This was to give control back to the states and reduce bureaucratic inefficiencies, waste.
So what happened to that?

Maybe the important part of this is the revelation / exposure at this point. People are seeing that this dept was to be dismantled by the President. Now the Congress is trying to expand it again. Maybe, just maybe, others will start speaking up as well. Maybe our state legislators who are with the President will speak up and say they won't comply because education is a state issue not a federal issue.
The funny thing is, it's possible that the plan in general is basically the highlight these very questions and demonstrate that we're not willing to abide by the decisions of so-called representatives who are anything but.

There are very few textbooks anymore. It also does not set well with me that bureaucrats in the department of education enjoy an average salary of $100,000 a year and rarely darken the doors of a classroom. When I retired after 25 years in the classroom I was making $55,000 annually.
I have a dear friend who is pro Trump 💯 but her daughter and son-in-law - teachers in elementary and high school - hate Trump.
My friend and I have frequent conversations about this. We surmise that part of the problem has to do with the teachers lounge and the group think…they all still get their news from cnn.

As a reading teacher I had a difficult time finding materials to use in the classroom. DEI and the democratic agenda is embedded in all materials: reading passages, Tests, the history and science curriculum. The vast majority of the teachers and staff I worked with were liberal. I just didn't discuss politics at school.
My first thought concerning the proposed bill that funds education to combat antisemitism was, “Here we go again, they are finding new funding to counter Trump’s cuts at the DOEd.”
Trump set out to make the department go away financially because he knew Congress would never vote to demolish it. Jimmy Carter brought it to America and it has created nothing good. Education needs to be designed and implemented by the states, and our national government has nothing to add to make things better.

I was so relieved to see Thomas Massie get sent packing last night.
Trump-backed Ed Gallrein crushed it in Kentucky, and it’s a solid win for the Make America Great Again movement staying disciplined. Massie tried his best to wrap himself up in the “libertarian”/“no more wars” flag, but the MAGA base wasn’t fooled like many of people feared. This genuinely reassuring to me, it show's me that MAGA isn’t as easily split as the grifters had hoped we were.
If the movement can reject the controlled-opposition types like Massie this cleanly in a primary, it gives me real confidence and hope that we’ll be able to trust the midterm results too. The present funding supplemental bill trying to get through Congress to get around the Democrat’s blocking funding of DHS has a new provision added. That provision calls for a Billion dollars to be added to fund the White House ballroom. I am confused.
Trump has the ballroom funded privately and the structure is already completed below ground and moving up ahead of schedule and Trump says it is under budget. Why is Congress suddenly wanting to jump into this? And, why $1 Billion? The budget is around $400 Million.

This got me interested in how and why NVIDIA is so valuable. Sure, its market capitalization is $5.343 Trillion, but one share was $220.61 yesterday so the math says there are 24.22 Billion shares outstanding. The business earned $4.90 per share last year which says NVIDIA pulled in $118.65 Billion.
I would argue that makes the business bigger than about the 60th largest economy, not the third largest. The GDP of a country is the total output, not the total value. For instance the GDP of America is about $27.8 Trillion but the total asset value is well over $500 Trillion. This is why Elon Musk said if he couldn’t make at least 2% on our asset value he would give up as a businessman. His point is, with just decent management our government could eliminate all taxes and make more than the present $7 Trillion the Congress votes to spend. And, they have to borrow $2 Trillion to pay for it.
Instead of operating a fiscally sound government, or Congress is running a bankrupt, losing proposition. I tend to think Elon Musk is more in touch than our Congress.

Hmm. Global cognitive dissonance regarding Israel and so-called anti-Semitism. Trump tends to put in the spotlight people he wishes to expose. The Republican primary in KY-04 is a case in point. Massie was not funded by the Israel lobby. He also had numerous backers within the MAHA movement due to his farming practices. His opponent Ed Gallrein had numerous pro-Israel backers including AIPAC. So is there another psyop coming? Now that Israel has been exposed, is Trump's support of him a prelude to exposing Congress, now that he's done exposing RINOs?
If you think about the psychological impact of this exposure, Trump is fracturing his MAGA coalition, exposing the 'Israel First' part and, IMO, purging MAGA of them. In their place will be those who want a peaceful Middle East (or world in general) with or without Israel. Although Congress is a cesspool of leeches, he is dismantling it little by little: first the CCP aligned members, (mostly Democrats), now the RINOs. Next are those on Israel's payroll and he is using the Iran fake war to expose those on Israel's payroll, members of both parties. Here is an example: Whether people know it or not, dismantling of big pharma is not in the best interest of this country. If you think this helps big pharma, it actually doesn't because nobody is paying for big pharma R&D. Before we were. Now we aren't and big pharma has to pay for its own R&D and its own clinical trials. As long as the FDA classifies supplements as 'food' companies need no clinical trials to advertise and sell.
Dismantling of the Israel lobby before Trump has codified his changes into law will lead to the same disaster we had before. As long as Israel acts like the Playground Bully in the Middle East, and the Arab nations stick to the Abraham Accords optically, the cognitive dissonance will become so great that the Israel lobby will expose itself, and the Congress people of both parties will be treated by the voters like they treated the RINOs: they'll be purged. Before reaching my midlife, I had done it my way, ...so I had assumed. Young, physically able, good health, and an excellent cardio. Then came that fateful day, a severe traumatic brain injuries with spinal injuries while in the performance of my duties in a time of combat. I spent nearly five years medically recovering, did everything possible to bring my physical agilities, and cognitive functions back to the level acceptable to return to my military duties, PBE decided otherwise. Medical retirement they ordered, so began the challenges, hardships of adjusting, ....then I remembered I didn't have to do it "all", .....MY WAY!
Let me put this way, Jesus was glad to have me back, He never left me, He was always there for me. Jesus held me up every step of the way, medical recovery, raising teens as a single parent for a spell, accepting I am no longer that 100% physical able man anymore (the hardest), and this where I learned the power of prayer. Prayer, you can apply anywhere, family, health, medicine, courage, strength, hope, faith, charity, and I mean ANYWHERE, that includes politics. Through faith, you believe, learn to trust God, and let God do His will in the name of Jesus. In my lifetime, God has shown me miracles upon miracles, I've seen death defying illnesses, cancer disappear that leave doctors baffled. I see so many of our patriots put up an awesome fight, but they give up, they lose hope.
When you are in the fight of your life, you miss, you make contact, you get hit hard, you get winded, and you will lose hope, faith, energy, but when you embrace God, and His gift to us, prayers in Jesus name, look out. The present funding supplemental bill trying to get through Congress to get around the Democrat’s blocking funding of DHS has a new provision added. That provision calls for a Billion dollars to be added to fund the White House ballroom. I am confused.
Trump has the ballroom funded privately and the structure is already completed below ground and moving up ahead of schedule and Trump says it is under budget. Why is Congress suddenly wanting to jump into this? And, why $1 Billion? The budget is around $400 Million.
I smell a rat. Is this intended to kill the supplemental? Is it intended to allow the politicians to take credit for funding a ballroom that they would have never voted to fund if Trump had asked for funding?
To me, this is actually a perfect example of how feckless our Congress is in reality. All they do is position and manipulate. The last thing they want to do is solve real problems. Instead they continually create new problems by making laws that tend to complicate and confuse the situation they claim to fix.
A great example was the law in about 1960 that made it illegal for a passenger on an airplane to have a gun. There had never been a confrontation nor a shooting. And there had never been a highjacking…not ever. But, they decided a law was required. Highjackings started in less than two years and it reached catastrophe level in 2001. The solution? Guns are back on airplanes in the cockpit or with air Marshalls. In 1960, we the people had this under control without Congress. Do you see the real problem?
Congress has created a debt of $39 Trillion with this sort of “help” for us. What we need is a better Congress that doesn’t help so much.

The Blitz last Saturday discussed the fact that NVIDIA presently has a market capitalization that makes that one single business into the third largest economy in the world. That shows clearly the power of America’s business community.
This got me interested in how and why NVIDIA is so valuable. Sure, its market capitalization is $5.343 Trillion, but one share was $220.61 yesterday so the math says there are 24.22 Billion shares outstanding. The business earned $4.90 per share last year which says NVIDIA pulled in $118.65 Billion.
I would argue that makes the business bigger than about the 60th largest economy, not the third largest. The GDP of a country is the total output, not the total value. For instance the GDP of America is about $27.8 Trillion but the total asset value is well over $500 Trillion. This is why Elon Musk said if he couldn’t make at least 2% on our asset value he would give up as a businessman. His point is, with just decent management our government could eliminate all taxes and make more than the present $7 Trillion the Congress votes to spend. And, they have to borrow $2 Trillion to pay for it.
Instead of operating a fiscally sound government, or Congress is running a bankrupt, losing proposition. I tend to think Elon Musk is more in touch than our Congress.
I got tickled this morning when my G-man started to talk about the primary losses. I said I had seen the news and his reply was “are you going to rain on my parade again?” Well, yes I am babe! 🤣🤣 I said if elections weren’t fake and illegitimate I’d not be raining on you!
