Lemme get this straight. DJT is providing risk insurance at reasonable prices (that Lloyd's pf London refuses) to Iranian tankers which will finance IRGC leaders that US & Israeli & SA & UAE & France & others (basically 17 nations in total) are all fighting to the death. Chatham House & John Bolton who've been screaming for WW3 or WW4 or WW5 were thrilled last week but are furious this week. DJT has created another USA massive revenue stream while cutting out City of London (insurance). Am I getting this right?

Who is fighting whom in this weekend at Bernie's war? I'm confused. So USA is letting the oil flow. hmmmmmm? But is there any "other" sort of cargo USA won't insure to flow thru the strait of Hormuz? Will City of London issue insurance for this "other" cargo? Who's getting choked in this war? The Promethean Gals are smilin' over their morning coffee.

Jim Schout's avatar

Insurance companies do not like to insure risky schemes. They make money insuring things that will not require them to ever pay out any of their cash. Take for instance your home fire insurance. You cannot get a mortgage without it, but what are the odds of your house actually burning?

Concerning oil and the Straights? The risk of Iran mining the seas is not acceptable to the insurers. By refusing to insure the cargos, they suddenly create a fake shortage and price spikes. That was a big part of their game plans.

Trump, conversely, knows that he can guarantee there is no risk, and can even provide Naval escorts for oil tankers if needed. So, he can insure the shipments and put the insurance companies out of the business! Let’s see how quickly they jump back in.

Hmmm ... wonder how many IRCG & Somali goons Lloyd's have had on payroll to increase risk over centuries? If no risk, why pay? In '86 on Stolt Nielsen tanker we locked up all exterior doors & officers got out fire arms when traveling thru Malacca Strait (standard practice). No joke! Another Stolt parcel chem tanker had been boarded & sparky radio officer was murdered. For centuries City of London have profited by creating systematic scarcity. GESARA + GCR+ QFS + White Hat Alliance are eviscerating their tryanny matrix. March is pivotal month. New Year April 1st = Enter Golden Age is coming fast!

Turkiye is #15. When IRCG hits 17, pop goes the wiesel. I realize it sounds kooky. But all from all appearances, DJT + Sunnis + whoever is firing those grossly inaccurate "IRCG missiles" are working together. Any chance "IRCG" bombs Indonesia & Pakistan in next 24 hrs??? That would get us to 17!

A new Khamenei made the sun rise a little brighter today. We are sometimes up an hour before looking at the news. My husband and I had some discussions about the “war.” Particularly Prince/Bannon, Burning Bright/Ghost from Sunday, and Transport Insurance. Hitting the internet button and seeing the Khamenei news bolstered our spirits and strengthened our footing on the wrinkled rug. Who knows for sure what’s next but thank you to The Badlands Community for three years of looking beyond the surface narrative.

Bleighv05 (believe05)'s avatar

Hey, North Carolinians. My daughter lives there and shared about Duke Energy screwing the citizens and charging for fees that should not have been able to recoup. Is this true?

Jim Schout's avatar

My experiences with Duke Energy have been really great. I have a huge number of stories about my good impressions.

When Three Mile Island Nuclear plant had its failure, Duke Energy was the first technical contact. Duke flew their engineers there to help in the evaluation. Back then, Duke was the most competent designer and builder of Nuclear facilities. I was always impressed with their technical expertise.

Now, concerning the recent things your daughter mentioned, I haven’t heard a peep. In my town, they reduced our power costs by about 30% because the previous power supplier wasted billions by being inept. Duke bought them and retired the debt that had our rates way too high.

GregoryPravda's avatar

My situation is somewhat unique I believe. I just moved into this house last winter and discovered an energy "leak" on 3 circuits. So my bills have been outrageous - gas+ electric = $900, up from $200 at my last home. So, my bills are an outrage, but I cannot tell if that is because of price gouging or this house itself.

Bleighv05 (believe05)'s avatar

A North Carolina Court of Appeals recently upheld that Duke Energy’s 2024 fuel rate hike was illegal, but customers will not receive refunds due to a new state law that prevents recoupment of overcharges.

This is what she shared with me. It was a bigger story. 2022 saw a rate hike for Duke itself (if I remember right). The law said they could do charge customers in 2023. They chose to do it in 2024. However, that was illegal - past the allotted time to charge customers.. So they went to the gov't to change the law so they could charge in 2024. Our daughter's bill is between $400 and $700 per month for a 3 bedroom townhome.

GregoryPravda's avatar

Wow... I was not aware of that - thank you!!

Thank you Badlands community!

And Special Thanks to Ashe for enduring the pompous display introduced as a testimony before the Senate Judiciary Committee!

@Ashe - "Stability demands hierarchy. Hierarchy demands control."

Right after Jesus inaugurated the New Covenant (as recorded by Luke - see our chapter 22:19-30) with the sharing of the bread and the cup, the disciples began to assert their qualifications for "leadership", attempting to secure their places in the hierarchy that His death would "demand" - they too sought stability to get them through the foreseen crisis.

In that very same passage however, Jesus speaks of the New Covenant's parameters of "greatness" and "leadership"; set by His example!

Wondering out loud how well we have adhered to HIS model in our current-state structures; whether political or religious?

PS - Our chapters 13-17 of John are our primary source of the words Jesus spoke under the New Covenant - in them we can find the "order" that He, as Messiah and Son of the Living God, defined - for our good!

Bleighv05 (believe05)'s avatar

There has been basically NO adherence to Jesus' model - both politically and religiously. I will state that there are many within the religious realm who totally get servant leadership. But it is the denominational leadership corporations that have lost that.....in my opinion.

Alex -- I will take State of World Confusion for $600.

I feel like Iran is another exposure lesson. Seeing Israel a little more clearly. Seeing Iran a little more clearly. Seeing the other ME countries a little more clearly. I am fascinated at the "lack of support" for Iran at this point with muslim nations. Changes have happened that we were told would never happen. Yet we are seeing that change in our time. I love it!

"The DSA is a liability. No one is buying those psychos as stable and sane.

I’m so here for this moment."

Thank you, Ashe, for your insight and your suffering of listening to the whiny babies in Congress.

While I don't like the uniparty - getting rid of the DSA "may" help a wee bit. Although they do make the rest of us look much more sane

Wild Bill's avatar

Interesting... the 'fog of war' helping us to see more clearly. In times like these, what happens is that actions speak more loudly than words... put your money where your mouth is, basically.

And the reason the rest of the ME muslim countries do not support Iran has to do with a couple facts: Sunni and Shia muslims agree about as well as the protestants and catholics did during 'the troubles' in Ireland. Sometimes the worst fights are internecine. Oh yeah, the other fact: the little problem that the Iranian 'field commanders' running the rocket brigades have been shooting at all their muslim neighbors. Not a good way to make friends.

While I think Iranians are being or have been killed either as collateral damage or intentionally by the Revolutionary Guard, I am left wondering how much of the events we are seeing after the initial air attacks over the weekend are real.

We keep hearing of a new Supreme Leader being wiped out by Israel, now we hear that Israel wiped out all 88 council members, amidst reports (not from Badlands Media, but from Turley Talks) of IRGC mass defections and even a video (may be AI-generated) of a military leader in a mask claiming they, too, are defecting to the side of the people.

Israel still hasn't shown us Kameini's body, even though it claimed that the Supreme Leader is dead. So, is this a psyop against the forever war folks on both sides? Against the "Israel is God's Chosen People" embedded within the MAGA base? Or to force the Establishment Democrats to support the albeit former Iranian regime? Or the culmination of Central Casting of a 10-year long movie that showcased a fake Congress, a fake Presidency, a fake kidnapping (Maduro singing like a canary, I believe through a backdoor deal made awhile ago), and even a fake Supreme Court, handing Trump strategic 'defeats'? In quotes because for reasons not known (to me, anyway), Trump wanted to lose the tariff case.

Tell me, if Israel keeps taking out the top Iranian leaders, why do they (the supposed Iranian leadership) keep all these senior leaders in the same room so an Israeli missile strike can take all of them out??? I don't think even the Democrats are that stupid! And how many of them are there? I think the play-by-play is now up to almost 200 potential Supreme Leaders! No wonder regular Iranians have no food or water; Iran's bloated bureaucracy puts ours to shame!

Gerald Therrien's avatar

Why are the Iranians NOT allowed to have nuclear weapons, while the Isrealians ARE allowed to have nuclear weapons? Why are the Israelians allowed to defend themselves but Iranians are not allowed to defend themselves? The Israelians are NOT God's chosen people! Every human being alive in the whole world today is chosen by God.

Jim Schout's avatar

Very simply, Israel can have Nuclear weapons because they refuse to apply them. Iran can never have them because they will immediately apply them.

This actually presents a more compelling discussion. Nuclear weapons have not been applied for 81 years! Two bombs were used in 1945 to end a world war. Today, just one being used will start a world war. So, why does any country want to spend billions of dollars to develop a technology that is useless?

I understand how the world came to this nutty stalemate, but why expand it? The countries who possess Nuclear weapons keep trying to figure out how to do away with them. But here is Iran trying to muddy the waters by getting itself into this losing proposition.

The very fact that they want to become a Nuclear power tells me they are not thinking clearly. They are, in fact, crazy. So, do we want crazy fanatics in possession of this technology?

GregoryPravda's avatar

I wouldn't be so quick to defend Israel on this point. They shouldn't have nukes either, and they are far more likely to use them than any other so-called ally or frenemy of the USA.

Israel is saved for last for a reason. Once Iran is neutered, Israeli land grab expectations will commence with force. The pressure for Greater Israel project rollout will be immense. Israeli leadership will not settle for economic stability, their lust for blood and empire is only growing. IMO, they truly do intend to have dominion on this Earth using Biblical accounts for justification, and Iran was the biggest remaining impediment to that goal.

Soon we get to see the true nature of the final stages of the plan we've been watching unfold. What Israel does next and how team Trump handles it will determine the shape of the Sovereign Alliance and our shared reality for decades if not centuries to come.

Jim Schout's avatar

I wasn’t saying Israel should have Nuclear weapons, rather that they have the sense, so far, not to actually use them.

The key is self control. Having Nuclear weapons is more of a status symbol than being something of real value. To me, it would be like owning a solid Platinum bicycle that you have to keep locked up and never ride. What use is it? More importantly, who would be stupid enough to waste money having one built?

Anna's avatar

I'm not so sure they have self control. Maybe for the moment, but what about later, when Iran has been turned into a wasteland? There is a reason Trump preempted Israel's strike on Iran. Saving Israel for last?

Jim Schout's avatar

I honestly do not believe Trump has any plans to turn Iran into a wasteland. In fact, I think his idea is to leave their people with a viable, prosperous infrastructure that they can quickly return to what existed pre-1979 but without the corruption. The corruption comes with the prosperity! Look at America.

Our prosperity has funded our decline. Marxists know how to pick our pockets to pay for their own success. I hope this is becoming obvious to more of us and Iran’s history is a great teacher.

Featherjourney's avatar

Very interesting last statement.

I always assumed the “We save Israel for last” meant that we deal with the Zionist regime last. Maybe it means Saving Israel the people and enabling the Israeli citizens to establish a country that is willing to live peacefully with its neighbors. The Zionists are puppets of the British Imperial Empire..which is collapsing…and perhaps more dangerous than ever with their hold on Zionist Israel and their nuclear arsenal 🧐

Featherjourney's avatar

In Europe only the UK and France have a nuclear arsenal

United Kingdom: Possesses an independent nuclear deterrent, consisting solely of submarine-launched ballistic missiles.

Israel never signed the Nuclear Nonproliferation Treaty

GregoryPravda's avatar

Yea... Israel cannot be trusted.

ALtab's avatar

I’ve considered for a long time now that Israel was the successful outcome of the long term goal of the Prussian empire (….goes further back, of course) to have their own country. The other part of that goal? To rule the world from it. The covenant relationship with God (fulfilled by Christ) is just convenient for their narratives. They did choose Judaism when forced to choose between Judaism, Islam, or Christianity, several centuries earlier (before being forced to move) into what originally became Prussia.

Featherjourney's avatar

Excellent! That is my thinking also, ever since I read that article/paper on The Incredible Evil Khazarian Mafia.

They chose Judaism as their masquerade- and used it “for their convenience” 👍❤️🕊🌟

Anna's avatar

Don't forget. This is a war against the British cabal, who have owned and controlled Iran for over a century. They would use a nuclear weapon to further their diabolical plans, even if Iran and it's people have to be sacrificed. Somehow China plays into this, too. They are trading partners with Iran. Trump is preempting future plays by bad DS characters today so that tomorrow's narrative is a better one.

GregoryPravda's avatar

And also - don't forget that the British cabal aren't even British. This still rolls back further but i fully appreciate the temporary British framing. I'm curious how far back this global liberation will really go here. Dare we dream?

The problem isn't the Iranian people. It's the cabal-backed government that will sacrifice the region. Having a deranged theocracy in place that wishes for "martyrdom" is a useful card to have up the sleeve.

Jim Schout's avatar

That is absolutely the bottom line here. In WW-ll the Japanese exhibited the honor of dying. Fanatical training leads people to accept insane ideas because it is what everyone else claims is correct. Fighting to the death is for suckers.

George Patton explained it. “Let the other side die for their country!” His idea was to fight to live and go home. Dying was not a honorable pursuit.

I think the Japanese came around to seeing this our way. At least they act like they are in agreement.

Bleighv05 (believe05)'s avatar

Thank you, Anna. That goes for nearly every country. The problem isn't the people, it is governments - either by their own power or by their being controlled by deep state. Either way - I have to keep reminding myself that it isn't the people, but the power players.

Brave AI Leo confirms your statement:

" It handles 20 to 25% of global oil production and one-fifth of liquefied natural gas (LNG), according to sources."

Maybe the most important point is NOT this ratio, but rather WHICH countries benefit directly from this over valued ratio !

At both ends, I'd expect to find out UK 🇬🇧/EU 🇪🇺 at the western end [especially regarding LNG !], and most probably China 🇨🇳 at the eastern one ...

Yes, but 80 to 90% of that total Iranian oil is going to China! So, why should the oil market care at all? The prices are being manipulated by the experts to pick our pockets. If anything, the price should be going down because Iran can become an unencumbered supplier since they hold the second largest oil reserves.
