Judge delays Trump’s hush money sentencing until at least September after high court immunity ruling
In a major reprieve for former President Donald Trump, sentencing for his hush money convictions was postponed Tuesday until at least September — if ever — as the judge agreed to weigh the possible impact of a new Supreme Court ruling on presidential immunity.
Trump had been scheduled to face sentencing July 11, just before the Republicans’ nominating convention, on his New York convictions on felony charges of falsifying business records. He denies any wrongdoing.
The postponement sets the sentencing for Sept. 18 at the earliest — if it happens at all, since Trump’s lawyers are arguing that the Supreme Court ruling merits not only delaying the sentencing but tossing out his conviction.
“The impact of the Immunity Ruling is a loud and clear signal for Justice in the United States,” Trump crowed on his Truth Social media site after the sentencing was delayed.
Using all capital letters, he claimed the Supreme Court’s decision netted him “total exoneration” in this and other criminal cases he faces.
There was no immediate comment on the sentencing postponement from Manhattan prosecutors, who brought the hush money case. — AP News
Our Take: The process is the punishment. It’s become a common saying in our current moment, explicitly calling out the weaponization of power against political opposition — by people continuously screeching about fascism.
Monday’s immunity decision was explosive, and it’s notably led to the fascists showing their true colors. Calls for Biden to unilaterally expand the Supreme Court are ubiquitous, as are demands that he channel his worst impulses and finish 45 by whatever means necessary.
MAGA has been so dehumanized in our society, that such overtly un-American demands are met with applause rather than condemnation.
It’s clear that, for the uniparty, the only way to fight Trump and MAGA’s theoretical future fascism is with actual fascism right now. Without a hint of irony. Yet, despite the hysteria, and for the first time I can remember, it seems the system is working.
The Executive, the Legislative, and the Judiciary are all in focus at their intersections, checking and balancing the execution of power against the Constitution’s guardrails.
Better, and more importantly, this is all being viewed prominently in the context of the 2024 election — the will of the People.
This is how it’s supposed to work.
The boomerangs are coming around now, and the Constitutionally prescribed processes for restoring the public will absolutely be the punishment for the enemies of liberty.
Think I’m exaggerating? Judge Merchan just vacated President Trump’s sentencing.

President Joe Biden was set up in a 'soft coup' to oust him, a top Democratic insider claimed last night.
The 81-year-old US President is facing mounting calls to step aside after his disastrous debate performance on Thursday, with sources telling The Mail on Sunday that many believe he was purposely set up to fail.
A former aide to Hillary Clinton said: 'There has never been a debate this early before. Traditionally the debates are held after the Republican and Democratic conventions, which are in July and August.
'Most years the first debate is early September ahead of the November election.

Michelle Obama's Chances of Becoming President Surge With Bookmakers
The odds-on Michelle Obama winning the 2024 election surged following President Joe Biden's widely criticized performance during his first presidential debate against Donald Trump, despite the former first lady having previously ruled out running and endorsed the incumbent.
Leading bookmakers Bet 365, Sky Bet, and William Hill were offering odds of 16/1 (5.9 percent), 16/1 (5.9 percent), and 20/1 (4.8 percent), respectively, immediately before the June 27 debate, according to data compiled by the Odds Checker website. As of 8 a.m. ET on Tuesday, these had changed to 12/1 (7.7 percent) for Bet 365, 14/1 (6.7 percent) for Sky Bet, and 10/1 (9.1 percent) for William Hill.
At several points during Thursday's debate, Biden appeared to lose his train of thought, raising fresh concerns about the 81-year-old's age and mental faculties. At one point when discussing immigration the president said: "And I'm going to continue to move it until we get the total ban on...the total initiative relative to what we're going to do with more Border Patrol and more asylum officers."
Former President Trump replied: "I really don't know what he said at the end of that sentence. I don't think he knows what he said either."

Our Take: Part of keeping your head in the Info War involves developing the ability to put yourself in the shoes of people way dumber than you.
When it comes to the continued fallout of the debates, we're seeing the following contradictions pushed into the Collective Mind by a Deep State establishment that's devolved into a Deep State Archipelago:
Joe Biden WAS sharper than ever ... right up until he wasn't.
Michelle Obama is NOT going to seek candidacy ... unless she does.
Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama firmly support the Biden Regime ... but their aides, consultants and lead narrative-setters say it's a ruse to maintain plausible deniability until they can make a move later this summer.
And, my personal favorite:
Joe Biden is still controlled by the cabal ... despite being a catastrophic Sword of Damocles hanging over the establishment's head now doing anything in his power to keep them from moving on with grace.

Trump Probably Won’t Quit NATO. He’ll Just Make It Unrecognizable.
Donald Trump has threatened to leave NATO so many times — or has appeared to, anyway — that for many of his critics it’s a question of when, not whether, he’d ditch the 75-year-old alliance if he’s reelected president in November.
In truth, Trump would be unlikely to quit NATO outright, according to interviews with former Trump national security officials and defense experts who are likely to serve in a second Trump term. But even if he doesn’t formally leave the organization, that doesn’t mean NATO would survive a second Trump term intact.
In return for continued U.S. participation, Trump would not only expect that European countries drastically increase their spending on NATO — his main complaint when he was president — but also undertake what one defense expert familiar with the thinking inside Trump’s national-security advisory circle, Dan Caldwell, describes as a “radical reorientation” of NATO.
“We don’t really have a choice anymore,” Caldwell told POLITICO Magazine, citing rising U.S. debt, flagging military recruiting, and a defense industrial base that can’t keep up with the challenge from both Russia and China. — Politico
Our Take: Let’s talk about NATO.
It didn’t happen overnight. It was a sequence of progressive steps that were pursued for purportedly noble purposes— to halt authoritarianism— yet the exact opposite is the truth.
It began in 1900, with the Anglo-French Alliance, which was exactly what it sounds like: a treaty between France and Britain, which had been historic rivals, though after Napoleon’s doomed campaign into Russia and subsequent Congress of Vienna in 1815– where the monarchies of Europe were restored, and the experiment of democracy curtailed— the French Empire became Britain’s little brother.
Next came the Western Union in 1948, where the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg joined the Alliance. The following year, NATO was officially formed, as part of the Truman Doctrine, which vowed to “support democracies against authoritarian threats.”
The Truman Doctrine was signed in 1947, as part of a comprehensive effort to stand up against what were perceived as threats from Soviet Russia. That year Truman also signed the National Security Act, creating an intelligence agency that would be tasked with brainwashing the world’s populations to love America and hate communism— or at least, that was what the CIA claimed to be doing.
Driving this drama was a standoff between the Soviets and Turkey at the end of WW2. The Soviets wanted access to the Mediterranean from the Black Sea through the Turkish Straits. The Allies pressured Turkey to refuse, and when Britain ended their naval assistance in 1947, Truman dispatched the Franklin D. Roosevelt aircraft carrier battle group to keep the Straits under Turkish control, along with $100 million of “foreign aid.”
Turkey joined NATO in 1952.
Given the perceived aggression of the Soviets, NATO was tasked with providing an international bulwark of military power against the communists. When it came to staffing NATO’s military brass, the Allies turned to the professionals who knew the communists the best: former intelligence officers of the Nazi Waffen SS.
Before WW2, Alexander Dolezalek was an officer in the Race and Settlement Main Office— one of the three oldest SS offices in the Third Reich. During the war, he was promoted to the Waffen SS, and assigned as leader of the Britisches Freikorps (British Free Corps) which was a volunteer unit composed of about 60 British men who had willingly defected to serve in the Third Reich.
Their sole task was propaganda.
After the war, he changed his last name to Bomhoff and was hired by NATO to run their "All-European educational project,” which was exactly what it sounds like.
Then there’s Adolf Heusinger, who was the Inspector General of the Nazi Bundeswehr, as well as the Operations Chief within the general staff of the [Nazi] High Command of the German Army.
Heusinger was appointed head of the West German military from 1957-1961, and then Chair of NATO’s military from 1961-1964.
That’s right: during JFK’s presidency, an actual Nazi high commander was the head of NATO’s military.

There’s also the little secret that the founding documents of the European Union—founded in 1993— were basically photocopies of the Third Reich’s plans for post-war Europe, had they won… but that’s a rabbit hole for another day.
Suffice to say that NATO is not what we have been told it is, nor is the European Union. —
Former NYC Mayor Rudy Giuliani disbarred following criminal indictments
Rudy Giuliani – the former New York City mayor, mob prosecutor and Donald Trump ally — lost his license to practice law in his home state Tuesday.
The state appeals court’s decision immediately disbarring Giuliani and ordering “his name stricken from the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law” furthers the fall from grace for the 80-year-old once hailed as “America’s Mayor” in the aftermath of the 9/11 terror attacks.
The ruling found that Giuliani — who had his New York law license suspended in 2021 — repeatedly made false claims about the 2020 presidential election when he represented Trump and his campaign. — NY Post
Our Take: If Trump is immune from prosecution for official acts, including the official acts that he took to protect the democratic process within the Republic in the wake of the 2020 election, then the bloodthirst of the regime will come for his team.
They know they’re losing the war. They’ve already lost the public mind.
And so, Rudy Giuliani joins John Eastman, Jeffrey Clark, and countless others in the club of collateral damage. The process is the punishment, but the regime’s wins will be short lived.
I maintain my belief that the precedent being set through these actions — asymmetrical application of law and rules based on political motivations — will be the ultimate boomerang.
If the rules are meant to apply, then they must apply equally, to all of us, under the law.
One day they will.

Ukraine's security service foils coup attempt
Ukraine's security service announced Monday that it had stopped an attempted coup that would have "played into Russia's hands."
Why it matters: The alleged plot is the latest attempt to destabilize the Ukrainian government, which has become a common occurrence since Russia's unprovoked invasion of Ukraine.
Since the start of the war, there have been dozens of Russian-organized attempts to assassinate Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky.
It's not yet clear if the organizers of the coup attempt are connected to Russia.
Driving the news: The Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) said Monday that a group of organizers had been planning to stage a rally in Kyiv's city center on June 30 and then spark a riot.
They then planned to seize the parliament and replace the country's military and civilian leadership, SBU said.
"In this way, they hoped to undermine the socio-political situation inside Ukraine, which would have played in Russia's hands," the SBU said.
The Ukrainian claims could not be independently verified. — Axios
Our Take: These people are stupid. Allow me to explain.
The CIA has failed to come up with a more creative storyline than the one they deployed for January 6. They have basically taken almost the exact premise (minus an election, which they have already cancelled—to save democracy) and merely altered it as a "foiled plot."
The reasoning seems self-evident: I imagine that it would be difficult to get unwitting Ukrainians to actually assemble for a demonstration, given that many are either hiding out in their homes to avoid conscription, are actively trying to flee the country, or have already been conscripted and are fleeing the battlefield hoping to be granted asylum by either Russia or a neighboring nation. In fact, the situation has gotten so bad that yesterday it was announced that Ukraine would be conscripting thousands of violent prisoners to fight alongside their paid foreign mercenaries— but even the soldiers of fortune are abandoning their posts.
I also have to think that the CIA has learned from its mistakes, and understand now that conducting false flag coups in the modern age is troublesome, as their actors make mistakes, anons figure things out, or benevolent forces in the government foil the false flag in real time—as we just saw happen in Bolivia.
No, it's much easier to simply tell the public that a plot has been discovered, and foiled, and then fill in the storyline with successive new articles and writings that explain it all in detail, without the fuss, pomp and circumstance of an actual PsyAct event—the videos and pictures of which can be scrutinized by General Flynn's "Army of Digital Soldiers" and exposed for the lie that it is.
But what really makes these dopes in the CIA so stupid is their lack of attention to detail, or inability to think critically. They have decided to cast these treasonous interlopers as Russians working for "NGO's known for anti-Ukrainian actions."
Um, didn't these same morons just castigate (and threaten) Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze for passing legislation that would expose the funding of these types of NGO's to the public, effectively ending their ability to conduct these types of subversive operations against the government? Didn't they credit the Russian legislature for inspiring the legislation? Because Russia has already effectively outlawed these types of nefarious foreign NGO's?
Thank you, Jesus, for making these devil-worshipping clowns so stupid, and so lazy. Mocking their incompetence has truly been a real pleasure. —
Russia warns Israel over Ukraine missiles
Israel must be ready to face the consequences if it moves forward with reported plans to supply Ukraine with US-made air defense systems, Russia’s permanent representative to the UN, Vassily Nebenzia, has warned.
The US, Israel, and Ukraine are in discussions to deliver up to eight old Israeli Patriot systems to Kiev, the Financial Times reported last week, citing people familiar with the negotiations. This could affect relations between Israel and Russia, Nebenzia warned on Monday, as Moscow assumed the rotating presidency of the UN Security Council.
“I believe that this could of course have certain political consequences,” the Russian diplomat said.
“The weapons, whoever they are sent by… to Ukraine, will eventually be destroyed, just like other Western and US weapons. That is obvious,” he added. — RT

Hezbollah’s deputy leader says group would stop fighting with Israel after Gaza cease-fire
The deputy leader of the Lebanese militant group Hezbollah said Tuesday the only sure path to a cease-fire on the Lebanon-Israel border is a full cease-fire in Gaza.
“If there is a cease-fire in Gaza, we will stop without any discussion,” Hezbollah’s deputy leader, Sheikh Naim Kassem, said in an interview with The Associated Press at the group’s political office in Beirut’s southern suburbs.
Hezbollah’s participation in the Israel-Hamas war has been as a “support front” for its ally, Hamas, Kassem said, and “if the war stops, this military support will no longer exist.”
But, he said, if Israel scales back its military operations without a formal cease-fire agreement and full withdrawal from Gaza, the implications for the Lebanon-Israel border conflict are less clear.
“If what happens in Gaza is a mix between cease-fire and no cease-fire, war and no war, we can’t answer (how we would react) now, because we don’t know its shape, its results, its impacts,” Kassem said during a 40-minute interview. — AP News
Our Take: I have recently speculated that we may see this conflict between Russia and NATO spill over into the Middle East.
Now that seems inevitable.
Hezbollah, on the other hand, seems to be doing everything it can to avoid a direct conflict with Israel. While Netanyahu supporters may dismiss this claim as nonsense, consider how the public sentiment worldwide has overwhelmingly turned against Netanyahu, and if Hezbollah’s ultimate desire is to see him driven out of office— it most certainly is— then their best move is to step back and not do anything that may garner sympathy for the Israeli PM, or galvanize the resolve of the Israeli people to back him.
Buried in this AP story was this nugget:
Kassem said White House envoy Amos Hochstein had recently requested via intermediaries that Hezbollah apply pressure on Hamas to accept a cease-fire and hostage-exchange proposal put forward by U.S. President Joe Biden. He said Hezbollah had rejected the request.
“Hamas is the one that makes its decisions and whoever wants to ask for something should talk to it directly,” he said.
Kek.
How about Hezbollah championing First Principles? Telling these passive-aggressive betas to stop being little girls and go speak directly to Hamas, and stop trying to get others to do their dirty work for them?
It is worth noting that last week, all 22 nations of the Arab League led by Saudi Arabia removed Hezbollah from their list of designated terrorist organizations. (For what it’s worth, Russia has never designated Hezbollah as a terrorist group, and has always considered them a legitimate socio-political organization.)
Today, Saudi Arabia announced that it would be reopening its embassy in Taliban-controlled Afghanistan. (Let’s gooooo, Talibros!)
I’ve been keeping close tabs on the Saudi Foreign Ministry’s wire, and just yesterday they held meetings with Turkey between the two countries’ defense ministers. They also hosted a round table meeting that included the UN and several nations from Africa, Asia, Central America and the delegation from Palestine. Crown Prince MBS held phone calls with Morocco and Mauritania, Saudi Foreign Vice Minister held a call with China’s Foreign Ministry, and Foreign Minister Faisal bin Farhan flew to Estonia to attend a highly anticipated meeting that could impact both the Ukraine and Israel War.
That was all just one day in the Saudi Foreign Ministry. Over the past week, they have spoken with nearly every member of the Sovereign Alliance, and spoken with China, Russia, and Iran multiple times.

Now we see Hezbollah stepping back, and Putin stepping forward, seemingly ready to take it on the chin should Netanyahu invade Lebanon. It’s the political version of Russian Maneuver Defense, and maybe it will keep Netanyahu at bay.

What would happen to Biden’s campaign cash if he drops out? That’s up to Kamala Harris
If President Joe Biden decides to step aside for the 2024 race, Vice President Kamala Harris would be in line to get first dibs on the tens of millions of dollars in his campaign war chest.
Biden has not given any indication he will end his re-election bid after a stumbling debate performance last week. But it's a scenario that was discussed during a tense call between the campaign's aides and donors Sunday.
Biden campaign manager Julie Chavez Rodriguez said during the call that in the event of the president dropping out — which she emphasized he had no intention of doing — Harris would then control most of the money in their campaign account, which amounted to $91.2 million as of May 31.
That appears to be correct, according to some campaign finance experts — but likely only if she then became the Democrats' presidential nominee. — NBC News
First House Democrat publicly calls on Biden to withdraw from 2024 race
Rep. Lloyd Doggett (D-Texas) on Tuesday became the first House Democrat to publicly urge President Biden to remove himself from the 2024 race following his poor performance at last week’s debate.
Doggett — who has served in the House since 1995 — said he had hoped the debate against former President Trump would “provide some momentum” to turbocharge Biden’s poll numbers.
That, however, did not come to fruition, he argued.
“President Biden has continued to run substantially behind Democratic senators in key states and in most polls has trailed Donald Trump. I had hoped that the debate would provide some momentum to change that. It did not,” Doggett said in a statement. “Instead of reassuring voters, the President failed to effectively defend his many accomplishments and expose Trump’s many lies.”
“I represent the heart of a congressional district once represented by Lyndon Johnson. Under very different circumstances, he made the painful decision to withdraw,” he later said. “President Biden should do the same.”
Doggett, who is 77, just four years younger than Biden, lauded the president’s legislative achievements in his years in Washington, but argued that now is a moment to pass the torch in the Democratic Party. — The Hill
Biden plans public events blitz as White House pushes back on pressure to leave the race
The White House announced Tuesday that President Joe Biden will meet with congressional leaders and Democratic governors, sit for a network TV interview and hold a press conference in the coming days, a blitz designed to push back against growing pressure for the 81-year-old president to step aside in the 2024 race after his disastrous performance in last week’s debate with Republican Donald Trump.
“We really want to turn the page on this,” White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre said of the intensifying calls for Biden to bow out of the race. She added that the president had no intention of stepping aside, characterizing his debate failings as simply evidence of “a bad night” when he had a cold.
During a campaign event later Tuesday, Biden blamed it on jet lag after two back-to-back European trips. “I wasn’t very smart. I decided to travel around the world a couple of times,” he said. The president added that he “didn’t listen to my staff” about travel and joked that he “fell asleep on stage” during the debate.
But Democratic leaders were increasingly signaling that they were not buying White House attempts to brush off Biden’s performance in the face-off as a momentary lapse, after he gave halting and nonsensical answers and trailed off at times. — AP News

Connecting the dots: The United Nations is created in 1945 “to maintain peace and security in the world” …which has seen very little peace and security since the ruling elites of the NWO can’t rule without tyrannical control (which has nothing to do with Peace and Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness). Then CIA was created in 1947. Essentially a core of mafia types gave themselves the government-sanctioned public image of defending our country through intelligence gathering. Two years laters, NATO is formed, to stand against military aggression under the guise of combating communism.
