I don't see how they can come to this conclusion, Judge McAfee, in my opinion, did a fantastic job of allowing Fani and Wade to have as much rope as they needed to hang themselves with their own words, and that is exactly what happened during the hearing, also Judge McAfee overruled 90% of the defenses objections during the case, people also do not understand that Judge McAfee made his decision on the admissible evidence submitted to the Court, not on all the proof WE know, WE know so much more about this case than was admitted into the Court record, this is why I think people are so mad at Judge McAfee, they believe he should have made his decision on everything WE know to be fact not rule on what was admitted into the Court record.
