If that were the intention, the process would be underway right now. FDIC would have done nothing, many other banks would be failing today, and in a few days the entire system shut down with the announcement:
"You may go to your financial institution today and pick up your new AmeriCard which will be loaded with the full value of your previous bank deposits. You may use this card at merchants, on-line and any way you would use a normal credit or debit card, with a few limitations intended to preserve the stability of the system. As always, your Government remains committed to the principles of Democracy and fiduciary responsibility. /s/ Joe Biden, Resident of the USA"
But that is not happening. Once again, Warp Speed has accelerated [their] plans before they were ready. Forcing them to act in haste and without coordination -- Yellen on the week-end telling everyone 'FDIC will not be rescuing any banks' to Monday's announcement that SVB and Signature deposits would be fully guaranteed in any amount.
So if the existing system is to collapse, sooner the better, before [they] are ready.
I hear you and you you make some good points. But perhaps the reason for the FDIC involvement is to put the brakes on the destruction to literally buy the time needed to roll out the 'Americard'. I pray that your take is the right one and will be elated for me to be wrong. But with all we have been witnessing since 2015, it is a risky bet to forecast the future.

The system is on its way to collapse, the only question is timing. But as folks around here are wont to say, 'Slowly at first, and then all of a sudden.' That is, the timing is hard to predict but once it starts it will be impossible to stop.
I do believe that their actions belie their lack of preparation, which to me means that while they may have greased the skids (setting up the system to fail), the timing is not of their choosing -- they aren't ready. Whether the Patriots pulled the trigger, or whether it was organic -- impossible to know at this time. Perhaps someday.

The central bank system has to lose its power in order to remake/replace with a truly equitable system that treats all, no matter the status of their wealth, the same. This is likely the single cascade that will ultimately lead to each backyard; then, people will more fully awaken and maybe finally see the light.
The longer the actions of the cabal’s puppets show that everything is upside down, the more awaken. Punishing the innocent while protecting the criminal and brainwashing children will eventually lead to justice. It cannot happen overnight, though, no matter how much we desire. I have to constantly remind myself that the events on earth are on God’s timeline. In order to change for the long term, we must experience enough to remember. We are not bugs, nor monkeys, and we must never allow ourselves and our children to be enslaved again.

The Madeleine McCann story is interesting. MKUltra comes to mind as this young woman can’t remember her childhood. You wonder if MKUltra can be reversed, would she be able to share information about her kidnappers? I imagine she could tell some interesting but all too common stories. Other escaped trafficked young women have shared interesting stories describing an underground world of human trafficking and worse. I hope she’s provided with protection as this mystery unravels.
