphemous or try to burn me at the stake, I am not claiming to be right, claiming anything is happening / will happen, or claiming anything herein is a requirement for salvation. This is not a prophecy. I am ultimately just asking questions.
Most importantly, since the topic of religion is so often divisive, hostile, and opinionated, I want to set clear expectations upfront to keep everyone focused. This piece is intentionally designed to get you to [think outside of the box] and [think critically] regarding matters that are [inconsequential] to salvation, which, per Christian theology is simply a personal relationship with Jesus Christ (Romans 10:9). This piece IS NOT a debate on salvation, baptism, theology, legalism, sin, etc. Whether we are marching through “the Eschaton” or simply going through another cycle of history, it’s hard for me to conclude the times we are living in are anything other than Biblical.
Before we dive in, I believe it’s important to establish a basic understanding of Revelation, especially for those who are not familiar, but want to participate in this thought exercise.
Revelation was written by the apostle John, who also wrote the following books of the New Testament, the Gospel of John and 1-3 John. By this point in his life, John had been exiled to the island of Patmos as a death sentence for his faith and ministry in Christ—a light sentence as compared to other apostles, like Peter, who had various punishments up to and including being crucified upside down.
It’s important to note that Biblical prophecy has historically unfolded in a similar fashion as we have seen with data from the Q drops (i.e. future proves past), with some prophecies still awaiting fulfillment. Therefore, I believe we must continually assess the [complete] picture of what is going on in the world against the prophecies and warnings in the Bible, if we want to increase our odds of successfully navigating the times, should we be here when they unfold.
Alright, now, here is where things will begin to diverge from what you may have previously considered and may currently hold onto. Kek.
You know I am deep down a variety of rabbit holes (Bible, Q, Bitcoin, Pepe, Trump, etc.) and am working a Systems Engineering approach to analyze how everything fits together and paint the big picture, which is RARE. To be honest, this hypothesis stems from a season in life where I found myself seeking God and studying His word in attempts to reconcile the massive amount of evil in this world (demonstrably as bad as biblical descriptions of Sodom and Gomorrah and the end times) with various concepts that are consistently taught in the church, like “the rapture,” specifically a “pre-Tribulation rapture,” and “the Tribulation.”
The rabbit hole all boiled down to the following questions: If [unique] data suggesting we are going through the Tribulation is correct, and the judgements of Revelation are being poured out on a sinful and wicked world, why has the church not been raptured? Will it be? How much worse would it have to get? Is that interpretation wrong? Are any interpretations, right? To what extent? How can we be sure what is symbolic and what is literal in the prophecies? Why does Bitcoin of all things seem to provide insights and connect some dots? Is it all a coincidence?
Note, I do not ask these questions to blame God in any way for the situation of the world. Instead, I ask these questions to better understand God, His will, His word, etc. I must also be clear I neither believe Bitcoin is God nor worship Bitcoin, though it deserves proper analysis and discussion now that it has been discovered.
That being said, here are some high-level Bitcoin basics, especially for those who are not familiar, but want to participate in this thought exercise.
In a phenomenon known as the “Immaculate Conception,” the Bitcoin White Paper was released on October 31, 2008, by an anonymous person or group using the pseudonym Satoshi Nakamoto. On January 3, 2009, Satoshi began the timechain by mining the first block, known as the "Genesis block.” Satoshi continued mining blocks for 6 days, creating the foundation, before releasing the software to the rest of the world. Satoshi helped the network for a few years, then disappeared and has not been heard from since. Whether intended or not, their actions can br viewed as a metaphor to the 6 days of creation in the Bible.
Maybe there was more to it than creating “magic internet money?”
Regardless, we must also recognize that while it was released as a peer-to-peer electronic cash system, every bit of underlying technology (TCP/IP, TOR, SHA-256, GPS) was built by the military for nuclear resistant, wartime application.
United State Space Force Major Jason Lowery has provided an extensive and well researched thesis on how Bitcoin is much more than simply “magic internet money” (see Softwar: A Novel Theory on Power Projection and the National Strategic Significance of Bitcoin).
What if Bitcoin was released as a military weapon and digital counterinsurgency operation meant to address the root cause that has plagued humanity with an endless cycle of destruction and bloodshed for millennia, the centralized control of money?
For those not familiar, the rapture is the “belief that both living and dead believers will ascend into heaven to meet Jesus Christ at the Second Coming.” “The term rapture, however, appears nowhere in the New Testament” (#).
The concept comes from the Apostle Paul’s use of the phrase “be caught up” (harpazō in Greek, “in Latin, rapio”) in 1 Thessalonians 4:17. The term is used in the Bible to mean “to seize, carry off by force,” “to seize on, claim for one’s self eagerly,” or “to snatch out or away” (#). Other verses where this term is used are Matthew 11:12, 13:19, John 6:15, 10:12, 10:28-29, Acts 8:39, 23:10, 2 Corinthians 12:2, 12:4, Jude 1:23, and Revelation 12:5. There are other verses in the New Testament (see 1 Corinthians 15:51-52, Matthew 24:40-41, and Luke 17:34-36) that are used to further support this definition.
While I do believe Paul was describing a real event that will occur, I am not confident it’s synonymous with the church disappearing, simply because we are still here and the [unique] data I mentioned above, which we will discuss below.
Who knows, maybe it will happen before you finish reading this sentence? Hallelujah!
As I read scripture dealing with eschatology, I believe it’s clear the church, believers, etc. are pictured in the world at various points throughout and receive various encouragements and warnings regarding unfolding events. One strong example is found around 7/11ths of the way through Revelation.
This verse is [after] the seal and trumpet judgements and [just prior] to the “the Beast” and “Mark of the Beast.” I simply don’t get confidence the church is leaving when I see, “blessed [are] the dead who die in the Lord from now on,” at this point. Ultimately, if this hypothesis holds any merit, I believe it’s possible we are around this point in the timeline (i.e. almost over, a lot of pain behind us, a bit more pain ahead, but God wins).
Before we move on, I want to pull on the rapture thread a bit more, using one of the verses mentioned that is often used to support the concept.
Matthew 24:36-44 provides another description of the coming of the Son of Man, this time from Christ. While many interpret the people being “taken” as support for the church’s rapture, these verses do not specify [who] gets taken (i.e. believer or non-believer). However, the verses are clear that the end times will be like the days of Noah, before the flood, where the [evil] was removed from the world. Therefore, I believe it plausible that the rapture is instead the process or event (it’s all an instant to God) whereby believers successfully endure the Tribulation, resist the Mark of the Beast, and enter the “Millennial Reign.”
To put that differently, the rapture will remove the [evil].
Now that we have established some basics, I would like to complete a high-level walkthrough of the major events contained in Revelation, as I introduce new elements and flesh out the hypothesis.
First, John describes Christ appearance at His second coming.
I have always viewed the end times illustrations of Christ as awesome and powerful, with an element of mystery. There’s no doubt, the scribbles we apply abstract meaning to, and call language, will never be adequate to describe the things of God. As the popular worship song goes, “I can only imagine.” John describes Christ in many ways, but I want to highlight the phrase, “eyes [like] a flame of fire.” Similar descriptions are used in two other places in scripture (see below).
Note that while John and Daniel both undoubtedly knew exactly what fire looked like, they both described how His eyes appear using a simile. As for the meaning, the Bible uses fire in many places to represent [purification] and [judgement].
As I have spent time down the Bitcoin rabbit hole, I have drawn parallels between Bitcoin and both the actions represented and the illustration provided. As for the actions represented, Bitcoin is the first and only discovery and technology to date with the ability to address the root cause that has plagued humanity with an endless cycle of destruction and bloodshed for millennia—the centralized control of money.
Simply put, Bitcoin’s decentralized ledger [purifies] and [judges] the fiat slave system’s centralized ledger; something that was not possible with previous technology.
Second, Bitcoiners have globally adopted the use of laser eyes on their profile pictures to signal they have discovered and adopted Bitcoin (see below). Again, I want to hit on how Daniel and John both described how His eyes appear using a simile. Let’s think about this logically.
If Daniel wrote that in ~600 BC, John wrote that in ~80 AD, lasers weren’t discovered until 1960, and John was seeing visions at least this far into the future (i.e. 2023+), what else would we really expect them to say if they saw Christ with laser eyes, except His were eyes [like] fire? What if the personification of laser eyes by the Bitcoiners worldwide isn’t some random meme, but a manifestation of Biblical prophecy as Christ reveals the next chapter in His story, in ways we hadn’t imagined?
The next major event is Christ’s letters to the 7 churches. In these letters, the churches are commended, encouraged, and / or rebuked. Of the 7 churches, 5 are rebuked (~71%), for turning from Christ, tolerating false teachings and prophets, participating in immorality, being spiritually dead, being lukewarm, and placing faith in worldly riches. These rebukes were meant to address specific issues and to call them to repentance and renewed faithfulness. Unfortunately, I believe the church today exhibits this same approximate breakdown, with only a few actively concerned with, seeking to understand, and doing the things of God.
A recent and strong example of how fallen the church has become, was the church’s response to the Covid mandates. While I absolutely understand some initial caution, I must re-iterate the call to repentance and renewed faithfulness, as so many churches who bowed to and had faith in the Government, for so long, instead of bowing to and having faith in God.
Seven months into the pandemic, in Oct. 2020, it was reported that almost half of the church [still] had their faith in the wrong place.
“As COVID-19 cases continue to spike in virtually every part of the country, an increasing number of Christians say churches should defy restrictions.” “39 percent of Christians now say they would want their congregation to abide by a government shutdown order” (#).
Remember, while the god-kings were imposing harsh restrictions on the church (even attempting to restrict singing during worship), there were fewer restrictions on liquor stores, pot shops, big brand retailers (e.g. Walmart, Amazon, Home Depot), etc., but I digress.
The next section is where John’s strange descriptions of events still cause cussing and discussing to this day.
Regardless of any differences, many agree that John describes the Tribulation, where God judges a sinful and wicked world. There’s also debate as to whether the Tribulation is a literal 7-year period (interpretation of the 70th week of Daniel, see Daniel 9) or symbolic. Revelation makes reference to three, 3 and 1/2-year periods (see Revelation 11:2-3, 12:6, and 13:5), which many use to support a 7-year period (2 in series, 1 overlaps). Regardless, John uses 7 seals, 7 trumpets, and 7 bowls to describe God’s judgements during this time. All together, [21] judgements. Kek.
Of course, there’s debate over the degree of uniqueness, overlap, timing, duration, and literal or symbolic meaning of the judgements.
The 7 seals symbolize a progression of events leading up to the final judgment and the establishment of God’s Kingdom. They represent various aspects of human history, including conquest, conflict, bloodshed, warfare, violence, scarcity, economic hardship, famine, poverty, death, pestilence, beasts, suffering, persecution, martyrdom, and cosmic upheaval.
The 7 trumpets symbolize a progression of events that unfold during the end times, signaling both divine judgment and the culmination of God’s plan for redemption. They represent various calamities, afflictions, and spiritual battles, including devastation of natural resources and beasts, contaminated and bitter water, reduced light, increased darkness, spiritual torment and anguish, war, and death.
The 7 bowls symbolize the culmination of God's wrath and the final judgments poured out on an evil world during the end times. They are more intense and specific than the preceding judgements, demonstrating God's righteous judgment upon those who have rejected Him and aligned themselves against His purposes.
As I said above, I believe there are many [unique] data points to suggest this time in history is tremendously different than any other period and is therefore more capable of qualifying as the Tribulation.
Again, maybe it isn’t and “you ain’t seen nothin’ yet.” Ultimately, as I read through the judgements, for me to conclude this time in history qualifies, I would need to see credible data to suggest events occurred or are occurring that would produce the magnitude of consequence described in the 4th seal and 6th trumpet – the death of 1/4 and 1/3 of humanity, respectively (see below).
The text is unclear if these are the same event within a range (between 1/4 and 1/3,) or separate events with sequential consequence (1/4 then 1/3, totaling 1/2). It’s also not clear if the death is immediate or occurs over time (it’s all an instant to God). Either way, it sounds like a tall order at first glance.
However, when you look up the root words of the weapons the rider, four angels, and their army are given power over (i.e. sword, hunger, death, beasts, fire, smoke, brimstone), and review their use across scripture, it’s obvious they are able to do this in very broad terms (i.e. all types of destruction, warfare, famine, beasts, and death).
It would be obvious if this happened, right?
For context, the only event in history that draws close estimates is the Black Death, which culminated around the year 1351, which records indicate killed anywhere from 1/10 to 1/4 of the global population. However, that obviously wasn’t the end. So, what could have happened recently, or will happen in the future that would qualify?
If we consider everyone alive today (~8 billion), that’s a scary question. I am sure we can all think of something, but let’s discuss our [unique] situation. What if we consider everyone who would be here but aren’t, due to the evil that has been allowed to manifest through massive amounts of abortion, cancer, sterilization, infertility, destruction of the nuclear family, starvation, thirst, overdose, suicide, murder, war, psyops, genocide, eugenics, slavery, trafficking, etc.?
Approximately, 70% of all people got at least the first dose of the Covid vaccine.
As a safety professional, I have been horrified by the death and injury data I have seen in the years that have followed as a result. Therefore, I must ask how many people will be unable to reproduce or develop a lethal condition over time? Combining all factors above, have we or will we reach a point where 1/4, 1/3, and 1/2 of the population has been killed? Interestingly, Elon Musk is concerned about and highlighting data on a [population collapse]. Here are a few of many examples.
Another [unique] data point that I must include are the prophecies of Kim Clement, which were remarkably accurate. I find it incredible that he made prophecies about Trump becoming president over the course of a decade likely without ever meeting him. Kim mentioned a possible meeting in June 2015, but I couldn’t confirm. He died on November 23, 2016. For this discussion, I want to specifically highlight his prophecy that, “Trump shall become a trumpet” (#). Was this in reference to 1 of the 7 trumpets in Revelation? I also find it interesting he mentions a “brilliant plan” that could only be “given by God.” Kek.
Next, John discusses the Beast and Mark of the Beast (see Revelation 13). Many people will use the concepts of the Beast and “the Antichrist” interchangeably. The concept of the Antichrist, as it’s understood in Christian theology, is primarily associated with the New Testament. It’s different from the concept of being “anti-Christ” (see 1 and 2 John,) though the Antichrist would undoubtedly be anti-Christ. Kek.
Paul describes the "son of lawlessness" (interpreted as the Antichrist) as an individual who opposes God, exalts himself, and performs deceitful signs and wonders to deceive the people, but whose power is temporary (see 2 Thessalonians). Paul emphasizes the need for believers to remain steadfast in their faith, knowing that the ultimate victory belongs to God, and the Antichrist is defeated.
In the Old Testament, the concept of the Antichrist is not explicitly mentioned. However, there are passages that contain prophecies or descriptions of individuals or figures that some interpret as the anti-Christ.
Daniel provides visions that include a beast and oppressive ruler who gathers forces and defiles the sanctuary, replacing sacrifices with abomination. Many are corrupted by flattery, but those who know God remain strong. They face persecution, but accomplish great feats. The ruler exalts himself, speaks blasphemies, and prospers until the appointed time of wrath. He worships a foreign god, conquers nations, and faces opposition. The Ancient of Days arrives, passes judgment, removes the ruler's dominion, and grants the everlasting kingdom to the saints (see Daniel 7:19-27, 9:24-27, and 11:31-45).
Ezekiel provides a message to the prince of Tyre, who had exalted himself as a god despite being a mere man. Because of his pride and wealth, foreign nations would bring about his destruction. The king, once beautiful, would be cast down and destroyed due to his violence, sin, corruption, and he would cease to exist (see Ezekiel 28:1-19 NKJV).
Note that both New and Old Testament descriptions reference believers in the world as the events unfold.
Ultimately, regardless of its exact makeup, or whether we can identify it with a face, it’s clear the Beast or the Antichrist symbolizes a system of power and control, aligned with Satan, that positions itself as God and demands His worship.
Simply put, the Beast thinks it’s large and in charge.
Note that the personifications in scripture are likely simply attempting to describe the spiritual nature of Satan. Which is why I don’t spend much time on “who” (there are many human faces). Regardless, this is a good place to discuss the Mark of the Beast, which is a defining action of the Beast.
Again, for me to conclude that this period in history qualifies as the Tribulation, I would also need to see credible data to suggest events occurred or are occurring that could be equated with the Beast and Mark of the Beast concepts.
As for the Beast, there’s no shortage of data to support the conclusion that globalist, communist, technocratic, warmongering, evil, perverted, lying god-kings—or whatever you want to call them—have declared themselves rulers of the world (some would say gods) and demanded our complete worship (i.e. compliance), or else. If they aren’t the Beast referenced, they are arguably the closest thing we have seen to date. I’d hate to imagine something worse.
As for the Mark of the Beast, I find the physical aspect (i.e. stamped or imprinted on forehead or hand) the least interesting part, as various technologies to accomplish this task, like tattoos, existed when the prophecies were written. Therefore, I want to focus on what makes the Mark of the Beast [unique].
One key distinction is that the Beast requires it from everyone. Another key distinction is that it’s used as a discriminator regarding a person’s ability to participate in the economy (buy or sell). Now, think about how the Beast could leverage the discriminator, promote fear, and use coercion to “cause” people to receive the Mark of the Beast. Keeping all this in mind, I’ve only found a few qualifying events so far.
While the vaccine ordeal wanted to win (global, forced, used fear and coercion, economic discriminator), the intended targets (everyone vaccinated, controlled via vaccine passports) were not reached. I’d say it was a close shave!
Another [unique] factor we must consider, which introduces the next candidate, is the highly digital, interconnected, and global nature of our society. With technologies like the internet, computers, smartphones, satellites, AI, etc., it’s now possible to surveil, centralize, and control entire populations in ways not possible even decades ago.
“Not too far in the future, all ‘global citizens’ are required to possess proper ‘digital identification’ or else they will not be permitted to access the new global digital financial system. Central banks all over the globe have rolled out their new ‘central bank digital currencies’, but in order to use those currencies you must ‘prove that you are who you say you are’, and the only way to do that is with the new global system of digital identification that has been introduced” (#).
To state that differently, there are actions underway to implement a system of total control and enslavement through central bank digital currencies. Interestingly, General Flynn is concerned about and highlighting data on the CBDCs, and has even referred to them as the Mark of the Beast.
Ready or not, they are here!
The next section is where we see the fall of Babylon. While equally able to spawn religious wars over interpretations, I believe the description is simply a more detailed look into the Beast system during the Tribulation. The angel who announces Babylon’s fall is clear that it’s a result of Babylon rejecting God and becoming a dwelling place for demons, a prison for foul spirits, and a cage for birds.
Essentially, Babylon falls from within due to unchecked, festering evil. The angel clarifies that Babylon is the vehicle through which the entire world is corrupted.
Sound familiar?
The section continues by providing a more detailed description of Babylon, which has uncanny resemblance to today’s fiat slave system.
The description highlights the kings of the earth who sleep with the Beast, furthering Babylon’s enslavement of humanity, enriching themselves along the way. As you can imagine, these kings weep over and lament the fall, and as the music stops, God’s economy is established, and their earthly treasures are quickly rendered worthless. Did you know that, so far, everything goes to zero against Bitcoin over time? Do you understand the rationale and why this trend is expected to continue?
I also find it [unique] that Bitcoin is the first tool that allows us to actually store treasures “in heaven where moths and vermin do not destroy, and thieves do not break in and steal” (see Matthew 6:19-21).
While I do not believe cyberspace is heaven, and recognize the verse deals specifically with aligning hearts and priorities toward heavenly matters versus being materialistic, the metaphorical connection between Bitcoin’s capabilities and the instruction from Christ remains. Regardless, nothing physical can qualify.
Also, whether literal or subjective, I note the explicit mention of 1 hour as interesting. Is this where the concept of a god-candle comes into play (see below)? Is it only a matter of time?
The last thing I’ll highlight is the description of Babylon as a global marketplace for every kind of food, drink, trinket, commodity, and service – even bodies and souls. [Insert Rhetorical Question]
As the Tribulation concludes, we see Christ’s victorious arrival to establish the Millennial Reign.
The concept of the Millennial Reign, or thousand-year reign, is derived from this last section of Revelation and various other descriptions of end times in the Bible (see Isaiah 2:1-4, 11:1-10, Zechariah 14:9, Matthew 25:31-46, Luke 19:11-27).
This time, as we consider the description of Christ’s coming, I want to focus on what is said, or maybe more importantly, what isn’t said, about His name.
First it states that He has a name written that no one knows except Himself. Therefore, in the end, Christ comes back as [Anonymous]. Wait, Christ is an Anon? Anon like Satoshi? Anon like Q? Anon like Pepe? Kek. Second, it states that His unknown name is called “The Word of God,” or the Logos, the Truth. What does Bitcoin [purify] and [judge] the Beast system with? A [language] and immutable [truth]!
Is this why people say Bitcoiners sound like they are speaking in tongues?
In this last section, the Millennial Reign is established.
Here we see a very interesting picture of an angel coming down with a [key] and a [chain], which is used to [physically restrain] Satan for a period of 1,000 years. Do you find it strange that Bitcoin [physically restrains] (see Softwar by USSF Major Jason Lowery) the god-kings using public / private [keys] and a decentralized ledger known as the time [chain]?
During the Millennial Reign, Satan is not able to deceive the nations, due to the foundation of truth that is established.
Again, what if Bitcoin isn’t just some “magic internet money,” but a manifestation of Biblical prophecy as Christ reveals the next chapter in His story, in ways we hadn’t imagined? What if the Central Bank Digital Currencies are the Mark of the Beast and we are marching into the battle of Armageddon?
Are you prepared? Do you know what side you will fight on?
The scripture is clear, the Millennial Reign, regardless of when or how it is established, is reserved for those who do not worship the Beast, his [image] (i.e. god-kings aligned with Satan), or receive the Mark of the Beast.
If you have made it to the end, congratulations!
Hopefully this publication will leave you asking questions you would have otherwise never asked, digging in places you would have otherwise never dug, and loving in places you would have otherwise never loved. Remember, these matters are [inconsequential] to salvation, which, per Christian theology is simply a personal relationship with Jesus Christ (Romans 10:9), though I believe they are important to consider as long as we remain on this side of the Eschaton.
I recognize there is much more that I could have addressed, expanded upon, etc., but I am pretty sure if I made this any longer, Burning Bright would fire me, or at the very least suggest an untimely and happenstance meeting with his wolf. (Editor’s Note: this is correct. PiP has been warned.)
Let’s bring Christ and Bitcoin to the world!

Great analysis and evaluation under solid discernment applied to this world and the Scripture - God's Word. We must encourage all to read God's Word, the Bible, with discernment and thought. God will give them the wisdom and win them over, if not already saved.
I do have one suggestion to add to your clarity:
"As for the actions represented, Bitcoin is the first and only discovery and technology to date with the ability to address the root cause that has plagued humanity with an endless cycle of destruction and bloodshed for millennia—the centralized control of money."
... the centralized control of money by ungodly men, whose love of money has supplanted the love of God.
You have tackled two topics that are too intense for my little brain. The book of Revelation and Bitcoin. Both are hard to understand, so I appreciate this article. However things play out, I trust in Christ alone and know my future is with him. God Bless.
