The one big aspect of this boom in industrial construction is being missed in the discussion. And, I think it is the key to everything. No one talks about the driving force behind it all. What is it?
30 years ago our middle class, high paying, technical jobs were being exported. Target and Wal-Mart were booming but Caterpillar and other big corporations were faltering because they could not export their business to take advantage of cheap foreign labor. The driving force for all of this was our Congress and it’s no limit credit card called the Federal Reserve.
Why can no one seem to figure this out? By creating a huge trade deficit, Congress created an equal and opposite demand for our Treasury debt. America sold our debt for cash that flowed into our Treasury and funded our deficit spending. In essence our Congress balanced their annual budget (on paper) by exporting our inflation to foreign interests.
This is exactly what Trump is reversing and we are seeing it daily. But, no one explains it to America. We are left in the dark to somehow figure it out for ourselves. But, unless you have been seeing this all along the way, it isn’t easy to figure. Especially if you are getting up and going to work every day. Who has the time and energy to figure out how our government is screwing us? We are continually being diverted by the news and the stupid politics.
Meanwhile, the Socialists just keep picking our pockets! But, as the trade deficit drops and high paying jobs come roaring back, who is going to buy our booming debt when the foreign interests have no dollars to use? Oops! There is the big question that no one wants to answer. Actually the only real answer is Congress must stop borrowing money by annually just increasing the national debt with a bipartisan vote. This is why Democrats and Republicans are fighting our president. They do not like his game plan because it conflicts with their scheme. But, their scheme was designed to just kick the can down the road. They never had a plan to fix the real problems we face.
How do you resolve bankruptcy? Borrowing more money isn’t a valid solution.

You asked how this ends. The traditional way out of a debt a country cannot pay is hyperinflation. Trump knows this, but he must do it in a way that protects the 'average Joe and Joanne' while sticking it to the banksters. A gold and crypto based currency can do that.

I agree, but I think they have plausible deniability that is totally legitimate. Congress is trapped in a system they did not create. All they have the capability to do is to make that system even worse. So, the two parties have the choice of making it worse faster or slower.
The final solution is in declaring the system to be bankrupt. So, faster or slower? You tell me. Or, the other choice? Kick the can down the road and just enjoy the ride.
I hope I have helped. If we see the truth, what Trump is doing makes sense and should be applauded. The sooner the Congress gets on board the better. But, one side is fighting like crazy to stop him. They are doubling down and outright embracing Communism. But, what else can they do? They surely cannot admit they have created the broken system that is going belly-up can they?
This is really not complex. We are going to fix this mess because we have no choice. When you find yourself going in the wrong direction the first step is to reverse course.

It is interesting in Minnesota. Metro areas and other outlying areas are not seeing construction happening. Where I work? We can't keep up with all the people wanting to build right now. There are pockets in the economy where things are booming.
We are seeing residential and ag construction booming. Nothing industrial, not tied to data centers. So -- the common man is deciding now is the time to spend money and build. Fascinating.
My company is planning a new manufacturing facility in rural Arizona, close to where it meets California and Nevada. That area is booming on the Arizona side of the (Colorado) River, while Clark County (Las Vegas) and California, run by liberals, are stagnant. The difference is that Mohave County, AZ and its local communities want jobs and growth. The liberals want everything to stay the same -- they have their piece of paradise, the rest of you can go pound sand.
I believe that you'll see that pattern wherever you look -- where state and/or local governments want new development and support it, it will happen. Even in a currently messed-up place like Minnesota (my mother's whole family is from there so I understand), outside of the Twin Cities where common sense has not been forgotten, people will build things.
In our neck of the woods, I just keep noticing that Ford Broncos seem to be reproducing like rabbits in a huge variety of genetic iterations. I want one. I won’t be able to satisfy that desire for a multiplicity of reasons, but my desire may be somewhat nostalgic as it was the vehicle all the bad-boys drove in high school. Those models usually had faulty mufflers, plenty of bondo, a missing window and strongly augmented sound systems. The roll out of this model, after a 25 year hiatus could not have been more perfectly timed. After an explosive 2021–2022 ramp-up (constrained by supply), sales stabilized then accelerated again in 2024–2025 with double-digit percentage gains that outstripped most direct rivals and Ford’s average. To me this embodies the re-ignition of American manufacturing. From chip technology to large construction vehicles, we are putting the pedal back down to the metal, and stylishly!
If you follow the auto auction market you will see that 1970 era restored Broncos are selling for well over $100,000! That is because the professionals who do the restorations make over $80/ hour. An 800 hour restoration plus parts is not a huge money maker, but there is a market for what they produce.
I am blown away. Cars I bought and sold 60 years ago for several hundred dollars are selling today for over $10,000 unrestored. That is what inflation does for us. Today it takes $11.28 to buy what one dollar bought in the 1960s. You can thank our Congress for this debacle.
And, by the way, America could not export the auto repair business. So, cheap Chinese labor could not be used to restore a 1965 Corvette or a 1969 GTO. The truth of our problems are right in front of our eyes.
Feather, How perfect! I am glad you agree. You are right that they probably aren’t the work horses they once were… sturdiness definitely needs a comeback. “Controlled obsolescence” also needs to become obsolete.
“Controlled obsolescence” was a frequent complaint by the late ‘70s concerning American manufactured vehicles…I always thought it led to Toyota gaining a stronghold in our domestic market. I also had a hand me down Ford Pinto back then…really loved the rack and pinion steering! But the car was a rust bucket in only a few yrs!!
Of course Feather, if you have any sense (and I know you do), the last thing you'd want to plow your driveway is a new vehicle, Ford or otherwise. Something old and tough and cheap and ugly fits the bill. I don't know what sort of choices there are in MA, but I'm sure you could find an older full-size pickup with 4WD or some such. Then if it slides into a tree pushing snow, you wouldn't be heartbroken. Just another in a long line of 'badges of courage.'
We could not afford to buy a brand new F250! Even if we had the money, we wouldn’t buy brand new. The one he has that doesn’t run right now (as of this past winter) was a 2011 that he bought with over 100,00 miles on it (mostly for plowing our driveway and pulling a double axle car trailer for moving his New Holland tractor around occasionally). He bought in 2016 has put over 100,00 mi on it - so it doesn’t owe us anything! The issue with Ford trucks that year was mostly electrical - never a big deal to tinker with.
For a long time the Achilles' heel of US-made vehicles has been electrical problems. Auto companies are run by mechanical engineers and stylists, the electrical engineers get short shrift. Thus the result.
In the more recent years, competition has forced them to get their act in gear (so to speak). Build quality is now on a par with international competitors, who increasingly have their own issues.
Yeah, well, I grew up in Michigan in the heyday of the US auto industry (1954-79) and names like Henry Ford and Lee Iacocca were everyday staples of conversation. The US industry had a near monopoly in the years after the Japanese, German, and British economies had been largely destroyed by WW2. (Or was it WW11? 🤣) They got fat, happy and lazy. By the 60s, those countries had been rebuilding and they were hungry. They knew that to succeed, they'd have to take on GM, Ford and Chrysler on their home territory.
So they upped their game and found out American consumers, while they generally liked their US-made cars, had some issues with them: reliability, quality, lack of smaller vehicles. And they learned how to compete.
It has taken the US auto industry several decades to come back, and this was not aided by the British Cabal's 'free trade' strategy. Which Trump is now dismantling.

Yeah, the 'blade' is the thing mounted on a rack that you bolt onto the chassis of the truck, that you push the snow around with. There are normally controls in the cab that let you move the blade -- up/down, right/left etc. as required to push the snow where you want. They call it 'plowing' but it's really pushing. That is, in the sense that a farmer understands the word 'plowing.'
You would not need one in Texas, but if you live at the end of a dirt road in Massachusetts, where Feather lives, there will be a few times each winter the only way you'll get to town is to 'plow' your driveway. Nobody else will do it for you, unless either (a) you pay them or (b) they're a good friend who just loves pushing snow around.

Anna, I lived in the Texas Coastal Bend in Corpus Christi off and on for many years until 1996. Can't believe it's been that long. I have strong sentimental feelings of nostalgia at times for the palms, the pelicans and the Gulf breezes.

My neighbors are restoring 1990's era Ford F-150's. The completed one is the blue and white model. Man, she is a beauty. I would love to buy that from them. But it isn't quite big enough for our upcoming retirement needs. Now to find an F-250 like that -- I'd be all in.
That sounds awesome and beautiful! Our son ordered a Bronco for his work truck in 2021. When it came in it was the wrong model. They had flubbed the order, and what came was the sport model which was not suitable for his work. He took delivery of it though, sold it for a profit and bought an F150 off the lot. That thing is HUGE. I can’t imagine driving a 250!!
My dream is a Shelby Mustang. Or a 64-1/2 Mustang....like Mary Tyler Moore drove in that series. The hood was a mile long. My neighbor has a 66?Mustang. I drool over that bad boy. He bought it new when he was in high school. Has kept it all these years. Pristine. Although that is getting expensive to find parts.
You really need an F250 to plow. We have an aging one with over 200,000 mi and sadly we’ll have to replace it before winter!! (Actually I doubt husband will “replace” it, he still dreams of restoring it although health issues will probably thwart that dream and Im not into the project as his helper 😉)
Even if he really 'restored' that 250, you would probably still want another pickup for the snow job. You don't want a truck you're afraid of dinging up. 'Cause sh!t happens, especially pushing snow. Which it sounds like you understand... I've learned about another side of you today, Feather! I never would have seen you as a 'car girl' much less a 250 fan. To me the Ford trucks are just a bit 'truckier' than the equivalent Chevy/GMC models, in this case the 2500. You sit up a bit higher, just a different feel. You know you're driving a truck. And yes, a 250 is pretty close to perfect for plowing snow. (Michigan native here.)
My favorite 'snow vehicle' (though obviously not for plowing) was my '73 VW Super Beetle. That thing would go almost anywhere. I always kept a coal shovel and a bag or two of rock salt up front in the trunk. Weight helped with steering in the snow, and if I got high-centered it would not take long to dig the snow out, lay down a couple lines of rock salt, and be on my way. Sadly that vehicle gave way to a more practical Toyota when I moved out to California....

Wow…thanks for the memory lane on the VW bugs! Yes, they were awesome in the snow with all that engine weight in the rear…but not so great for heat. I recall some pretty creative arrangements for getting more heat to defrost the windshield!
I ended up with quite an education on trucks and heavy equipment - husband ran his own construction co for 2 decades…until the 2008 crash. We had to let go of the Cat Excavator and a Cat backhoe and a Peterbuilt tractor/trailer to break even on debt/loans.
At the end of his day doing site work, he would swing home to get me for low bed deliveries of equipment others hired for the move. I loved that Peterbuilt ❤️
My husband grew up in extremely snowy Ohio. Why we’re in the south now. I still love snow and in the middle of this hot, humid 5-6 months’ summer, I would move north. But I love him!🥰

Today Americans are buying these restored cars as a better investment than Gold. As the price of skilled labor goes up, so does the value of their collector vehicle.
The problem is, they have to keep it pristine. Driving it too much destroys its value. And, it costs about 8% to put it into an auction whether it sells or not.
The guy I went to prom with drove a ‘64 GTO. It was white, pristine, and all the gear-heads were envious. He was not the type of man you could really be jealous of though. He was quiet and kind. (I didn’t deserve him.)

One reason why the Left is all up arms about TMTG selling market making subscriptions for $60,000 to $100,000 a month is that they don't understand who or what moves the market. Yes, insider trading can, but unless the likes of Pelosi buy or sell millions of shares, their stock buys or sells won't move the market; it may move a sector, but even that is unlikely. If as TMTG claims their market moving 'intel' is open source, then it uses pattern matching of hundreds of stocks or several sectors and can (pure speculation on my part) use AI to when a market is ready for a major move. It also may use actual data financial data posted by the companies themselves as the input to their engine.
AI has been used in trading for quite some time and the Big Boys (the ones who gave the stock market a bad name with their intentional rigging in favor Deep State companies) to hunt stops so they can move the market instead of the institutional investors. So if TMTG is using AI that is nothing new. I also think institutional investors have also been using AI, but in what capacity, I do not know.
This is interesting to me because market moves in the past have been based upon geopolitical events like Iran or the Fed Chairs flapping their jaws about the Fake Economy. In other words rigging by the Wall St bad boys. If TMTG changes market analysis away from things like Iran or the Fed, that will be a good thing. The Big Bad Boys can still move markets but institutional investors can also move the market at the same time, and not necessarily in lockstep with the Wall St investment banks, so IMO, it becomes 'fairer'. The moves will still be fractal, just like now, but will also make more sense.
I'm taking this is a data point that the markets may now have been cleaned up and that it is fairer to the small, what are called, retail investors whose buys or sells is hundreds of shares rather than millions. They can't afford the subscription and still have to follow the big boys in the direction of their trades, but the difference now is the picture painted by the market makes more sense instead of being all over the place.
Regarding Israel or Iran: does this mean we can see if the cardboard cutout that the world knows as Mojiba (?) Khameini is a real person or still just an internet meme? Finally we get to see who the real troublemakers are in the Middle East and their connection with the British Empire. What TMTG is selling, that can move markets (and what those who don't pay for it are complaining about) is advance notice of what DJT is posting on his Truth Social account. I don't know if it is minutes, seconds or milliseconds, but that $100K a month lets them know a bit before everyone else what Trump is going to post.
My ex wife's cousin's husband developed trading algorithms for Wall Street. This was back in like 99/2000 era. Even back then, they had their trading bots sitting directly on the exchange pay massive monthly fees so they got the data first, just milliseconds before anyone else. Those milliseconds granted them the ability to position before everyone else on the market and it translated to millions of trading advantage. That was before AI, 26+ years ago. I can't imagine how much money they've made since.
But all of that money was inequitable advantage over most other traders. And if you're executing trades in milliseconds, it clearly isn't human.

TMTG -- Maybe I don't understand, but this sounds like free market. The fact that markets rise and fall based on "words from the president" is more telling of the people running the markets than the opportunity to have a millisecond jump. Maybe if the markets weren't so hyper-reactive this wouldn't be a problem.

Quite frankly the manipulation is all fake and used to pick the pockets of long term investors. What drives the stock market is corporate earnings. Short term news is pretty much useless because any problems will be quickly corrected. That is how a business stays in business.
The opposite is true in government. Government is a losing proposition and has never been designed to be profitable. But, picking the pockets of our citizens is the same game as the market manipulators. I think that is what Trump is bringing attention to.

My question is: why does the US have to arrest him? I feel that is the wrong play for the worldwide audience. It would read the US taking control.....imho. The one big aspect of this boom in industrial construction is being missed in the discussion. And, I think it is the key to everything. No one talks about the driving force behind it all. What is it?
30 years ago our middle class, high paying, technical jobs were being exported. Target and Wal-Mart were booming but Caterpillar and other big corporations were faltering because they could not export their business to take advantage of cheap foreign labor. The driving force for all of this was our Congress and it’s no limit credit card called the Federal Reserve.
Why can no one seem to figure this out? By creating a huge trade deficit, Congress created an equal and opposite demand for our Treasury debt. America sold our debt for cash that flowed into our Treasury and funded our deficit spending. In essence our Congress balanced their annual budget (on paper) by exporting our inflation to foreign interests.
This is exactly what Trump is reversing and we are seeing it daily. But, no one explains it to America. We are left in the dark to somehow figure it out for ourselves. But, unless you have been seeing this all along the way, it isn’t easy to figure. Especially if you are getting up and going to work every day. Who has the time and energy to figure out how our government is screwing us? We are continually being diverted by the news and the stupid politics.
Meanwhile, the Socialists just keep picking our pockets! But, as the trade deficit drops and high paying jobs come roaring back, who is going to buy our booming debt when the foreign interests have no dollars to use? Oops! There is the big question that no one wants to answer. Actually the only real answer is Congress must stop borrowing money by annually just increasing the national debt with a bipartisan vote. This is why Democrats and Republicans are fighting our president. They do not like his game plan because it conflicts with their scheme. But, their scheme was designed to just kick the can down the road. They never had a plan to fix the real problems we face.
How do you resolve bankruptcy? Borrowing more money isn’t a valid solution.

I agree, but I think they have plausible deniability that is totally legitimate. Congress is trapped in a system they did not create. All they have the capability to do is to make that system even worse. So, the two parties have the choice of making it worse faster or slower.
The final solution is in declaring the system to be bankrupt. So, faster or slower? You tell me. Or, the other choice? Kick the can down the road and just enjoy the ride.
I hope I have helped. If we see the truth, what Trump is doing makes sense and should be applauded. The sooner the Congress gets on board the better. But, one side is fighting like crazy to stop him. It is interesting in Minnesota. Metro areas and other outlying areas are not seeing construction happening. Where I work? We can't keep up with all the people wanting to build right now. There are pockets in the economy where things are booming.
We are seeing residential and ag construction booming. Nothing industrial, not tied to data centers. So -- the common man is deciding now is the time to spend money and build. Fascinating.
My company is planning a new manufacturing facility in rural Arizona, close to where it meets California and Nevada. That area is booming on the Arizona side of the (Colorado) River, while Clark County (Las Vegas) and California, run by liberals, are stagnant. The difference is that Mohave County, AZ and its local communities want jobs and growth. The liberals want everything to stay the same -- they have their piece of paradise, the rest of you can go pound sand.
I believe that you'll see that pattern wherever you look -- where state and/or local governments want new development and support it, it will happen. Even in a currently messed-up place like Minnesota (my mother's whole family is from there so I understand), outside of the Twin Cities where common sense has not been forgotten, people will build things.
In our neck of the woods, I just keep noticing that Ford Broncos seem to be reproducing like rabbits in a huge variety of genetic iterations. I want one. I won’t be able to satisfy that desire for a multiplicity of reasons, but my desire may be somewhat nostalgic as it was the vehicle all the bad-boys drove in high school. Those models usually had faulty mufflers, plenty of bondo, a missing window and strongly augmented sound systems. The roll out of this model, after a 25 year hiatus could not have been more perfectly timed. After an explosive 2021–2022 ramp-up (constrained by supply), sales stabilized then accelerated again in 2024–2025 with double-digit percentage gains that outstripped most direct rivals and Ford’s average. To me this embodies the re-ignition of American manufacturing. From chip technology to large construction vehicles, we are putting the pedal back down to the metal, and stylishly!

If you follow the auto auction market you will see that 1970 era restored Broncos are selling for well over $100,000! That is because the professionals who do the restorations make over $80/ hour. An 800 hour restoration plus parts is not a huge money maker, but there is a market for what they produce.
I am blown away. Cars I bought and sold 60 years ago for several hundred dollars are selling today for over $10,000 unrestored. That is what inflation does for us. Today it takes $11.28 to buy what one dollar bought in the 1960s. You can thank our Congress for this debacle.
And, by the way, America could not export the auto repair business. So, cheap Chinese labor could not be used to restore a 1965 Corvette or a 1969 GTO. The truth of our problems are right in front of our eyes.

“Controlled obsolescence” was a frequent complaint by the late ‘70s concerning American manufactured vehicles…I always thought it led to Toyota gaining a stronghold in our domestic market. I also had a hand me down Ford Pinto back then…really loved the rack and pinion steering! But the car was a rust bucket in only a few yrs!!
Oak and I have both driven Mustangs and he had a SportTrac pick-up for 10 yrs, but is a Toyota convert.
Of course Feather, if you have any sense (and I know you do), the last thing you'd want to plow your driveway is a new vehicle, Ford or otherwise. Something old and tough and cheap and ugly fits the bill. I don't know what sort of choices there are in MA, but I'm sure you could find an older full-size pickup with 4WD or some such. Then if it slides into a tree pushing snow, you wouldn't be heartbroken. Just another in a long line of 'badges of courage.'
We could not afford to buy a brand new F250! Even if we had the money, we wouldn’t buy brand new. The one he has that doesn’t run right now (as of this past winter) was a 2011 that he bought with over 100,00 miles on it (mostly for plowing our driveway and pulling a double axle car trailer for moving his New Holland tractor around occasionally). He bought in 2016 has put over 100,00 mi on it - so it doesn’t owe us anything! The issue with Ford trucks that year was mostly electrical - never a big deal to tinker with.
For a long time the Achilles' heel of US-made vehicles has been electrical problems. Auto companies are run by mechanical engineers and stylists, the electrical engineers get short shrift. Thus the result.
In the more recent years, competition has forced them to get their act in gear (so to speak). Build quality is now on a par with international competitors, who increasingly have their own issues.

Yeah, well, I grew up in Michigan in the heyday of the US auto industry (1954-79) and names like Henry Ford and Lee Iacocca were everyday staples of conversation. The US industry had a near monopoly in the years after the Japanese, German, and British economies had been largely destroyed by WW2. (Or was it WW11? 🤣) They got fat, happy and lazy. By the 60s, those countries had been rebuilding and they were hungry. They knew that to succeed, they'd have to take on GM, Ford and Chrysler on their home territory.
So they upped their game and found out American consumers, while they generally liked their US-made cars, had some issues with them: reliability, quality, lack of smaller vehicles. And they learned how to compete.
It has taken the US auto industry several decades to come back, and this was not aided by the British Cabal's 'free trade' strategy. Which Trump is now dismantling.

Is this what you meant by a blade? Southeast Texas doesn't see snow very often, and no one drives when enough falls. We can barely drive in the rain. 😅
Yeah, the 'blade' is the thing mounted on a rack that you bolt onto the chassis of the truck, that you push the snow around with. There are normally controls in the cab that let you move the blade -- up/down, right/left etc. as required to push the snow where you want. They call it 'plowing' but it's really pushing. That is, in the sense that a farmer understands the word 'plowing.'
You would not need one in Texas, but if you live at the end of a dirt road in Massachusetts, where Feather lives, there will be a few times each winter the only way you'll get to town is to 'plow' your driveway. Nobody else will do it for you, unless either (a) you pay them or (b) they're a good friend who just loves pushing snow around.

Anna, I lived in the Texas Coastal Bend in Corpus Christi off and on for many years until 1996. Can't believe it's been that long. I have strong sentimental feelings of nostalgia at times for the palms, the pelicans and the Gulf breezes.

My neighbors are restoring 1990's era Ford F-150's. The completed one is the blue and white model. Man, she is a beauty. I would love to buy that from them. But it isn't quite big enough for our upcoming retirement needs. Now to find an F-250 like that -- I'd be all in.
That sounds awesome and beautiful! Our son ordered a Bronco for his work truck in 2021. When it came in it was the wrong model. They had flubbed the order, and what came was the sport model which was not suitable for his work. He took delivery of it though, sold it for a profit and bought an F150 off the lot. My dream is a Shelby Mustang. Or a 64-1/2 Mustang....like Mary Tyler Moore drove in that series. The hood was a mile long. My neighbor has a 66?Mustang. I drool over that bad boy. He bought it new when he was in high school. Has kept it all these years. Pristine. Although that is getting expensive to find parts.
You really need an F250 to plow. We have an aging one with over 200,000 mi and sadly we’ll have to replace it before winter!! (Actually I doubt husband will “replace” it, he still dreams of restoring it although health issues will probably thwart that dream and Im not into the project as his helper 😉)
Even if he really 'restored' that 250, you would probably still want another pickup for the snow job. You don't want a truck you're afraid of dinging up. 'Cause sh!t happens, especially pushing snow. Which it sounds like you understand... I've learned about another side of you today, Feather! I never would have seen you as a 'car girl' much less a 250 fan. To me the Ford trucks are just a bit 'truckier' than the equivalent Chevy/GMC models, in this case the 2500. You sit up a bit higher, just a different feel. You know you're driving a truck. And yes, a 250 is pretty close to perfect for plowing snow. (Michigan native here.)
My favorite 'snow vehicle' (though obviously not for plowing) was my '73 VW Super Beetle. That thing would go almost anywhere. I always kept a coal shovel and a bag or two of rock salt up front in the trunk. Weight helped with steering in the snow, and if I got high-centered it would not take long to dig the snow out, lay down a couple lines of rock salt, and be on my way. Sadly that vehicle gave way to a more practical Toyota when I moved out to California....

Wow…thanks for the memory lane on the VW bugs! Yes, they were awesome in the snow with all that engine weight in the rear…but not so great for heat. I recall some pretty creative arrangements for getting more heat to defrost the windshield!
I ended up with quite an education on trucks and heavy equipment - husband ran his own construction co for 2 decades…until the 2008 crash. We had to let go of the Cat Excavator and a Cat backhoe and a Peterbuilt tractor/trailer to break even on debt/loans.
At the end of his day doing site work, he would swing home to get me for low bed deliveries of equipment others hired for the move. I loved that Peterbuilt ❤️

My husband grew up in extremely snowy Ohio. Why we’re in the south now. I still love snow and in the middle of this hot, humid 5-6 months’ summer, I would move north. But I love him!🥰

Trump creates an irresistible and interesting lens the Left can’t resist, but the lens conceals a mirror - initially they see the lens as a “gotcha” moment but it leads to a mirror of their own reflection. Trump is the master at psychological warfare and we here will have Ashe to lead us through the maze that I do not doubt will expose content the Left doesn’t want exposed. 🍿
One reason why the Left is all up arms about TMTG selling market making subscriptions for $60,000 to $100,000 a month is that they don't understand who or what moves the market. Yes, insider trading can, but unless the likes of Pelosi buy or sell millions of shares, their stock buys or sells won't move the market; it may move a sector, but even that is unlikely. If as TMTG claims their market moving 'intel' is open source, then it uses pattern matching of hundreds of stocks or several sectors and can (pure speculation on my part) use AI to when a market is ready for a major move. It also may use actual data financial data posted by the companies themselves as the input to their engine.
AI has been used in trading for quite some time and the Big Boys (the ones who gave the stock market a bad name with their intentional rigging in favor Deep State companies) to hunt stops so they can move the market instead of the institutional investors. So if TMTG is using AI that is nothing new. I also think institutional investors have also been using AI, but in what capacity, I do not know.
This is interesting to me because market moves in the past have been based upon geopolitical events like Iran or the Fed Chairs flapping their jaws about the Fake Economy. In other words rigging by the Wall St bad boys. If TMTG changes market analysis away from things like Iran or the Fed, that will be a good thing. The Big Bad Boys can still move markets but institutional investors can also move the market at the same time, and not necessarily in lockstep with the Wall St investment banks, so IMO, it becomes 'fairer'. The moves will still be fractal, just like now, but will also make more sense.
I'm taking this is a data point that the markets may now have been cleaned up and that it is fairer to the small, what are called, retail investors whose buys or sells is hundreds of shares rather than millions. They can't afford the subscription and still have to follow the big boys in the direction of their trades, but the difference now is the picture painted by the market makes more sense instead of being all over the place.
Regarding Israel or Iran: does this mean we can see if the cardboard cutout that the world knows as Mojiba (?) Khameini is a real person or still just an internet meme? Finally we get to see who the real troublemakers are in the Middle East and their connection with the British Empire. What TMTG is selling, that can move markets (and what those who don't pay for it are complaining about) is advance notice of what DJT is posting on his Truth Social account. I don't know if it is minutes, seconds or milliseconds, but that $100K a month lets them know a bit before everyone else what Trump is going to post.
That's what the value is.
My ex wife's cousin's husband developed trading algorithms for Wall Street. This was back in like 99/2000 era. Even back then, they had their trading bots sitting directly on the exchange pay massive monthly fees so they got the data first, just milliseconds before anyone else. Those milliseconds granted them the ability to position before everyone else on the market and it translated to millions of trading advantage. That was before AI, 26+ years ago. I can't imagine how much money they've made since.
But all of that money was inequitable advantage over most other traders. And if you're executing trades in milliseconds, it clearly isn't human.

TMTG -- Maybe I don't understand, but this sounds like free market. The fact that markets rise and fall based on "words from the president" is more telling of the people running the markets than the opportunity to have a millisecond jump. Maybe if the markets weren't so hyper-reactive this wouldn't be a problem.

The real question is, “Who and how many will actually pay $60,000 to $100,000 to buy a small second’s advantage over the public? I am guessing the answer is zero. But, it points directly to the real problem….Market manipulation.
Quite frankly the manipulation is all fake and used to pick the pockets of long term investors. What drives the stock market is corporate earnings. Short term news is pretty much useless because any problems will be quickly corrected. That is how a business stays in business.
The opposite is true in government. Government is a losing proposition and has never been designed to be profitable. But, picking the pockets of our citizens is the same game as the market manipulators. I think that is what Trump is bringing attention to.

While Israel's political class (and many of their people, indeed) are wholeheartedly behind unrestricted violence to achieve their aims (safety, on up), Israel remains only a valuable destabilizing tool for the globalist cabals. I've been censored and banned on every social media platform I've ever been on just for sharing the truth. Jabs, CV_19, 2020 steal. Clintons, Isra-el, not males, etc. It's so old and boring. But I've been on Badlands for at least a couple years now and censoring here didn't start until the past few months. It's just annoying AF.

I just let the default settings as it was, but maybe I could delete or deactivate them ...
In the same way, Badlands Team could choose to make the comments displayed in a chronological order rather than the default settings...
