Unchastened by Russiagate, the NY Times Doubles Down in Its Special Counsel Coverage
Special Counsel John Durham, leading a multi-year probe of how U.S. intelligence officials conducted the Russia investigation, has yet to issue his final report. But according to the New York Times, Durham has already come up empty.
Durham’s team, the Times declared in a widely circulated Jan. 26 article, has gone “unsuccessfully down one path after another” and ultimately “failed to find wrongdoing in the origins of the Russia inquiry.” The three bylined reporters, Charlie Savage, Adam Goldman, and Katie Benner, base their conclusion on a “monthslong review,” including interviews “with more than a dozen current and former officials.”
Yet a review of the trio’s reporting shows that the Times is still engaging in the same journalistic behavior that has made the paper a reliable disseminator of discredited innuendo about a conspiracy between Donald Trump and Russia. By omitting countervailing information and distorting the available facts, the Times article does not set the record straight. Instead, it attempts to write off the Durham probe before its findings have been released, and whitewashes Russiagate’s key actors in the FBI and Clinton campaign long after they have been exposed. — RealClear Investigations
Our Take: “Excellent article by Aaron Mate.
The Durham panic is in the air like never before and the New York Times is not only smearing AG Barr and Special Counsel Durham, they are, by way of op-ed's by former Obama Admin Solicitor General Neal Katyal, calling for Garland to "discipline and fire" Durham! And he wants Garland to [refuse] to make the [Durham] report public."
Haha!
The New York Times is desperate to damage the legitimacy and credibility of Durham as well as get out ahead of whatever move he makes next.
Personally, I think it's because the Times is uniquely aware of what move Durham may make next. For more on that check out my most recent substack. It pairs well with this RCP article by Aaron Mate. — Just Human
Ohio Woman Finds All of Her Chickens and Rooster Dead 10 Miles from East Palestine Following Mushroom Cloud of Toxic Chemicals Released into Air
People across the Mahoning Valley — including those who live in Mahoning and Trumbull counties — reported smelling chlorine after Monday’s controlled release in East Palestine. Officials said it wasn’t dangerous, but one North Lima woman is skeptical about that statement.
Even though North Lima is a little more than 10 miles away from East Palestine, Amanda Breshears said the smell caused her eyes to water when she went to let her dog out. She believes it could be the reason why her birds are now dead.
Breshears was going to feed her five hens and rooster Tuesday morning when she discovered them all lifeless, practically in the same position, with no signs of a predator entering their enclosure. — WKBN
Our Take: “The people, who have inalienable rights, convey those rights to the government via a trust process whereby the government must defend and foster the fair use of those rights on behalf of the people. If the trustees, the government, fail to do their duty, then the people can and must take back their rights from the government and remove the incompetence.
When open bad faith and malevolence has been discovered, as is the case with the East Palestine Ohio train derailment disaster, then criminal charges should be levied against any actors who were culpable.
This situation is one of the more obvious cases of government malfeasance—breach of trust. Unfortunately, WE THE PEOPLE have no recourse or remedy in government institutions or the courts, who continue to give a free pass to the bad actors who let this happen or participated in making it happen. That's just one layer of this compounding problem.
Another layer is that the health and safety of life, to include American citizens, has been put at risk by these criminal activities. History shows, in situations like this, bad actors essentially get a free pass—maybe a fine or two, a payout to citizens who are affected, which is just the cost of doing business.
Until WE THE PEOPLE take back our power and hold these bad actors to account, more economic and environmental destruction is sure to come.
Moreover, the agenda to push people into mega cities is also advanced by environmental disasters of this type. One day, even if we stop the climate change agenda, the globalists will have so thoroughly toxified the environment, we won't be able to live freely in the world we were born on.” — Justin Deschamps
Elon Musk Criticizes the Concept of “World Government” at the “World Government Summit” – Says It Could Lead to the ‘Collapse’ of Civilization
On Wednesday, Elon Musk spoke at the World Government Summit and warned of the dangers of a one-world government.
The CEO of Twitter, SpaceX, and Tesla spoke via video at the Dubai-based conference, “The World Government Summit 2023,” under the theme of “Shaping Future Governments.”
[…]
At the conference, Musk argued against the concept of a one-world government.“I know this is called the World Government Summit, but I think we should be maybe a little bit concerned about actually becoming too much of a single world government,” Musk said.
“We want to avoid creating a civilizational risk by having, frankly — this may sound a little odd — too much cooperation between governments,” he continued.
Elon Musk warned that if the singular world government will be imposed, it could lead to civilizational collapse. He suggested that the world needs “some amount of civilizational diversity.”
“I think we want to be a little bit cautious about being too much of a single civilization, because if we are too much of a single civilization, then the whole thing may collapse,” he said. — The Gateway Pundit
Our Take: “Maybe the headline should read: ‘Based Sigma Lectures Globalists on the Dangers of Globalism.’
I'm kidding, as I don’t know if Elon is as based as we all hope that he is, but I believe in giving props where they are due. Too much power concentrated in one place will attract only those wishing to abuse it.
There's all kinds of additional commentary Elon could have made about the consolidation of power, but he played it cool, and maybe that was the wiser choice.
A Ronald Reagan quote comes to mind: ‘People keep on looking to government for the answer, and government is the problem.’
The EU is proof that centralizing power does not work, at least not to the benefit of the common person.
The average Joe watching this might be asking himself, ‘Doesn't Elon know that the destruction of civilization is kind of their thing?’
You can't have a Great Reset without getting rid of the existing civilization. Maybe that is why we are seeing disaster after disaster; supply line failures, attacks on the power grid, mass culling of chickens, food shortages, rampant energy prices, the list goes on and new problems will probably continue to emerge until we are all begging for a great reset.
If patriots hope to save this nation, we'd better all get more serious about becoming as self sufficient as possible, and helping our neighbors to do the same.
Strong communities will resist the globalist agenda.” — Ryan DeLarme
Judge orders Samuel Bankman-Fried to stop using a VPN after his lawyers claim he only used one to watch the Super Bowl
When prosecutors discovered that the indicted founder of the FTX cryptocurrency exchange was using a virtual private network to access the internet, they expressed concern that he was potentially using it to trade crypto, in violation of his bail terms, or to access the so-called "dark web," a hotbed of illicit activity. But lawyers for Sam Bankman-Fried on Tuesday claimed that their client, facing multiple charges of fraud and a pending criminal trial, was only watching football — and that he wouldn't do it again.
Bankman-Fried's use of a VPN was flagged on Monday in a letter to US District Judge Lewis Kaplan in which Assistant US Attorney Danielle R. Sassoon conceded that "many individuals use a VPN for benign purposes." But given the charges against Bankman-Fried, she said there were "several potential concerns" about his use of the technology, which uses encryption to allow internet users to mask their IP address.
In their response on Tuesday, Bankman-Fried's attorneys asserted that their client only used a VPN "to access an NFL Game Pass international subscription that he had previously purchased when he resided in the Bahamas, so that he could watch NFL playoff games," including Sunday night's Super Bowl matchup between the Kansas City Chiefs and Philadelphia Eagles. — Business Insider
Our Take: “The Sam Bankman-Fried case is ramping up, and the plot thickens further.
The U.S. Attorney Damian Williams S.D.N.Y. has had his request approved to push back both civil trials during the criminal proceedings, without prejudice. This will allow the D.O.J. to complete its criminal case vs. Mr. Bankman-Fried minus any overlapping.
There is a lot or corruption yet to be uncovered in this fraudulent slush funding that leads directly to the DNC's doorstep. As noted by the prosecution, all three cases will be heavily weighed on the same/similar evidence presented in each individual trial.
In other noted actions. U.S. District Judge Lewis Kaplan has also rules that under conditions of bail, encrypted app messaging will not be permitted.
This will be an interesting trial, considering where the money trail may lead or whom it may lead to.
Also, the ruling regarding encrypted messaging apps leads one to believe their is a concern surrounding who Mr. Bankman-Fried may be communicating with for various reasons. Also of note, he was also ordered to stop using a VPN.
It is a compelling thought to venture into whom he may be in contact with.” — Johnny Q
FBI searched University of Delaware for Biden documents, source says
The FBI has conducted two searches at the University of Delaware in connection with the investigation into President Joe Biden’s handling of classified documents, a source familiar with the investigation told CNN.
The previously undisclosed searches were conducted in recent weeks, with the consent and cooperation of the president’s legal team, the source said.
The library at the University of Delaware, Biden’s alma mater, is home to an extensive collection of papers from the president’s time in the Senate, according to its website.
Investigators retrieved materials from two university locations on two different days. The material did not appear to have classified markings, according to the source, but they are now being reviewed by the FBI. — CNN
Our Take: “The searches continue and keep going deeper and deeper into the Biden's empire. Their homes, their offices, and now Biden's alma mater where he keeps some 1,850 boxes from his time as a Senator.
Access to those documents requires the consent of Joe Biden. Biden is giving consent to the FBI to conduct the searches so that he can avoid being issued a search warrant.
This investigation appears to have within its scope far more than just some misplaced documents from his time as Vice President.” — Just Human
Klaus Schwab on AI, Chatbots and Digital Identities: “Who Masters Those Technologies – In Some Way Will be the Master of the World”
Our Take: “The use of AI to run society on behalf of the globalists is, as WEF prophets like Yovah Noah Harari state, a boon for the despotic elites of the world.
All throughout history the same basic MO for how to control a population was used, which is to a) dumb down the population, b) make life hard so that large amounts of time and energy are required, thereby reducing the population's capacity to spend leisure time on getting educated, and c) provide experts who are supported by media so that the people willingly give up their sovereign rights of self-governorship to the State, which is run by experts.
This WEF model is actually the technocratic dream of the globalists from the 60s and 70s. The MO works extremely well, as evidenced by our world today where the vast majority of citizens don't know how society works.
The 4th industrial revolution will take this model to the next level, using AI to do it. AI will be painted as an all-wise expert—the uber expert. The AI will be painted as incorruptible and unbiased, because surely an AI can't be bribed or influenced like people. And the AI is fair and precise, therefore making everything more efficient, abundant and easier.
But in reality, as Schwab himself admits, ‘those technologies’ are servants of ‘masters’ who ‘will be the master of the world.’
Open. Naked. Disclosure.
WE THE PEOPLE are being put on notice. If we do nothing, then we leave the door open for these robber barons to effectuate their total control agenda through technocracy.” — Justin Deschamps

Hmmm... Today’s news surely ‘feels’ like the moment when the Jewish slaves stood before the Red Sea as the non-repentant Egyptian warriors were directly advancing. Thinking rationally, however, it also seems like the precursor to more serious revelations about to be released. We must stand fast and trust in our Creator as we prepare for our own independence and survival as best we are able. The number of sealed indictments has increased dramatically in the last few years, something that has not been remembered by most. Seems pertinent when considering we must save our constitutional republic in accordance with the rule of law, doesn’t it?
