Shared this to FakeBook, got censored immediately. So I screenshot all their "rulings/warning" and posted them...So I imagine I will be banned for life. Censoring my 1st Amendment rights for defending my 2nd Amendment rights. There ought to be a law...no wait...hope I live to see it

The long hot summer is increasingly revealing more ‘fronts’ in the information war. I’m seriously considering that Joe Lange might be right in his theory of the scare event actually being a stock market crash vs a nuclear or (God forbid) a ‘lethal’ Cain if function bird flu. Time will tell. God bless the team for their excellent work!🙏🙏

Loved Ashe in America and Burning Bright takes on the Hunter conviction. Their insights pened my eyes. As much as I want to see Hunter punished (and Biden for that matter) we should realize that these gun registry laws are UNconstitutional. It will be interesting to see how Trump plays the media on this.

Meanwhile, we'll have to listen to the choir of anti-gun activism and how Joe is just a dad a family man who loves his son, gag.

AiA: "Just when you think we’ve hit peak gaslight."

By definition, the distrust of institutions is and has been the catalyst for every fourth turning - the "winter season" of the generational secular (80ish year cycle). "An American Prophecy: The Fourth Turning" published in 1997 is, IMO, a must read for any one looking for "proof" of where we are on the timeline of history. If the entire book requires more time than available (but only if one trusts the premises within it) a reading of the 24 pages of chapter 11 ("Preparing for the Fourth Turning") is enlightening. The book "Generations" was published only five years prior; the major addition to that separate endeavor was the authors' suggestions on what might cause the next "winter" and "advice" on how each generation "should" prepare for and respond to it.

BB: "...but rather, about the establishment that's attempting to keep a lid on its true price discovery like they've done with gold and silver for decades, using futures contracts leveraged through the ballooning ETF funds launched..."

Bravo!!! Derivatives facilitate leverage which falsifies the true value of any asset leveraged. This is true even of simple and "honest" leverage such as futures contracts. Derivatives (reductively) "promote" risk management; but propagate every form of manipulation by moving the fulcrum point of an asset, but only on one side of the transaction (did I mention this is reductive?). True and open markets would eliminate the temptations of manipulation by prohibiting derivatives, IMO.

Hunters GUN VIOLATION pales in comparison to what we are not privy to. That Laptop with alleged damning evidence of sex w children, human trafficking, deals with Daddy, conversations with many of the deep state, money laundering, biolabs in Ukraine and mostly the conversations about the death of two young girls that Hunter mentions allegedly. What's that all about? Who were these alleged young girls? Is it true that Oblamas daughter allegedly is in one of the videos w Hunter doing drugs? When are we going to see that Laptop from HELL? This Gun conviction is nothing. There is a reason the blind owner felt these laptops must be sent to the FBI. What he was able to view disturbed him enough to make himself a TARGET of the DEEP STATE! The corruption within the BIDEN KLAN goes way deeper and I want to see the entire content of this Laptop and all the other laptops from HELL!! The FBI has had ample time to destroy the evidence on those laptops and if they have, they must be next in line to face Prison sentences!! Honestly, I dont give a damn about him having this gun, I want the rest of the Crimes that should send him and others to the electric chair. Has that gun ever been used in a crime? Hunter will get a slap on the wrist over this crap and sent to a sweet hotel to serve out his vacation on Taxpayer money, and the real evidence of real crimes will go into a vault!

Good Morning Badlands Editors and Community! On the Hunter Biden gun felony charges...

At first blush, the concept of Hunter being convicted is disappointing due to the Bill of Rights clarifying 2A clause. However, there is a basic misunderstanding of his citizenship and to whom the 2A applies. This misunderstanding is due to the slow acceptance since the Civil War of alternate 'citizenship of the United States' and 'U.S. Citizen' that was created with the 14th amendment which is not, to this day, ratified by the States ["'States' defined as the Republican Form of Government unincorporated guaranteed by the Constitution(s), and were moth balled after the Civil War when the southern States seceded and left Congress without a quorum and hence, no legitimate Congress to this day"] and and the incorporation in 1868 of the United States of America with the citizenship as part of the federal government.

Hunter Biden, being a son of the President is a citizen of the United States. Americans do not realize by registering to vote and through the birth certificate unlawful conversion process, you too are 'citizens if the United States' and hence subject to the legal codes, rules, acts, and statutes that go with them.

So, the immediate reaction is that this is BS. However, allow for the facts below; to whit:

On Citizenship:

• "Unless the defendant can prove he is not a citizen of the United States, the IRS has the right to inquire and determine a tax liability." U.S. v. Slater, 545 Fed. Supp. 179,182 (1982).

• “there is in our Political System, a government of each of the several states and a government of the United States. Each is distinct from the other and has citizens of its own.” US v Cruikshank. 92 US 542.

• U.S. v. Anthony 24 Fed. 829 (1873) "The term resident and citizen of the United States (this means 14th amendment citizen) is distinguished from a Citizen of one of the several states, in that the former is a special class of citizen created by Congress."

• “One may be a citizen of a State and yet not a citizen of the United States. Thomasson v State, 15 Ind. 449; Cory v Carter, 48 Ind. 327 (17 Am. R. 738); McCarthy V Froelke, 63 Ind. 507; In Re Wehlitz, 16 Wis. 443.” McDonel v State. 90 Ind. Rep. 320 at pg 323;

• “There is a clear distinction between national citizenship and state citizenship.” 256 P. 545. Affirmed 278 US 123, Tashiro v Jordan

• "The privileges and immunities clause of the 14th Amendment protects very few rights because it neither incorporates the Bill of Rights, nor protects all rights of individual citizens. Instead this provision protects only those rights peculiar to being a citizen of the federal government; it does not protect those rights which relate to state citizenship." Jones v Temmer. 89 F. Supp 1226

• “Citizenship of the United States does not entitle citizens to privileges and immunities of Citizens of the State, since privileges of one are not the same as the other” Tashiro v Jordan May 20, 1927, 255 P. 545 Ca. Supreme Court.

• "A citizen of the United States is a citizen (14th amendment citizen) of the federal government ..." Kitchens v. Steele, 112 F.Supp 383

• “… the privileges and immunities of citizens of the United States do not necessarily include all the rights protected by the first eight amendments to the Federal constitution against the powers of the Federal Government.” Maxwell v Dow. 20 S.C.R. 448, at pg 455.

• State v. Manuel, 20 NC 122: "the term 'citizen' in the United States, (means United States citizen or legal fiction) is analogous to the term `subject' in common law; the change of phrase has resulted from the change in government."

• “It is however, true that in all common-law countries it has always and consistently been held that the wife and minor children take the nationality of the husband and father. That is common-law doctrine.” In Re Page 12 F (2d) 135

• "Unless the defendant can prove he is not a citizen of the United States, the IRS has the right to inquire and determine a tax liability." U.S. v. Slater, 545 Fed. Supp. 179,182 (1982).

• "There are, then, under our republican form of government, two classes of citizens, one of the United States and one of the state". (Again making a distinction between a 14th amendment citizen and a State Citizen) Gardina v. Board of Registrars of Jefferson County, 160 Ala. 155; 48 So. 788 (1909)

• "The governments of the United States and of each state of the several states are distinct from one another. The rights of a citizen under one may be quite different from those which he has under the other". Colgate v. Harvey, 296 U.S. 404; 56 S.Ct. 252 (1935)

• "...rights of national citizenship as distinct from the fundamental or natural rights inherent in state citizenship". Madden v. Kentucky, 309 U.S. 83: 84 L.Ed. 590 (1940)

• "There is a difference between privileges and immunities belonging to the citizens of the United States (14th amendment citizen) as such, and those belonging to the citizens of each state as such". Ruhstrat v. People, 57 N.E. 41 (1900)

• "Therefore, the U.S. citizens (citizen of the federal corporation) residing in one of the states of the union, are classified as property and franchises of the federal government as an "individual entity"", Wheeling Steel Corp. v. Fox, 298 U.S. 193, 80 L.Ed. 1143, 56 S.Ct. 773

• "...the first eight amendments have uniformly been held not to be protected from state action by the privilege and immunities clause [of the 14th Amendment]." Hague v. CIO, 307 US 496, 520

• "The right to trial by jury in civil cases, guaranteed by the 7th Amendment…and the right to bear arms guaranteed by the 2nd Amendment…have been distinctly held not to be privileges and immunities of citizens of the United States guaranteed by the 14th Amendment…and in effect the same decision was made in respect of the guarantee against prosecution, except by indictment of a grand jury, contained in the 5th Amendment…and in respect of the right to be confronted with witnesses, contained in the 6th Amendment…it was held that the indictment, made indispensable by the 5th Amendment, and trial by jury guaranteed by the 6th Amendment, were not privileges and immunities of citizens of the United States, as those words were used in the 14th Amendment. We conclude, therefore, that the exemption from compulsory self-incrimination is not a privilege or immunity of National citizenship guaranteed by this clause of the 14th Amendment." Twining v. New Jersey, 211 US 78, 98-99

• “A “US Citizen” (citizen of the federal corporation) upon leaving the District of Columbia becomes involved in “interstate commerce”, as a “resident” does not have the common-law right to travel, of a Citizen of one of the several states.” Hendrick v. Maryland S.C. Reporter’s Rd. 610-625. (1914)

• Remember that a State Citizen is a not a national of the United States. But is a national of the United States of America. See…8 USC § 1101(a)

o (21) The term “national” means a person owing permanent allegiance to a state. (This is a State Citizen)

o (22) The term “national of the United States” means (A) a citizen of the United States, or (B) a person who, though not a citizen of the United States, owes permanent allegiance to the United States.

o (23) The term “naturalization” means the conferring of nationality of a state upon a person after birth, by any means whatsoever.

So, until Americans grasp what is clearly spelled out for them in case after case, and change their political status to their birthright state, and realize you are a man ["or woman"] first and foremost, this very convoluted argument and lack of rights will continue due to ignorance of law and words.

The enemy has done a great job of hiding who you are from your own view. And we are too caught in opinions and reactions to the theatrical events to realize you do not need to live in the play, but you can control the play if you know who you are.

May I suggest that you choose one tense and stick with it, instead of switching back and forth between past tense and present tense? It's just easier to read. (Yes, I know that some "professional" authors use this "technique" and I give them the same advice. Readers will buy the first book but many of them won't buy another from that author. Recently, I edited a book for such an author - or I tried to. Trying to make sense of it was just hard work so I rejected it.)

There was a typo in the story by The Guardian: "Project 25 would take “a wrecking ball” to America’s democratic norms and institutions"

It should have said "Democrat" or "Democratic" both with a capital D.

Project 25 is to the Republicans exactly what same Democrats did when they installed Biden. Every administration has the right to run itself the way they wish - call it the spoils system if you like. This just kind of lays it out in advance.
