The fact is that in this case, Dominion had far more to fear from discovery than FOX. Even if the judge were a zealot (possible because he claimed that 'it's proven that election fraud is made-up' or something to that effect), and would not admit evidence FOX might like to bring about the machine weaknesses and their utilization, such a decision is almost certainly going to be overturned on appeal and the information eventually put into the public domain.
My opinion: FOX is never going to pay a dime of this 'settlement.' It will be used instead to transfer control of FOX away from Rupert to... something or someone else. This was never about the machines or fraud, it was about control of the news, and FOX is in on the deal. What you think you see, in other words, is not at all what you are going to get. In this case, I think it is possible (we will have to wait to see) that Dominion and FOX are on the same team -- the team that is saying "Move on, nothing to see here." Remember RINO Paul Ryan is managing FOX. They are trying (far too late, but that is typical) to put the lid on the 'election fraud' issue. Remember it was FOX that 'called Arizona for Joe Biden' when Trump was still ahead in all of the swing states.
