Three High-Ranking MS-13 Leaders Arrested on Terrorism and Racketeering Charges
A four-count indictment was unsealed today in federal court in Central Islip, a charging 13 of the highest-ranking MS-13 leaders in the world with directing the transnational criminal organization’s criminal activities in the United States, El Salvador, Mexico, and elsewhere, over the past two decades. Specifically, the defendants are charged with racketeering conspiracy, conspiracy to provide or conceal material support to terrorists, and narco-terrorism Conspiracy. Four of the defendants are indicted for Alien Smuggling Conspiracy.
On Feb. 22, Vladimir Antonio Arevalo-Chavez, aka Vampiro de Monserrat Criminales (Arevalo-Chavez), Walter Yovani Hernandez-Rivera, aka Baxter de Park View and Bastard de Park View (Hernandez-Rivera), and Marlon Antonio Menjivar-Portillo, aka Rojo de Park View (Menjivar-Portillo), were located by Mexican authorities and expelled from Mexico via the United States. When Arevalo-Chavez, Hernandez-Rivera, and Menjivar-Portillo arrived at George Bush Intercontinental Airport in Houston, they were placed under arrest by the FBI and Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s Homeland Security Investigations (HSI). Earlier today, the defendants had their initial appearances in the Southern District of Texas, pending removal to the Eastern District of New York. — United States Department of Justice
Our Take: “Joint Task Force Vulcan (JTFV) is a Trump and Barr-created effort. Launched in August 2019, their mission is to "go to war against MS-13." The Director of JTFV is John J. Durham, a son of Special Counsel John H. Durham.

Kansas Senate passes bill of rights defining 'woman' as biological female
The Kansas Senate passed a woman's bill of rights to define a "woman" as a biological female under state law.
The act passed 26-10 on Thursday without any Democratic support.
Republican Sen. Renee Erickson, who introduced the bill, told The Washington Times that her legislation "does not deal with gender identity," but "what this does is simply codify in the law the definition of sex."
She said the legislation protects women's rights.
"There are legitimate reasons to distinguish between the sexes with respect to prisons, domestic violence shelters, rape crisis centers and other areas where safety and privacy are needed," she said. "This bill does not create any new rights or entitlements. It simply codifies the definition of sex as biological male and female in existing statutes and laws."
The legislation is expected to pass the Republican-controlled House, but Democrat Kansas Gov. Laura Kelly is not expected to sign the bill into law. — Just the News
Our Take: “A return to sanity has come to some places in the country.
Camille Paglia, an American academic, argues that transgender mania is a sign of cultural collapse:
To understand this, consider the fact that all civilizations (or social groups in general) are founded on some set of mutual beliefs and values.
The more a culture is able to align the people's beliefs and values around real and objective truth and values, the more stable the culture and therefore the civilization growing from it.
But corruption erodes the truth foundation of a society. The more corrupt, the more an elite group of parasites seeks to trample the territory of the citizenry, invading their own minds with lies that detach them from reality.
As time goes on, the need to self-deceive on the part of the people increases, who feel a Stockholm syndrome-like reaction to their civilization that is slowly falling into despotism. As such, the people begin to believe the lies pushed on to them, causing a slow erosion of their capacity to know the truth and use true knowledge to coordinate human behavior productively.
Eventually, the engines of deception cause the once well known truths to come under assault. Essential aspects like duty, honesty, trust, and devotion to family and country breakdown. The people, who are pitted against each other and who have become increasingly divergent due to lack of truth alignment, feel disempowered, knowing at some level they live in a systemically corrupt society. The assault on the most fundamental truths, like gender concepts of a man and a woman, begin to be questioned.
At this point, anyone who subscribes to the mass delusions quickly spirals into insanity, dragging people around them into the darkness out of a need for solidarity and fellowship. This is the situation we find ourselves in today.
In the end, a collapse occurs, a dark age begins, and only those who refused the blue pill of lies, so to speak, survive to rebuild.

Classified documents show up in odd places, portraying sloppy system beyond Trump, Pence, Biden
Beyond the high-profile cases of classified documents found in the homes of President Joe Biden, former President Donald Trump and former Vice President Mike Pence, federal court records portray a sloppy system for tracking the country's most important secrets.
Intelligence agency staffers and contractors were caught in recent years squirreling away enormous troves of documents. One contractor mailed home computer hard drives filled with secrets from Afghanistan to Texas.
Stashes of secret documents have been scattered through homes, sheds and cars. Staffers sometimes copied documents onto compact discs or even handwritten notes. It wasn’t always the documents that got workers caught. One path to thousands of pages of classified records was strewn with marijuana leaves.

Our Take: “Trump Truthed out this article on Sunday and it is a pretty good read. It details several incidences of classified information being mishandled in various ways. Trump tied the article to "Mad Dog Psycho" Special Counsel Jack Smith and remarked that Smith, "at a minimum, should give Biden, Obama, and all of the others the same treatment!"

Fiat Money Has Won the Battle Against Cryptocurrencies, Says BIS Chief
Agustin Carstens, head of the Bank for International Settlements (BIS), believes the battle between cryptocurrency and fiat currencies has come to an end, with the latter emerging as the winner. Fiat currency refers to money that has legal tender by government decree.
“That battle has been won … A technology doesn’t make for trusted money,” Carstens said in an interview with Bloomberg TV on Wednesday.
“Only the legal, historical infrastructure behind central banks can give great credibility” to money, he added.
Carstens is anticipating a “strong statement” from the G20 nations for stronger regulation on digital assets, pointing out that crypto as a financial activity can only exist “under certain conditions.” — ZeroHedge
Our Take: “Cryptocurrency advocates are likely feeling the pressure.
There are few places in this world where a mere declaration is enough to have an effect on an entire industry. Monetary policy is one of them. The self-declared and government endorsed international banking cartel is doing what they did pre-Fed all over again.
Before the Fed was pushed though in 1913, the central bankers inaugurated an 90 year long free banking and tighter controls scheme that, I argue, was a long-term PSYOP designed to strip confidence for citizen-based currency systems.
It worked.
The American colonists enjoyed incredible economic property prior to the Revolutionary War, through a debt-free and interest-free fiat currency called Colonial Scrip. The people were far more adept and knowledgeable about how to manage a healthy monetary system in those times. But within only 100 years, that competence and resulting confidence was almost totally destroyed by subversion, manipulation, and de-education schemes.
Today, the vast majority of the population is almost totally unaware of how monetary policy works, let alone how to manage a real monetary system. Cryptocurrency was a return to citizen-produced money, which I would argue is the way to go.

Civil Forfeiture Complaint Filed Against Six Luxury Real Estate Properties Involved In Sanctions Evasion And Money Laundering
Damian Williams, the United States Attorney for the Southern District of New York, Andrew C. Adams, the Director of Task Force KleptoCapture, Ivan J. Arvelo, the Special Agent in Charge of the New York Field Office of Homeland Security Investigations (“HSI”), and Maged Behnam, Acting Special Agent in Charge of the Miami Field Office of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (“FBI”), announced today the filing of a civil forfeiture complaint against six real properties located in New York, New York, Southampton, New York, and Fisher Island, Florida, worth approximately $75 million. The Complaint alleges that the properties, which are beneficially owned by Russian oligarch Viktor Vekselberg, are the proceeds of sanctions violations and were involved in international money laundering in promotion of sanctions violations committed by, among others, Vladimir Voronchenko, a/k/a “Vladimir Vorontchenko,” who was indicted on February 7, 2023.
U.S. Attorney Damian Williams said: “Today’s action, filed on the anniversary of Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine, seeks forfeiture of six luxury properties owned by Viktor Vekselberg that his associate Vladimir Voronchenko maintained by funneling millions of dollars into the United States. With the filing of this complaint, the United States sends a strong message to those who violate sanctions and engage in money laundering that the United States will use every available tool to forfeit criminal proceeds and will use that money to help our allies in Ukraine under the newly enacted law.” — United States Department of Justice
Our Take: “Viktor Vekselberg is a long-time donor to the Clinton Foundation, friend to the Clintons, a key figure in the Skolkovo and Uranium One scandals, an indicted and sanctioned Oligarch, and now DoJ is aiming to seize six of his properties (valued at ~ $75 Million) after already seizing his $90 Million yacht.
His properties were raided several months ago and one of his British associates was arrested last month.

Another possibility on the crypto article: The Deep State is not actually winning, though they claim to be. This is just another case of disinformation. Fiat currencies are on their last legs, ECB would probably already be toast if they re-valued their balance sheet properly; and if it were not for continuing infusions of cash laundered via Ukraine, they would likely be insolvent today. Why else would Janet Yellen promise Zelenskyyy another $1.25 Bn? The Cabal hungers, we must feed them...
