This has been a long time coming. I wonder how many involved have no idea the consequences of their actions. I am a botanist. In the 1970's I was involved in a short-term appointment to the Smithsonian Institution's "Endangered Species Project" (a whole other story of government waste of time, resources, etc.). The man chosen to head it up was on vacation, having retired from the US Dept. of Agriculture where he was a bug specialist (very different from plants and it soon showed). Anyway, there were other projects in that office and another was one to identify natural areas which should be "saved" being led by 2 women.
One had a MA in Forestry from Yale, which was considered one of the best in that field. She and her accomplice were always trying to get me to turn over my species distribution data to them. I observed that they were practicing "the end justifies the means" and playing fast and loose with facts. One day, I confronted the Yale girl and told her: "If you fudge your data or fib, when the general public catches on.....and they will....academia will be forever trying to get its reputation back."
'Fun' ... what an interesting way to put it. Strangely though, I think you're pretty close to the truth here. To [those] people, this really is a game. Problem is, they are now losing... and they do not like it.
The consequences have begun. Who trusts the "science" today? Or the medical field or pharmaceuticals? Who trusts public education? The so-called institutions of "higher learning"?
It has always fascinated me that these people and institutions do not seem capable of considering the consequences of actions.
As Dr. Thomas Sowell once said, "reality is unavoidable".
Drip, drip, flood is apparently beginning to accelerate and approach center stage as the truths are dragged into the light. As more around the globe awaken, we are seeing a direct correlation to the rise in panicked talking heads everywhere. Meantime the lies are being peeled off every SINGLE day! I’m all for getting TRUTH out to everyone but I’m not sure releasing it to our great truthers would be the most efficient way to get the truth to the people who DONT know and who are the ones who need to hear it the most? Tucker was probably the best option in reaching those people. But now he faces pressure from those who control his platform and will have to make a choice. Will he be brave? Will he be a true patriot? Whoever gave him the access to the footage must be ahead of possibilities and have counter moves to the resistance that would obviously come from those who need to keep this stuff hidden. I have to believe that the good guys know what they are doing!
I think Tucker cannot reveal any more damning information without risking his job or worse.
However, he did tell Glenn Beck that he (Beck) was welcome to have a look:
Beck: Can I get access to those (tapes)?
Tucker: As far as I’m concerned you can have access to whatever you want! I personally think everyone should have access to them. I will put you in touch with the producer who is dealing with the Speaker’s office.
I wonder if it's possible that there are grand juries already impaneled and some/lots of this footage is in evidence and cannot be shared openly. Just a stretch, and I'm not sure how that would make sense even, but I try to explore all the angles even if the obvious conclusion is that slimy bastards are doing what they do best.
Possible for sure. They do seem to take advantage of whatever procedural roadblocks they can find. Slimy bastards indeed... the grind wheels of justice turn slowly. When they turn at all.
Speaker McCarthy gave Tucker access to the footage, I believe. If Tucker is being silenced by Schumer and his fellow worms and snakes, sadly including many GOP members, the ball is back in the Speaker’s court.
The videos need wide and unaltered release. Member’s of the J6 Committee need to suffer consequences.
I predict this will end up being a tremendous boost to President Trump’s campaign.
