You are correct, the Army most likely did produce it's own C-19 Vaccine. I was stationed at a U.S. Army facility, back during the Vietnam War ,that made the Army's own vaccines and even received one of them.
I also helped with the Phase 1 Trials the Army conducted on enlisted volunteers where they looked for the minimal "effective" dose that gave the necessary protection from the disease.

Unalienable has the root word "lien" which is where someone has a higher claim to something than you do. If our rights are "unalienable" and are "endowed by our Creator" then no one or no government can have a higher claim to them that we do.
When the word was changed to "inalienable" the root word is "alien" which is a foreigner who requests permission from a government to be called a "citizen". When government grants that request and the foreigner becomes a "citizen" of the US that "privilege" came from government, not our "Creator". And what government gives, government can take away" and government has total control over anything it "gives."
Words have definite meanings and in a document like the Declaration of Independence we must understand the original words and what they meant when they were penned, not what a changed Declaration of independence says today and what a "modern" dictionary says the changed word means. A modern dictionary will very likely tell you that "inalienable" and "unalienable" mean the same thing. problem is, they meant something much different back in 1776 when the Original Declaration of Independnece was penned by Jefferson and voted on and accepted by the Continential Congress.
This is just one reason "why" we need to understand completly, not just the original words, but the "original meaning" of those words in a document such as the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution, which I am sure you realize that also the Constitution had been "doctored" post U.S. Civil War.
