I have been looking forward to Jon's interview with Mike Benz ever since Jon announced he secured the interview.

Y'all know how passionate I am about the Smith-Mundt Act of 1948 being revised by Obama in 2012. Mike Benz, in his explanations of the level of corruption in our Government falls right back to Obama revising The Smith-Mundt Act, when Obama did this he removed all penalties that could be leveled against the MSM for knowingly misrepresenting news stories through the use of propaganda and opinion.

By revising the Smith-Mundt Act, Obama also removed the protection in the Act that prevented our military, Gov. Agencies and MSM from running a "Color Revolution" on U.S. Soil and Citizens which is exactly what they are doing right now IMO.

Jon did a great job and asked some very good questions, Mike was very passionate in some of his answers, what's better is Jon allowed Mike all the time he wanted to answer his question without interrupting him, Jon was even taking notes during the interview which I hope means Jon is going to write a substack article about the topics they discussed in this interview.

I hope Jon and Badlands Media will be able to interview Mike Benz again and ask him about his thoughts on Obama revising the Smith-Mundt Act I would love to hear Mike's thoughts on this.

re Republicans subpoena Biden ghost writer:

The theater of the absurd continues in DC as the weak-kneed Republicans, instead of subpoenaing the encrypted Blackberrys -- which would have led to the 20-year-old DNC corruption ring run by Hillary Clinton -- instead continued their dog-and-pony show. MTG and the other Reps put on a Kabuki theater play the other day with their cardboard photos of a couple of the Biden Blackberry email messages. If they had continued they would have gotten somewhere. But no, they were like little kids in the sandbox, playing around with something they don't understand. Or maybe they do, and were doing a PR act to say "Nothing to see here, move on." And move on is what they did, to Biden's ghostwriter, what a joke! Can you spell D-E-F-L-E-C-T-I-O-N?

Meanwhile the Dems are continuing their campaign to get the House before the '24 election as more and more Republicans resign. IMHO all of them are just part of the swamp.

It does seem to all be part of a plan. And the Uniparty is falling for it hook line and sinker.

If [they] do get Hakeem installed (which looks likely), their plan appears to be to use more lawfare to keep Trump off the ballot. What they do not appear cognizant of is that there will be many moves in this play, and while they may get the first one, it will take time to play out. More time than they have, between now and the election. And until all the appeals are exhausted, none of it will have any effect except to strengthen Trump, like each and every other attack has done.

Yes! Indeed, the opportunities for more boomerangs are there!

It would be nice if I thought that the Reps had a clue. We have to depend on voters responding negatively to the insanity of the Left. Doesn't seem that Reps are awake enough to proactively move the process along and ensure a Trump landslide. Keep your insurance policies up to date!

"It seems like the $280B CHIPS and Science Act was a sinister plot ..."

EVERY spending bill today (and that probably goes all the way down deep into local politics) is a money-laundering / wealth transfer scheme. What little money trickles through to the stated purpose is either accidental or meant as cover for the real purpose. The semiconductor industry was built by risk-takers; it's now run by dole-takers.

It is called bribery. The chip makers know how to make chips cheaply…you make them where labor is cheap and regulations are not creating costs that are prohibitive. Those conditions do not exist in America thanks to our success at being successful.

If the government thinks the manufacturers need to make product here, we will need to subsidize the business or just admit America cannot be competitive.

The problem is we make too much money because our success has created a society that has a standard of living far greater than our competition. The second problem is our government likes having a huge trade deficit because the money comes back to them to fund our annual deficit or as bribes to our politicians. The system works just fine for the politicians. Why rock the boat?

What confuses me in all of the legal battles is Trump’s failure to go on offense. Frivolous lawsuits demand confrontation and counter attacks. Why has Trump agreed to play rope-a-dope in every nutty case? He acts like he is required to just take the attacks and merely defend himself. Maybe his game plan is to counter punch without punching. Just take the hits and hope for the public to feel sorry for him.

To me the right approach would be to sue each litigator for their frivolous actions. Using “made up laws” and contorting the facts to make a bogus case is so obvious that Ray Charles would see the truth. But, instead of demanding triple damages for the ridiculous waste of money these silly lawyers are causing, Trump just keeps ponying up more money. His lawyers are not going to complain because they are getting rich. Maybe this will all happen after this is litigated or the cases are dropped. In any case the prosecutors need to be prosecuted for their blatant misuse of our fine legal system. By their actions they are hurting America by corrupting our laws.

Trump needs to go on offense and stop playing around.

As others have written, these public witch hunts and legal travesties ARE the basis of his campaign. And it's working...

Indeed, agree 100%. Rope-a-dope worked too, used properly. Every tactic is a potential tool in implementing a greater strategy. In wars, and in athletics, and parlor games, it is common to give ground in one place, drawing the opponent's energy and attention away from another place where the next attack will come. The Russians call it 'strategic retreat.'

For Trump, winning these lawsuits is a secondary objective compared to drawing his enemy into exposure. He knows these suits are so weak that they will collapse upon themselves, once they are exposed. So let 'em wear themselves down and then hit 'em when they are exhausted.

He appears to be fighting multiple battles, I believe about 70 plus right now in the courts. I pray he can hang on, at this point 🙏

Trump does not show any signs of weakening. These attacks, surprisingly, appear to make him stronger with each one.

Perhaps we should not be so surprised... Trump has support from a Higher Power.

It just occurred to me that Trump gave us the answer yesterday when he told a reporter his collateral for the bond is “cash”. I laughed but it took me a while hear what he was actually saying.

Why pay interest on a bond when you have the cash needed to pay the amount required by the court? The answer is the cash can be used for the campaign but the big reason is accountability. He will have a document to present to the court proving his actual out of pocket loss in addition to the invoices from his lawyers. This will absolute proof of his costs when he counter sues the State of NY for damages. Latisha may be getting a real lesson in how to use the law to your advantage. At least I hope so.

The court cases revealing corruption and all sorts of other ‘warts’ by the ridiculous people participating in the multiple and highly fraudulent schemes against Trump and others (such as Elon) who are challenging the legal section of the corrupt system of systems (BB’s term). (The manipulation of the courts surrounding Assange is included as ‘they’ don’t want any further embarrassing exposures during an election year.)

Censorship is also rampant and becoming increasingly obvious to the public. We’ve seen it happen overseas for a long time, but, like the fraudulent court cases, it’s becoming more obvious that the cabal’s minions are focusing on more attempts to influence the election, as it is becoming increasingly evident to the public that the open borders are NOT in the best interest for the country and more are questioning their true purpose….riot squads to be activated, terrorizing the public….?? Consider their possible roles to further the 16 year plan to destroy the country….

Our fearless Tiger stated it best….”Full exposure of the Uniparty continues unabated.” Some of this is hilarious as we watch NBC’s panic over the hiring of a proven RINO.🤣 Meanwhile the House struggles to get proof of Biden’s treason as the pertinent entity blocks the efforts.

The power behind the Dems are truly concerned as the bumbling idiot and his cackling sidekick continue to state that all is well as the facts prove the exact opposite…hence the multiple paper exercises to determine how to come up with a successful way to steal the election. Clearly why they are doing whatever it takes to gain the majority in the House. Boomerang opportunities abound as the panic increases.

Moscow will continue to demonstrate its strength as does China. Different paths, but it further contrasts with the weak idiots running the US corporation. Israel joins them in dismissing our weak leadership. They know how to deal with terrorists…. They also know how to deal with the microchip industry…not in the US’s best interest.

Hmm… bridge collapse in Baltimore by a fully filled container ship. How long will the ship be detained? How serious was the damage to the ship? Will it need to be offloaded? I’m not inclined to believe in coincidences.

Thank each of you for all the time and effort you invest In these daily takes!! You are MUCH appreciated! God bless you.🙏🙏

Re: bridge collapse -- From all the flickering of the lights, and apparent attempts to control the beast, it looks to me as if they knew where they were headed (some media sources says 'they hit the support while the ship's lights were out' implying that was the cause), but they could not maintain control of the ship. The question ought to be, why if they were so far from their intended course and out of control, had they not already stopped the ship and dropped anchor out in the channel? It would have shut down the shipping lanes; but then, a bridge down across a channel does that too. And for months instead of hours...

Another question that comes to mind is why were the bridge supports so easily taken out? I'd think that they would be over-designed to withstand impacts from the sort of ships that routinely would use the channel -- you know, 'cuz stuff happens... I've seen piers supporting bridges over shipping channels with huge, reinforced concrete abutments with pointed, triangular faces in the direction of flow that look like they could slice an out-of-control ship in half. Up to maybe 50-60 feet above the waterline, and sticking hundreds of feet up and down the channel, out from the bridge support columns themselves. It appears there was no such protection here... well, maybe next year. (sorry Cubs fans, they should've let that damn goat into the game -- btw you know the name of that goat? A: Murphy. No joke.)
