Fox settles Dominion lawsuit for $787.5 million over US election lies
Fox News on Tuesday settled a defamation lawsuit by Dominion Voting Systems for $787.5 million, averting a trial putting one of the world's top media companies in the crosshairs over its coverage of false vote-rigging claims in the 2020 U.S. election.
The settlement, which legal experts said was the largest struck by an American media company, was announced by the two sides and the judge in the case at the 11th hour.
The jury had been selected earlier in the day and the trial poised for opening statements in Wilmington, Delaware. Dominion had sought $1.6 billion in damages in the lawsuit filed in 2021.
Dominion CEO John Poulos called the settlement "historic."
"Fox has admitted to telling lies about Dominion that caused enormous damage to my company, our employees and our customers," Poulos said in a statement.
"Truthful reporting in the media is essential to our democracy," Poulos said.
At issue in the lawsuit was whether Fox was liable for airing the false claims that Denver-based Dominion's ballot-counting machines were used to manipulate the presidential election in favor of Democrat Joe Biden over then-President Donald Trump, a Republican.
Tuesday's settlement spared Fox the peril of having some of its best-known figures called to the witness stand and subjected to potentially withering questioning, including executives such as Rupert Murdoch, the 92-year-old who serves as Fox Corp chairman, as well as on-air hosts Tucker Carlson, Sean Hannity and Jeanine Pirro. — Reuters

Elon Musk Tells Tucker Carlson Google Co-Founder Larry Page Wants to Build a Digital God
During Elon Musk’s long anticipated sit down interview with Tucker Carlson, the CEO of Tesla stated Co-Founder of Google, Larry Page, once told him he plans to build a ‘digital god’.
Musk told Tucker that he used to stay at Larry Page’s house in Palo Alto, California and he frequently warned Page about the dangers of AI.
The CEO of Twitter continued and said Page noticeably did not take heed to his warning about AI safety but instead called him a speciesist.
Musk also shared with Tucker that Google’s end game is to a “create digital super intelligence” or in other words a “digital god.” — The Gateway Pundit
Our Take: “The Christians may have it right.
The antichrist is a legendary prophetic concept within Christianity that is described as an anti-God-like being, who acts as the "king of the world" in replacement of Jesus. The antithesis of a wise, benevolent, kind, and fair ruler is the rule of the antichrist. To embrace this, the globalists have intentionally denatured religions and raised up atheism so that eventually, mankind will cry out for a God replacement.
For years, the speculation around this topic has been around an actual person, a son or daughter of a globalist, or even someone bred for the position over many generations. But perhaps it's something else. Perhaps it's not a person at all. Perhaps it's the ultimate tyrant, immune to ethics, morals, and influences of the heart and spirit. An AI that can perfectly and unwaveringly execute any and all directives placed in its digital hands. A cold hard, mind that resists appeals to reason as surely as rock resists absorbing moisture.
The AI in this case is not a true mind or sentient being, it is a look alike. AI, as we have been designing them on Earth, are more akin to sophisticated puppets than self-aware, self-learning machines with the capacity for reason and logic in the same way humans express these qualities. These machines do not have free will or have the ability to discern truth or real values.
What this means is that the AI God is meant to replace the true God in the lives of men on earth, creating an almost perfect mechanism for lasting control over all life on earth. It's a ruse, a deception, but one that has the power to be so accepted by the masses blinded to the true nature and attributes of God, that many would accept it. Already we see the ground work being laid for this covert mission to replace God in the hearts of men and women.
Beyond the more sentimental and poetic aspects of the God concept, God is practically the source of truth, goodness, and beauty. We measure excellence using a ruler gifted to us from God. But this ruler isn't perfect. It's been distorted, twisted, and altered by dark agendas and minds throughout history—poor stewards. It's been twisted by blind faith and false righteousness. Today, the ruler is so ineffectual, we can barely use it to discern real truth, true goodness, and divine beauty.
But as was promised, the ruler will return and this is what the forces of darkness fear. They fear the people rediscover the true ruler gifted to them by God. They know that they can sell man on a false concept of God, and beguile man with a false concept of spiritual fellowship, kingdomhood, and lawful justice.
Combined with technological splendor and increasingly weaponized cybernetic implants, a point may come in the future where man has so thoroughly distanced himself from God that the false AI God can truly be enthroned as the Christ over all. As dark as this future might seem, and as much as I might think we can avoid it, if we can't, we will not be abandoned. Emissaries will continue to be sent on our behalf.

State Rep. Justin Jones Attempts To Bring Child-Size Coffin Into Tennessee Legislature
Tennessee Rep. Justin Jones (D) carried a child-size coffin into the state’s Capitol on Monday, a symbolic action he took a week after being voted back into office.
Jones carried the prop casket through the Capitol during a protest against gun violence led by the social activist Bishop William Barber II and attempted to bring the casket inside the legislature.
A video circulating online shows security stopping Barber and Jones, who is carrying the small casket. Some of the audio is indistinguishable from background noise, but The Associated Press reports that the sergeant-at-arms would not allow Jones to bring the casket onto the floor.
“Is that a constitutional rule? Or state rule?” Barber asks in the video. Jones says he wants to bring the casket to his desk.
The sergeant-at-arms responds: “House rules. No props.”
Earlier this month, Jones and fellow Democratic state Reps. Justin Pearson and Gloria Johnson joined protesters in the state House chamber and chanted for gun control legislation following the mass shooting in Nashville in which three children and three adults were killed. The action prompted a GOP-led move to expel the three Democrats from the House. — HuffPost
Our Take: “Maybe I'm deranged, but everything about this guy screams ‘asset’ to me, whether knowingly or not. COINTELPRO comes to mind, and if you are unfamiliar with the term, do yourself a favor and look it up on Wikispooks.
A few questions have come to mind in contemplating this latest SJW pol: If the Tennessee GOP had just ignored this dingus, would anyone even care about him right now? Additionally, I wonder if he is aware of the irony of a Democrat bringing a child-size coffin to the House Chamber. Imagine his disgust if someone were to bring a truckload of fetus-sized coffins to the House.

CRE Giant Brookfield Defaults On $161 Million Debt For DC Office Buildings
With recent stress in the regional banking sector, sentiment in US commercial real estate (CRE) - and especially the office sector - has turned negative as investors prepare for potential spillover effects (with JPM, Morgan Stanley, and Goldman Sachs all joining the gloom parade), especially as high-profile defaults continue to make headlines as borrowers face higher debt service costs and refinancing becomes much harder ahead of a $400 billion CRE debt maturities this year alone.
The latest headline fueling concerns about a potential CRE crisis involves a fund belonging to CRE giant Brookfield defaulting on a $161.4 million mortgage for twelve office buildings in Washington, DC.
According to Bloomberg, the loan was transferred to a special servicer working with "the borrower to execute a pre-negotiation agreement and to determine the path forward."
Real estate data firm Green Street said DC office space values had slid 36% through March compared with a year ago due to rising vacancies amid the rise of remote and hybrid work post-Covid.
The gold-standard measure of office occupancy trends is still the card-swipe data provided by Kastle Systems. The average office occupancy across Washington, DC, is only 43% and has yet to recover to pre-pandemic levels. — ZeroHedge
Our Take: “While it can be difficult to keep track of all the various Crises that seem to be afflicting the United States—the world—over the course of the last few weeks alone, the percolating and threatening to boil financial crisis may be chief among them.
That said, when digging through some of the macro economic data like office vacancies, one can be forgiven for coming away with a reading of an impending crash with an oddly-positive tilt, considering that many of the investment firms dubbed ‘Too Big to Fail’ the last time around don’t seem nearly as well protected this time, while a surge in independent businesses continue to spring up around the nation in the wake of the engineered COVID-19 Plandemic.

I’d like to know more details as to why FOX took this route. There was evidence all over about Dominon corruption. FOX, as you pointed out, was two faced in this reporting. Did they do this because their messaging was contradictory? Or more likely because this route provides cover for the true agenda of the globalist FOX corporate.

I believe the prophecies written by John, of the Revelation of Jesus Christ, (though filled with types and symbolic language [the language of original creation, to be precise]) to be true and accurate. What we refer to as chapters 13 - 19 provide all we need to know about the humans that fulfill the prophecies of the anti-christ (the beast from the sea) and the false prophet (the beast from the earth). There is also an image of the first beast (herein lies a non-human element to “history yet lived out” - i.e., prophecy - that would easily align with AI). BTW - those two humans along with the red dragon (Satan/Lucifer) become the false trinity.
What we know as The Revelation (of Jesus Christ) 19:19-21 tells us of both their fate and their nature (being living souls). [I could type it out, but I will leave it, for those who are interested, to find it for themselves.]
Also - does anyone have an idea what Musk's "X" plan is (also referred to as his "everything app" which will be sourced out of Twitter)? Sounds a bit like a one-world financial system to me...but I could be wrong.
