Doesn’t any land belong to any group of people who are able to seize and maintain ownership of it? We should know the answer to this question from the history of our own country, not to mention many other nations down through the history of the world.
I would say that Israel has as much right to own in control as much land that they’re able to. In fact, they have even more right seeing that their God promised them a land, which is at a greater swath than what they now own and control.
“Might makes right” is a very dangerous precedent to set.
Palestine is ultimately backed by Iran, Russia, China, and nearly 2 billion Muslims from nearly 60 other nations.
Europe has also recently defected from historic support of Israel and now sympathizes with Palestine. Even if the United States was somehow able to rally Europe back to its side, the West would destroy itself (even if it succeeded) trying to defeat the East in a war of annihilation.
So if Israel wants to set this dangerous precedent, it has a lot more to defeat than merely the guerrillas of Hamas.

They were imported from Germany (and other parts of the world). Germany has been at war for decades with tribal Khazars. In support of your premise are the words of Jesus scribed by John in chapters 2 and 3 of the Revelation and the teachings of Paul - most notably in his first ever letter written to the believers in the region of Galatia. Both "Jew" and "Greek" are invited to be equal partners in the New Covenant promises. (The Old Covenant promises having been fulfilled (not abolished), no longer take precedence.) He (Jesus) is our Peace - Who has broken down every wall of separation.
God has always owned it all!

Then they shall know that I am the LORD their God, because I sent them into exile among the nations and then assembled them into their own land. I will leave none of them remaining among the nations anymore.” (Ezk 39:25-28)
None of those of Jacob will one day be left among the nations.
