Cybersecurity head says there’s no chance a foreign adversary can change US election results
Nearly a month out from Election Day, the head of the nation’s cybersecurity agency is forcefully reassuring Americans who have been swept into the chaotic churn of election disinformation and distrust that they will be able to feel confident in the outcome.
State and local election officials have made so much progress in securing voting, ballot-counting and other election infrastructure that the system is more robust than it has ever been, said Jen Easterly, director of the U.S. Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency. As a result, she said, there is no way Russia, Iran or any other foreign adversary will be able to alter the results.
“Malicious actors, even if they tried, could not have an impact at scale such that there would be a material effect on the outcome of the election,” Easterly told The Associated Press in an interview Wednesday.
Easterly’s trust in the election process comes as intelligence officials have warned of escalating efforts by foreign adversaries to influence voters, deepen partisan divides and undermine faith in U.S. elections.
Her comments stand in contrast to the doubts millions of Americans, especially Republicans, have held since the 2020 election when former President Donald Trump refused to accept his loss. He has built on his false claims of vote rigging since then, setting the stage to claim the election has been stolen if he loses again this November. — AP News
Our Take: The former head of the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) was Chris Krebs, a lawyer with his undergrad in environmental science. He’s the guy that gave us the ‘safest and most secure election in history.’
As we saw (again) during the election hearing down in Georgia this week, that was a bold lie.
Krebs was replaced after the 2020 election with Jen Easterly, a career intelligence official who served as special assistant to Barack Obama from October 2013 to February 2016. She was also the National Security Council’s senior director for counterterrorism. After that, and before being sworn in to head CISA in July 2021, Easterly was global head of cybersecurity for Morgan Stanley.
That means Easterly was heading up cyber for Morgan Stanley in January 2021 when a data breach at Guidehouse exposed sensitive client information, including social security numbers. Guidehouse was a Morgan Stanley technology vendor storing corporate data and, in her role, Easterly would have had oversight of the security of that ecosystem.
Five months later, Easterly was appointed to head up security for US critical infrastructure, and Morgan Stanley went on to have additional cybersecurity scandals.
This is the woman that claims that ‘there is no way Russia, Iran or any other foreign adversary will be able to alter the results.’
I’ve said this before, but it warrants repeating, actual cyber experts don’t make absolute statements about security.
Threat levels are evolving faster than threat assessment capabilities; bureaucracy, politics, and corruption drowned out the adults in the room a long time ago; and our elections don’t even have acceptable password management practices. No credible security expert would look at the state of US election system architecture, the vendor landscape, the entire testing ecosystem — and conclude that ‘there is no way’ it can be breached and results could be altered.
If anyone knows one, I’d love to interview them. After spending years working closely with global corporate CISOs and their teams of cyber experts, I have some very specific questions. —
Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs accused of sexual misconduct by 120 people, attorney says
An attorney said Tuesday he is representing 120 accusers who have come forward with sexual misconduct allegations against Sean “Diddy” Combs, the hip-hop mogul who is awaiting trial on sex trafficking charges.
Houston attorney Tony Buzbee said he expects lawsuits to be filed within the next month, with most expected to be filed in New York and Los Angeles. Buzbee described the victims as 60 males and 60 females, and that 25 were minors at the time of the alleged misconduct. One individual alleged he was 9 years old when he was abused, Buzbee said. The allegations cover a period from 1991 to this year.
“This type of sexual assault, sexual abuse, sexual exploitation should never happen in the United States or anywhere else. This should have never been allowed to go on for so long. This conduct has created a mass of individuals who are injured, scared and scarred,” Buzbee said at a news conference.
Following the announcement of the accusations in Texas, an attorney for Combs said the performer “cannot address every meritless allegation in what has become a reckless media circus.” — AP News
Our Take: This Diddy thing is not some distraction psyop, nor is it the Deep State "burning" one of their own, to save themselves. The Diddy narrative deployment represents the takedown of the entertainment arm of the transnational cartel that effectively controls the world.
A singer named Jaguar Wright—who has performed in studio recordings with rappers such as Jay-Z—has been making waves lately, claiming that there are likely thousands of abuse victims who suffered at the hands of Shawn Carter, aka "Jay-Z," and his wife, Beyonce Knowles.
"That couple is nasty," Wright says, visibly shaking as she breaks down into tears. She goes on to explain that she is currently counseling hundreds of victims already, and has reason to believe thousands more exist.
Everybody says that Kanye West is crazy. On November 18, 2016—ten days after Donald Trump was first elected President—Kanye famously interrupted his own concert to rant about Trump's victory, giving Trump his endorsement.
"It's a new world, Hillary. It's a new world, Barack. It's a new world, Jay-Z."
"Hey, bro, Jay-Z!" Kanye said, "I know you have killers, please don't send them at my head. Just call me! Talk to me like a man."
"I have been sent here to give y’all the truth. Even at the risk of my own life. Even at the risk of my own success, of my own career. I've been sent here to give y’all the truth."
Kanye immediately ended the concert, and days later was checked into a mental institution by his personal trainer, Harley Pasternak. Not only is Pasternak a former Canadian intelligence agent who has publicly revealed in the past to working with experimental drugs as part of his work, but Kanye also accused this same person of giving him "Lithium," implying that it made him submissive and changed his behavior in other ways.
(You can read my X thread on Kanye and Pasternak here.)
Pasternak wasn't the only celebrity to seek out Kanye after he publicly endorsed Trump. Diddy also pursued him, and very aggressively, based on text messages he sent to Kanye, which Kanye subsequently posted to social media.
It seems clear that, despite his massive fame, Kanye does not seem to be part of the club with the club, so to speak, in Hollywood. Could it be that there is more to Trump's relationship with Kanye, considering that it was President Trump who saved Kanye from Harley Pasternak in December 2016, bringing him to Trump Tower and having a private meeting that seemed to have had an emotional impact on Kanye and his companion, who both gave Trump a hug?
I've always felt that this moment had a Bruce Wayne feel to it. As if the moment represented the start of an alliance that would serve a major purpose, culturally, in the future.
Perhaps that explains why Kanye later referred to Trump as the father that he never had.
And for those that think Kanye has turned back to the dark side (his behavior certainly has been strange), here is a story (with video evidence) from this past March, where Jay-Z came to Kanye's concert in LA, seeking a private meeting, and Kanye ignored him.
Could it be that Kanye helped Trump map out the Hollywood cartel, and even infiltrate it? If you think this sounds crazy, what's even crazier is that Kanye also has ties from this period to Vladimir Putin and Russian celebrity-artists of Kanye's caliber, who also have ties to Putin. And I just recently mentioned the ties Kanye also has to Saudi Crown Prince MBS...
It would be an incredible story, if somehow true. Like something out of a movie. —
Vance gets stellar reviews for debate
Sen. JD Vance (R-Ohio) received stellar reviews for his debate performance on Tuesday night against Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz (D), with pundits describing him as “sharp” and offering a “commanding performance.”
“For Vance, it was a commanding performance. For Walz, it was a nervous ramble. For the audience, it was the most civil and substantive debate of the Trump era,” wrote Ross Douthat, a columnist for The New York Times.
“I was struck by the fact that JD Vance is a significantly more eloquent Donald Trump,” said Alyssa Farah Griffin, “The View” co-host and a CNN commentator during a panel. “Watching that, I don’t agree with JD Vance on quite a bit, but he speaks to MAGA in a way that he comes off as an incredibly effective communicator.”
Vance’s performance was even noted by Democrats, including Michigan Gov. Gretchen Whitmer (D).
“You know, JD Vance was a better debater than Donald Trump,” she told Jimmy Kimmel on Tuesday after the debate. “Donald Trump should have taken some lessons from him.” — The Hill
And …
Trump: Vance debate performance ‘reconfirmed my choice’
Former President Trump praised Sen. J.D. Vance’s (R-Ohio) performance against Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz (D) in last night’s vice-presidential debate, calling Vance “fantastic” while criticizing Walz.
“JD was fantastic last night — it just reconfirmed my choice,” Trump told Fox News Digital in an interview on Wednesday morning. “There was a brilliance to what he did.”
Trump added that Walz “embarrassed himself and the Democrat Party last night but was made to look even worse by JD’s brilliant performance.”
Despite the former president’s sharp critiques of Walz, Trump said that he still viewed the governor in a better light than Vice President Harris.
“On the other hand, Tim Walz proved to be a man that doesn’t have it in any way shape or form for the office that he is seeking, though I would put him a large number of steps above Kamala,” Trump said.
Trump had already complimented Vance on the social platform Truth Social, saying in a post that his running mate “crushed it.” — The Hill
Our Take: We didn't become Anons by greedily gulping down propaganda.
In the wake of a VP Debate that most believe JD Vance won in a landslide, I was somewhat surprised to see a fair bit of capitulation to that very point within the Media Industrial Complex, while it's similarly notable that a man many of us refer to as the signal within the noise even more strongly threw his support behind the man he picked to appear on the ticket and in the story with him ahead of the November 5 inflection point.
I think taking a Bicameral approach to these narrative patterns avails us well.
We don't have to trust Vance just because he's being thrust into the spotlight at this point in time, especially when he enjoys the support of the Con Inc. doom brigade; that said, his presence in the race seems to be sending the traditional media vultures into a tailspin, unsure which way is up.
As always, this sort of narrative chaos tends to behoove the Infinite Player on the game board.
And that's usually Trump. —
Prosecutors may bring additional charges against Eric Adams
Federal prosecutors said Wednesday they are pursuing "several related investigations" that could expand New York City Mayor Eric Adams' corruption case to include more charges and co-defendants, per multiple reports.
Why it matters: Adams, the first sitting NYC mayor to face criminal charges, is facing up to 45 years in prison if convicted on all counts, which include bribery and fraud.
Adams pleaded not guilty and has denied wrongdoing in the case.
Driving the news: Assistant U.S. Attorney Hagan Scotten said at a status hearing Wednesday it is "quite likely" prosecutors will seek a superseding indictment, and it's "likely" other defendants will be charged, per the Associated Press.
It's "possible," Scotten said, Adams will face even more charges.
Adams' legal team filed a motion to dismiss the bribery charge against him Monday, arguing the conduct alleged by prosecutors did not reach the threshold for bribery, and have accused the federal government of leaking information about the investigation.
Zoom in: U.S. District Judge Dale E. Ho did not immediately set a date for Adams' trial, which prosecutors said they expect to take about four weeks, per the AP. — Axios
Our Take: Several related investigations and a superseding indictment against Mayor Adams sounds like we’re just getting started in the embattled Big Apple executive’s RICO scandal.
As we’ve been discussing on the Brief, this investigation has the potential to — very publicly — deconstruct the public private partnerships that run our country. Those already implicated in the Adams crisis comprise a network of elected and appointed officials, law enforcement, NGOs, and corporations. The implications include bribery, corruption, and fixing.
We don’t yet know about the related investigations, but the SDNY has been very busy lately. Just ask Diddy.
Corruption has been the widespread status quo for a long time. It’s not just the Mayor’s office. It’s not just NY. It can’t last forever.
The only way to restore public trust is accountability. —
FM Katz bars UN chief Guterres from Israel for failing to condemn Iran over missile attack
Foreign Minister Israel Katz announced Wednesday that Antonio Guterres was barred from Israel, after the UN Secretary-General failed to directly condemn Tehran for the 181 ballistic missiles it launched at the country, which forced millions of Israelis to seek shelter Tuesday night.
Declaring Guterres persona non grata, Katz accused the UN chief of kowtowing to “Hamas, Hezbollah, the Houthis, and now Iran — the mothership of global terror,” of failing to denounce the October 7 attacks and of neglecting to brand Hamas a terrorist organization.
The move is sure to deepen the already wide rift between Israel and the UN. Germany, which summoned Iran’s envoy to condemn the attack, said Katz’s declaration was unhelpful.
Writing on X amid the barrage, Guterres condemned “the broadening of the Middle East conflict with escalation after escalation.”
“This must stop,” he said. “We absolutely need a ceasefire.” — Times of Israel
Our Take: Israel has just effectively banned the UN from its country.
While that may not be technically true, it certainly will become the narrative with this headline.
Some may read the headline, and think, "based," being that the UN represents the globalist plot for a one-world government, the move does not help the growing perception that the Israeli government is descending into madness, and has become everything it has ever accused Iran of being. It has become an international pariah.
Before anybody starts citing scripture from the Book of Revelation, I'd like to bring your attention to this phenomenon:
Right now, as Jewish people worldwide celebrate Rosh Hoshanah, there are over 50,000 Israelis (according to the Ukrainian govt) making a holy pilgrimage to the city of Uman in Ukraine to visit sacred ground at the grave site of a Jewish mystic (rebbe) named Nachman of Breslov, who lived in the late 1700's.
Videos are being posted everywhere online showing tens of thousands of Israeli pilgrims partying their faces off in an obscure Ukrainian town, while the men of Ukraine are shipped off to the front lines to be chewed up by the Russian war machine.
Let me repeat that: Israelis are traveling to a holy site in Ukraine to worship at the gravesite of a Jewish mystic who lived during the time of the American Revolution. And this same sect of Judaism now controls Netanyahu's cabinet through political leverage.
To help bring this all full-circle, here is an article from 2017 showing a Russian special operations commando operating in Aleppo, Syria, wearing a Hezbollah patch on his uniform.
Russia, Ukraine, Israel. All of it is connected, and one giant conflict. —

After pressing an Israel-Hezbollah cease-fire, the Biden administration shifts its message
The Biden administration says there is a significant difference between Israeli actions that have expanded its war against the Iranian-backed militant groups Hamas and Hezbollah and Iran’s retaliatory missile attack against Israel, which it condemned as escalatory.
In carefully calibrated remarks, officials across the administration are defending the surge in attacks by Israel against Hezbollah leaders in Lebanon, while still pressing for peace and vowing retribution after Iran fired about 200 ballistic missiles at Israel on Tuesday.
President Joe Biden praised the U.S. and Israel militaries for defeating the barrage and warned, “Make no mistake, the United States is fully, fully supportive of Israel.”

Buried US second world war bomb explodes at Japanese airport
A US bomb from the second world war that had been buried at a Japanese airport has exploded, causing a large crater in a taxiway and the cancellation of more than 80 flights but no injuries, Japanese officials said.
Land and transport ministry officials said there were no aircraft nearby when the bomb exploded at Miyazaki airport in south-western Japan on Wednesday.
Officials said an investigation by the self-defence forces and police confirmed that the explosion was caused by a 500-pound US bomb and there was no further danger. They were determining what caused its sudden detonation.
A video recorded by a nearby aviation school showed the blast spewing pieces of asphalt into the air like a fountain. Videos broadcast on Japanese television showed a crater in the taxiway reportedly about 7 metres in diameter and 1 metre deep.
Japan’s chief cabinet secretary, Yoshimasa Hayashi, said more than 80 flights had been cancelled at the airport, which hopes to resume operations on Thursday morning. — The Guardian
Panic-Buying Already Spreading As Dockworker Strike Gets Underway
As union dockworkers began striking against employers at East and Gulf Coast ports early Tuesday morning, reports of panic-buying at supermarkets almost immediately started spreading across social media.
Video clips posted by social media users on X and Facebook showed people rushing to buy water, toilet paper, paper towels and other items at supermarkets and retailers across the U.S.
“Are people already panic buying because of the Port Strike? Here are the grocery shelves in the water section at my local Kroger this morning. I realize that we are probably also low on water due to the Helene aftermath in East Tennessee, but still not great to see this already,” photographer and author Denise Van Patten posted on X. — Freight Waves

On the --- ‘safest and most secure election in history’, the very moment someone says THAT, I know for sure they are lying so bad, you should be able to smell the stench from miles away. Especially when the use of ANY digital tech is employed to tally the votes. California is a place that has normalized this since the late 80's. It's a clown show.
By the way, in another quote:
""This is the woman that claims that ‘there is no way Russia, Iran or any other foreign adversary will be able to alter the results.’ I’ve said this before, but it warrants repeating, actual cyber experts don’t make absolute statements about security."" Of course nobody should call themselves an "expert."
First and most importantly:
Iran and Russia are not the actual "Enemy," they could be considered puppets for everyone to focus on, since the biggest distraction ever, is war. All Wars are Banker's Wars.
The real enemy is located in Basel, Switzerland and their HQ is the Bank of International Settlements. Their proxies are the US Inc. (not to be confused with "these states united," the Republic)
All governments in the western orbit are Corporate Franchises that are linked together through the Economic System that uses the Debt Note, US Dollar. Iran and Russia don't care about our "Selections," but we have been misled to believe they do. The real Stakeholder Democracy is the ONLY Global interest involved in perverting the system of Representation. Puppeticians are irrelevant.
I really dig the Trump, Kanye, MBS triangulation. I really hope one day that Yeezy will turn out to have been totally sane all along. What about Kim? Remember how she had access to Trump during his first few months in office, highlighting the overly punitive sentences of blacks convicted of drug possession?
