From my seat (which makes me sound like a John Adams libertarian) I would much rather avoid giving the government the kind of control and access that Senator Hawley's bill suggests. Call me "patriot act" shy, but the globalist radicals have proven that even "well meaning" restrictions can be turned against the masses. Having raised 11 children to adulthood - I believe the use or banning of media of any kind should reside with the families. Admittedly - that results in less uniformity...but then, I would rather suffer those consequences than to risk the unleashing of another cabinet level, gestapo-like entity within our government. We homeschooled...and have 23 grandchildren - many who are being homeschooled as well. We do have a couple sons that chose the jab - but, again - they are all individuals entitled to make (and regret) their own choices.
Good morning Badlands Media. The story about restricting social media until age 16 is interesting. Maybe restrictions are too steep a measure, possibly a platform for children is warranted. It would have to be heavily monitored for predators unfortunately but there are learning opportunities online.

You are right that it is a complex issue. Cultivating independent minds vs the belonging factor of group consensus is a balancing act for teens….many are loosing their balance.
Yes, I am more or less equating social media to the internet. I am more concerned about what a child can find on the internet actually. I think a platform for kids as sort as an introduction might work, I don’t think a child should have access to the internet. A child’s platform might offer a search engine allowing them to access kid safe sites. A lot of parents with tweens will let them use messenger apps to talk with friends but nothing more than that. It’s really up to the parents in the end.
Humans are created to have in-person relationships. Any thing else is not only unhealthy, but it skews perspectives tremendously.... I so appreciate both of your comments!

But, on the positive side (albeit with extremely negative consequences), each day is bringing new exposures, causing more questions from ‘we the people’ and more panic in the globalists evidenced by the increasing attacks on the environment and the false flags! The ‘lead-up to WWIII’ against the cabal-created enemy (Russia) is accelerating. Banning social media for kids could have a very unpleasant side effect. In order for this to happen, the social media platform MUST know for sure who is logging on and what their real age is. However this is done, it MUST be fool-proof. You know what that means - DIGITAL ID's which can be scanned/read at the users end, with no cheating allowed. Does this mean biometrics, too? No, not a good idea at all!

We are witnessing our Nation under threat of moral decline. The values and virtues of our once great Nation have been “educated” out of the picture. Self image captured by the outside world - Hollywood, the music industry, educational philosophy undermining the health of independent thought…and let’s not forget the assault through childhood/ teen vaccines!

This includes the destruction of communities of healthy, functioning families. Adults are being brainwashed into "learned helplessness" so they will cease to even attempt to protect their children. But, I think we have turned a corner, as more and more people begin to wake up and assert themselves.
My point of view at the end of this crazy week: reading and understanding the news is becoming more and more time-consuming every day because the subjects are so disparate and complex for normal people.
From there, all the manipulations of opinion must be considered and explored.

That is so true, but we have to use the rule of law for all (earthly) justice and it does take time to go up the hierarchy in this massive organized criminal cabal. Two good things: 1) It’s all connected (so can be unraveled more quickly) and 2) there are nearly 300,000 unsealed indictments at last count.
