Biden urges Congress to embrace border bill. But House speaker suggests it may be ‘dead on arrival’
President Joe Biden on Friday pressed Congress to embrace a bipartisan Senate deal to pair border enforcement measures with Ukraine aid, but House Speaker Mike Johnson suggested the compromise on border and immigration policy could be “dead on arrival” in his chamber.
The Democratic president said in a statement late Friday that the policies proposed would “be the toughest and fairest set of reforms to secure the border we’ve ever had in our country.” He also pledged to use a new emergency authority to “shut down the border” as soon as he could sign it into law.
Biden’s embrace of the deal — and Republican resistance — could become an election-year shift on the politics of immigration. Yet the diminishing prospects for its passage in Congress may have far-reaching consequences for U.S. allies around the globe, especially Ukraine.
Senate Republicans had initially insisted that border policy changes be included in Biden’s $110 billion emergency request for funding for Ukraine, Israel, immigration enforcement and other national security needs. But the Senate deal faced collapse this week as it came under fire from Republicans, including Donald Trump, the likely presidential nominee, who eviscerated the deal as a political “gift” to Democrats.

“Rather than accept accountability, President Biden is now trying to blame Congress for what HE himself intentionally created,” Johnson said in the letter. — AP News
Our Take: “This is the argument. Make the argument. The border problem could be solved without any legislation whatsoever.
The legislation is not to solve the problem on the border, it's to increase the surveillance state while making the process of illegal alien entry more efficient, and that's the side of things we're supposed to like!
For this special treat of ours, we extend our indentured servitude to the tune of $110 billion to pay for fake foreign proxy wars. Oh, the humanity!
No deals. No deals on the border. No deals for foreign proxy ‘wars.’ Don't even discuss any of the rest. This is all you need to say. The full authority to solve the problem already exists. The problem exists because both sides of the Uniparty want it to.
Why are your Republican representatives talking about passing ANY legislation on this rather than demanding the problem be solved with the authorities the people have already transferred to the State?” —
Another Take: “Sovereignty radiates from the ground up.
The greatest PsyOp in human history is that it is passed in a top-down manner, or bestowed upon others.
Sovereignty begins as the ultimate Micro, within each man, and is then projected outward, growing ever more Macro, encompassing and embodying the family, the town, the city, the state and finally, the nation.
Just as a man needs no permission or centralized authority figure to defend his family, a state needs no permission to defend its borders, and a nation needs no authority but for that transferred from its collected sovereigns to do so on their behalf.
This is the mandate of leadership.
The America First movement isn't a national movement, but rather its opposite, and I think the American Mind is being slowly, unerringly guided in the direction of this core remembrance of power projection.
We prefer a First Principles approach to logic because principles emanate from Truth, and are foundational.
Sovereignty is THE First Principle.” —
George Soros pours millions into Texas in hopes of shifting power to Dems
Liberal billionaire George Soros is pouring extensive amounts of cash into Texas in an attempt to flip the state to Democrats, state campaign finance records reviewed by Fox News Digital show.
Soros has contributed over $3 million to at least five left-wing groups in the Lone Star State over the last year to beef up infrastructure and help Democrats make gains in the overwhelmingly Republican stronghold.
The financier is single-handedly propelling one of the progressive groups working to accomplish those goals.
Fox News Digital reported in August that Texas Majority PAC, a mysterious under-the-radar group positioning itself to turn the state blue, had received hundreds of thousands of dollars from Soros' Democracy PAC II. — FOX News
Our Take: “The media wants you to believe that world super villain George Soros is just a benevolent billionaire, despite the fact that his operations have been condemned and banned from multiple countries around the world.
According to check your fact dot com, ‘OSF said it was forced to shutter its operations in Hungary in 2018 after the government passed the ‘Stop Soros Law’ which outlawed much of the work the group did with illegal immigrants in the country, CNBC reported.’
This statement is made in an article attempting to disprove the claim that Soros has been banned from multiple countries; their hook is that it’s Soros’ charities, not Soros himself, that has been banned.
The case of Hungary is particularly relevant as Soros is Hungarian with dual US and Hungarian citizenship. Moreover, his banned activities in Hungary were related to illegal immigration, much like his activities in Texas.
It’s obvious that the ‘Open Societies Foundation’ is pouring millions of dollars into the embattled border state in an effort to make US society more open. The difference between the US and Hungary is that, according to all available evidence, Soros has greater control over the decision makers. That is, US politicians are so addicted to the billionaire’s dark money that they’re willing to sacrifice the nation to keep it flowing.
I think there’s a legal term for that…” —
RFK Jr. Campaign Collects Enough Signatures To Get On New Hampshire Ballot
As President Joe Biden learned he had won the New Hampshire Democrat primary as a write-in candidate, independent presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr. announced he had gathered the required number of signatures to appear on that state’s general election ballot in November.
Mr. Kennedy’s team collected more than 3,000 signatures in one day in the Granite State, according to a statement from the campaign.
“I want to thank our dedicated supporters and volunteers who made this great accomplishment possible,” Mr. Kennedy said.
“Democracy is much more than voting. I’m inspired by how enthusiastic people are to collect signatures, create new political parties, and rally for real change,” Mr. Kennedy added.
“This kind of energy is what will get us onto the ballot in every state and fuel our voter registration and GOTV operation as we head toward election day.” — The Epoch Times
Our Take: “As the 2024 election looms closer, RFK is looking like more and more of a possibility as Americans rile from the unrelenting divisiveness born out of the non-stop political warfare that escalated starkly when Trump first ran for the 2016 presidency.
While Trump's MAGA platform is an enticing retaliation to the sheer destruction of Biden's presidency and its globalist counterparts, it is worth taking note of how weary the people have become from the necessary polarization of a narrative war, born out of a country intentionally divided. Political divisiveness is, after all, a well worn form of ammunition long employed by our globalist enemies, and has helped foment both wars abroad and conflicts at home.
Given the research surrounding and emergent from the Q drops as a potential fifth-generation warfare operation, and the impactful research of the Devolution series, it is tempting to say that Trump represents deeper awareness of the war at hand than RFK.
And yet, even if one is committed to these bodies of research as evidence of this, there is no denying that what Trump is fighting for is the power of the people to choose. He is not tied to an operation that guarantees his win but is, instead, deeply committed to preserving election integrity, among other things.
With that said, Kennedy represents something different and may even have insights unavailable to Trump. Kennedy is symbolic of something that has always acted as an achilles heel to the Deep State: Family Legacy.
This is after all at the heart of the Neo-Marxist war on the family: disarming its capacity to generate family legacies that outlast political cycles, media cycles and educational forms of indoctrination. And given the panic that JFK obviously set off in the hearts of our enemies, the symbolism of an RFK victory, an America first family legacy toppling the Deep State, should not be discounted as a major win.
What wisdom has the Kennedy legacy imbued him with as they have continued to battle the deep state as a family line?
If we're conservative with our estimates and use mainstream sources:
The Bush family legacy is now over a hundred years old, with two presidencies in the family, and a long history of using propaganda to foment horrific wars that shifted the West further and further into a security state.
The Rockefeller legacy is now well over 150 years old, with achievements such as the establishment of the United Nations, which is now pushing its dystopian Agenda 2030, being used to pump Neo-Marxist brainwashing into public schools and government institutions throughout the Western World.
The Rothschild legacy is 263 years old with generations of banking power that have shaped world wars, and drastically defined the geopolitical landscape we live in today.
Our enemy has sought to utilize their own family legacies for the incremental implementation of a New World Order over many generations.
So, whether RFK ends up as president, or as Trump's VP, there's no doubt that a win emerging from a family legacy on our side has the symbolic power to communicate a historical triumph to be celebrated.” —
Three US troops killed in drone attack in Jordan, more than 30 injured
Three US Army soldiers were killed and more than 30 service members were injured in a drone attack overnight on a small US outpost in Jordan, US officials told CNN, marking the first time US troops have been killed by enemy fire in the Middle East since the beginning of the Gaza war.
“We shall respond,” President Joe Biden said while speaking in South Carolina on Sunday.
The killing of three Americans at Tower 22 in Jordan near the border with Syria is a significant escalation of an already-precarious situation in the Middle East. Officials said the drone was fired by Iran-backed militants and appeared to come from Syria. It is still being determined which militia group specifically is responsible.
US Central Command confirmed in a statement Sunday that three service members were killed and at least 34 injured in a one-way drone attack that “impacted at a base in northeast Jordan.” Eight injured service members were medically evacuated to receive higher-level care, CENTCOM said.
The number of wounded is expected to rise as service members seek treatment for symptoms consistent with traumatic brain injury, two US officials said. — CNN
Our Take: “Some of the worst news we can get as the Info War rages on is the kind that tells us the Shadow War is still alive and well, and that the enemy—if this reporting is accurate—still retains at least some level of Actual or kinetic power projection through its many proxies on the international game board.
This sort of story also reminds us to embrace the ‘Understanding > Reacting’ refrain, as the picture tends to become clearer with each passing hour.
Either way, on a purely Narrative level, Biden is being seen as feckless and weak on the world stage, one that is increasingly seen as tense and inflammatory.
The People want strong leadership, which means confident leadership. That’s what Trump represents in this time.” —
Snoop Dogg explains why he now has ‘nothing but love and respect’ for Donald Trump
Snoop Dogg has explained why he has “nothing but love and respect” for Donald Trump in a surprising U-turn.
The rapper made the comments in a new interview, years after being embroiled in something of a feud with the the former president, who is running for office again in the 2024 US election.
Seemingly putting his days of trolling Trump behind him, Snoop told The Times on Sunday (28 January): “Donald Trump? He ain’t done nothing wrong to me. He has done only great things for me.”
The rapper then specifically referred to the time Trump “pardoned Michael Harris”, the co-founder of Snoop’s first label, Death Row, who was in prison for drug offences.
He added: “So I have nothing but love and respect for Donald Trump.”
Prior to this admission, Snoop Dogg has repeatedly taken aim at Trump’s controversial views, and in 2017, provoked a reaction from the former president after releasing a music video for “Lavender” featuring BADBADNOTGOOD. — Independent.co.uk
Our Take: “This is quite the turnaround.
We all remember Snoop’s ‘Lavender’ video, where he ‘aimed a gun at a clown dressed like Trump, which he pulled to reveal a red flag with the word ‘BANG’ written on it.’ The video was released during a time where left-leaning Americans were testing the limits of acceptable speech, with Madonna publicly fantasizing about blowing up the White House, and Kathy Griffin’s photo shoot with a sculpture of President Trump’s severed head.
While grotesque, all three of these occurrences are lawfully protected under the First Amendment. They’re gross, unimaginative, and escalatory, raising the temperature in our national conversation — but lawfully protected. More on that in a minute.
What I find more revealing about Snoop’s change of heart is his definition of MAGA, ‘What I mean by that is, in my lifetime, that’s when young Black men in impoverished areas organised to help their communities and to take care of their own because society basically left them for dead.’
Not society, Snoop. Democrats.
Well done to the corporate press for painting MAGA as a return to the Jim Crow South (Democrats) or the 1994 Crime Bill (also Democrats). The continuous false reporting of President Trump’s agenda was effective. But Snoop’s recent about-face implies that it might not be as effective this time around.
MAGA holds no agenda of oppression. MAGA means putting America First for the benefit of all Americans. President Trump’s agenda and accomplishments made this clear for the black community — from the First Step Act to Opportunity Zones to the Platinum Plan. These efforts may not have been perfect, but you can’t deny they sought to make Black America great again. Unfortunately, the corporate press worked overtime to mislead the public about the MAGA agenda, and their efforts were so effective that they had Snoop making videos about assassinating the President over it.
Back to that more recent period of heightened rhetoric and escalating tensions, no one in MAGA questioned whether this ‘art’ of leftist creators — from Lavender to Kathy Griffin — was protected speech; and no one called to strip them of their rights. Remember that when leftists attempt to convince you that ‘peacefully and patriotically’ is a vigilante dog whistle that actually means ‘cause violence and overthrow the government without arms.’ The double standard and hypocrisy is on display with neon signs illuminating it.
I appreciate Snoop’s apparent willingness to defect from the corporate media narrative. Ironically, Snoop’s new outlook and the fact that he is openly discussing it will actually help Make America Great Again. America First.” —
Kremlin Denies Reports That Putin Signaling White House For Peace Talks
There has been growing chatter this week in international press that Moscow is looking to strike a peace deal with Ukraine and the West toward ending the war, which is about to hit its two-year mark by the end of February.
It was also back in December that the NY Times issued a report saying that President Putin is "quietly signaling" to the West that he wants a ceasefire. This reporting picked up steam again this week after Bloomberg published a report which cited two anonymous sources said to be close to the Kremlin. They said Putin's officials had used diplomatic back-channels to "put out feelers" to senior Biden admin officials in December.
But on Friday the Kremlin issued a firm denial of these reports. And specifically concerning the new Bloomberg article, Putin spokesman Dmitry Peskov told a press briefing, "That’s false information, it’s completely untrue." — ZeroHedge
Our Take: “We're not quite at the Sovereign Alliance endgame, so we're going to get more obfuscation and narrative reframing than you can imagine before we get to that point, and we're seeing this in effect with the continued ramping of Overton's Goalpost as it relates to the Ukraine-Russia conflict.
The latest BS emanating from the Media Industrial Complex flies in the face of the observable reality the Collective Mind has been inundated with for the better part of two years—that being that Russia has emphatically demonstrated to the Globalist West that, despite all the sanctions, threats and bloviating of the Administrative Establishment and Central Bankers, Power is Power, and Russia has quite a bit of it.
Putin isn't begging western bureaucrats for peace, and he's not crawling to the Biden Admin to help pull him out of a conflict he's been in control of from the jump.
Retreat is defeat in the Mind War, and the Establishment is retreating rapidly along previously-held Narrative ground.” —
Trudeau and Singh's teams quietly planning electoral reform legislation
As progress on some measures in the Liberal-NDP confidence-and-supply agreement continue to play out publicly, the two parties have quietly been in talks to table electoral reform legislation before the next federal vote.
Leading these negotiations on the political front, are Public Safety, Democratic Institutions and Intergovernmental Affairs Minister Dominic LeBlanc, and NDP MP and democratic reform critic Daniel Blaikie.
In an interview with CTVNews.ca between NDP caucus retreat sessions in Edmonton, Blaikie said there has been "a fair amount of work done," towards drafting amendments to the Canada Elections Act.
While not a full-scale overhaul of the federal voting system as Prime Minister Justin Trudeau once promised, within the two-party confidence-and-supply agreement are a series of electoral reform proposals aimed at expanding "the ability for people to vote." — CTV News
Our Take: “Things are not going well for Justin Trudeau. Within the same 7 day span he had a world class MMA Fighter attack his character and everything he has done to Canada, the highest court in Canada ruled his draconian usage of the Emergencies Act during the Freedom Convoy as unlawful, and Tucker Carlson launched an entire 'Liberate Canada' campaign attacking his entire political platform from all sides.
With all the pressure Trudeau is under it seems that he quietly started some electoral reform. Top of the list:
Allowing an "expanded" three-day voting period during general elections;
Allowing voters to cast their ballots at any polling place within their riding; and
Improving the mail-in ballot process with both accessibility and maintaining integrity in mind.
Sound familiar? This seems like the moves of someone scared to lose power...
There is something to be said about how uncreative our enemy can be. In terms of generating situational awareness as a collective, it's very easy to predict moves like this.
On the other hand, this globalist cabal beleives they can employ these copy-paste operations because they have historically worked to their advantage.
Has the collective awareness reached a tipping point that will foil Trudeau's capacity to use election reform to cheat and maintain rulership over Canada? Only the unfolding info war will tell.” —
Supreme Court Moving Fast In Trump Ballot Disqualification Case, Written Opinion Coming
The U.S. Supreme Court has signaled that it’s moving fast with former President Donald Trump’s appeal that seeks to overturn the Colorado Supreme Court ruling barring him from the ballot on 14th Amendment grounds.
A note accompanying the U.S. Supreme Court’s schedule for Feb. 8, the day the high court is set to hear the first oral arguments in the case, indicates that it intends to announce written opinions on the very same day.
While the substance of the opinions has not been revealed, the declaration that they will be published on Feb. 8 is significant as it indicates that the Supreme Court views the case as having significant legal importance and warrants expedited consideration.
The question that the former president’s attorneys presented for consideration in their Jan. 3 petition was whether the Colorado Supreme Court incorrectly ordered President Trump excluded from the 2024 presidential ballot. — The Epoch Times

"Legal System Out Of Control" - Trump Rages At $83M Damages In (Second) Carroll Defamation Case
Former President Trump has been ordered to pay $83.3 million in E. Jean Carroll's civil defamation trial.
Carroll accused Trump of having sexually assaulting her in the mid-1990s at a Bergdorf Goodman department store dressing room in Manhattan. While the alleged attack happened decades ago, Carroll sued under New York's Adult Survivors Act, which allows victims to sue for civil damages beyond the statute of limitations.

Trump raged against the result on his social media site TruthSocial, calling it “absolutely ridiculous.” — ZeroHedge
Our Take: “Trump is the President of Precedent.
It's not a new take because it's the take that many in the Truth Community have been forwarding for a couple of years, now, and it gets more and more clear with each passing legal and narrative deployment against the true POTUS.
The 'Slings and Arrows' refrain isn't something Trump appeals to because he wants people to feel sorry for him, or fight FOR him; it's because he's trying to codify the key theme of the story that is the Deep State vs. Donald J. Trump, and that's simple:
They're not after him. They're after you. He's just in the way.
When the age of Trump is over, if [they] remain, they'll still be after us, which is why we need to take them down in this time, with this war ... and by setting legal (actual) precedent and mass psychological (narrative) mandate, Trump is the signal-setter and the final line of demarcation.
Everything they've done against him (and us) will and is being turned around on them.
Think Mirror, and be comfy.” —

Georgia Senate approves resolution to establish panel to investigate Fani Willis
The Republican-led Georgia Senate on Friday approved a resolution to establish a committee to investigate the prosecutor who brought an election interference case against former President Donald Trump and 18 co-defendants last year.
In a 30-19 vote that passed along party lines, the state Senate approved legislation that will permit a special committee to investigate Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis amid misconduct allegations.
The alleged misconduct "includes the ongoing expenditure of significant public funds for the purpose of hiring a special assistant district attorney with whom District Attorney Willis had, and may yet have, an ongoing romantic relationship," the resolution states.
The panel will consist of no more than nine members, including at least three Democrats, according to the resolution. — NBC News

Excellent as always, but “Sovereignty radiates from the ground up" is the keystone. Our system of government was originally based on the philosophy that "Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed." Our votes are not affirmations of some aristocratic entitlement, but a temporary loan of a specific portion of our sovereignty to someone we trust, no different than temporarily entrusting my retirement funds to a fiduciary, or my health to a doctor - not forfeiting those things, but merely hiring some help. When the Uber driver starts telling me where to go, I'd be a fool to blithely accept their authority.
Love that line that Trump is fighting for our right to choose. Everyone who is "waiting to be saved" needs to realize God wants us taking action. Think mirror and get comfy is perfect for me because that rape case is disgusting and enrages my sense of decency because DJT is not someone who would need to resort to rape! Great writing guys!
